Hello again…
We are in the month of June almost in the middle of the year and this coronavirus continues to screw us (thank you China) it has also been a month since I published my last chapter but the truth is that I still feel bad health or how I like to describe it in My Mexican language (I feel like hell) but do not worry, this Chinese virus does not bother me, thank God and it is because I have something else that is happening to me but it is not yet the time to confess what I have. All I can say is that I am risking my disability and illness, so I know it will be worth it.
I thank my readers and writers in both English and Spanish who sent me their support so that I can recover soon, thanks to all your encouragement; they motivate me to face this but listen as long as I still feel with few defenses. It will take me a long time to write and publish.
With nothing more to say, I'll let you read chapter 18.
A breakthrough
Jaqui's voice
Martin seemed interested in my life and well, I don't blame him all the boys or girls who know me want to know my biggest flaw but Martin was different and I liked that during our conversation we bought some hamburgers with fries and soft drinks to liven up the atmosphere. They stared at me, I knew it was because of my disability or because I was with a boy, since not all men dare to live with a woman with a visible defect.
"So you hit that Jewel guy just like that?" Martin asked with a bit of amazement after hearing Jaqui's story.
"Yes, but she provoked me, I didn't do anything to her and when I least expect it, I hit her," replied Jaqui, taking a little soda
"Because of a silly fight they sent you to the special group?" I ask again as he ate a potato chip
"Not only is the fight also I have anger problems"
"Like Tomada?"
"Something like that but hey, there are more family problems that led me to this"
"I guess your mom hasn't spoken to you yet"
"It makes me want to talk to her but the truth hurts me everything she told me with Soledad."
"What did your mom say?"
"I exaggerate in everything, also that I am very dramatic!" Jaqui replied "although I'm right, my pain and resentment led me to vent to people I hardly know! he sure is very happy to give me to my father and his lover that I never mention"
"And why don't you tell him how you feel?" suggested Martin
"He will end up blaming me as always," Jaqui replied with a bit of sadness, lowering his eyes "that's why I don't tell him anything about my life as soon as he knows I have friends, conflicts of sexual identity. And emotional problems that I can't release. "
Jaqui's tears made Martin feel bad for her, in truth he was suffering inside her at first he thought he was exaggerating but her words were so real as to want to say something to him.
"You are not the only one who has conflicts with his parents, darling," Martín confessed with a bit of sadness, causing Jaqui to pay attention to him "since I was little I knew that he was different from other boys. I spoke more with girls than with men. Besides having good results in my studies, it was a bit like saying it. Amm ... feminine"
"What do you mean feminine?" Jaqui asked wiping his tears
"I mean I'm not like other guys"
"In what sense?" Jaqui still didn't understand "the truth is, I don't understand you, Martin."
"I'm not heterosexual" replied Martin with a little fear
"What's wrong with that?"
"Are you kidding? First you don't know that he is LGBT and now you tell me that not being straight seems normal to you" he asked with a bit of alteration and annoyance since he thought they were kidding him
"I don't know what those things are, Martin, I never heard that about LGBT and whether being heterosexual is bad or good", clarified Jaqui with sincerity "I just discovered that one of the girls in the soccer group likes men and women at the same time and it's something that I can't understand"
"LGBT means Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals and transsexuals" Martin answered more calmly "and I am one of them"
"But why didn't you tell me?" Jaqui asked in amazement, understanding his friend's sexual orientation.
"I thought you already knew" he rolled his eyes "how many times did you see me speak with a sweet voice in front of the other boys?"
"But isn't there anything wrong with being cute?"
"Didn't you notice the clothes I'm wearing?" Martin shows the tight and decorated clothes he was wearing
"You have a different fashion style and what? ... I hate tight clothes because of my hip problem and that doesn't make me look bad"
"Well, for others I am a phenomenon even for my father" this time Martín was the sad one
"Did your own father call you a freak?"
