Here's a new chapter.

I'll try to dedicate more time to this story, it's just that I've been busy with other stories and I don't really have inspiration for this one, but I'll try.

Adrianna's POV

The next day at school I was really nervous, maybe even more so than yesterday, but not for the same reason.

I was literally chased by the heroes of this whole city yesterday.

What would've happened if I'd gotten caught?

What would I've told them?

Should I continue to be a vigilante?

Or should I just stick to being a demigod and a student?

I reached the classroom, and walked toward the seat where I was assigned yesterday, in the back of the class, next to Nathaniel.

But as I walk next to Marinette, she stops me in my tracks asking me if I was okay.

Did I really make my nerves look evident? I controlled my expression, as I did when fighting a monster, and turned to her.

"Yeah, I just had a rough night of watching horror films, I guess that got on my nerves." I vaguely smiled as I said it, but I also exaggeratedly fidgeted with the strap of my bag, hopefully making it seem like I was scared from last night's ~horror movies~".

She seemed to buy it and I continued my way to my seat, carefully controlling my body language and expressions.

Done. Have a nice day. :)
