Another little Idea I had while I was doing a nostalgia trip of Ninjago

Also no, Izuku won't be the green Ninja, yes I will have everyone else from MHA join, but as elemental masters instead of quirk users and finally There will be some changes, such as Izuku having a elemental power and not powerless, hope you enjoy

My Ninjago Academia

Episode 1: Deku of Destiny

It was a peaceful day in the world of Ninjago, many of its inhabitants were enjoying the peace it had, not knowing of any evil lurking in its shadows.

The biggest place in the Ninjago was the city named after the land, Ninjago City, having the biggest buildings and many citizens enjoying life, children would be playing in the parks, arcades would be filled with Teenagers who just came after school and many business companies helping their city grow.

In a apartment building in Ninjago City was a green haired boy, wearing a white buttoned up shirt, a black tie, black pants and red shoes, he was currently writing something in a sort of notebook, on the cover it says-

Ninjago Hero Notebook: for the future

This wasn't any normal boy, he was Izuku Midoriya, he wants nothing more than to be a hero, while kids at his school mocked him for wanting to to be a hero, since he they saw him as an embarrassment, Izuku had moments of mumbling out of control when he gets super analytical into things.

Luckily he has a friend watching over him, be it a little violently, his childhood friend, Katsuki Bakugou, a boy with spiked blonde hair who had a bit of an attitude towards those who disrespect him or Izuku, or how kids and eventually Katsuki and Izuku called him, Deku.

The name Deku hasn't gone in years but Izuku got used to it and instead only lets his friends, be it only Katsuki, call him Deku as a nickname for fun, not as an insult.

Izuku finished writing as he closed the notebook and grabbed it and put it unto his beige backpack on a nearby stool.

"Mom said she'll be out with aunt Mistuki for a few hours, should give me time to go outside of the city and train near the fields" he said to himself and he picked up his bag and left the apartment, leaving a note for his mom just incase she came back early and not to worry her of his absence.

Later on, Izuku is seen riding a jade green bike out of Ninjago City and into a empty field, he gets off his bike and takes off his bag, taking out some books and his notebook, he stands his notebook up, open on pages he wanted to look for, after leaving the page he wants open, he started to train.

Unlike most kids, Izuku wasn't fat or skinny or any type of stereotypical kid, he was strong and he was fit, he had muscles, but not to noticeable, he was fast, had good stamina and was pretty much a hero in training, however most kids in his school never noticed and just focused on bullying him.

But that didn't stop him from training, in fact it motivated him, to show he wasn't useless.

He started practicing by doing some punches in the air, he continued this before switching to do some high kicks, his moves were fast and precise, imagining an opponent in front of him as he continued to fight his imaginary opponent, not knowing he had an observer.

As he continued, he then decided to get risky and perform a move he hadn't had much practice with, one that he had been studying on since he discovered it in the Ninjago City library by accident, the Phantom Kick, a move that made you almost invisible as you speed around your opponent and land a barrage of air kicks.

Izuku tried this as he does some somersaults, performing kicks into his imaginary opponent, but since he had no REAL opponent, he ended up just falling flat on his face.

"Ugh...I'll never get the Phantom Kick right" Izuku said to himself, he wished he could get a Punching bag but he couldn't, since he spent the last of his allowance on the new All Might comic book, his favourite fictional series.

"Perhaps you would need a real opponent rather than your imagination, young Midoriya" Izuku went wide eyed as he heard a new voice, quickly turning around to see...an old man.

The old man wore a straw hat, had a very long white beard and mustache, reaching to his waist, he wore white robes with a red circle insignia on his chest and back and a black belt, he was currently sitting down with a blue tea set next to him, a kettle, a tea cup and a cup filled with sugar cubes, how did Izuku not hear him setting that up?.

"WHA-HUH?! WH-Who are you?!" Izuku said, completely startled by the sudden appearance of an elder.

"You may call me Master Wu" Master Wu said as he took a sip of tea from his cup, "You may be wondering how I know you, the answer is, your mother is a good friend of mine" he said as he began making another cup of tea.

