Ring Ring…

The phone rang, Frisk looked at it and picked up it. "heya. is anyone there?" Asked a voice, Frisk knew all too well, it was Sans. "well if there is. might as well leave a message. so... it's been a while. the queen returned and is now ruling over the underground, she's insisted a new policy...all the humans that fall down here shall not be enemies but instead as friends. it's probably for the best anyways. the human souls, that the king had gathered mysteriously disappeared without a trace. so, uh, that plan ain't happenin any time soon. but even though people are heart-broken over the king and things are looking grim for our freedom, the queen is trying her best not to let us lose hope. so, uh, hey, if we're not losing hope down here, don't give up wherever you are, alright? who knows how long it will take, but we'll get out of here." Frisk smiled at his encouraging words, even after that small incident in the MTT resort. Frisk managed to look past that.

"SANS! WHO ARE YOU TALKING TO?!" Another voice came onto the phone, this one Frisk recognized as Sans' brother Papyrus. "oh nobody." responded Sans. "WHAT, NOBODY?! CAN I TALK TO THEM TOO? " "here, knock yourself out." "WAIT A MOMENT, I RECOGNIZE THIS NUMBER! ATTENTION HUMAN! I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS, AM NOW CAPTAIN OF WHAT REMAINS OF THE ROYAL GUARD. OF COURSE, MISS TORIEL ORIGINALLY WANTED TO GET RID OF IT IN GENERAL. BUT...WHEN SHE WAS INFORMED OF THE YELLOW SOUL INCIDENT...SHE DECIDED TO KEEP JUST A FEW MEMBERS TO STAY, JUST IN CASE IT HAPPENS AGAIN, AND GUESS WHAT? I AM NOW CAPTAIN! UNDYNE DECIDED TO QUIT, IN ORDER TO HELP WITH THAT WHOLE SCIENCE MUMBO JUMBO. BUT I ALSO WATER FLOWERS FOR THE QUEEN, EVERY NOW AND THEN. BUT MOSTLY, I'M GETTING BETTER AT COOKING! I EVEN MADE SOME EDIBLE AND DELICIOUS FOODS WITH THE HELP OF MISS TORIEL! SPEAKING OF DR. ALPHYS, SHE'S NOW FINDING A WAY TO GET OUT OF HERE AND LIKE I SAID, UNDYNE IS ALSO HELPING, THOUGH, TO BE HONEST, HER METHOD OF HELPING..SEEMS KIND OF..EXPLOSION-INDUCING. BUT I THINK, ALPHYS LIKES HAVING HER AROUND. OH DEAR.."

"Hey! What are you up to punk?! Ngahhh!" A new voice suddenly appeared, Intturpting, the rest of what Papyrus was saying. Causal Undyne, Frisk thought. "PLEASE, DON'T NOOGIE THE PHONE! " Papyrus called to Undyne in protest. "Hey, whose in charge here!?" Asked Undyne, still almost yelling into the phone. "ME." Replied Papyrus, almost distraught as he fought back control over the phone. "Oh, yeah...Right! I quit my job as leader of the royal guard. Actually , since we won't be fighting anymore...But still, the guard is still around, just in case anyone tries something to the queen. Anyways, now I'm working Alphy's lab assistant. We're going to find a way out of this dump once and for all! Oh, and I'm also a gym teacher at the queen's new school. Did you know I can bench-press seven children!? Awesome, right?" Then Undyne quieted down, her voice sounded sad. "I'm sorry about what happened with ASGORE. You were just doing what you had to. It's not your fault he…" Undyne paused for a few minutes, Frisk sighed. They knew it wasn't their fault that he died, it was that stupid Flowey that did it. At least, they managed to kill him, to avenge Asgore's death.

"I miss the big guy." Undyne came back from her long pause, just as another voice was heard. "H-hey, Undyne, are you okay…?" This was Alphys, Frisk smiled once more. "I'm fine, why don't you talk for a bit?" "U-uh, ok...Man, she's tsundere….Um hi. S-sorry, I hate talking on the phone. I don't really know what to say...Mettaton's doing ok! And um... I'm trying to figure out a way for us to get out of here! B-but I kinda have no idea what I was doing. I'll figure it out eventually, though. The queen is a lot different from Asgore. She actually cheeks to see if I'm doing anything. She's really turned this whole place around! Oh hey, wait a second. Hey Toriel! Do you wanna talk to..? Well, she says she's busy." Frisk sighed, they missed Toriel too and wanted to talk to her.

Undyne then cut in onto the conversation. "Oh, she SAYS she's busy." Papyrus followed in with another sentence. "BUT IF SHE KNEW WHO WE WERE TALKING TOO…" "we wouldn't get the phone back for at least a few hours." Sans finished. "WE HAVE THE MERCY TO SPARE YOU FROM HER! " Papyrus heartily agreed. "B-but if you want to, call and talk any time." Replied Alphys. "Yeah! She'd be happy to hear from ya!" Said Undyne. Frisk smiled. "oh, whoops. this thing's almost out of batteries." Sans quickly cut in. "so hate to cut this short but..be seeing you ok, buddy?" "BYE BYE FOR NOW! " "See ya punk!" "G-good...Good. Hey, why do I have to be the one to hang up? Eheheheh, I hate goodbyes. Um, we'll see you again someday!"

With that, Frisk put away their phone smiling to themself. They wanted to come back to the underground, they really did, but, for now, they can head back to their home. After all, their parents must be worried about them…

Meanwhile, Sans had begun charging his phone and sighed. Looking away, from everyone else, who was chatting about the recent events. He could say that he was relived. But it wasn't for Frisk. Sans was the only one who knew the truth of Asgore's death, because, he was keeping a watch just before he died. And saw Flowey kill him. But lately, the flower hadn't been seen since after Asgore died, and when he made the call. Looking off to them Sans teleported away.

He soon reappeared, somewhere in Snowdin Forest, where he used to tell knock-knock jokes to Toriel. He noted the big purple door. However, he felt something off with it. For one, it was closed again, Toriel did do this, After all, the door can open from both sides, and a magic seal was the thing that kept it shut for that long of a time. But, when Sans tried to push against the door, It wouldn't budge. "must be jammed, i'll have it looked at later." Sans thought to himself, as he turned around and walked just a few steps when a loud crashing sound was heard behind him! Sans quickly turned around and saw, a pile of rocks and snow blocking the door., and it looked like the exit had all but collapsed. Sans immitdelly ran to see the damage before looking up grimly. "looks like erosion and lack of repairs must be the cause of this collapse." muttered the skeleton, as he carefully put his hand on the other rocks. He looked around and sighed. The queen wouldn't like this.

Even if the debris can be cleared, it would take a while to clear everything out. With that, Sans teleported away. Debating whenever or not he should ask the queen. Inside the ruins, on a small patch of green in the darkness, a tall dark figure emerged out of it. He muttered something under his breath, before sighing, and he used green magic, and then, a faceless flower appeared on the patch of grass. The dark figure then looked at the flower, it looked heavily damaged and wilted. The figure then muttered something again. "Once upon a tragedy, things were poor. A kingdom without a king. Some areas in disrepair and losing important things. A prince lost in the darkness, the shadows cutting deeper. It may look a bit creepier from him. But one day, someone who has a kind heart, A bold face, They must be patient of a tart, that must contain their integrity. They will preserver and bring proper Justice that can be served just right with proper evidence and most importantly, they will be determined and SAVE the prince from the dark and bring him light. Recovery won't be easy. And it won't be a breeze. Still, I find this interesting. What do you think? " With that, the figure vanished away and five years later..his prophecy came true…
