Thought I'd go ahead and post this too, the master list I came up with all my ideas for Gashats. A lot didn't get used, but I wanted to preserve the ideas anyway. Please enjoy!
Sequel Gashats-
Based on games from the show, these are sequels or spinoffs with new gimmicks (or are actual games that only made minor appearances in the show, which I'm thinking of featuring more prominently).
To explain how this part's organized, they're listed alphabetically by series (Bang Bang, Chambara, Mighty, etc.), but within it in rough order of power (although levels aren't set in stone, depending on what seems like a good narrative use).
Bang Bang Sunset (Level 2, Light blue)
An FPS in a western setting. Title based on the best cowboy game of all time, Sunset Riders. Sling's first Gashat.
Bang Bang Gallery
A more inoffensive alternative to Bang Bang Shooting, with everything bright and cartoony like a shooting gallery.
Bang Bang Galaxy (Level 30)
Based on a planned online multiplayer shooting game taking place in space. Meant as Sling's Level 30 form, but is stolen, possibly destroyed before he can get it.
Bang Bang Menace
Menace as in "menace to society." Thought of a game that was sort of like the Grand Theft Auto series where the player uses heavy ordinance to go around committing crimes and destroying things.
Label shows a yakuza with an assault rifle.
Bang Bang Nightmare
A game about surviving a zombie apocalypse with big guns. Maybe a series crossover with Dangerous Zombie. Then again, maybe that's what Dangerous Zombie already is.
Bang Bang SWAT
Squad-based shooter about SWAT teams, obviously. "Good" alternative to Bang Bang Menace. Possible Dual Gashat with different specialties?
* Bang Bang Tank
Used by Snipe in the epilogue movie to fight the zombie clones. Only seen being used while inserted into his gun, possibly to limit risk to the civilians trying to defeat the zombies as well to save the victims.
I imagine if worn in the Driver it might allow the user to summon an actual tank. Maybe the idea for Cruisers began with this game?
Bang Bang Dino (Ultimate mode)
Game about hunting dinosaurs, with commensurate firepower.
Bang Bang War Room/Bang Bang General
World War III's broken out and the player must defend their country, commanding all of its military forces.
En En Chambara (Level 2, Red)
Samurai dueling game, sequel to Giri Giri Chambara. Utsura's primary weapon with this game is a katana, but can also dual wield a wakizashi, or two wakizashi with it. After Kensei agrees to go along with Genm Corp. and the Ministry of Health's plans, this Gashat is tuned to get the unreleased bow combat module as well (which can't be paired with his melee weapons; he has to switch between melee or distance combat modes).
Giri Giri Chambara: War of Dance
Ill-advised dancing game spinoff to attract casual gamers. One of the worst flops in GENM's history. Ironically they tried again a little later, and Mighty Dancing X is up to four games with Mighty Dancing siX as a projected launch title for GENM's next generation console. If the company survives to release it.
I was thinking about the Persona dancing games, and wanted to come up with a dancing game as an unlikely continuation of a series. That made me think of the "Dirty Dynasty Warriors Dancing" joke from Spoony's old Dirty Dancing review, and here we are.
Sensou Chambara (Super Mode)
A further sequel to Giri Giri Chambara but a Dynasty Warriors-type game where the player fights huge groups of enemies singlehandedly. A late show upgrade for Utsura. Bestows heavy legendary armor and makes polearms and two-handed swords available.
Eternal Chambara (Ultimate Mode)
A game of lightning-fast melee combat spanning all of history and across the heavens themselves.
Originally the title for the above game.
Galactic Ghambara (Ultimate mode)
In this game high-tech warriors duel in outer space with weapons charged by the energy of exploding stars. Gives Utsura a jetpack that can reach escape velocity and wields a flaming saber that can melt anything.
Another possibility: the player controls a celestial warrior using the "virtue" of the planets to power different types of attacks, fighting gods the planets are based on and other cosmic beings.
Dangerous Maniac
Spinoff of Dangerous Zombie. The player controls a chainsaw-wielding Jason Voorhes-style maniac (or other weapon as appropriate; those boys are nothing if not creative).
DoReMiFa Idol
Rhythm game about steering the career of a rising singing star.
Elements of Kirameki Star Road.
DoReMiFa Rock
Multiplayer rhythm game played with instrument peripherals. Keyboard is considered the hard, crappy one nobody wants to get stuck with.
(Shred is yellow)
(Beat is green)
(Wail is blue)
(Keys is red)
Gekitotsu War
Battlefield action game with a variety of fighting mechs.
Inspired by DiscontentCat telling me how cool Gundam x Zoids would be as an idea, to which I replied "That'd be an awesome video game." He said "OMG ur rite". I said "And I bet it would only take three patches before it's playable" and he said "looool".
