I stood in a darkness which burnt away in short order to revel a dark purple room littered with buildings. The ground looked like it was made of weird wiry shapes. A black and red sky loomed over me in the cracks of the gigantic room. I noticed my skin was now pure white, and my clothes had a neon look to them. "Where the fuck am I?" I asked out loud. I then noticed something; people. Lots of them. They seemed relatively normal, until I got closer; I noticed bright cyan skars on some of them. Some had cyan eyes and pupils that were only slightly darker. One persons neck was enveloped by a ring of cyan. Something glowed in the bottom of my eye. I looked down, and noticed a faint blue glow eminating from my shirt. I pulled it down, and noticed a big cyan circle... right where I shot myself. It dawned on me; these cyan marks were scars. marks of things that wwere missing. "am I dead?" I asked. But no one answered. They heard, they just did not care. I began to walk around, still experiencing cognitive disnoncane. I then caught sight of a familiar face; Faragonda. Faragonda had let her hair down, and was decked out in dark clothing that you think she couldn't rock but she rocked it. She had weapons hanging off her belt. She had a circle scar too. "Faragonda? Is that you!?" I shouted. The old woman turned my way and looked startled. "Bellatrix? The final exam couldn't have been wrapped already. What are you doing here?" I was a bit confused. "Wait, what are YOU doing here? Did you... did you kil yourself?" I asked solemly. Farganonda chuckled. "Oh, young lady. I killed myself quite some time ago. Come hither and let me explain." I walked upto her and listened.
"You see, the final exam isn't a tough test like you think it is. Some skill usage is used, of course. But the main actual test is a test to test your willingness to join Akuma B.K." I cut her off. "Wait, you're a member?" "Oh yeah, guess I forgot to mention; I'm from a different branch. I just figured you'd already know that seeing as non members aren't really allowed into these special worlds." "Then how'd my sisters get in?" "the sisters you fucking murdered?" "yeah, oops i fucking know. Look, nevermind, go on." Faragonda rolled her eyes, and continued. "At the end, the passing students are taken in one by one for a personal assessment. but that's a front for the Death Choice. You see, we deal with monsters, criminals and the like... some of them happen to be spirits and whatnot. Sometimes they attack the death plane or other spiritual planes. For us to actually deal with these kinds of monsters, we must convert our souls. So, we kill ourselves with special guns." I felt nauseos. "So, everyone who's a higher up... is a cadaver?" Faragonda laughed uproarisuly. "No, stupid! You see, when you shoot yourself with the gun, you basically re-write your soul to actually be two; your living one, or the Soul of Genesis, is the soul that gives you your physical body and makes you alive; Your dead soul, or your Soul of Apocoly, gives you faint ties to the world of the dead; yet just strong enough to allow you to explore and see and fight these monsters in these worlds as well as making it hard for you to actually die permanently. The remanents of your original soul bleed into both sides; your living one so you retain your looks and memories, and your dead one so you retain physical form in these other world."
"Ohh, that makes sense." I replied. "So you see, they test the graduates willingness." "Yes, indeed." I thought for a second. "Wait, but I shot myself wiith a gun I found... and I'm here... and yet I can bcome back... what does that mean?" Faragonda went white. "Uh oh." With that, she stole away into da darkness to put a new gun in the Death Choice room. She left behind instructions for coming back to life. I gathered the darkness in my heart, and reborned myself. I returned to the world, where the rain was pouring. No one was at the funeral. I checked my phone. "It's still the same day." I said to myself.
Today is the first day of the rest of my death.
