Chapter 30: The Click, Part 1

~6PM~

Jolanta and her friends were out of Le Restaurant Kiss Land and were heading to a subway station.

"Good meal we all had…" Rostek said. "Now that's all of the way, let's get to the subway station and hope no one is gonna attack us when we reach the checkpoint…"

"If there is someone attacking us, then we must be best prepared for what is to come." Marcelina said.

"I have a question." Jolanta asked. "How long would it take to get from here to the checkpoint in Radom?"

"Wait, didn't one of us back in Le Restaurant Kiss Land say something about a checkpoint in Warsaw or something, or did we mistake it for Warsaw and not Radom?" Zegar said.

"Maybe there's two checkpoints…" Kwiat said.

"Two?" Marcelina said.

"Just a feeling…"

In a street next to a subway station, Ciema was talking to her sister, Sara on her phone.

"So they're going to the checkpoint in Radom instead of the one in Warsaw?" Ciema said. "I see… Looks like all of us are confused with what's what… Sorry, sis… Ok, I'll get the job done…"

Ciema ended the call.

"Those five better be here for me to end their lives…" Ciema said. "Because the sun's about to set and my powers have to work when there's light…"

Then, Ciema heard walking, so she then hid in an alleyway.

"Must be one of them…" She said, "I'm gonna take a little look when the walking gets close…"

While Ciema took a little look outside of the alleyway, she saw a man walking by.

"Ugh!" She said as she sighed, "I'm tired of waiting! I'm gonna make this quick!"

A stick figure appeared next to her shadow, which is also a shadow.

"Go bring me The Surviving Peacemakers…" Ciema said to the stick figure. "So that more of you will exterminate them under our control…"

The shadowy stick figure then ran out.

"This will be easy…" Ciema said. "There's no way for them to defeat me…"

Back to Jolanta and her friends, they were continuing to walk to a subway station.

"Sky is slowly turning dark…" Kwiat said while looking up. "Should we find a place to rest, since we're far away from Hotel Dulza?"

"I haven't decided on that yet." Rostek replied.

Then, Jolanta saw the shadowy stick figure on the sidewalk.

"The heck is that?" Jolanta wonders. "Looks like a stick figure…"

Rostek looks at the shadowy stick figure as well.

"That's weird…" Rostek said as he and Jolanta took a closer look at it. "Does it do anything?"

"I don't even know." Jolanta replied.

The shadowy stick figure then started to approach Rostek's shadow. He went near his left leg and slashed it.

"AHH!" Rostek shouted as he was hit.

Rostek fell to the ground.

"Shit! It's another Stand attack!" Marcelina shouted.

"Cherry Bomb!" Jolanta shouted as her Cherry Bomb appeared.

"MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA!" Cherry Bomb shouted as it punched the sidewalk the shadowy stick figure was in.

The shadowy stick figure was still alive as it was unaffected by Cherry Bomb's attack.

"Looks like that didn't do shit!" Jolanta shouted as she got Rostek. "Let's get away from that thing!"

Jolanta and her friends then saw the shadowy stick figure running back.

"After that thing!" Rostek shouted. "The User has to be somewhere!"

"Let me heal you first!" Marcelina said as her Jukebox Ghost appeared.

"We'll do that while we follow that stick figure!" Jolanta shouted. "Let's catch up to find the User!"

Back to Ciema, she smirked.

"Looks like they'll be on their way." Ciema said. "All going to plan to lure them in to take them down to Hell…"

Ciema then heard multiple footsteps.

"Shit! Already?!" Ciema shouted. "Fine, looks like I'll have to go all-out…"

Ciema's shadow then appeared, but it wasn't like herself. It then opened up one eye and quickly became 3D, turning into Ciema's Stand.

"Using the shadows of our enemies is the key to my Stand, The Click!" Ciema said. "Send out more shadowy stick figures that you create to attack their shadows!"

3 more shadowy stick figures formed from The Click and head out.

"This will get ugly, if it has to…" Ciema said.

Jolanta and her friends, running to find Ciema, saw 3 more of the shadowy stick figures from her Stand, The Click.

"There's more of them!" Marcelina shouted.

"And it looks like they come from that alleyway!" Kwiat shouted.

"But the question is, how are we gonna deal with those stick figures?" Rostek said.

"Maybe we can try and use our Stands to attack them, but with the use of the shadows that our Stands also have." Jolanta replied.

"Sounds dumb, but we can try that." Zegar said.

"Alright Jolanta… Let's do that." Rostek said as Backstreet Boy appeared. "I'll go first since I took the first blow from one of them before!"

Rostek and Backstreet Boy then approached the shadowy stick figures. Rostek then looks down at the shadows.

"Ok… Maybe if I can get my Backstreet Boy to face the air to where the shadowy stick figures are facing, we might have a chance…" Rostek said. "Punch what's in front of us, Backstreet Boy!"

Backstreet Boy then did a rush attack on the air. Rostek looks down at their shadows to see the three shadowy stick figures being affected by the rush attack. The three shadowy stick figures then vanished to thin air.

"Ah! There we go!" Rostek shouted. "Excellent idea for what we should do with these things from now on, Jolanta!"

"You're welcome." Jolanta said. "Now the User is in that alleyway, so let's show them what's for!"

Ciema, meanwhile, was hurt a little.

"Shit… How did they took care of those stick figures?" Ciema said. "It doesn't matter… No it doesn't… The Click has more stuff up its sleeves… Heh heh heh…"

Then, Ciema saw Jolanta peeking out at her.

"Oh shit!" Ciema shouted. "That's Jolanta Joswiak!"

Kwiat and the others appeared next to Jolanta.

"And the other 4 members of The Surviving Peacemakers…" Ciema said. "Great… Guess we're all here, then…"