Gekitotsu Ball
Instead of powerful robots having boxing matches, they play a futuristic sport in a stadium full of traps and weapons. The ball is shot out of a cannon-like weapon to pass it to your teammates.
* Gun About: The Super Real
A popular arcade shooter. Fan wars rage about whether this or Bang Bang Shooting is more intense.
From the real video game Persona 5. Sadly not playable.
Ju Ju Pizza, Ju Ju Ice Cream and Ju Ju Donut
Vaporware sequels to JuJu Burger.
* Kamen Rider Carnival
VR game from a stage show. Meant to be a happy shared space between all the CR personnel. Possible MacGuffin to restore Kensei to normal from his overuse of his ultimate form, as well as an antivirus to counter the Corrupture in the very last chapter.
Knock Out Fighter 2: World Turbo Champ Edition
A fourth-generation expansion of the sequel to Knock Out Fighter, with each one adding a few extra new playable characters or features over the original game.
A parody of the legendary Street Fighter 2, which did the same thing.
Knock Out Fighter Girls
Game about the female combatants from the series cavorting at a beach resort.
Parody of the Dead or Alive Extreme games.
* Doctor Mighty (White)
A scaled-back version of Doctor Mighty XX from the show, based on incomplete data. Multiple Gashats of this type exist, and can be loaded into a Rider's weapon or be used by a victim of Corrupture infection to restore them to normal. Each one burns out after a single use, though.
Mighty Sketch (Level 3, Orange)
Painting game. Gives paintbrushes that act as battering weapons, spray paint guns, and a backpack with telescoping metal arms ending in other paint-related weaponry.
Parody of Mario Paint.
Pennellata Level 3!
Mighty Golf X (Level 3)
Gives Rider using it golf clubs and balls as weapons. Balls may turn into bombs to reflect the ones used by Mighty's evil doppelganger, Wighty.
Wighty's Treasure XXX (Level 3)
Mighty's comedically evil doppleganger is back again and in bigger trouble than ever. Has his trademark huge bombs and a bitching explorer hat. The tradeoff to this massive boost in firepower is sudden comedic misfortune thanks to the cursed Nasuki Jewel that Wighty becomes stuck with during the opening cutscene, and is performing the various puzzles to get rid of (the talking jewel eggs him on during the game).
Tomato King is an enemy in this game, one of those "invincible pursuer" types like Baron von Blubba from Bubble Bobble or King Ghidorah in the Gameboy Godzilla title, where the only way to get rid of them is to escape to the next level before they kill you.
Flighty Fancy X
Mighty's fickle blue girlfriend has to save him from a vengeful Count Salty. Assisted on her platform adventure by a group of cutesy sidekicks with different powers.
Mighty Bowling X
Self-explanatory.
Mighty Bases X
Baseball title with Mighty characters.
Mighty Strikers X
Soccer with Mighty characters.
Mighty Net X
Tennis with Mighty characters.
Mighty Jungle X
Edutainment game learning about animals.
Mighty Time X
Edutainment game about traveling through time to learn history. Has a reputation as a cheap attempt to get easy appeal by slapping Mighty onto a shoddy educational title.
Mini Mighty x
Puzzle game where the player has to guide small toy versions of Mighty and his friends through dangerous areas and defeat enemies. Sort of Lemmings-esque.
The X is small on purpose.
Welcome to Mighty's World!
An unusual game where the player helps Mighty solve problems and go on adventures, but the player "plays" themselves and has no direct control over Mighty. Instead they have to call his attention to features of the environment to get him to react to them on his own.
Based on the infamous Pac-Man 2: The New Adventures.
Mighty Board X
Slightly off-beat Mighty game where all the characters are depicted through animated cardboard puppets (like Paper Mario). Sometimes confused with Mighty Build X (below) because of the name seeming more appropriate for that game.
Mighty vs. DynaMighty
The famous mascot takes on his giant, unintelligent rival.
Mighty Build X
Monopoly-ish board game with the players competing to build skyscrapers and fortresses.
Wighty Station X
Wighty tries to make a successful TV station. Player 2 is Mighty competing by making his own station.
Salty Jr.
Count Salty's son is trying to accumulate enough money to get his dad out of jail. Wighty appears as a rival for riches or Player 2's character.
Mighty Kart X
Possible substitute for Lap Fever.
Mighty Olympic X
Thinking of a Gashat with different modes based on different events, possibly used by Ex-Aid as a replacement while they're trying to get back his more powerful Gashats.
Based on the Mario/Sonic Olympic games.
Mighty Action DX
Updated rerelease of the classic game with additional content. Considered a bastardization by some diehard Mighty fans. See it used in tandem with Ex-Aid to create the real-life Mighty Brothers Riders. Maybe used to solve some kind of henshin difficulty.
Mighty RPG XXX
Turn-based RPG using characters from the legendary platform series. Lets its user give non-Rider allies special forms and powers based on the game's other party members. Still tied back to the main user, so if they're knocked out of a fight their allies automatically lose their powers.
