Ahhh the bell wasn't working!
*Crash*
It was winter and the sunrise was later than normal.
Of course, the streetlamps were not working today, of all the days. Today was their first practice match against a school they haven't heard of.
Takeda sensei said they got a request and should be grateful for it. Any match is a great match, the Karasuno team thought and were very happy.
Today however, was much cooler than usual, and the streets were left with slush, making roads slippery.
As usual, Hinata was on his bicycle riding. He was late, he would have got down his bicycle, but he was late. He bulldozed his way down the mountain hoping to gain another point on Kageyama.
He flew down the mountain, Hinata was flying he thought and the cold wind bit his cheeks making them go red. He was smiling, he loved how the cold felt against his skin.
He saw in a distance someone crossing the road, he pressed on the breaks. Screech… but he didn't stop. Why wasn't he stopping, the brakes did not help at slowing down at all. He panicked and frantically was finding the bell, tap tap.. the bell was frozen.
"Hey Look out…!" he yelled! His eyes grew wide.
Too late. A loud crash. The bicycle collided with someone and Hinata was thrown off his bike thankfully into the snow. But he still hit the ground hard.
"Ite… Ite…" he got up quickly, adrenaline still fresh, thankfully he had broken nothing. He didn't even want to think otherwise.
His bike! He turned to look at where he had been thrown out from, oh no! …
He quickly ran toward his bicycle, and saw the person he had crashed hard into…
Lying on his side and unconscious, the white around his face turned red….
"Kageyama!" Hinata yelled.
