Preface: Hello, FanFiction! My name is AnythingAlfred613, but please, call me Alfred. You may recognize me as a frequent commenter on Azurixx's Mario and Sonic: Heroes Reunited! story.

Back in February of 2019, I started writing stories on the Google account my school district made for me, and I finished the stories back in June of this year. I am now going to share with you all of my stories throughout my new school year, which I have started today. These versions have been revised from the initial versions, except for this one, which has been rewritten from scratch. Hope you all enjoy, because I am incredibly nervous how this'll turn out!

CHAOS HAVEN

Prologue:
How Did We Get Here?

The light of the recorder briefly blinded the eyes of Sir Charles Hedgehog, as it was rather early in the morning. However, as he was here to record a presentation for his newest invention, he forced himself to bear it.

"Good morning," he began. "I am Sir Charles Hedgehog. It is Friday, June 9th, 199X, 5:03 am, and this is teleportation experiment number one."

The recorder turned to his newest invention, which resembled some kind of grey, mechanical ring with an empty holder for a power source. The hedgehog began to explain it. "This is the Dimensional Displacement Capacitor. It is designed to create an artificial Warp Zone out of thin air that can take the user to anywhere on Mobius, as well as other dimensions." He held up some kind of ruby. "This is known as a Phantom Ruby Prototype. It is an artificial duplicate of a Phantom Ruby, and it thus is less powerful than a real one. However, it is still remarkably powerful, possibly even more so than the Chaos Emeralds. It is thus the only thing that can power this contraption."

Charles placed the Phantom Ruby Prototype into the empty holder and turned the Dimensional Displacement Capacitor on. The space within the ring rippled, marking the opening of a Warp Zone. He then called over to his pet dog, Muttski, who faithfully assisted him in all his experiments. "My dog will now enter the Warp Zone and we shall use the camera I attached to him to track where he goes."

Muttski stepped into the Warp Zone and vanished. Unfortunately, as soon as he did, the machine began overloading, causing a power surge that wiped out the power in the entire laboratory. "Err, technical difficulties," muttered Charles as he hastily turned the camera off.

After traveling through the Warp Zone for a while, Muttski found himself in an odd world. The world was inhabited by animals, but they weren't mobians, despite being able to speak. Rather, they appeared to be mobini, like he was.

Despite not being able to properly speak with them, Muttski quickly made friends with the inhabitants of this dimension. The place where he was in was titled Whisker Haven, and was ruled over by much of his new friends. Some, however, seemed more like mobians and worked in the village. He had a lot of fun exploring the kingdom, seeing all of its sights, from the beach, to the flower fields, to the forest. But the one that intrigued him the most was the Lake of Wishes, as it had a mysterious planetoid hovering over it that reminded him of Little Planet back home.

However, when he decided to return home, the Warp Zone he came out of seemed to have vanished. Luckily, a Warp Zone seemed to have opened in the town square. And so, he happily left Whisker Haven, eager to return some other time.

Shortly after the time he left, however, a strange occurrence began. The inhabitants on Whisker Haven began to mysteriously vanish. The culprit seemed to be a blue hedgehog-like robot with red feet…

Anyway, the reason why the Warp Zone vanished was because of the DImensional Displacement Capacitor being turned off. No matter what he tried, Charles couldn't turn it back on. When it was approaching noon, he finally gave up.

Thankfully, he knew of someone that could at least let him know if Muttski returned...

Postface: And that was the prologue! The first chapter should also be uploaded by now, so you can skip ahead to the next chapter if you'd like.

As you can see, this story will be a crossover between the Sonic games and Disney's Whisker Haven Tales with the Palace Pets series. The Sonic universe will be an amalgamation of different Sonic universes, so in these areas, I'll go over little trivia from each chapter.