"When I told my parents that I liked men, things changed in my family" Martin confessed a part of his life "my mother accepted me with open arms for her she was still the same as always but with my father it was different. She couldn't accept that her only child was a sissy and not a lover of women. "
"That must have been too hard for you, a father who rejects the likes of his son is not a good thing" Jaqui felt sorry for his friend since it was the first time he had heard this type of story
"His disapproval had affected me too much as did some of my friends. I thought they would be on my side, but I was wrong. I was very depressed that I came to the conclusion that I wanted to be alone at all times "for the first time Martin shed tears" touching the handle of the closet is easy but opening it is difficult "
"There's one thing I don't understand" Jaqui asked with more interest "What does your sexual orientation have to do with being in the special group?"
"When I came out of the closet I was discriminated against so much in my previous school for being Gay that several boys beat me and many girls judged me" Martin recalled all the blows and insults that he received when entering high school
"And how did you get to Blu Sky?"
"One of the teachers realized what was happening and talked to my mother about a school that caters for all kinds of children with mental or physical problems. At first my mother did not agree to take me to a psychologist because it was not a disease to be Gay but since that teacher was too interested in my education, he wanted the best for me, he convinced my mother to take me to Blu Sky. Where all kinds of students are welcome and accepted. . "
"Is that why you are in the special group?" Martin nodded at his friend's question.
"After two months of being in therapy with Sol and the other boys, I changed a lot" Martín wipes his tears and shows a big smile "although I had already come out of the closet I felt free and at peace but my mother does not want me to be in that group he wants me to live a normal education"
"Well, I don't blame her" Jaqui confessed "because you like boys it doesn't mean you have a mental illness"
"But I was not feeling well at all, Jaqui" replied Martín "I managed to come out of the closet but the rejection of my father and the others made me think that I should not have done it".
"But you don't look so bad being gay and I never realized it."
"Women are the first to see him, my dear," Martin replied in a sweet voice, forgetting his sadness.
"At least you're kind, not like all the macho men I've ever met" Jaqui said with a small smile and a blush on his cheeks eating a potato chip.
"You are also pretty darling, that's why Soledad advised me to talk to you" Martín commented, biting a piece of his hamburger.
"Really?"
"Well, Sol advised me that I should try to make friends with women so that they would know me as I am but hey, after what happened I thought you were just like the other girls"
"My mom always says that as long as they don't judge you, you can't judge, although I haven't complied with that saying 100%" those words made her feel a bit bad.
"By the way, are there attractive guys in the other groups?" asked Martin with a daring voice
"Because you want to know?"
"I would like to see new faces"
"Well, there are some guys but there is one that my friend Lila and I consider the most handsome of all" Jaqui whispered with a mischievous voice causing Martin's eyes to widen in astonishment.
"That sounds interesting," Martin replied, clasping his palms with a mischievous look.
Jaqui's voice
I am so happy to have accepted Rosa's invitation, it not only made me good to leave the house, I also managed to reconcile with Martín, now I had to reconcile with the rest of the class. Martin's past seemed very cute and sad to me at the same time since it was the first time I heard and met a homosexual person, generally when I meet someone I do not realize what they are wearing but their personality as I did. With this guy but it was unfair to me that he was in the special group just because he likes men but if he said it felt good to talk to Soledad, I respect him.
We spent almost two hours talking and walking around the mall, we had a few things in common. Martin's personality was so nice that he sometimes made me laugh at his mischievous comments against the men we saw along the way and his smart boy anecdotes, I think he and Blu would be very good friends.
The weekend was over and there were only two weeks of school left to celebrate the end of the year parties. My presence in the special group made everyone uncomfortable except Martin who was happy to see me now; he just needed to correct the other part of my mistake.
"Before starting classes I want to announce something" Soledad spoke, standing in front of the room to talk with her students "first I want to congratulate everyone because they did very well in the exam this semester" all the boys celebrated this great news "but also I want to congratulate Tomada "
"To me?" Tomada was surprised by his teacher's words while his friends looked at him with the same curiosity.