WightyWare XXX
Collection of numerous bizarre minigames hosted by Mighty's comical evil twin, Wighty.
* Mighty All-Stars DX
Based on the idea for GENM Master Smash (see below), but with a selection made up of various Mighty games. That is, the various Mighty games listed above. Their primary function is to "anchor" Ex-Aid's driver to Utsura's, allowing his partial Patient Zero status to restore Ex-Aid's power to transform as long as they're transformed together. Each game allows the "real life" Mighty Brothers to use a unique weapon or feature based on the individual game, but only once each.
Mighty Fest Infinity (Ultimate Mode) (space-patterned case)
Party game. A cosmic character named Almighty appears to the staple Mighty characters and challenges them to a series of contests (that is, wacky minigames) with the winner being granted their heart's desire.
The Gashat for this game acts as if Almighty himself has been unlocked as a ridiculously optimized playable character, making a Rider able to use it to its full potential the equal of Ex-Aid's Hyper Muteki mode. Almighty's heart's desire, incidentally, is to finally make friends since he's a personage of cosmic scale, and for everyone to play another game with him next time he can visit.
Gives the user the power to create Game Areas (which overpower any others present) comprised of bizarre minigames.
Also powers up friendly Riders in the same battle. It's a party game after all.
Based on the Mario Party series, of course. Struggled a little to come up with this, as an Alt+F search for "Ultimate Mode" on this list might indicate. The heart of Kamen Rider Ex-Aid is that games are supposed to be fun, and we should get over the divisive bullshit we create around them and just have fun with our friends. A wacky party game was obviously the ultimate expression of that idea.
* Monk of Temple
Rhythm game where playing successfully sends unquiet spirits to the afterlife. Not a sequel per se, but the actual proposed game from ep. 22 that ended up becoming Maximum Mighty X.
Would probably be one of Kensei's, as he's the best at rhythm games thanks to Kiiko forcing him to get good at HER favorite game, Aqua Beat!.
You just know Koboshi had a gold case Gashat made of this and kept it in a place of honor waiting for the day it would be needed.
Shakariki Skate
A stunt skateboarding game a la Skate or Die, or 720.
Shakariki Mountain
Game about snowboarding/skiing/etc. winter sports about high speed, a la Ski or Die
Shakariki Summer
Tropical sports multigame. Surfing, diving, volleyball, etc. a la California Games.
* Streets of Laredo
Western game. Lets its user select one of three characters with different skills: Dangerous Dan McGrew, unarmed barroom brawler; the Riviera Kid, trickshot artist; and Brett Riverboat, knife expert. Used by an American Rider as the Virus spreads to other countries. Palette swap of Kamen Rider Sling's Level 2 form =).
Based on a fictitious VR game from the show Red Dwarf, episode "Gunmen of the Apocalypse."
Taddle Craft (Level 2, Green)
Spinoff of Taddle Quest where the player controls a mage instead of a fighter.
Taddle Chem
The player is transported to a labyrinthine complex where they must solve puzzles and learn the art of alchemy.
Inspired by the Gameboy title Mysterium.
Taddle Summon (Indigo, Level 30)
A game where the player's wizard summons monsters to fight for them against the monsters and armies of rival wizards.
Wraith
Unicorn
Cyclops
Sphinx
Mermaid
Wyvern
Acid slime
Inspired by the game Master of Monsters. Originally I was going for something like the Dragon Quest games that let you add monsters to your party (V) or catch them and have them do arena battles (VIII), where he would capture MOTW's and then use them to fight for him. I decided in the end that the story had enough drama already without bringing up the fact that Rune would be capturing and basically enslaving real people.
Taddle Dynasty (Ultimate mode)
Game about a succession of heroes from the different games in the Taddle series coming together to battle a legendary evil. Kind of an expansion of the ideas in the Kings Crusade game (see below), where Rune has "lives" where he begins as a certain wizard with a certain set of spells, but if his health bar zeroes out he switches to another with different powers, the last being the strongest (He has to deliberately sacrifice at least one useful form to get to another he needs for one specific situation, of course). Rune has to embark on a great quest alone to get it, but is the first Rider to get his ultimate mode.
Scyllae, Wind-Rider
Skyllruk the Noxious
Khyllae, Frost-Shaper
Impyro the Ravenous
Xender of the Raging Storm
Livius the Starsmith
Ethelren the Dragon Mage
Wizards based off the ones in the conquest sim game Gemfire (Royal Blood in Japan), an old favorite.
Thanks to DiscontentCat for the idea that helped solidify the idea for this power-up.
Taddle Quest: Kings Crusade (Level X)
A "side canon" spinoff of the Taddle game series where the heroes of unrelated games in the series are called together to save the world. Meant to be multiplayer, each player controlling one of the heroes. Hence, it can't be used by one Rider alone. When used in something that can convey its power to all of them, each is able to assume the role of one of the heroes and get upgrades to their usual schtick.
