Elsa's' face was buried in Anna's' neck as she tried to keep her composure. "I'm going to miss you." Elsa mumbled into her sister's neck. Anna nodded her head up and down as her tears hadn't stopped since her sister announced that she wasn't returning to Arendelle. "Are you really sure about this?" Anna sniffled out. Elsa pulled back and smiled at her sister. "Anna, I owe it to myself to stay. You will be an amazing queen." Anna half smiled. "You must visit me at least every weekend. It feels like we haven't had enough time." Anna looked down as the tears began to fall again. Elsa pulled her chin up. "I promise I will be there. We can still talk by letter, and I will come and visit as much as I can." She smiled. Anna took a deep breath, "Okay." She stated confidently.

Kristoff placed his hand on the small of Anna's back. "We need to get going sweetheart; I'll go get Olaf into the sled while you say your goodbyes." He smiled sweetly as he knew it was going to be a tear filled trip home. Anna had a quizzical look on her face which caught Elsa off guard. "What's wrong Anna?" Elsa worriedly replied. "I'll have Kristoff and Olaf with me to comfort me. Who's going to watch over you?" Anna sadly said.

"I'll have the spirits and the Northuldra here with me." Elsa said while looking at the gathering of her new companions. Leaves were dancing around the Northuldra children as they giggled. Her eyes were roaming around the scene in front of her. Her heartbeat sped up as her eyes kept tugging back to one spot. "I'll be okay Anna. I promise." She distractedly stated. Anna looked over to what caught Elsa's attention and smiled. She grabbed her sister's hands, and pulled her into a hug. "If it gets unbearable please come home." Anna insisted. Elsa smiled.

What am I going to do now? Elsa thought as she watched her family drift off in the distance. She jumped as she felt a searing heat on her ankle. Bruni licked his eyeball and stared up at her. She smiled as she held her hand out to catch her fiery friend. "Want to go for a ride?" She whispered to him. He let out a few chirps and jumped down running towards the shore. Ahtohallan it is. She took off in a sprint smiling as Gale swirled around her. The Northuldra turning their attention to the new spirit running towards the shoreline.

"I can't believe she stayed here." Honeymaren whispered to Yelena in admiration. "We are blessed, child." Yelena matter of fact stated as she turned towards camp. Honeymaren walked towards the cliff and watched as Nokk whinnied at his mistress bowing to allow her to get on him. Elsa picked up Bruni and placed him on her shoulder. "Here you go." She giggled as he nestled against her neck. She jumped onto Nokk and placed her hand against his watery mane. In a whisper she said. "Let's race the sun to Ahtohallan." He reared back and took off. Honeymaren had been standing lost in thought about the fifth spirit for what felt like minutes, but with the receding sun she knew it was more like hours. What has gotten into me? Honeymaren considered while retreating back to camp.

Looking around the room of her memories of her life growing up, Elsa smiled as tears fell from her face. Bruni chirped at her, tilting his head. "I'll be fine" She said with a sniffle. Since Elsa's ascension from mortal to the fifth spirit, everything seemed to be falling in place. She just couldn't shake the sadness as the scars of being alone over the years were slowly creeping into the memories above. She shuddered as her magic began to roll throughout her body. "Am I being selfish?" She whispered to her fiery friend. Bruni licked his eyeball and jumped out of her lap. Gale blew around her in a welcoming breeze. "You're finally home to where you belong, mistress."

Elsa fell off the icy bench she had made herself as she heard a voice. "Who's there?" Elsa said as her hands began to glow ready to defend herself. "My apologizes mistress, I'm Gale, the wind spirit." The wind lightly blew around Elsa. "You can talk?" Elsa said as she looked around the room. "Why yes mistress. We all can talk, but only you can hear us." Gale's voice filled Elsa's mind. Elsa took a steadying breath as she stood back up. I'm losing my mind already. She shook her head. "Mistress, please don't fear. We have been waiting for so long to talk to you." Gales voice filled Elsa's head once more. "We?" Elsa whispered out. Just then the ground began to shake. "How did the Earth Giants get all the way out here?" Elsa nervously squeaked out.

Elsa spoke to each of the spirits that night. She stared at the sleeping lizard in her lap wondering why all she got from him was chirps, squeaks and his tongue licking his eye. "I guess not all of you speak to me." She quietly chuckled as she ran her finger down the sleeping lizards body. She gently took the lizard into her hands rocking him back and forth to avoid him burning her hands. Ouch. She thought as the fiery spirit yawned awake. Nokk was already outside in a bow waiting for her. Mistress. He purred into her head. Elsa smiled as she got onto the water spirit. "Time to go home." She whispered to him. He took off towards the forest.

A/N: This story I have roughly mapped out to roughly 30 or so chapters depending on feedback and how the plot goes. I am 100% the type of writer that loves to use my readers thoughts in my writing. You ask questions and a lot of the times you'll see it within the story or in the author notes. I've rolled this fanfiction in my head quite a bit, so I have a rough idea what is going to happen. This story will get dark pretty fast and may get darker later on. Proceed with caution lol.
