Prologue L.C.A. VS Resistance 2028

People's freedom and rights ended on November 15th, 2025; Coalition Day. Most of the seventeen billion live in the luxurious and futuristic L.C.A. City Centers around the world. But, most of the lower class and broke were forced to live in derelict towns and cities that were not owned by the L.C.A. calling them the Slums. In the slums; the L.C.A. sometimes does patrols to arrest any deviants that were part of a rebellion. That is because a huge group from Freedom Movement allies all remaining friendly crime syndicates together to form a Resistance. Now this civil war is known as the "War for Freedom" and the "War against the Tyrants".

This old British Bulldog woman named Perci J. Stryker (Voiced by: Judi Dench) is the founder and leader of the Resistance since she loathes Cyrille Le Paradox and his Tyranny on all of the poor and homeless. She can now afford to get more recruits, vehicles, weapons, technology, and robot soldiers since the new gang that is owned by the Courageous Russian Guinea Pig Mikhail Petrov known as the Burners robbed rare Gibraltar Diamonds. Perci receives a lot of money to get the needs for the global resistance. Unfortunately, Mikhail was taken away by the L.C.A. Police when the L.C.A. caught him in Moscow when he tried to free General Vladimir Tatarin. He ends up getting sentenced to death when he and the members of the Burners have killed a lot of L.C.A. and Interpol peacekeepers during the Louvre Heist of March 17th, 2028.

Due to the Burners escaping the L.C.A. police and Interpol on that night; the L.C.A. decided to shut down all of Interpol during the dismay of Le Paradox for the loss of his rare diamond collection. It left all officers and enforcers of Interpol unemployed and arrested since Chief Inspector James Barkley refuses to be allies with the L.C.A. Police's leader the Contessa (Joined back to her police career after Coalition Day). Carmelita Fox ended up in one of the prisons in the Middle East region and most of the locations of the L.C.A. Super prisons remain unknown. Le Paradox decided to free all of the members of his former syndicate during the Time Travel Incident in 2013 to be part of his global coalition.

But, some of his members didn't join him since Toothpick is dead and The Grizz became part of the resistance. El Jefe became the general of the L.C.A. and he created a new friend, a Venezuelan Hammerhead shark named General Rodrigo Serrano. Le Paradoxes former love interest Marge Decibel (Ms. Decibel) is dropped off the face of the Earth since she is missing. And Penelope became the leading researcher and robotics expert to the Kemidyne Corporation to create combat robots and drones to control the City Centers and Slums.

When El Jefe and General Serrano lead the L.C.A., they've created a super long bridge that leads from Key West, Florida to Havana, Cuba. They named the bridge the Gulf Stream Bridge since they united both America and Cuba as a huge supplement trade colony in the Caribbean. The very sad news to all of was when the L.C.A. captured all of the members of the Cooper Gang during their failed heist getaway from Monte Carlo. A Master Van rams right into the side of the Cooper Gang's van and it ends up getting Sly Cooper, Bentley Lambert, and Murray Keller all in prison since the L.C.A. overpowered them.

We were running out of time; Resistance forces were fighting losing battles throughout seven months as most of the rebels were imprisoned or killed by the L.C.A. or the F.E.C. No new gang or thief was in the city center streets or doing heists for , and imprisoned rebels ended up being slaves for the rich that live in their luxury houses and condos in the L.C.A. owned regions. Mikhail may be in prison but, the Burners never gave up on themselves for the war for Freedom.

Ch.1 Poseidon Super Prison Failed Escapes Seafloor of South Atlantic Ocean, 20 miles offshore of Cape Town October 18-27th, 2028 (Mikhail)

Every other prisoner is sleeping during the curfew hours and some of the prison guards using combat robots were patrolling the cell halls and main corridors to check on us. When they were not looking; I tried to break a hole that leads to the botanical courtyard to try and reach for one of the prisoner transport subs to head for the surface. While I was breaking the hole, one of the combat robots grew suspicious and tried to look into my cell. But, I hid in the darkness when the robot and guard showed up. They didn't see me and moved on by; it gave me an opportunity to finish the hole. I crawled through the hole to make a huge drop inside the botanical dome and I signaled the other captured rebels to come down. They all slid down the glass wall and kept making noise. Then a fat female polar bear had to shush the other rebels for making noise and she tried to fit through a plant to hide inside, but she was struggling to get in. She yelled quietly, "I'M STUCK!" I and the other rebels tried to push her into the plant, but she made too much noise to attract the robots.