Utsura would become a "holy crusader knight."
Rune would be the demon lord (the one Brave was supposed to turn into when he used his Dual Gashat mode, probably). His normally white wand turns black.
Sling would be an elven lord whose falcon-themed crossbow shot is legendary.
Zero would be a princess saving herself with her rogue skills.
* Time Express Den-O Remastered
The Legend Rider Gashat from the show's side content, allowing a Gamer Rider to approximate Kamen Rider Den-O. An expanded version that actually changes a Gamer Rider into a copy of Den-O's armor, and can be possessed by his Imagin in the same way.
They're still wearing a Gamer Driver, and the announcements of its attacks are from that rather than the belt they're used to.
Sub-form games for individual transformation
Violent Sword Idiot
Seductive Rod Master (double entendre fully intended)
Mighty Slumbering Axe
Wild Bullet Dancer
Toki Meki Armageddon
Dating sim based on Toki Meki Crisis from the show. Otome expansion that also includes yuri options (though this doesn't impact the story, sorry boys! XP).
Would probably be a game like Quiz Nanairo Dreams, in that it'd have a definite villain to beat.
GENM Arcade
Anthology of pinball games based on various famous GENM titles. See Pin Crush below for basic ideas.
GENM High
School/romance sim with the characters of chart-busting GENM classics.
GENM Master Smash and GENM Ultimate Smash (One for counting)
Movie-exclusive super modes. Smash Bros.-style crossover fighting games between characters from all of GENM's major properties. Master Smash gives its user the ability to copy the powers of games from the show (one at a time), while Ultimate Smash gives its access to the powers of Gashats from both Ex-Aid and Utsura.
Both exclude ultimate modes like Hyper Muteki and Mighty Fest (but have similar immunities against things like Pause). They might be equal, but not superior, to such modes.
Original Games-
Ideas I had based on other game genres, not related to the ones seen in the show.
The Alderman Files
Point and click detective game. Not sure what I'd do with this one, but including every idea I had.
Aqua Beat! (Level 50)
A rhythm game hosted by a group of cartoon sea creatures, beachgoers and hula dancers. The signals come up in a series of bubbles and performing well causes things like waves, whirlpools and water spouts to appear. The fighters can bounce on the giant bubbles carrying the rhythm signals, but the Rider using this game has the advantage because his Gashacon weapon lets him hit those signals to pop the bubbles and perform combos.
This game is named after one of my favorite unknown bands and heroes of one of my favorite American toku shows, The Aquabats!.
Avenging Blade Ultimate (Ultimate mode)
The final game in a series, where the player is a great hero who fought to avenge his family and kingdom from a usurper, but at the beginning of this final game is killed by his enemy's treachery. He's given the chance to return to life to avenge himself and save his loved ones with a taste of divine power at his disposal. However he's warned that the gift of life isn't given to anyone twice…
Bare Fisted Monk
Shaolin monk fighting game. Gives the Rider using it the ability to hit vulnerable spots for crippling damage.
Plays kind of like Jade Empire.
Block Blast
Puzzle game where the player shoots blocks to fill irregularities in large shapes.
Inspired by Quarth.
Boss Derby
Horse-racing game.
Brutal Beat
The player uses a guitar control to match streams of signals to unleash magical attacks to blast back demonic enemies and inspire the soldiers under their command.
Combination of Guitar Hero and Brutal Legend, naturally.
Bug Journal (Level 3)
Game about kids catching bugs in nets.
Candy Climax
A "falling items" puzzle game in the vein of Columns, Cleopatra Fortune and Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine.
Carousel Circus
The player has to perform various circus stunts (look up Fiendish Freddy's Big Top o' Fun on Youtube sometime). Arms them with an umbrella that deflects attacks, lets the Rider catch and juggle them, and can conjure and ride around on giant beach balls. Gives surprising agility to jump, duck, and roll to avoid attacks. Also comes with a red nose and giant shoes.
Chase Billion – The Game of Conspicuous Consumption (Royal blue, Level 50)
Competitive investment board game. The player has to raise the highest total amount through purchase of property and other valuables while not burning themselves out.
Cold Scope (Level 50)
The player controls a notorious spy/assassin and has to avoid detection while killing a list of targets. Kamen Rider Zero's default Gashat. Silenced pistol, knife, garotte, maybe chloroform pellets as weapons.
Demon Ninja (Level 50)
A game about a ninja so skilled, he's almost demonic. Very bloody and violent. Primary weapon it bestows is a pair of kusarigama, and enables tricks like short range teleportation, summoning ninja minions, and weakening enemies by spraying them with demonic blood at the cost of depleting his own health bar.
Era of Superlative
Steampunk sandbox game where the player flies between planets on a giant dirigible (the Superlative).
