Soulmates, they were a fact of life everyone had one whither you would find them in your lifetime was slim. In light of that fact many didn't wait for their soulmate instead they married someone they liked through everyone grew up hearing true love stories not many believed that it would happen to them. Logan was one of them he didn't believe he would ever find his soulmate but not for the reason above no Logan didn't think he would find his soulmate because he didn't have one. When he was born there was no writing on his wrist of those fateful first words it was blank. He was a medical phenomenon no one had ever been born without a soulmate you always had one even if they died before you could meet them. At first Logan was crushed when he was told that he would never find true love but over time he buried that pain by covering it up with facts and statistics. The day he turned seventeen his world turned upside down.

"Honey time to get up and seize the day" Logans dad Patton sang while opening the blinds. Patton was one of the lucky ones his husband Roman was his soulmate. They met when they were only sixteen on Pattons wrist were the words 'Well hello there cutie". While poor Romans read 'If it isn't Prince Prick'. From then on it was true love. ;)

"Ugg" was all Logan said in reply.

"Did you stay awake all night reading again Lo" Patton said while putting his hands on his hips "You know that is bad for you, you need sleep". Then Patton smiled and said "Time for breakfast it's your birthday". Then Patton skipped out of the room leaving his half dead son behind.

Logan grumbled and sat up rubbing his eyes then he grabbed his glasses from his nightstand and put them on. He looked down at his arms expecting to once again see pale word-free wrists. But when he looked down there was words too many in fact the sentence seemed to change every two seconds. "Dad Father come here quick" Logan exclaimed falling out bed and scrambling to get up but just getting more tangled in the process. His parents ran into the room took one look at Logan and started to laugh. But they stopped laughing when Logan finally got out and showed them his wrist. They looked at it then back to each other they did that about three more times before they snapped out of it. Logan growing more agitated said "What does this mean I thought I had no soulmate and now I have one that can't make up their mind".

After looking at his husband Roman walked up to Logan looked him right in the eyes and said "You don't have a soulmate that can't make up their minds you have three". Seeing his sons confused face explained "You have three soulmates but you only have one spot on your wrist so their words have meshed together slightly.

"How id that possible people only ever have one soulmate since birth but this appeared just now" He looked away from his father and looked at his dad then back to his father trying to discern answers from their faces.

After a few moments Roman cleared his throat and said "I have some information about this" then he looked at Logan "But you're not going to like where it's from".

Time Break

"You have got to be kidding me" Logan said dryly looking down at the fairy tale book his father had just put on his land. He looked back up and looked at his parents with an eyebrow raised. Roman coughed and turned red.

"Just read it" Roman ordered. So, Logan did, it was a short story and Logan was a fast reader so it only took him a minute or two. After finishing it he looked back up at his parents this time confused.

"Are you try to tell me I'm the main character that you apparently named me after thats-" Logan started to say but when he looked down at the picture of the main characters soulmates things started to appear in his head. Logan clutched his head and more things started to appear but at an even more rapid pace. Patton and Roman held Logan while he was sorting though all the information being pounded into his brain. After what seemed like a lifetime but was only an hour the pain turned into a faint throbbing.
