Chapter nineteen:
Lorine and the woman split up for now though little does the woman know Lorine is following her, instead of going to the park like the woman thinks. She finds the woman goes to a hotel so she stops following her for now. She quickly texts Razzy about the location that she is at currently.
Razzy is quick to respond to her text telling her that he will be there as soon as he can. He also instructs her to remain where she is until he gets there so that they can plan things about how to get to the woman.
Hikaru notices a drop of blood leading along a path. He follows the path that it has left behind. He hopes that it will lead him to where he needs to go to find out who left this, or what did. He is lead to the road and notices that it was recently cleaned meaning that the blood is now gone. He sighs at this and turns away disappointed that he has lost the trail. He moves away to try to find if he can just find Kaoru on his own. After he walks for a bit he comes upon an area that he and Haruhi had checked. He turns and spots Razzy leave a home and start to head off somewhere. He swears that he sees the spark of revenge in his eyes. So he decides to follow the other feeling like he needs to.
Razzy leads him along down the streets until reaching a hotel which he approaches a woman.
Hikaru sits on a bench leaning forward to act as though he is just trying to figure out where to look for Kaoru next. He is secretly listening to them focusing his hearing on them over the others noises around him.
"So she is in there." Razzy mentions and Hikaru doesn't even have to look at them to know that he is more than likely looking at the hotel.
"That is correct." The woman, Lorine, confirms with a nod of her head. Before giving a description to Razzy causing Hikaru's eyes to widen knowing the woman.
"The maid that stole from my family?" Hikaru questions to himself in a whisper and he sneaks a glance to the two. He sees that they are a bit distracted with looking at the hotel to really notice. He himself looks to said hotel wondering why in the world they are trying to get the woman. He looks away before they might notice that he is looking their way.
"Excellent. Now we just gotta figure out what room she is in. Then we can finish our revenge." Razzy confirms to the woman making Hikaru wonder what revenge they could be talking about.
Hikaru doesn't hear anything from them and turns only to see them starting to head to go into the hotel. He gets to his feet watching them until they disappear past the doors into said hotel. He has to know what is going on.
"Hikaru!"
Hikaru turns and sees Haruhi coming over to him with Kyouya. "Haruhi?"
Haruhi reaches the ginger haired male stopping with Kyouya next to her. "I told Kyouya about the woman that we saw. We were trying to see if we could find you or her."
"She apparently went in there." Hikaru turns to the hotel as does Kyouya and Haruhi.
"Ah. So you followed her." Kyouya adjusts the glasses that are on his face.
"Actually no." Hikaru feels the twos gazes turn to look to him. "I was checking something out when I saw a man leave a home. Looking ready for some kind of revenge. I followed him and he met with a lady who gave the description of the woman that was once me and Kaoru's maid. They went inside there just before you two came." He sees out of the corner of his eye his two friends turning to look to the hotel.
"Well we might as well head on inside. If she does have Kaoru we might want to get to her before those other two can." Kyouya mentions staring at the hotel. "Who knows what might happen if those two get to her first. We don't even know if they would spare Kaoru that is if she has him."
Hikaru is the first to start heading that way with Haruhi and Kyouya following close on his heels.
They make it inside and find a lobby with only a few people though Hikaru spots the man, Razzy, and the woman, Lorine, talking to the woman at the front desk. "There they are." He tells his two friends quietly while nodding to them.
The lady at the front desk has dyed red hair pulled back into a tight looking ponytail, a black t-shirt with the hotel name alongside the logo, her bottom half blocked by the desk she is behind, and her green eyes look rather kind.
Kyouya takes the lead this time with Hikaru and Haruhi following after him. He gets to the front desk causing Razzy and Lorine to turn to him then glance to Haruhi and Hikaru. "Sorry to disturb your conversation." He apologizes adjusting his glasses that still have the glare of the light on them so they are hiding his eyes. His words cause the two to turn to look to him. "We have someone in this hotel that we need to find."
"Well hop in line." Razzy informs them keeping his head high. "We have someone that we need to find as well."
"It wouldn't be a woman who was once a maid for a rich family would it?" Kyouya's inquiry causes the two to look surprised. "I see. So it is. Well that is who we are looking for as well." He confirms to them watching them through the glare on the lenses of his glasses. "Though I am sure that we both have our reasons I do think that perhaps we can work together."
Razzy and Lorine glance to each other exchanging words between each other quietly.
"You really think they're going to let this happen?" Hikaru whispers to Kyouya who keeps his eyes on the two who are discussing the options.
"I know what I am doing." Kyouya responds simply so Hikaru goes quiet and focuses on Razzy and Lorine.
After their conversation Razzy and Lorine turn to the trio that are standing by them.
"Fine. We can work together on this." Razzy informs them looking over all of them before his gaze returns to Kyouya. "On one condition. You get in our way and the peace is off."
"That is fine. We just want to find something out and after we get the information we need she is all yours." Kyouya confirms then turns to the woman behind the front desk who is looking concerned from one group to the other. "How much money do you want for the information on where the woman we need to find is staying?" He questions causing her to look at him wide eyed. He pulls out his card ready to pay the price that she will possibly give him. "Don't be shy."