Fists of Meteor
Boxing game.
Fortune Gallery
A pack of fortunetelling minigames.
Galaxy Cart
Spacefaring sandbox game, the player's on a mission to chart different star systems. Cart as in cartographer.
Gamble Paradise (Level 3, White with black guard)
Casino simulator. An early upgrade for Rune, giving him attacks with playing card projectiles, fruit and coin barrages from a display on his chest, and giant roulette wheels.
Poker Face Level 3!
GENM All-Star Sports
A multi-pack which gives the user multiple sports-based modes accessed by twisting the dial on front before inserting it into their henshin device.
Much like Mighty Olympic X, above.
I don't plan on actually using this in the story, but for some reason I had this itch in my brain that wouldn't leave me alone until I put a sports pack title on the list.
Goalie Ghost
Soccer game. Nobody really knows what the name refers to.
Based on this weird idea I can't even explain that there was an arcade soccer game made at some point named Goalie Ghost. Seems like I might've somehow confused it for an animatronic shooting game called Golly Ghost.
Golden Ranch
Run a farm! Grow giant, delicious vegetables!
Hazard Builder
Construction game, giving its user weapons and attacks based on construction vehicles. Which, for some reason, are all red (fast) or blue (strong).
Hex Academy (Level X, evolving)
Attend witch school, learn magic, pick a cute familiar and find romance while saving the world from supernatural evil.
Given to Kiiko later on so she has a way to protect herself while going with Utsura to act as his partner for using a Game Area Control Gashat. Interacts with her innate powers to gradually grow more powerful and colorful.
Gives her a black cat familiar, and a broom Cruiser.
High Seas Scourge
Pirate combat simulation game. Lets its user ride around in a little pirate ship with deceptively powerful cannons, and tote a mighty cutlass. Mandatory eyepatch and hook make for a disorienting fighting experience, however.
Iron SWAT
About a peacekeeper who uses a heavily-armed suit of power armor. Contrasting game for Dual Gashat along with Demon Ninja.
Kaiju Squadron (Level 100)
The player fights off rampaging monsters using tanks, planes and giant mecha. Gives its user mecha-armor studded with lasers, missiles and rocket fists. Weapons can be stripped away by damage, being replaced by lighter and perhaps more powerful weaponry with lower ammo counts.
I see this as the second-most powerful Gashat I've come up with, after Utsura's ultimate game (whatever that ends up being).
King Scape (Ultimate mode)
Game where the player has control over numerous forces and can strengthen their allies with their special powers. Able to summon characters from games to fight for them, and either power-up their comrades' weapons to even stronger forms or create a new weapon in that ally's usual style that's only accessible in the King Scape user's presence.
Potential sticking point: I don't really want to do something with my main Rider's final form that seems like it's trying to vastly outdo the one from the show, and this is certainly guilty of seeming like that.
The KonKonto Job
Heist game. Probably Zero's, possible Dual Gashat filler with Cold Scope. Based on a (fake) movie.
Lap Fever (Level X)
Car racing title. An old one but considered a classic. Used by the one-shot guest Rider, KR Lap, in the "movie." Gives its user short bursts of gradually more taxing superspeed. Left with Sling, who'd befriended him, when Lap disappears back into the game at the end of the movie. Has a gear shift built in to adjust speed.
League of Cosmos
Machina Vision game, about heroes and monsters battling to control distant planets. Based on a popular (but critically reviled) anime.
Lycan Survivor (Level 30)
The player controls a werewolf trying to survive against other monsters and humans. Massively more powerful than other Gashats at the time, but causes a painful buildup of power after a while unless the user is savage enough themselves to embrace the pain.
Odyssey of Rocket
Space flight simulator. The player has to steer a spaceship back to base/Earth on dwindling fuel and air supply.
Olympus Redemption/Underworld Conquest (Ultimate mode)
A game about a champion of the gods who fights the mightiest of enemies. The original game is about serving "heroic" gods with modes based on their powers. The second game is about dark gods bestowing forms with nastier powers.
Not a Dual Gashat, separate ones instead.
* Pin Crush (Grey, Level 30)
Pinball simulator. Flippers for gauntlets and incredible punching power. Can summon giant pinballs for attacks, shot out from a backpack that comes from the middle of the Gamer.
Has a "multiball" mode which acts as a kind of overdrive, with lots of balls released to attack enemies at once. This requires absolute concentration and finesse to use properly.
Named after the best virtual pinball game, Devil's Crush.
Pizza Adventure
A platformer with pizza elements and a minigame or two, in the vein of Yo Noid? Which he's proud to use despite the stigma of it being a lame game?
Pizza Emperor
Business simulator where the player builds a nationwide pizza franchise.
Pub Player
Multigame containing simulations of pub favorites like pool and darts. Beer and pretzels as power-ups.
