A bunch of surprise crossovers even thought it doesn't allow me to do more than 2 sooo yeah. I'm using three characters from odd places that caught me off guard when suggested but whatever. I'll explain when they come around.
"You've already made him c-cry Kaachan! If you d-don't stop, I-I'll...I'll fight you myself!" Izuku balled and raised his fists, bracing for fight.
The boy behind him simply kept crying, not even attempting to move from fear of the spikey blonde threatening them. Katsuki Bakugo snickered, as did his two lackeys. He smiled a devilish grin and closed his eyes in fake happiness, disguising his actual cruel intentions.
"Oh really?" Bakugo slammed a fist into an open palm, letting loose an explosion on contact. "You don't stand a chance without a quirk...Deku!"
Midoriya flinched back and dropped his guard, nevertheless he stood firm and braced himself as the three bullies rushed him. It was a good 30 minutes until Midoriya was now on the ground, panting and bruised. He was dirty from the relentless scuffle he'd just endured, Izuku could barely move from the pain.
He'd always felt this was the truth, and today is when it finally set in.
Not all men are created equal.
Stumbling home as he was, there was enough evidence to crash down on any hope. Izuku was, in a word, unremarkable. His appearance was plain, he had no particular skill aside from good analysis, and worst of all, he didn't have a quirk.
Today, Izuku was coming home early, as he'd done for the past few weeks. He knew there was going to be some explaining to his mother, but it was obvious she knew the reason behind his early misfortune. All she did was apologize when he asked if it was possible to overcome his quirklessness.
Midoriya constantly asked himself where exactly had his life, had the world gone wrong.
But soon enough, he'd figure out that humans weren't the only ones who could wilt beneath their misfortunes.
...
"I'm sorry Inko, I don't think I can keep visiting anymore." said a woman from the other end."
The Inko she spoke of was in fact Inko Midoriya, Izuku's mother, and she was holding the phone while shaking. It was taking all her willpower to hold back tears, her bottom lip shake as she bit on to it. Life for the Midoriya's had gone completely down hill after Izuku was diagnosed as quirkless, everything seemingly turning on them.
She knew her best friend, Mitsuki Bakugo, wasn't doing this out of disgust for her son's predicament. Life had done a lot of things to their family for her to easily tell the difference between the kind and cruel but...
It really felt like everything and everyone was abandoning her.
"Mitsuki please...I've already ruined Izuku's life in more way than one. I don't want to hurt him more. There has to be a way for us to settle things betwe-"
"Inko. Hun. I have told you a million times already that Izuku would never say you ruined his life..." The blonde woman with perfect skin sighed with such a depressing tone, it was audible just how tough it was to say this without crying herself. "You know that I'm always going to be your friend, no matter what, but we can't continue like this is normal in our dynamic."
"Oh god." Inko was beside herself. She was losing her best friend to the now obvious brat of child. She could only hope repeating Izuku's wishes could help hold their relationship together.
"Mitsuki...We have to give Izuku a chance to speak up about this. God knows he still finds a way to admire your boy. We have to believe that whatever of his old friend is left in there can still come out."
"Inko!" A small pause meant the Bakugo patriarch was composing herself from her outburst. "That is exactly why this needs to happen.." Mitsuki let out another sigh before Inko heard a sound she rarely heard, something that validated the weight this decision had on her.
"*Sniffle* That angel of a boy you call a son, means every bit of the world as much as my family does to me. I-I want to preserve the sweet thing from as much pain as possible like you, god knows he already has it bad at school alone. My brat needs to change his act before anything can go back to normal, I need to intervene now that I'm aware." The normally cheerful woman could hear Mitsuki struggle with both the memory of said revelation and having to say where she failed as a parent. "However, I can't do that if he's given every chance possible to go behind our backs and hurt Izuku! I can at least minimize this whole thing until he changes."
"I'm sorry Inko...You know I love you sweetie, I really do. You're no different than a sister to me, so.just understand that I'm doing this to help..." Her dam of will broke and her tears finally rolled down her cheeks. whimpers of desperation filling the air. "Tell Izuku I love him...Goodbye for now."
At the Bakugo Residence
Mitsuki placed her cell on the coffee table, doing her best not throw it in anger. She slowly got up and wiped a few tears, which only got harder when her eyes darted across a photo of the angel child. Her feet wobbled as she stepped towards her room down the hall, only to slide her back down the wall and weep.
