Chapter 1: Off To Neverland!
Years ago, a blue haired boy wanted to be a kid forever.
But nothing bad had fallen upon to him to wish for this. He just thought that being an adult would be hard for him.
After all, some kids just wanna stay kids, don't they?
He was in his bed one night, as any child should be. However, he just couldn't sleep.
So he got out of bed and he walked over to his big, two parted window in his room and opened it, looking out at the starry night sky before him.
He looked away from the night sky and sighed as he closed his eyes.
"I'm gonna be a teenager soon...I wanna stay a kid." He says with a sigh as he looks out towards the sky again.
"What was I supposed to expect when I looked out towards the sky again? A fairy or pixie would come down from somewhere and greet me? No way. Fairies and pixies don't exist." He says with a sigh as he turned away from his window.
He began to walk away and got changed for bed into light blue and vertical white striped pj's. He began to get in bed, his back turned to the window until he remembered he left his two parted window open.
"Oh, right! My window!" He said as he got off his bed and turned around.
When he walked over to the window, he noticed a bright yellow ball of light glowing in the middle of it, but was outside of the window.
The boy blinked in confusion as he walked closer to the glowing yellow ball.
When he got close enough, he noticed that it wasn't a bright, glowing ball, but was instead a fairy, or pixie.
He rubbed his eyes. When he finished, he was expecting the small creature to be gone, but it was still there.
"What the!? No, no, I'm just seeing things. You're not real. You can't be!" He says as he backs up from the window. The small pixie flies over to him.
"If I'm not here, how am I in front of you, and how did I not disappear when you rubbed your eyes? You were expecting me to go away, weren't you?" She asks.
The small pixie wore a small green dress that curled a little around her legs near the end with some white here and there and had blue eyes. She had blonde hair up in a ponytail and had it secured by a puffy white bow that almost looked like a flower.
Oh, and she also wings on her back.
"Yeah, I was...so why are you here?"
The pixie smiled and tilted her head to the side, her hands behind her back.
"Why, to take you with me to Neverland, of course!" She said.
"Huh!? Neverland!? But that doesn't exist...it's only in Peter Pan!" The blue haired boy said.
The pixie held out her small hand as if beckoning the boy to come with her.
"What's your name? I'm Rin, but some people call be Tinkerbell, even Rinkerbell!" The pixie, now known as Rin, said to the boy.
"I'm KAITO." The boy said.
"Not anymore! Now you're Peter Pan!" She said as she began tugging on the boy's finger.
KAITO wiggled his finger and Rin's hands were released from his finger.
He walked over to his open window as he looked at the small pixie next to him.
"Well, I don't wanna grow up anyway..." He says as he looks outside. He sighs and looks at the pixie, but realized she was over his head.
She began to dance and yellow dust began to fall off around her. Pixie dust.
"Pixie dust?" Kaito asked.
"Yes! You'll need some of it in order to get to Neverland." Rin replied as she flew down next to KAITO. The boy began to float.
He began to fly out of his window, but he turned around and closed both doors.
"Rin, I just have one question." He said as he looked at the small pixie, who was now holding onto his finger.
"Yes?" She asked.
"Will Neverland have ice cream?" KAITO asked.
"Yup! Any kind you want!" Rin said.
"I'm all for it! Let's go there!...Oh, what about my outfit?" KAITO asked as he began to fly over his town.
"Ah, that. You'll change into it when you get there." Rin said.
"Okay."
That was the last time anyone had ever seen KAITO.

Len's POV
It was around eight PM. My Dad didn't seem as busy these days, so I decided that we could watch a movie tonight.
I was walking down the halls as I noticed the door to his office. He has an office and his own bedroom.
As for my Mom? She got a new job and is now in a different country because of it.
"Hey Dad, let's watch a movie!" I said as I walked into my Dad's office.
"Sure, son. Later." He said.
I smiled as I walked out of his office, but thirty minutes later I decided to check in on him again.
"Dad?" I asked as I walked over to his desk. He didn't look up at me from his paperwork.
"Not now, Len. Maybe tomorrow." He said.
That made me angry. It was always the same with him! Every time I try to get closer to him, he always makes an excuse at the last moment!
I walked off to my room without saying a word and closed the door behind me.
My name is Len Kagamine, or Kagamine Len. I have blue eyes and blonde hair that's tied into a small, high ponytail at the back of my head, and today I wore a green sweater vest over a white, long sleeved shirt and green shorts.
I frowned as I decided to watch the movie by myself, which calmed me down, fortunately. The movie I was watching was Peter Pan. It's one of my favorites!
When it finished, I yawned, popped it out of the VCR, and placed it back in its DVD case.
I placed it on my nightstand and walked towards my bedroom window. I remembered what happened earlier with my Dad and I frowned.
