Chapter 42: Slow Down Sister & King Kunta, Part 2
Sound Garden and Kwiat both rushed towards Dita.
"You're going down!" Kwiat shouted.
"Ah, so you have a Stand, eh?" Dita said. "Then so be it!"
Dita's Stand appeared to attack Kwiat. After attacking, Kwiat was on the ground.
"Ugh… You have a Stand as well…" Kwiat said as she got up. "Only a simple punch, doesn't matter!"
Kwiat and Sound Garden then both rush towards Dita again. Dita smiled.
"Oh please, my Stand can do more than just a simple punch." Dita said.
Dita's Stand then used its eyes to have Kwiat slow down in her movement in time.
"Kwiat!" Jolanta shouted. "What just happened to her?! She's slowing down?!"
Dita looked at Jolanta.
"Just to be on the safe side, my Stand can slow down your movements in time and cause you to move at a very slow pace. Time as a whole will still be the same, but it looks like your friend isn't catching up…" Dita said. "That is the power of my Stand, Slow Down Sister."
"Kw-Kwiat…" Jolanta said.
"Don't worry, your friend will be moving normally, but I can only do that by having you under my Slow Down Sister's ability."
Jolanta was starting to get frustrated.
"Shit… I don't know what to do…" Jolanta said.
Meanwhile, Rostek and Marcelina were checking on their right from the park.
"Not sure if the lamp has gone in this direction which is where those homeless men were…" Marcelina said.
"If it went to, then… Guess we'll take a long walk to find it…" Rostek said. "And hey, at least you and Jolanta don't complain about walking."
"I don't, but it might happen in like an hour or so…"
Then they saw Cibor in front of them.
"Do you two need any help?" Cibor asked.
"No, we're good." Rostek replied.
"No? Well I was just wondering…"
Cibor walks over to Rostek and Marcelina.
"Listen… I can be a good helper, you know?" Cibor said.
"But… We never met you." Marcelina said.
"Heh heh… Yeah you two never met me, but still."
"Listen, you asked if we need help, and we said no, so we're good." Rostek said.
Cibor then got serious and sighed.
"Alright…" Cibor said as he got up and turned away. "If you say so…"
Cibor's Stand appeared all of a sudden as he attacked Rostek. Marcelina blocked the attack with her Stand, Jukebox Ghost.
"A simple kick?" Marcelina wonders as she looks at Cibor's Stand. "But your Stand doesn't even have its arms out."
"My Stand doesn't need to have arms." Cibor said.
"He just attacked us all of a sudden…" Rostek said. "Shit… This just got serious for this man…"
Marcelina launched back to Rostek.
"I didn't want to know what his Stand is like." Marcelina said. "I've already suffered enough damage from these enemies…"
Rostek stretched his legs.
"I'll take it from here, Marcelina." Rostek said. "Wait here."
"Be careful!" Marcelina said. "If you get hit, I still got my Jukebox Ghost to heal you!"
Rostek nodded as he understood. He turned to Cibor and his Stand.
"Alright man, you're gonna have to learn from what you have just done!" Rostek said as Backstreet Boy appeared. "You don't want to mess with us!"
Cibor smiled.
"Then show me what you got!" Cibor said as he and his Stand walked over to the street. "I can take whatever you and your friend got!"
Rostek and Backstreet Boy rushed towards Cibor and his Stand.
"Take this!" Rostek shouted as Backstreet Boy aimed its fist at Cibor.
"Now!" Cibor shouted at his Stand.
Cibor's Stand then rewinded Rostek's movements in time. Standing in front of Cibor was another Rostek and another Backstreet Boy, but were both blurred from head to toe and glitching up. The real Rostek then rushed towards Cibor with Backstreet Boy.
"Take this!" Rostek shouted as he then saw the hologram of himself. "Wait, what the?!"
The hologram then disappears as Rostek stops his attack.
"What was that?" Rostek wonders as he sees Cibor walking back from him. "Hey! Get back here!"
"That's where my Stand's ability comes into place!" Cibor said.
Rostek was confused. He turned around to see the hologram of himself from before as it rushed towards him.
"Take this!" Rostek's hologram shouted as a hologram of Backstreet Boy appeared to punch Rostek in the gut.
"OWWWWW!" Rostek shouted as he was on one knee.
The hologram returned to its normal state.
"Rostek! Get out of there!" Marcelina shouted.
Rostek then got out of the area where the hologram of himself would make the same attack in the same area. He was with Marcelina again.
"You ok?" Marcelina asked as Jukebox Ghost appeared to heal.
"Yes…" Rostek replied as he turned to Cibor. "What was that?!"
"What you just witnessed was the ability of my Stand, King Kunta!" Cibor shouted. "Try to attack me, then King Kunta will set your movements in time back to the state where you would attack me and a hologram of yourself and your Stand will appear to take their place as the attack! Only difference is that you're the one to be attacked!"
Rostek sat down on the ground and watched the hologram.
"Take this!" Rostek's hologram shouted.
"Ok… This is gonna be interesting…" Rostek said. "Never seen a Stand like this can do something like that before…"
Marcelina watched the hologram as well.
"Take this!" Rostek's hologram shouted.
"It's like a continuous pattern…" Marcelina said. "Only way to get past it is to memorize every single one of its moves…"
"Memorize…" Rostek said as he turned to Marcelina. "Hey, Marcelina… You just found us a good idea."
"Did I? Well… Looks like we'll have to use that for action…"
Both smiled at each other. Marcelina turned away, blushed.
"Sorry…" Marcelina said as she took a deep breath. "Anyway, where should we start?"
"Hmm… I think I know what…" Rostek replied as he got up. "And I want you to follow along."
"Yes I will." Marcelina replied as she got up. "Let's see what we can do to memorize his Stand's ability if it's able to make more of these holograms…."
Backstreet Boy and Jukebox Ghost appeared.
"Let's take this guy down, together to see what happens!" Rostek said. "That's the plan I have in mind!"
"Right beside you!" Marcelina shouted.