Punch Prize Palace
Game where the player punches a padded pole to score points and win tickets for prize redemption. Based on the idea behind the arcade version of Sonic Blast Man.
River Harmony (Blue, Level 30)
Become a wanderer perfecting your fishing skills, helping the unfortunate and preventing the countryside form being destroyed by ruthless capitalists.
Arms user with the Gashacon Catcher, which can be used a fishing pole, quarterstaff, or the head replaced with a net. Possible lures with different effects.
Based loosely on the River King games, but with the social and community development aspects of some of the Harvest Moon games like Islands of Happiness and A New Beginning.
Scorching Kitchen (Level 3, Maroon)
Cooking sim. The Rider using it can do things like slice opponents like fish or veggies, blind them with spices before heaving them into the oven. An early upgrade for Sling, showing off his unexpected culinary skills.
Shikiretsu Rumble (Violent Rumble)
Beat-em-up title with the player taking on different street gangs.
Smoking Mirrors
A game about stage-style magic instead of fantasy-style magic.
Solar Blaster
Retro-style spaceship shooting game.
TaiCeraneGo (Magenta, Level 30)
A monster-dueling card game, specifically the long-delayed Unearthed Arcana expansion full of ancient machines and monsters. There were various other games in the series with different themes to the releases, some of the more popular being Evil in the Ice, Wings of Conquest, Armies of the Past, Steel Forgers, and Dragon Nest.
Thanks to DiscontentCat for his help in nailing down the specifics for this game idea.
10-Count Wrestling
Exactly what it sounds like.
Thief El/Elle
Stealth game where the player is, obviously, a thief robbing museums, penthouses and mansions of valuable works of art.
Totem Tournament (Level 40)
Multiplayer arena battle game. The players control elemental/divine avatars with different elemental and animal powers. Can be used by multiple Riders with each one taking on a different avatar from the game.
Train Tracker
Game where the player has to build a railroad network. Probably used to give Utsura a train-themed form to fight alongside Den-O in a side movie. Possible Game Area control abilities with laying down tracks.
* Trapped Temple (recycled for Wighty's Treasure XX)
Game where the player has to escape from a collapsed temple while avoiding traps, guardian monsters and the malign influence of the ancient treasure they found before the temple caved in.
War Cities
Mobile game where players run cities and gather resources to empower their heroes, then attack other players' cities.
Not meant as a Gashat, instead referenced by Hourakou before he carries out a public campaign to play the NG and MV Riders against each other.
Game Area Control Gashats-
Had an idea about Gashats that would allow their user to basically control the environment of the Game Area the Riders are fighting an enemy in. Couldn't be used by the main Rider involved with the fight, but by another one who's trying to help them by manipulating the battlefield.
Block Panic
The user can raise block structures out of the ground or have clusters of blocks fall from the sky a la Tetris.
Taddle Quest: Dungeonsmith / Taddle Dungeon
Spinoff where the player creates dungeons and castles then fills them with traps and monsters.
Gem Board
The ground becomes covered in gem-like tiles. If strings of them can be formed various effects can happen to anyone who's standing on them.
Mind Bend
M.C. Escher-style mindfuck of crazy logic-defying stairs.
Monster Zoo
Kids game where the player runs a zoo with (friendly) monsters instead of animals.
Scream Park
Game where the player builds their own amusement park.
Shuffle Maze
Allows its user to rearrange the rooms of a building during a fight.
Slaughter Dome
Arena combat game with different combat settings, traps, and available weapons (Gashacon Weapons are disabled in this).
Zombie Nightmare
Survival horror game, sequel to Dangerous Zombie. Turns the Game Area into a wasteland infested with unending hordes of ravening undead.
Named after an 80's b-movie made famous by airing on Mystery Science Theater.
Mighty Fest X Minigames-
Some of these were inspired by the minigames in Hyper Bishi Bashi Champ.
Rocket Surfing
Mismatcher (symbol matching IQ test game)
Tip Picture
Painter Danger (speed-painting chaos)
Lace Tangle (pulling strings tangled around fingers)
Haunt Hunt
Sand Castellan
Fish Fight
Bridge Twister
Blow Go (steering ball through hair drier maze)
Apple Archer
Tile Dropper
Hot Date (struggle to phone girlfriend)
Domino Domination
Mighty Action Test (GENM game trivia)
Hurricane Collectors (collect things thrown around by hurricanes)
Dune Bugs (dune buggy hopping on bugs)
Pipe Problem
Troll Tennis
Fan Blitz (running away from rabid fans)
Rock n' Block (rock band on blocks)
Surprise Party (sneak around gathering stuff to throw party, avoiding guest of honor)
Bank Blast (Wighty and Salty Jr. throw bombs to blow open safes)
Bonanza Dart
Pop Hop
Purl Divers
Larder Starter
Hosed (shooting gallery with water hoses)
Saw Bridge
Vindow Viper
Cake Walk (walk on cakes)
Snowball Shuffle
Coffee Crash (Make coffee! Drink it! Make more! Drink more! Faster!)