"You have changed a lot since you joined Blu Sky and I am very proud of you" Soledad replied
"Thank you Sol but you didn't just help me" the hawk thanked with a little blush "Jenny and the rest of the group also helped me"
"Before classes start, I want to announce something" Soledad spoke, standing at the front of the room to talk with her students "first I want to congratulate everyone because they did very well in the exam this semester" everyone in the room was happy for the news "also, I want to congratulate Tomada"
"And what about you, you tried to hit me when I collided with you by accident" commented Jenny who was sitting next to him
"But bumping into me helped you trust someone else, didn't it?" Taken, she remembered what her first meeting with Jenny was like.
"Look, talk to the principal about your progress and he wants to put you in the study group with the rest of the school" Soledad informed with a big smile.
"Really!?" Tom couldn't believe Soledad's words
"Yes and not only you" Soledad looks at Martín "Martín, both the director and I were surprised by your high rating"
"Not to show off but I love to read," Martin replied with a bit of a blush.
"Nerd" Angel yelled and everyone laughed softly since on one hand they knew that Martin was the smartest of the group.
"I told the principal about his situation and he asked me to send him to another class when we get back from vacation."
"Can't it really be that he wants me to do that?" Martin's emotion was so strong that he waved his hand close to his face as it was something he couldn't believe.
"Your case of being gay was not something that serious for Chris but being in therapy made you change and be more open with your decision," Soledad confessed.
"The coexistence was not so bad after all I made very good friends" replied Martin happy to have met the special group
"So Tomada and Martín will be sent to one of the first-year groups when we return from vacation" after giving the announcement some of the boys congratulated the green-armed macaw and the peregrine falcon who still did not believe in what happened.
"Then, I won't be able to see you again" Jenny spoke with a bit of sadness approaching Tomada
"Of course if Jenny, we will remain friends" replied the hawk in a low voice although inside he knew that he would miss being the private group
"Even though we don't talk often anymore?"
"I would not have made it without you Jennifer" she places her hand on the shoulder of the blind woman "you may not see it but you can feel that I am different now" Jenny felt the true change of hawk and did not hesitate to hug him. Her best friend was now a better person
"I almost forgot guys when we return from vacation here the grades will be delivered" Soledad recalled one more thing before class began "except yours Jaqui you will have to go with your tutor to receive it"
"Thanks for the master information" thanked Jaqui
"By the way, did you guys bring what I asked for the group activity?"
"Yes" they all answered Sol's answer.
"Hey, congratulations on your results" whispered Jaqui close to Martin's ear.
"I was not really expecting this" confessed Martin
"But it is wonderful news"
"Yes I know but I have felt so comfortable here that I think I will miss everyone" he looks around at all the boys who did not dare to judge him when he confessed that he was Gay on his first day in Blu Sky
"I understand it is not easy to meet new people" replied Jaqui "it is not so bad to live with the rest of the school"
"I hope so, I still have the support of Soledad and my mother"
"And mine" interrupted Jaqui "you are a very good person"
"Thank you Jaqui", thanked Martín "if it weren't for Soledad I would never have felt better"
Jaqui's voice
During class I was thinking about how to reconcile with the rest of the group and also about whether I should talk to Soledad to end these problems once and for all. After all, it worked with Tomada and Martín, both boys managed to change thanks to being listened to. by someone who could understand her pain. Hours later it was time to do the group activity to relax a bit and we would do it by baking cookies and a chocolate cake with the help of one of the cooks from the same private kitchen.
"Now that we have the mixture, let's start to soften everything so that the cookies come out well cooked," said the cook, seeing that each student did the job well, at each table there were four boys with a mixer and some containers to prepare. Cookies "while they do that I'll see how things are going in my other kitchen" they all brought a kitchen gown so as not to get dirty with the dough and butter
"How come you forgot the chocolate sparks; I reminded you a million times Charlie!" Angel assures quite annoying that his kitchen companion did not bring the indicated material with the company of a girl in a wheelchair and Tiny.
