Chapter 1

In the world of Destiny Islands, the sun is setting, making the ocean shine from the sun's light. Korra is sitting on the beach, her eyes closed and the light shining down on her face, warming her. She has a peaceful smile. Then she heard footsteps coming her way. She heard someone sit down next to her.

"Hey Riku." she said without opening her eyes.

"Hey Korra." Riku said. He looks at Korra.

"You doing okay?"

"Yeah. I'm doing okay. Why do you ask?" she said as she opened her eyes and looks at Riku.

"It's just that... With Zia gone, I was wondering if you were worried that she'll return."

Korra looks down at the sand.

"No. I'm not worried." She looks back up at Riku but she pauses.

"But...?" Riku started, sensing there is more.

Korra looks back down and she closes both her hands together nervously, her grip tightening. "But... I've been having visions of the future. But those visions are... unsettling."

Korra looks up to meet Riku's calm gaze.

"What if she does return?"

Riku's eyes lowered, thinking while he hears Korra speak.

"We haven't used our powers in a year. What if we don't have the strength to vanquish her this time?"

Riku chuckles as he gets up. Korra looks up at Riku with surprise and confusion.

"What's so funny?" she asks.

Riku looks down at her with a smile.

"You worry too much." he simply said.

"I worry too much!?" Korra said, putting her hand on her chest.

Riku helps Korra up onto her feet.

"Yes." Riku said.

Korra crosses her arms, turns her back to Riku, and pouts a little.

"Well, sorry for worrying so much."

Riku turns Korra back around to face him.

"Besides, who is to say if this vision of yours is going to come true?"

Korra looks downwards.

"You're right. I shouldn't worry so much." she said in a low voice.

Riku lifts her chin up with his fingers and gazes into her.

"I rather see you enjoy this peacefulness than seeing you worry about Zia."

Korra smiles at him.

"Alright Riku. I won't worry about Zia or anything ever again. Besides, Zia is never coming back."

Riku and Korra head back to the town of Destiny Islands.