Make a Wish (drop a coin, bounce it off the walls the fastest)
Fruit Splat
Sword Sticker
Dude Toss
Time Dancers (balancing act on clock hands)
Gator Skater
Deep Show (pick the fish girl who looks different)
Home Wreckers
Mighty Jest X (juggling game)
Dai Gamer
After extra-large Corrupture started to show up, something to even the playing field was needed. Rei's captive boyfriend sent out one of his greatest creations, a device with built-in games that allow the Rider using it to create what's basically an extra-large Cruiser intended for combat. After being used, however, that game requires a few episodes to recharge, limiting it to emergencies (a la Suika Arms).
The games employed in the Dai Gamer are meant to be somewhat comical to surprise enemies, and to fit in with the show's lighter mood.
Raise Nipu
A virtual pet game starring a dinosaur with a voracious appetite.
UFO Catch
A game where the player controls a flying saucer that abducts enemies with a tractor beam.
Bake Knights
Silly game about living cookie knights.
Beach Trip-
A bunch of games the main Riders would use while fighting a group of enemies in a Summer Break "movie."
Shark Fighter (Sling)
Underwater shooter. Rider using it gains shark-like jaws and a harpoon gun with attachable cable, but also big bulky swim fins on his feet and arms, making it a disadvantage unless he's actually underwater. He initially thinks it means he's going to take on the attributes of a shark and is surprised and disappointed to find out its limitations. Sling turns out to still have it when he has to fight an aquatic enemy later in the main show.
Named after the song by The Aquabats!.
Waverider (Rune)
Surfing game. Rune stinks at this game, as the board peripheral meant to be used with it never really worked.
Mermaid Princess
An otome dating sim. Zero is given this one, but refuses to use it and lobs it into the ocean.
Real Game Gashats-
Gashats based on video games that actually exist, used in a one-shot "movie." As the similar Gashats in Ex-Aid were, these are based on classic Namco titles.
(Obviously none of the games in this section count toward the overall tally.)
Bravo Man – Super Unequaled Hero of Excellence! (Light blue)
Parodic platformer about a superhero with stretchy limbs who yells "Bravo!" after every attack. Name reference to the webtoon revival from a few years ago.
Dig Dug (White)
Iconic game about a miner who kills underground monsters by inflating them with an air pump until they pop.
Dragon Spirit (Purple)
Shooter where the player controls a 3-headed dragon. Accordingly the armor it creates would look suspiciously like a slight mod to the armor from Drago Knight Hunter Z, yes. ^^
Action 52 (Transparent)
Based on the legendary turkey. Probably used by the villain of the one-shot "movie" where the other real game Gashats would show up (Action Gamemaster). I'm torn between which version it would be based on: the Sega version which has much more gameplay diversity allowing for more variety in uses, but the NES one with its endless parade of generic spaceship shooters and platformers is the real source of the legend.
Sureshot Apollo (Blue), Mighty Defender Hercules (Red), Swift Fighter Aries (Yellow)
I was thinking of having the NG Riders use Gashats that gave them the abilities of the Cheetahmen, the mascots of Action 52, to fight back against the games' villains after their regular Gashats were rendered unusable. Decided in the end that it'd be more fun, and more in the spirit of fanfic, to have the Riders fight alongside the Cheetahmen instead.
Colors for the cases are the ones on the respective Cheetahman's belt buckle from the tie-in comic book.
Multinational Riders-
Gamer Riders who fight the Corrupture as the virus spreads across the globe, using Gashats supplied to them covertly by…?
Kamen Rider Thrash, user of Shakariki Skate.
Kamen Rider Cruel and Kamen Rider Sweet, users of Ju Ju Donut and Candy Climax, respectively.
Kamen Rider Commander, user of Bang Bang War Room
Kamen Rider Blush, user of Toki Meki Armageddon.
Kamen Rider Joe, user of Fists of Meteor.
Kamen Rider Go, user of Mighty Kart X.
Kamen Rider Presto, user of Smoking Mirrors.
Kamen Rider Ace, user of GENM All-Star Sports.
Kamen Rider Noir, user of The Alderman Files.
Kamen Rider Pierrot, user of Carousel Circus.
Kamen Rider Ex-Q(uest), user of Mighty Action RPG.
Kamen Rider Rugge, user of Hazard Builder.
Kamen Rider Xtre, user of Shakariki Mountain.
Kamen Rider Superstar, user of GENM All-Star Sports
Kamen Rider Hustler, user of Pub Player.
Kamen Rider Champ, user of Knock Out Fighter 2: World Turbo Champ Edition
Kamen Rider Pin/Crush, user of GENM Arcade.