(Signs of a mute person) But I couldn't find anywhere "replied the black cockatoo showing an innocent face
"You ate them right?" Angel did not believe in the words of the mute bird
"I swear, I didn't eat them so that Vicky would die if it's not true" Charlie replied pointing to Vicky sitting in her wheelchair
"Stop lying Charlie and tell him you didn't bring them," ordered Vicky, a red cardinal sitting in his wheelchair.
"I'll look for more in my backpack" Tiny said tired of hearing her friends fight away from the table.
"Hey, I have an extra packet of sprinkles" Jaqui had overheard all the conversation of his friends offering them a packet of sprinkles with the intention of helping them
"Why are you suddenly nice?" Angel asked sarcastically while he was still upset with her "Did my Down syndrome infect you?
"I know they are upset about what I said but I'm very sorry" Jaqui answered sincerely "It was not my intention to insult you, the stress made me say things and not only with you, but also with my family."
"How do I know you are telling me the truth?" Angel did not believe the words of the blue woman
"Well I ...
"Easy Angel darling, she is telling the truth" interrupted Martin approaching the two of them to calm things down
"Since when did you talk to her again?" Angel asked "and don't tell me honey"
"Two days ago darling" replied Martín repeating the word that the toucan detested to make fun of him.
"I knew you wouldn't resist talking to her, who is the squishy boy now?"
"Actually it was me who spoke to him" Martin corrected "darling" once again Angel got annoyed with that word causing the cardinal girl to laugh silently like Charlie
"Hi guys!" Tiny spoke returning with his friends walking on a long connection cable that connected all the mixers "I don't know if with these chocolates we can finish the ..." when he did not see where he was walking he tripped over one of the cables and how he fell into a bad position the entire right arm was injured, mainly the hand
"Ahhh! ..." Tiny shouted as he felt the strong blow
"Tiny!" Angel and some of the boys were scared by the blow that the little bird received and they approached him to help him
"Are you OK?" Martin asked helping him to get up off the ground, taking him by the shoulder to calm him down
"Oh my arm!" Tiny complained in pain, pulling away from her friend.
"I'm sorry ... I'm sorry ..." Martin apologized, believing that he had hurt the bird.
"Do you want to go to the infirmary?" Jenny suggested
"Only my arm hurts, my whole body doesn't hurt", Tiny replied, although inside his arm and the wrist of his hand hurt a lot. "Damn cable!"
"Tiny, your arm is hurt, you have to let them check you to see if you are not hurt," Jenny insisted that he go to the infirmary.
"No! ... No one must know about this!" Tiny was annoyed by the insistence of the yellow macaw "we better leave it that way"
Tiny's look of fear and insecurity made Jaqui remember the lies she made to hide the bullying they did to her at school "let me see your hug" Jaqui asked approaching him.
"No ... No ... No need Jaqui" Tiny got nervous that her friend tried to check it leaving Tomada with the same doubt as Jaqui "it's just that" when Jaqui gently put his hand on her shoulder, Tiny yelled of pain "Ouch that hurts!"
"You have a bruise, right?" Jaqui asked with more curiosity
"Bruise ... hehehehe that bruise I don't feel any bruise" Tiny's false words made Tomada more suspicious.
"I just took you by the shoulder and you complained," Martín said.
"Really guys, I got hurt" Tiny looked away from the nerves he felt about being watched by everyone, also showing that he was lying.
"You said you don't have a bruise," Tomada entered the conversation "Someone is bothering you, right?" She asked the question that she so suspected
"No ... No ... Of course not" Tiny replied pretending to be calm but his fear showed in his eyes
"Was it Nigel right?" Jaqui asked
"How do you know that he was the one if he was your friend before?" Tiny tried to change the conversation feeling offended by the comment but that only showed that Nigel kept humiliating him
"Yes, but I know how it is with young children and that's why I stopped talking to him" Jaqui answered but Tomada was upset that he wanted to keep talking about that bird
"Who is this Nigel?" asked the hawk trying not to get angry with Jaqui and Tiny's confession
"Nobody hurt me much less Nigel I swear" Tiny tried to calm the hawk that was looking seriously at Jaqueline
"Then let me take a look" insisted the man concentrating on him again.
