April 19th, 2014

Dina jolted upright. An ear-splitting scream echoing through Wayne Manor. The door to her room opening quickly. A young Raven haired boy and man stood in the doorway. Looking to the panicked girl with worry. Dick flipped the lights on. Dina's gaze remaining still in front of her. Her Blue-grey eyes glistening with fear as a few tears slipped down her face. Dick looked to Bruce as he walked towards his younger sister. Only the Boy Wonder being aware of the relation between himself and Dina. Waiting for the right time to tell Her.

Dick took a seat on the bed beside Dina. Wrapping his arms around her in a hug. Dina remained still. Silently crying, few sobs slipping past her lips. Bruce dragged a seat up, taking a seat and waiting for her to calm down.

Dina took in a deep shaky breath. She closed her eyes and looked at her bedsheets. Pulling her legs into a criss-cross position. Slouching her shoulders and rubbing the stray tears away. "S-Sorry.." she finally spoke. Her voice shaky and fearful. She didn't mean to wake them. She didn't mean to scream.

Dick pulled away. Rubbing small circles on her back. "There's no need to be sorry. You did nothing wrong." Dick took a glance at Bruce before looking back to Dina, said girl nodded slowly. Running her fingers through her ebony hair, her breaths slowly evening as her fingers got tangled in the Snowy white tips.

"Tell me something... " The Raven haired girl glanced to her guardian. Her eyes shimmering due to tears. Both Bruce and Dick shared a look of slight confusion as they looked to the young girl. "Will you ever let me go back there..." her tone shook slightly as she finished. New tears brimming her eyes.

Both Dick's and Bruce's eyes widened, Dick's more than Bruce's, "What in the world gave you that idea.. " Bruce spoke finally. His tone calm and gentle. The slightest bit of shock hearable but only, Only, if you listened close enough and knew how to catch it. Dina averted her gaze back to the bedsheets as she began to crack her knuckles. Finger by finger. The cracks echoing through the silent room. After a few seconds, she shrugged. Bruce sighed silently and stroked her hair. "Never. Never, ever will any of us let you go back there. You've been through too much already and don't need to go through anymore..."

Dina glanced at the two briefly before nodding. "Okay..." she spoke softly, her words nearly a mumble. Her thumbs had moved to the scars that lined the backs of her hands. Each hand having a different array of lines. Her right having what looked like horizontal scratches, and her right, three vertical scratches.

Dina eventually looked at the two once more. Uncrossing her legs and sliding to the edge of her bed. Her gaze moving to her feet as she slid out of bed. "Where are ya goin' Di?" Dick asked as he saw the shaken girl stand.

Dina inhaled shakily and glanced at the two, "I'm going to The Mountain..." she then walked towards her dresser. Grabbing a pair of Jogging pants, a hoodie and a tank top. She tucked them under her arm and looked at them again. This time not avoiding eye contact or anything. Leaning up against her dresser and answering their unspoken question, "I need to hit something... I also need to work on a few techniques for training tomorrow..." she then returned to a standing position, no longer leaning on anything.

The Millionaire Playboy stood. Letting out a small sigh as he did so. "This isn't a healthy habit you know... I've been in a similar situation. Training nonstop due to emotion or pain, not knowing any other way to cope with them. I'll allow you to go this time but this needs to stop..." he walked towards the Raven haired girl. Resting a firm hand on her shoulder and give it a reassuring squeeze. She nodded slowly and sighed once again. Rubbing her eyes before walking into the bathroom attached to her room to change.

"I don't think he remembers that I'm no longer human... No longer living." Dina mumbled to herself as she closed the door, locking it and looking in the mirror with another tired sigh. After setting the change of clothes on the counter she ran her fingers through her messy hair and began to change.

Left, right, left, left, right, kick, left, right, left, repeat.

Dina's masked teal blue eyes narrowed into a glare as she repeated the movements. Hitting the punching bag as it came back at her, causing it to swing back with a final kick the chain snapped. Dina leaned over, placing her hands on her knees to catch her breath as she closed her eyes. Unaware of the team's position in the doorway watching their comrade.

A glaze of neon blue flashed in Dina's eyes as she took a standing position, slowly turning to face the Team. Hiding the tiredness and pain like she usually did. A black domino mask adorning her face. She gave a small wave and let out a heavy breath, setting her hands on her hips, a small, innocent and fake smile tugging at her lips, "Hey." Midnight spoke calmly, looking over each of her teammates taking note of the worried look in their eyes. She glanced at the clock and cursed silently as she took note of the time, she had been there longer than expected.

Closing her eyes she let out a sigh. Reopening them and looking at Robin. His gaze was stern making her inwardly groan, "Let me guess... Training?" she spoke calmly, taking a somewhat wild guess, she knew training was today but then again she hadn't slept much so she was off of it.

The Boy Wonder nodded, "Yep." he responded, "You know how Canary gets about training.." he trailed off with a smirk. Midnight rolled her eyes as Robin placed an arm around her, the Halfa swiftly elbowing him in the side, but not with her usual strength, making him back off with a glare.

Artemis took a half step forward, somewhat to the side to catch a view of the punching bag lying on the floor, "What'd that bag ever do to you?" she joked.

Dina shrugged, "Let me hit it." She responded with a similar tone, yet a little more exhausted than usual. Artemis rolled her eyes at Dina's words, walking over to a nearby bag and starting to beat it gently as a warm-up for the sparring matches set to occur. Dina walking over to the one she knocked off the chair and bent down to pick it up, standing quickly and stumbling slightly as she was hit with a dizzy spell. The corners of her vision going black, but not leaving as it should.

M'gann, while watching the small scene play out, noticed something off, about MoonShadow. The way she was standing, her balance... "Hey. Moon?" the Martian called as Dina was swaying, trying to hide it to the best of her abilities.

"Yea M?" said the girl replied, tilting her head slightly with a hum. The Martian slowly approaching.

The others watched with curiosity, knowing it wouldn't be good to crowd her. Though Robin did set a hand on her shoulder in an attempt to keep her steady, "You seem.." she couldn't place the right word to describe how the Moon seemed to be.

"I-I'm... fine. Tired is-" Dina was cut short when her eyes shut slowly and her body collapsed. Robin wasting no time in catching her.