I decided to check on him one last time. I stood outside his office this time and listened to what he was saying.
"It's nothing. My son just wants to watch a movie with me. At first I agreed so he'd leave me alone, but he game back around thirty minutes later, so I just told him that maybe we could watch it tomorrow. Kids just don't understand what adults do for them."
Was he right?
If that was the case, I didn't want to be an adult at all. I ran to my room and ran back to my bedroom window. I don't know why, but I opened the window.
I began to slouch as I rested my arms on the windowsill, propping up my right elbow and resting my chin in my hand.
"Man, I wish I could be a kid forever..." I muttered as I closed my eyes.
I thought I saw a yellow light coming towards me. I opened my eyes and saw a pixie smiling at me. I thought it was my imagination, so I didn't think much about it.
"Then how about we make that wish come true together?" She asked.
"WHOA!" I yelled out as I moved backwards, tripped, and fell onto the carpet on my rear. The pixie flew closer to me.
"Don't be scared! I'm not gonna hurt you!" She said, still smiling.
I looked at her, still on the floor. Without thinking, I threw a punch at her out of fear, but she dodged it.
"H-How can I trust you? This is like something out of a Disney movie or something..." I muttered as the pixie sat on my knee, apparently not even angry that I tried to punch her just a few seconds ago.
"Because I heard your cry for help!" She said.
I tilted my head in confusion as I sat up. She flew off my leg and sat on the back of my right hand instead.
"My...cry for help?"
"Yes! You wanna be a kid forever, don't you?"
"Well, yeah, but-"
"Then listen!" She said as she flew up from my hand and got so close to my nose.
"I can take you to a place where fun never ends! Swordfighting, misbehaving, treasure hunting, and always playing! It sounds like a perfect world, does it not?" She said as she tugged on my finger.
"What about my studies? My future?" I asked.
Rin held her arms out in front of her and formed a big X.
"Forget about it all! You won't need that stuff in my world!" She said.
"It sounds like Neverland." I said.
"It is, silly!"
"What?! But that's only in Peter Pan!" I said.
"Not anymore!" The pixie said as we got closer to my window.
I had to admit that it did sound pretty appealing to me...but there was one question I had.
"Wait! How will we get there!?" I said as I pulled my finger away, causing her to somersault in the air backwards.
She shook her head as she looked at me. She looked dizzy, but after she regained her composure, she flew above me and was soon above my head.
"With faith, trust, and a little bit of pixie dust!" She said as she started dancing. Yellow dust began to fly off her and scattered around me.
"It's not gonna work." I thought.
Yup. It had been at least a minute now and I was still on the ground.
"It didn't work, Tinkerbell." I said.
"Oh, that's right! I didn't introduce myself! I'm Rin. Who're you?" She asked as she flew down in front of me.
"Len." I said.
"Len? That's it?"
"No, I just don't see why I should tell you my last name. I'm not in school." I said as I crossed my arms. Rin laughed.
"Ha ha! That's right! I guess it is kinda weird to introduce yourself as your full name..." She said.
"When does this pixie dust stuff work, anyway?" I asked. Rin flew around me as if trying to locate the problem. When she finished, she sat on my left shoulder.
"I don't know. It should've worked by now."
I closed my eyes as I tried to find out how I could fly.
"Oh! I got it! Think of a happy thought!" Rin said as she flew off my shoulder and flew in place in front of me.
So I did. I thought of that time when Dad actually bothered to hang out with me a few weeks ago.
But it still didn't work.
"Jump out the window." Rin said suddenly.
"What!?"
"Let's see if it works!" Rin said as she flew towards my still open window.
I walked towards my window as I looked down at the concrete below.
"Do you trust me?" She asked.
"Not right now, no!" I said.
Was this pixie joking? Was she actually trying to kill me?
Or was I just overthinking everything?
"We have bananas." Rin whispered into my ear.
"I'M OFF!" I said as I jumped out the window. I felt what seemed like a whoosh of air around me, and when I opened my eyes, I was now wearing a Peter Pan outfit.
And...I was floating in the air.
"Now do you trust me?" She asked as she smiled at me and held onto my finger.
"I guess so, yes." I said as I gave her a small smile.
Once I had closed my bedroom window, Rin began to fly away from me as I followed her. We began flying towards the moon.
"I thought Neverland was towards the second star to the right? Or did I get my words mixed up..." I said as I just followed Rin.
"Just follow me and we'll be there before ya know it! It'll be like you had a crazy dream!" Rin said as she continued to fly in front of me.
Even though Neverland sounded like the ideal place for a kid at the time, that was probably the biggest mistake of my life.
Oh, you'll see why eventually. Trust me.