"I am well Tom"
"Then I'll call the doctor"
"It's ok, you win!" Tiny yelled tired of hearing so many questions "Do I have a bruise on my shoulder?" fear and pain made him cry since it was useless to keep hiding it
Jaqui was encouraged to approach him to check his shoulder, giving in to Tiny, letting him check it, revealing a bruise on his shoulder "this looks like a blow from a person".
"And if I'm not mistaken, the lesson from his arm made it worse" Tomada approached when he saw his friend's blow
"I don't think it's an arm injury Tom, if it were an injury it would hurt Tiny more" Vicky informed "I'm telling you because I've already injured myself once and the first thing I had was a ...
"Muscular cramp!" Tiny screamed, suffering a severe cramp in his hand sitting on her chair.
"Exactly Tiny"
"I'm having a cramp in my hand!" Tiny confessed to suffering a severe cramp
"Hold on Tiny" Taken, he took his friend's hand and with a strong movement he tried to calm the cramp with his enormous wings until the thunder of the bones was heard that scared the other companions a little.
"Tom, you're going to break his hand!" yelled Jenny when she heard the thunder that her friend made
"I'm trying to get rid of the cramp" replied the hawk while trying to heal Tiny making another strong movement with his wings (like the masseurs) causing Tiny and the rest of the group to scream in fear until another sound was heard. Heard in Tiny's hand like she was breaking his hand
"Oh God, that must have hurt!" Vicky confessed closing her eyes after seeing what happened, as well as to Charlie that she covered her eyes with her hat and some of the boys.
"Fuck I'm going to get the doctor" Angel left the room in search of the nurse scared by what was happening
"Tiny you feel good" Jenny asked with a little fear "they broke your hand because I can't distinguish the sound of a fracture"
"This ... this is a miracle hehehehe ..." Tiny answered after what happened moving her hand a little "my wrist no longer hurts ... Hehehe ...
"It didn't hurt you, did it?" Tom asked with a little fear
"On the contrary, you calmed my pain" Tiny replied "well, not all the pain but it was really hurting me too much"
"Where is the child?" asked a yellow macaw dressed as a nurse being accompanied by Angel
Jaqui's voice
While Tiny was being searched in the infirmary, Tomada stared at me as we continued to bake cookies. The confession I made about Nigel didn't like it as much as some of the guys and I don't blame them, thanks to that talentless bully, Tiny got hurt and the blow got worse.
"Well guys, take a 15 minute break while the cookies and cake cook" proposed the cook taking the metal plates with the cookies prepared with the help of her helpers.
"Hey, how do you know Nigel?" Tomada asked approaching Jaqui after the cooks left
"It's a long story, it would take time to tell him everything", replied Jaqueline, drying her hands after using so much dough and butter instead Tom turned around and went back to his friends "guys" Jaqui approaches the group "I'm so sorry. .. I know I said things that I should not have said but I felt so bad that day that I took out all my courage without thinking about the consequences
Everyone was thinking about whether they should forgive Jaqueline (except Martin who had already arranged things with her) to be able to add her back to the group, Angel was about to speak but was interrupted by Tomada.
"We forgive you if you tell us more details about that Nigel" Tomada replied, trying not to be so serious with the blue macaw.
"I'll tell you all the details you want" Jaqui replied showing a confident smile "but I'm so sorry guys, you are amazing people and I would like us to start over"
"Those affected also deserve a chance" answered Angel accepting his friend's forgiveness with a handshake.
"Thanks angel"
"Excuse me guys" interrupted the nurse entering the classroom "I'm looking for a boy named Tomada"
"It's me ma'am" replied the hawk
"Can I speak to you in private?" Tomada approached the nurse and they both left the room to talk alone in the hall.
"Is he in trouble?" asked one of the third year kids
"He probably broke Tiny's arm and they are claiming him" Angel commented, but instead received a blow from Jenny on the back of the neck "Ow!"
"Don't talk nonsense, that hit was caused by someone else," Jenny replied defending her friend.
