This is a shorter story but it is also one of the more...sadder ones I guess. If you somehow get grossed out or have a weak stomach THEN THIS STORY ISN'T FOR YOU!!!

On top of that I will try slightly harder to focus on one shots. I have about 20 ideas and 14 of them just haven't been finished writing them.

The Bear

The PAW Patrol sat at the top of the lookout watching a movie. They say in pairs that hinted towards their crushes. Everest, Tracker, and the twins decided to come over for the next few days. Ryder was out on a date with Katie and he wouldn't be home for the next couple of hours.

Chase noticed Rubble squirming around in his spot. "Let's have a quick movie break, everyone can go grab a snack or use the restroom." Chase suddenly said as he paused the movie.

Rubble ran to the restroom while a lot of the pups ran downstairs for candy, water, or just to talk.

Rocky trotted outside and tore through his pup house looking for a gift to hand to Skye.

He heard heavy stomps behind him. He turned around and felt his heart drop. "A-

A loud grunt lowley ran across the lookout. Chase, Tracker, and Everest heard it and grew slightly suspicious. Chase walked down the stairs sniffing the entire way down.

He smelt blood, Wildlife, and Rocky.

Some of the pups watched as Chase did his work refusing the open the front door. They watch Chase lock the door and quickly brace for impact.

A grizzly bear slammed through the glass door sending Chase back towards a wall unconscious of life. It's muzzle is covered in crimson liquid. "Wasn't Rocky outside?" Skye shakily asked as the bear looked for its next target.

A loud flush could be heard from the top of the lookout. The bear quickly ran up the stairs to the noise.

"Ah. Sweet relief o-BEAR!" Rubble called out as he entered the room where the twins stayed.

"B-b-bear!" Rubble mumbled.

Tuck and Ella looked to each other and laughed, the projector screen said there was a bear warning but how would a bear get across the bridge completely unknown. "There's no..."

They stood in fear as an 8foot tall shadow rose up from behind Rubble.

It came down and swiped at Rubble breaking most of his ribs on impact. He flew straight through the lookout glass and went over the railing falling to his death.

The bear turned its attention to Ella. She tried moving but it was already to late. "Ella!" Tuck yelled as he pulled on her.

Tuck felt tears streaming down his eyes as he sprinted down the stairs to save himself the pain of watching his sister die. He met with Tracker, Skye, Everest, Marshall and Zuma who were shocked at what they just saw.

Everest tried recalling everything she knew about bears. None of it translated to this situation. "We should just leave now." Tracker said.

"What about Ella, Rocky, Chase and Rubble?" Skye asked.

"Dead." Tuck replied.

Everyone stood still and looked at the teary eyed Golden Retriever. "We can still get out of this." Skye said with a smile trying to cheer him up.

Zuma and Marshall looked around the kitchen. Theres was almost nothing they use to defend themselves.

The bear walked into the living room catching everyone's attention. Tracker quickly worked to push open the door yet nothing worked.

Suddenly the bear quickly ran into the living room. Everyone moved out of the way in time but when the bear turned back around and swung it's arm it managed to hit two of the pup. Tuck and Marshall. Marshall crashed into bunch of chairs while Tuck slammed into a wall with a loud crack and laid on the ground completely lifeless. There was a huge puddle of blood leaking from his head and blood splattered all over the wall of impact.

"Marshall!" Everest called out.

Marshall got up, knocked over some chairs and gave her a smile. "I'm oka-

The bear got Marshall into its jaws and ripped him apart. Everest watched her one and only get mauled. She felt her knees wobble. "Ev! Ev! This ain't the time to cry right now!" Skye said shaking her.

The bear dropped the body and walked towards them.

Tracker managed to get into the living room. He could leave or help them. He noticed Chase slightly move before gasping for air.

He looked to his left and saw the bear walking into the kitchen. Chase got up felt the wall. He pressed on it with all his force and out popped a small black pistol. He noticed Tracker in the corner. "T-tracker. There's a much bigger gun inside my rig. Go get it." Chase groaned.

Skye and Everest sat in the corner. They could see Tracker beneath the bear leg and watched him run out of the lookout. Everest and Skye felt hopelessly hopeless, their last chance of salvation just left.

Two small brown paws took Tracker's place. "Zuma?" Skye mumbled.

"I'm wight here." Zuma said from right behind.

BANG! BANG! BANG!

The bear let out a roar and turned around to face its attacker. Skye and Everest rushed under the table. They saw three small holes oozing blood in the bears back.

The bear stood up on twos and walked a couple of steps before drops down. They watch the unknown hero reveal itself to be Chase sliding on the floor to avoid getting hit.

The three in the corner felt that they were finally safe from death.

BANG! BANG!

The bear turned around swinging it's massive arms. Chase ducked it. Chase felt his adrenaline pumping with each attack he dodged. The bear must've felt the same because it didn't wanna go down.

BANG!

Chase moved around towards the door the bear broke into cutting the other pups line of sight from him.

BANG! Click click click

Chase looked at his gun and up the slowly approaching bear. He quickly dropped out the empty magazine but the bear grabbed him by the neck with its jaw.

Tracker turned the corner and instantly shot the bears back left leg with a pump shotgun. The bear pressed down its jaw as a loud snap.

Everest and Skye flinched at the snap and then the louder boom, they watched the pistol fall before the body.

Tracker aimed towards the other leg.

BOOM!

The bears back legs were completely out. The bear crawled at about Trackers height before he finished it off with a shot to the head.

He dropped his gun and looked at the massacre. Marshall teared up body, Chase's limp body and Tucks cracked skull. He didn't even wanna imagine Ella.

He already passed Rubble and Rocky's body. Everest, Skye, and Zuma walked out from the kitchen and looked around. "I-" Skye tried speaking but nothing came out.

Everest didn't dare look at Marshall's body. She tried warning but she just got him killed. "I'm sorry..." Tracker mumbled as he looked at Chase's body. "I...I took too long." Tracker mumbled as he sat down tired from what just happened.

Zuma was speechless. None of his real fried were alive and breathing. Every single one of them was dead.

They could all hear the police sirens in the distance as Chase's pup tag began to blink and ring which indicated Ryder was calling him. They all closed their eyes tight and tried to ignore the noise of Ryder's voice calling for Chase.