Izuku walked up to the old man before sitting down in front of him, "You know my mom?" he asked.

"Of course, Inko was a very sweet girl when I met her, she was very sweet in helping me and my other friends, some would even say she was an angel who we didn't deserve" Master Wu said as suddenly, there were now two tea cups, one for him, the other for Izuku, who took the cup without question.

"How come I was never told of you, Mr Wu?" Izuku asked.

"Please, no mister nonsense, just Master Wu" Master Wu said as he had some of his tea, Izuku looked at his cup nervously but Master Wu spoke, "Go ahead, its earl grey, clears the mind" Izuku then drank the tea, it was good.

"As for her not telling you, I wanted it to make sure you are ready" Master Wu said as Izuku put his cup down.

"Ready? For what?" he asked, not knowing what Master Wu would say next would change his life forever.

"To become a hero of Ninjago" Izuku was silent, did he just hear that right?

"I'm sorry, what did you say Master Wu?" he asked, thinking he misheard.

"I have seen you train here for many months, a whole year even, to become a hero for your home and the rest of Ninjago, correct?" Master Wu said, to which Izuku was shocked, he was watching him train all this time?

Master Wu continued, "Your training is great, yet you haven't unlocked your true potential, perhaps some guidance will help you" Guidance? Does he mean?

"Wait, you mean, you will train me?" Izuku asked.

"Of course, you are dedicated to your craft and want to save those you care about, but to be better, you must have the right teacher" Master Wu said as he suddenly has Izuku's notebook, "Your research is impressive, but needs improvements with your own skills" he said as he handed the book to Izuku, to which the green haired boy took back.

"What kind of improvements do you mean Master Wu?" the greenette asked, Master Wu stood up and took a few steps back.

"With proper training, you can become something brilliant, and with practice, you could learn new skills" Master Wu said before stopping and staring at Izuku.

"Such as this, Ninjagooo!" Before Izuku could understand, Master Wu suddenly became a golden tornado, Izuku was so shocked, amazed, mesmerized, he couldn't believe his eyes, Wu kept spinning before coming to a stop right next to Izuku.

"WHA-WHA-WHAT WAS THAT?!" Izuku asked with stars in his eyes and a smile on his face.

"That, young Midoriya, was Spinjitzu, an ancient technique made by my father, the First Spinjitzu Master" he said before looking at Izuku's face, seeing his reaction made him chuckle.

"I suspect you would like to learn about this technique?" The elder asked him, Izuku snapped out of his admiration and looked shocked.

"I-I can learn Spinjitzu? But it must take so much time to learn, not to mention the amount of time to master it, there's also the accounts of balance if that is involved if it includes momentum and many factors that-" Izuku kept on mumbling to which Master Wu didn't mind.

'This just comes to show that he is very intelligent, I just hope the others won't mind his mumbling' he thought to himself as Wu slightly nudged Izuku with his staff, which just came out of nowhere.

"Of course Izuku, now come, I shall teach you, from now on, you shall be my student" he said to which Izuku looked shocked.

"B-but what about my mom? And my school?" He asked, he can't just leave without telling his mom and he definitely couldn't leave his school studies behind...could he?

"I have already told Inko, she is aware, there will be no need for school, since I'll be teaching you both in normal studies and to learn further techniques" Master Wu said, Izuku was shocked his mother already knew this was happening, but with this new information, he felt like nothing was in the way now for him to become a hero.

Izuku smiled and looked to Master Wu, "When do we start, Sensei Wu" he asked while giving a bow.

"First, we must go and find another worthy candidate, your not the only destined for greatness Izuku" Master Wu said as he quickly put his tea set away into a bag before walking along a nearby path, using his staff to walk, Izuku also quickly grabbed his bags, books and his bike before setting off with Master Wu.

Izuku smiled brightly as he thought to himself, 'My dreams are coming true, I'll be a hero, a hero Ninjago deserves!'.

What Izuku didn't know, is that there was more to come on his journey in being a hero.