"How did Tomada know to fix Tiny's doll?" asked Vicky
"I don't know, but when I remember those strong massages, they make me think about the ones my grandfather used to do to me every time he hurt my leg" confessed Jaqui with chills
"By the way, how do you have a hip dislocation?" asked Martin
"Well, it's a long story, I have an uncomfortable story," replied Jaqui, feeling the same fear that he had when he told Lila his past
"Hey, nobody is going to judge you for what you have affection", Martin tried to reassure his friend "if I had the courage to come out of the closet considering the consequences, you don't have to be ashamed of being yourself." If for some reason fate wants you to be like this, it must be for a good reason. You may not know it yet, but you will find out very soon. "
Jaqui's voice
Martín's words were true, I always wondered why God or fate sent me this visible defect before I did not see it, but when I began to grow up I realized that no one in my family suffered the same as I was the phenomenon of the parties, the strange girl with strange tastes the only one who dared to challenge anything regardless of the consequences to show that it was easy to do it if you had faith in yourself and this group of special guys were an example
"It all started when I was 5 years old" Jaqui began to tell about his past "since I was born I already had problems with my hips but everything got worse when I dared to play in the classroom"
Jaqui's voice
This incident helped me to reconcile and confess to the whole group where my disability came from once again I felt better to release that painful past again. Although I didn't expect this from Tiny, those bumps on her shoulder weren't an accident, they were caused by someone else and were definitely from Nigel after almost half a break we ate the same cookies and cake that we baked for breakfast.
"So it wasn't your fault after all," Angel said after hearing the past from his friend sitting in the dining room with Martin, Jenny, Charlie and Jaqueline.
"The same people made me be serious and if it weren't for Nigel I might not be here" Jaqueline replied with a bit of sadness, drinking her grape juice.
"And have you thought about having surgery on your hip, darling?" Martin asked after controlling his tears since his friend's past had touched his heart.
"Many times (sigh) but there are more important things in my life than an operation, and that can wait," Jaqui answered more calmly. "You could say that this is my deepest wish."
"Hello guys who talk so much?" Tomada interrupted accompanied by Tiny
"Hey, you came back" Jenny was glad to hear her friend "I'll tell you everything later for now tell me why did the school doctor call you?"
"You didn't break Tiny's arm, did you?" Angel's silly question made Charlie hit him on the back of the head "you're going to hit me too!"
"Thanks Charlie" Tiny thanked taking a seat with her friends as well as Tom
"What did Nurse Tom want you for?" Jenny kept insisting
"Incredible, Dr. Estela was surprised by what I did that she wants me to learn to heal wounds" replied Tomada with great joy
"Really?" Jaqui asked
"I explained to him that once I broke a child's wrist, I remembered how I did it and I did it but in reverse to heal Tiny" those words scared Martin, Charlie and Jaqueline a little "Estela told me that she had enough good strength to accommodate a large spike or foot injury without fear of breaking the bone "
"And you accepted her proposal?"
"Yes" replied the hawk "it is time for her to use my strength for something good apart from boxing"
"That will keep you busy for a long time, friend, it will be your new hobby," Angel commented.
"I hope you are enjoying your lunch guys" Soledad interrupted the lunch of her students "because these days will be pure relaxation as the exams have already been done, we will only do reviews on everything we have learned"
"Oh, that's great!" I celebrate Tiny with great joy
"This is good news," Charlie commented with signs.
"I propose a toast with a glass of milk" everyone obeyed Tomada's order and got up with a glass of milk (except for Jaqui who had a juice) "for the teacher Soledad. If it weren't for you, many children would take a long time to discover what they are capable of coping with having defects or diseases"
"Yes for the sun!" answered one of the disabled children and they all shouted the name of her teacher while she took a drink of milk
"I am glad to see you all happy," Soledad thanked him, seeing that his students appreciated his work, "I know that each of you will achieve it like the third year boys who are a few months away from graduating." She greets the third year boys where Vicky was accompanied by her friends.
"Well let's enjoy this day because you don't eat cookies with warm milk every day," Vicky insisted on enjoying her breakfast.