I told them to hurry up and hide in the plants but, it's too late for me to hide in one of the oversized plants as the robots started to chase me really fast. I ran out of the botanical garden to the wardens Egyptian treasure halls to try and get away from them. Then I got cornered near the warden's office and two Anubis statues when the robot catched up to me to fire their guns. I first thought I would be gone but a door behind me opened with a bright light. When I looked at the light; the Contessa (leader of the L.C.A. Global Police after Coalition Day); an eerie black widow woman with glowing blood red eyes wearing a green mud mask yelled at a guard behind me. She said to the guard, "Soldier, why is that rebel outside of his cell during curfew?!" The guard got me into a chokehold with some machine and stuttered to answer her. She yelled, "Just deal with it NOW!" He got angry and decided to put me in solitary confinement in a concrete cell with no windows and vents.

He said angrily, "I'll teach you on almost getting me demoted!" Then he threw me in the concrete cell after releasing the choke hold machine and sealed the door shut. I overheard that the other rebels were back in their cells with hearing the guard saying, "LISTEN TO ME GOOD, NO REBEL ESCAPES FROM THE L.C.A.!" I stayed in solitary for the rest of the night while the other rebels got back to sleep in their cells. I heard whale and fish sounds from behind the wall; they kept me up until I finally got some shuteye.

When morning came; the Contessa ordered her guards to wake up the other captured rebels when curfew got over. She usually works the prisoners to the bone in the sea cave mines. The mines were owned by the L.C.A. and the Kemidyne Corporation for mining this priceless and high energy crystals which was the main source of the futuristic buildings in the City Centers and the L.C.A. Coalition's wealth, Omega. Usually the prisoners that are in death row have to mine out Omega so they can be in the regular cells to live. But, some of the Omega crystals cause cancer to the prisoners which was more worse than going into the electric chair or in gas chambers. The Contessa then decided to open up the concrete cell's door to bring me back into the death row cell block known as Cellblock D. She wasn't wearing a mud mask this time and she dragged me to my cell. When she opened up my cell; she pushed me inside and sealed the door.

Then she told me that in two hours I have to report to the mines to get the daily crystal count. I decided to think of another escape plan by trying to flood the mines and swim to the surface. After getting the daily count for mining these crystals, I tried to break through the weak seafloor with my mining sledgehammer. But, I ended up getting caught and thrown in solitary again. Then in the other eight days I tried to escape but kept on getting thrown in this concrete cell again and again and again.

Death of a poor rebel October 27th, 2028

I played with a chipped off piece of concrete by bouncing it off the walls. Then one of the guards decided to send me back to my cell. When he brought me back to my cell; he hit me in the back with the butt of his assault rifle to get me inside. Next, a female otter named Muriel said to me, "Ah Mikhail, you're back from solitary?" I told her that it was the fifth time that I got in there and she was surprised that it might be a record. Then the guard yelled out that all of the prisoners are on a routine check for doing their Omega mining total. I and the other prisoners decided to line up in the halls. The Contessa herself got in the halls and she was wearing shiny latex red gloves. She usually wears them for prisoner executions in death row. While checking all of us, I was starting to get paranoid and worried since I kept escaping seven times. Then Contessa looked at me in the eyes and snapped the red latex gloves onto her hands. I made a gulp since it made my heart jump from fear.

I talked to my friend from the Cooper gang Murray Keller (voice: Chris Murphy) and he told me that the Omega count in the mines is getting low now. It could mean that by November; we can't get through death row until our death day is due. She stood still and noticed that one of the prisoners didn't collect enough Omega crystals. She looked at the tusked pig male Edwin and said to him, "Edwin Parker, it's time to go to heaven." I told one of the other prisoners why didn't anyone give some Omega to Edwin. One of the prisoners said, "Edwin didn't tell me or tell anyone to share some!" Edwin was crying in fear when the guards used the choking mechanism on his neck. Then we witnessed that Contessa puts Edwin into shark infested waters to get eaten alive by sharks. She told all of us that we all need to get back into our cells until lunch starts with working back in the Omega mines. I started to cry and looked out of the cell window to the deep ocean. I said to myself, "I've got to get out of here." Then I prayed to god that hopefully one day all of the prisoners in this hole would be free.