Kamen Rider Mortar, user of Taddle Chem. Frequently confuses people by not having artillery weapons.
Kamen Rider Buck(aroo), user of Streets of Laredo. Palette swap of Sling's Level 2 form, called out as a cheap imitation by Sling himself. Uses 2 smaller pistols.
Kamen Rider Diva (vocals), Kamen Rider Shred (guitar), Kamen Rider Beat (drums), Kamen Rider Wail (sax) and Kamen Rider Keys (keyboard), group users of DoReMiFa Idol and DoReMiFa Rock, kind of like Drago Knight Hunter Z.
Kamen Rider Warez, user of WightyWare XXX. One of the most powerful of the story's Riders, but less refined than Utsura as Mighty Fest X.
Cruisers-
Each of the new Riders has an item called a "Cruiser" they can unfold and use for rapid transit, which is tailored to the theme of their Gashat. Not enough riding to justify the name these days, know what I mean?
Utsura-
En En Chambara: War Steed
Mighty Sketch: "Big Roller," motorcycle with paint roller in place of front wheel
River Harmony: Giant floating catfish.
Aqua Beat!: Surfboard and wave.
Demon Ninja: Huge kite.
Eternal Chambara:
Mighty Fest X:
Rune-
Taddle Craft: Cocobobo bird.
Gamble Paradise: Lady Luck, motorcycle with roulette wheels for tires.
TaiCeraneGo: Hovering platform, activates automatically once he henshins.
Taddle Dynasty: Final Fantasy-style airship
Sling-
Bang Bang Sunset: Stagebike, cast iron motorcycle with wooden stage coach wheels and lots of exhaust pipes.
Scorching Kitchen: Battered delivery van (Refuses to use it, willingly reverts to less powerful form to use more stylish Cruiser).
Kaiju Squadron: No Cruiser. At full functionality the armor itself can fly.
Zero-
Cold Scope: Black Shadow, shiny black super-fast motorcycle.
Corsair
High Seas Scourge: Terror of the Tides, miniature flying pirate ship with cannons. Has enough room for several Auto Players as well.
Buster-
Buster's Cruiser is the Muscle Majin, a 15-foot robot battle suit. It's not very fast or agile, but being intended for combat instead of mobility, is almost unstoppable. While wearing it he functionally gains 15-25 Levels.
Summoners-
Separate modules that attach to a Rider's henshin gear and allow them to summon a large powerful sprite to perform a devastating attack with/for the Rider. Mostly used to clear crowds or deal a finisher to a monster above the Rider's level.
Probably work in a similar fashion to the Dai Gamer idea above, where after a Summon is used it takes an episode or two to recharge itself.
Chibi Gamers-
Small holographic recon helpers devised by Genm to help tip the balance against the new more powerful Kamen Riders employed by Machina Vision.
Mighty
Based on: Mighty Action X
Ability: High jump, hammer weapon. Potentially also extra versatility based on spinoff titles (Dr. Mighty, Mighty Brothers, Mighty Sketch, Mighty Kart, Mighty's Mansion, referee sporting events based on Mario's appearances in Punch-Out! and Tennis, etc.).
Brave Knight
Based on: Taddle series
Ability: Wields sword that can freeze or burn. Can also flip around to become the Demon King who can spew blinding "cursed" fog.
Poppy Pipopapo (Poppy-Chan)
Based on: DoReMiFa Beat, major series character
Ability: Can mesmerize hostiles with catchy dance performances.
Jet Combatant
Based on: Jet Combat
Ability: Fast miniature fighter jet, able to harass enemies with mini machine guns.
Graphite-Chan
Based on: Drago Knight Hunter Z
Ability: Breathes fire.
JJB
Based on: Ju Ju Burger
Ability: Floating burger. Can split and batter enemies with its ingredients.
Buddy Bike
Based on: Bakusou Bike
Ability: Can drive up or down sheer surfaces.
Navy-Chan
Based on: Bang Bang Simulations
Ability: Floating battleship, can harass enemies with its cannons.
Puzzle-Chan
Based on: Perfect Puzzle
Ability: Bouncing blue ball capable of smooshing and reforming itself (a la Smart Ball on the SNES). Can disguise itself as an Energy Item then surprise an enemy Rider who picks it up by biting their hand, engulfing their head, or forming into a boxing glove for a sneaky blow to the face.
Zombie-Chan
Based on: Dangerous Zombie
Ability: Unkillable, recovers from any injury. Like its inspiration toward the end of the series, this is mainly to make it the butt of slapstick humor.
Iruka-kun
Based on: Aqua Beat!
Ability: Creates a stream of bubbles as he swims with musical notes inside, which release the sound of the note when popped. Excellent at rhythms, such as opening code-locked doors.
Ninja-Chan
Based on: Demon Ninja
Ability: Sneaky little fellow with adorable tiny kusarigama. Can disappear and reappear in a cloud of smoke.