"Why didn't you help yourself to the milk?" Martín asked when he saw that Jaqui drank juice with cookies "It is not very common to eat cookies with juice"
"Um ... I don't like warm milk" Jaqui replied
"Mine is already cold" Jenny offered him her glass "if you want to have it"
"No thanks, I think I'm fine with my grape juice," thanked Jaqui. "I don't drink a lot of milk."
"So where are you going to spend your parties?" Tiny started a conversation
"I will be with my father and my grandparents, we will travel to Brasilia to see some relatives," Angel commented while drinking some milk.
"My mom has a business trip to New York. I think we'll spend Christmas together," Jenny said.
"I think I'll stay in Rio" confessed Martín "my father is not ready to go on a trip with my presence"
"And you, Jaqui, where are you going to spend the parties?" Jenny asked, but she was looking at Soledad talking to one of the third year kids.
"Guys, excuse me for a moment," replied Jaqui, getting up from his seat, approaching Soledad who, after talking with the older boys in the group, sat at one of the tables carrying some milk and cookies and noticed her presence.
"Hey, Jaqui is everything okay?" asked Soledad in a kind voice
"Umm ... Master Sun, can I talk to you?" Jaqui asked with a little shyness
"Yes, of course I do," replied the blue and gold macaw, offering to sit opposite her. "Do you have doubts with your exams?" she asked after her student sat down
"I actually wanted to apologize for the way I behaved with my mother," Jaqui confessed with a bit of pity. "I shouldn't have given you that tantrum in front of you."
"Don't worry, Jaqueline, that's what psychologists are for," Sol answered in a calm voice, "that's why I asked you to come with your mother to find out what her life is like with you."
"Apparently we have nothing in common you saw it yourself that day"
"It's what I could see but that can be fixed"
"I don't think so, we've been apart for more than a week," Jaqui confessed.
"Ohhh ... I'm so sorry I think I shouldn't have asked that" Soledad apologized
"Actually, I wanted to talk to you about that," Jaqui confessed with a little fear "about what happened with my mother."
"Okay, let's talk about your mother" Sol was happy inside since her new student was encouraged to speak after several weeks of being in the group.
"Are you sure she wants to hear everything?" Jaqueline asked again, changing her mind, getting up from the seat.
(The song starts to play: True Kinda Love from the Steven universe the movie imagines that Soledad is singing the song while she talks to Jaqui)
Oh!
When a difficult day goes by
Keeping it together is hard but that's why
(Sol takes Jaqui's hand to calm her down since she was showing a bit of fear)
You've got to try
You've got to try
(Jaqui calms down with Soledad's words and sits next to her to listen to her)
And when
There's a thundering storm outside
Underneath the covers you huddle and hide
Open your eyes
Open your eyes
(With those words, Jaqui felt identified by her problems and listens carefully to Sol)
It's the true, it's the true, it's the true kinda love
It's the true, it's the true, it's the true kinda love
(Martín looks from afar at Jaqueline talking to Soledad and is happy to know that her friend accepted his help)
Stuck
In the middle of fear and shame
Everybody's looking for someone to blame
(Once again, Jaqui was at the entrance to Soledad's office and fearlessly entered the place)
Like it's a game
Like it's a game
(After Jaqui confessed another thing about his past, he is encouraged to confess to Sol the change he wants to make with his life in the next paragraph of the song)
And now
I am better than win or lose
There's a new direction that I'd like to choose
It's called the truth
It's called the truth
(The instrumental background of the song continues to sound)
"And that would be it," Jaqui had finished recounting all his past and his new choice.
"Well, on the one hand you are right, you are understandable with everything your mother lives but on the one hand she also has to listen to you" Soledad replied after a long conversation with the blue macaw.
"But how?" Jaqui asked "if he hardly knows I'm here"
"I'll help you connect with her, it won't be easy but you have to try"
"Can I talk to you about another topic?" Jaqui asked more confidently "it is something that is not related to my mother."