A blonde bed of spikes watched on from a crack in his door. He was lost as to what exactly she was crying about, Deku was a liability and useless, nothing else. Katsuki always said he was the best and everybody said so.
It didn't matter, as long as his pebble in the road didn't get in his way, than nothing was in his way.
Izuku immediately registered darkness, even though his eyes were peeled wide open. He felt a jolt of fear wake him up, already asking where he was or why he was lying down out cold. The void stretched on forever and his only light was the suspicious spotlight on him.
"Hello?" echoed Midoriya's question, much to his surprise but not his shock, given where he was at least.
Izuku stood up straight, noticing that he was seemingly unharmed and that it was eerily quiet. Ignroing the distant whispering like sound, it was empty as a blackness like it should be. The silence beckoned him to desire someone.
"Is anyone there? Where am I?
Midoriya's big green eyes were filled with both a slow burning concern, and a quick sadness. It seemed his misery watched over him, even in a place where there was nothing to use against him. That was it however, he fittingly had nothing in the end.
"P-lease...s-someone...help me..."
His whimpers were interrupted by something he could only describe as a grotesque howl, followed by screeching and clear but jumbled whispering. "H-Hello? Who's there!?"
He immediately regretted his calling when he recieved his reply, or rather replies. It was a sound he'd remember for years to come, and to heed as a sign. The hundreds, thousands...
Of agonizing screams, torment incarnate.
Midoriya let out a gasp of shock, and he quickly spun around the room in search of the source. It wasn't him when comparing the room to a spinning maze, endlessly drawing him in as his own being sunk into it's shadows. It wasn't long before his vision passed by two bright lights in the distance, he centered his vision and let his fear cave in completely.
It seemed as though, in this darkness, Midoriya's misery wasn't the one watching him. Instead, something else had been observing him, something beyond imagination.
Two sharp, yellow-green eyes stared back with stoic ferocity, eliciting the trembling in his body. Midoriya backed, or rather crawled away after falling back down, once noticing the voices were coming from whatever was there. The eyes rose but never broke its gaze and soon, a being Izuku could only describe as terrifying revealed himself.
A purple glow from below them illuminated what looked to be a figure, clad in a cloak of purple and decayed gold, its hood protruding four large horns from the top and obscuring any kind of face. His face was nothing but shadows and plated by gold over the forehead of the hood. His purple collar overlayed thick pauldrons and met beneath a medal fashioned in likeness of the symbol for Olympians.
It continued with a skeletal midrift and angular belt, ending with dark mist emanating from beneath the tattered purple and gold tail end. The jagged bracers over his bony hands contrasted their frail appearance, his left even more so for the staff it gripped. The long pole's headpiece curved around a green jewel that focused his dark magic.
Who or whatever it was, stood tall even when hunched over, a whirlpool of purple mist swirls beneath him. Midoriya could make out faces from the mist's small streaks of lavender color. It was them whom were screaming for help, that much he could tell with his young mind, but thankfully, not why.
In Izuku's eyes was the reflection of the figure now reaching out with its bony hand, it whispered.
He whispered.
"Now..." he said in a gruff, lordly voice. "...Be reborn..."
*GASP*
Once again with a start, Midoriya found himself surrounded by the familiar sight of his room. He frantically searched for the robed entity and saw nothing of the sort, which made him tremble with both relief and fright. Never had Midoriya's small, innocent mind ever imagined he would've witnessed something that bizzare and terrifying in his life.
Izuku's little feet swung over the side and took him to a small desk. He climbed atop a chair and turned on a lamp, revealing the comforting image of All Might in his usual hero pose. He sighed in relief to his idol's depiction, he's mere name made him feel like he could have strength as well.
Enough to protect others.
Enought to mean something.
Enough to be a hero.
He left on his light and scampered off to bed, still slightly scared of everything he just experienced. Izuku's dreams were always the balance of his decisions, it never ceased to push something inside him further than it should've gone the day before. Perhaps it was desperation, or denial, either way it was all the same.
It was his wish.
So my intros are going to be about 2k for every story I come out with. I hope this gets you going for what will be in the near future of this unsuspecting story. My hope is that I'm not going to fast or to slow, and that I've gotten better with my writing over all. A lot of the crossover characters aren't in the character tags so you'll find out in the story itself btw. Love
