Exiting the main Agreste fabric warehouse Adrien Agreste was a man with a plan. He was going to propose to the love of his life, his princess, his bugaboo, his lady, the one person that knows everything about him and the person who would give her life to protect him -even though Adrien would never let her do that she would still do it if she had to. Those reasons and many more was why he wanted Marinette Dupian-Cheng to be his wife.
Adrien along with Plagg, Tikki, Nino, Alya, Nathalie, Tom, Sabine and his father were the people who knew and were helping with the proposal. Adrien was pretty surprised when his father said he would help but considering Marinette was his top designer and he told Adrien that if he didn't marry this girl then he would diss-own him. Which Adrien thought that this had already happened a.k.a his childhood but they had put it all behind them now and had a strong relationship(well you could call any relationship with Gabriel Agreste strong because he barely had any but it was ).
Overall everything was going good Plagg was in charge of keeping Adrien calm and keeping him in check as always but this time he needed a bit more of plagg's 'charm'. Tikki was in charge of keeping Marinette away from the location and idea of the proposal. Nino was obviously in charge of music and entertainment. Alya in charge of recording the whole thing and a consistent input on the things Marinette likes along with helping Gabriel. Nathalie( on top of everything she does for Gabriel) was helpful with the invitations and contacting all of the additional places, services and transport the couple would be using on the day. Tom and Sabine were in charge of catering after Adrien got their blessing, which he didn't have to ask for as they loved the boy like a son. His father was in charge of the first surprise of the day and then supervising everyone was Adrien.
Two weeks before...
Adrien was in his kitchen preparing a meal for himself and Marinette but he could barely concentrate. His body in his kitchen, wiping the tomato juices off of the freshly fallen snow white countertops, his mind deep in thought. The reason why he couldn't tell. One minute he was thinking about the lack of Akuma attacks the next he had been thinking about how many kind-hearted angels he had been blessed with to help him plan one of the biggest moments in his life.
**PING PING**
Adrien was dragged out of his thoughts, picked up his phone and dropped it. Plagg came rushing into the room to meet Adrien with utter shock plastered on his face. Pointing at his phone Adrien spoke the words he feared this entire process...
"Plagg, she knows," Adrien whispered, with those words the kwami picked up Adrien's phone and took a look.
"Adrien you need glasses" Plagg snickered.
"What, why would you say that when the whole plan is RUINED" Adrien didn't even wait for an answer as he picked up his phone.
[BUGABOO] Oooohhh look at this ring, Kagami
[ME] What how did you know I was looking at rings!
[BUGABOO] Kitten what are you talking about
[BUGABOO] OHHHH sorry that was for Kagami
[BUGABOO] Wait, why are you looking at rings?
"Ohh that's why you were saying that I 'need glasses'" Adrien let out a breath he didn't know he was holding, while Plagg sighed out of pure exasperation.
[ME] Rings, I wasn't looking at rings
[ME] It's this stupid autocorrect.
[BUGABOO] Okay then... are you ready for dinner I'm on my way
[ME] Yep, everything's ready for my princess
[BUGABOO] See you in 15, I love you my prince
[ME] I love you too, my lady
After that conversation, Adrien was a little less anxious more excited but Marinette was super confused and curious to way Adrien was acting the way he was.
THIS CHAPTER IS SO SHORT, ALL TOGETHER THERE IS GOING TO BE 3 (MAYBE 4 CHAPTERS) OF THIS FIC AND THEN THERE IS PROBABLY GOING TO BE ONE-SHOTS AFTER, I DON'T KNOW. I GUESS IT'S AL UP TO THE UNIVERSE. IF YOU WANT TO LEAVE AN IDEA FOR THE ONE-SHOTS OR (HOPEFULLY) LIKED THIS FIC PLEASE COMMENT.: )