"I'm all ears Jaqui"
Jaqui's voice
During the last days of school, I spoke with Soledad about my personal life, telling her all the details of the family I lived with until I got to the uncomfortable conversation I had with Kimberly Sol recommended that I not worry about what happened because it was Too young To choose a partner and as an activity he asked me to research everything about the LGBT community to relax and discover the lifestyle that lesbians, gays, etc. live. Another one that she recommended was that I write down everything that was happening to her in a notebook. At first I thought it would be a waste of time because no one would read it but when I started writing the first things that happened to me it felt so good when I put them out of my mind
I also learned and got to know the skills of each student. Angel is an excellent chess player. I don't know how he managed to beat me in one move; Jenny has a great voice who studies music to be a singer and is very good at listening. She knew that I was the one dragging my feet because of the way she walked, Charlie can read spikes and with that she manages to get information from all the students in the school. I learned a bit to communicate with him, but learning to speak with posters can take 5 years. Tomada asked me to tell him everything about Nigel and I think he did not like that I was friends with him and finally Martín offered to accompany me with Soledad, his support made me feel better and he was just a friend and not a partner from my family.
"It's good to see you a little better Jaqui you have managed to remove all the pain you felt in your heart" Soledad congratulated her student for his new advance
"Thank you teacher Sol" thanked Jaqui with a blush
"And do you know anything about your mother?"
"I heard that she wants to see me to celebrate the end of the year parties but I doubt it very much"
"Well, when you feel like you're ready to talk to her about what happened, do it without fear," advised the macaw.
"Okay," Jaqui replied, getting up from his chair, approaching the exit of his psychologist's office. "But before I talk to her, I have to figure one thing out first."
"Good luck" Sol wished his student the best

Classes ended and in two weeks he would be back to school as he walked. I saw Kimberly talking to one of her friends just by looking at her. I remembered that uncomfortable conversation that I was afraid to address, I still did not feel ready to speak with her but unexpectedly someone took me by the shoulder thinking that she was my mother but it turned out to be someone better ... Martín
(In this part, Martín talks to Jaqui with the following paragraph of the song)
Hey you
Show me that solvable problem
We can get through this
I'll do the hardest part
With you
(The last letter of the song continues to sound)

Maybe I didn't have a family member to support me with my problems, but at least I had one of my friends who supported me despite having a different way of loving, he was very good at giving advice and also very intelligent. Soledad was right, I had to accept my mistakes and at the same time my personality and my defects to be good to myself.
And we come to the end of the chapter dear readers. What do you think of what happened? I know you're waiting for the Blu and Jewel part but there are still two more chapters left (at least that's what I reckon) to finish this part of the story. Originally Charlie would be the one to hurt his hand, but I remembered that he had changed his mind, but after posting the Valentine's Day special I realized that I needed to correct that part of the story so that you already know. Jaqui's reasoning with Martín's sexual identity is a message that I would like to leave for all those who dare to judge other people without first knowing them by their personality, you realize if it is good influenza you do not need to see their physique to discover if it is a great person, I know you may have noticed that I am leaving that kind of message in my characters and the personalities of our feathered friends
Martín's past has been revealed in this story (I thank Riodanjaneiro again for permission to use his character in this story) what happened to this macaw is also counted as a complicated matter and more if it does not receive the support of one of their parents but this does not mean that it is necessary for an LGBT person to go to the psychologist if they have the approval of both parents, which will be enough to make them feel happy being who they are. I never knew and did not become close friends with an LGBT person (I only met a relative of my husband but it turned out to be shit as a person even though he was gay that guy felt superior to everyone) but in my point of view see it would great to have an LGBT friend. In this case of Martin I need a little help so that he does not regret having revealed his sexual orientation
The song that Sol, Jaqui and Martin Sing is from Steven Universe the movie, I liked watching the series so much and it was not my attention until I began to see it these days that I was in bed I really liked the meaning of the song and I felt that coordinated with the story. Your criticisms and comments will be heard (as long as they are related to the story) I want to thank all the people who sent me a greeting and all their "get well soon" that motivates me to move forward and face these pains but I know they will be worth the pain. Until next post
