Here's a slightly different take on the events after "Mockingjay." A journalist from the Capitol's newspaper goes to District 12 to find out the real story - and come to terms with his own role in the Second Rebellion and his own lost love. Just a small series of one-shots on Everlark. Not really set post or during the books, just something fluffy. This is my first time writing something so I wanted to start out with something small.

In the winters before their Games, the allies and tributes of the 1st, 36th, and 41st Games all had their own winters, families, and stories. Each had a part to play in their own district. These are their Winter stories, one district at a time.

Each year, two more names are crossed off, leaving the district more hopeless with every death.
