24. chapter 24

Ch 24

After the flight and craziness of getting home Esmerelda got ready to head to her new house so she can see the work and talk with the contractors. They went through the walk through of the house and she let them know what color cabinets and back splash styles for the kitchen and the bathrooms. Both girls will have their own room and bathroom. She told the contractor that she wanted to paint her room and the girls room si they bought the colors for her to work on them starting tomorrow if they wanted to. She loved seeing the layout as the house looks very Victorian style with a modern touch inside. They also went over the look of her personal office. She was in awe how much her dad had done with the work on the house and that everything is coming together quickly. By the looks at everything that needed to be finished she only had 2 to 3 weeks left and she would be able to move in to her home.

Feel like working with me tomorrow on painting rooms if you're not busy then we can go out for that date you asked for? -E

Sure sounds good to me plus you can show me the new house. I was also going to ask if I could meet up with the girls after they get out of school this way, I can get to know them more? J

Yeah, they will love that come by my place at 3:30pm they will be home by then. -E

Thanks, ezzy I will. And tomorrow how about after doing the rooms we find a quiet place for just us to go eat and talk. -J

Sounds good to me. This way we can catch up on many things and work out our plan for traveling to go to work so I can make it set for us to travel to the house shows. -E

Okay boss lady. One thing is can we share the room? This week has been a blast just hanging out every day just us. -J

Fine but we are not sharing a bed unless there is nothing else until you and I work on boundaries and decide on things. -E

She shook her head and went back to her house to talk with James and then run errands before getting the girls. After grabbing lunch for them the two sit at her dining room table and just talk.

"So, what do you want from me James Michael?"

"We needed to talk about everything and "

"what's happening."

"So, talk since I know you have a lot to say."

"Well first of all with the new house I decided I am not moving in the house. I want to go start my chapter in my life with Damien. Plus, I wanted to talk to you about everything else going on here for you?"

"With the Fergal that was a long time coming sadly but thee stuff with Jon I didn't predict but you know my life has always shit when it comes to the insanity."

"Come on girl in this life there was only a matter of time till you and Jon found your way together. And with Fergal you two were better as friends even after the loss that you still won't talk about."

"What is there to talk about with him that hasn't already been said?"

"Esmeralda he should have known he would have possibly been a dad a few years ago."

"No that is not something that involves him or you for that matter on what happened to me."

James ust shook his head at her. He knew her so welll to know that trying with her is an end cause. She was stubborn as all hell.
