Oh. My. God. This one took so freaking long. First of all, I'm so sorry for the long wait, life threw me all over the place but I'm here now! It's a bit longer than the previous chapter, but it didn't look too long for me, LOL. Hopefully I'll be able to update frequently now!

Episode 1: Raid of the Beginning (Part 2)

The sounds of snoring can be heard from the gaming lab as Chris barely struggled to keep his eyes open. It had been almost an hour now, and for some reason, the teens in the virtual world still haven't met up yet.

Charlize groaned, trying to wake herself up. She already had herself drooling on the desk in front of her and quickly wiped it in case Chris would see her and call her untidy.

"What happened?"

"They are still in there." Chris yawned, his eyes finally coming into a close as he succumbed himself into deep slumber, leaving the rather dull woman alone at this point.

Charlize rubbed her temples in frustration, knowing that of course, she will fail in this. She pressed a few buttons on the control panel to see what was going on in each area, and pulled a lever that had a label called "teleporters" on it.

The screen then fades to black as it now plays the theme song.

Dear Mom and Dad, I'm doing fine

The camera gets a quick close up of the Gaming Lab where 16 pods laid down on the sides with a huge screen in front.

You guys are on my mind

The view goes backwards and we see both Charlize and Chris frantically trying to fix the controls on the lab.

You asked me what I wanted to be

The camera zooms into the television where we can see Theodore filming himself in the virtual world.

And now I think the answer is plain to see

This was interrupted by Arthur who accidentally bumped into him and dropped his shield in the process. The paladin quickly apologized while Theodore gave the camera a sheepish grin.

I wanna be famous

We now get a view of Mollie painting the calm scenery of the ocean. Cory suddenly trips over and Mollie's easel fell down, causing the painter to give him a disapproving frown.

I wanna live close to the sun

Zooming out from the scene, we can now see a battle of magic between Noel and Alice versus Zerine and Ragnar. All four of their magic clashed together until what we now get was an explosion.

Well, pack your bags 'cause I've already won

Once the explosion cleared out, the camera pans to Lester who was cheering happily from the sidelines next to a rather annoyed Jessica, who just resumed fixing her weapons.

Everything to prove, nothing in my way

The view flipped for a bit until we can see Paige trying to shoot a squirrel with her arrow. Blaster comes into the scene, unknown of what the archer was doing and Paige accidentally shoots Blaster's prosthetic leg. Blaster glared at Paige and vice versa, causing conflict between the two.

I'll get there one day

Back in the real world, Candy and Iris were seen just exiting out of their pods sharing a high five with each other. The camera then pans to Zane and Devon having just exited from their pods as well, only to look exhausted and beaten up.

Na-na-na-na-na Na-na-na-na Na-na-na-na!

Various shots of different places and creatures good and evil in the virtual world can be seen.

We now get a clear shot of everyone battling each other in the virtual world.

The camera zooms out from the screen as the cast was now in the real world inside the gaming lab. They all looked back and positioned themselves for a cast picture as the logo of Total Drama: Infinite Zero appears on screen.

Back in the virtual world…

Ragnar and Noel were still by the village. They were the only duo left in the area as pretty much all the residents have fled the place under their command.

Suddenly, several portals have appeared around them, surrounding the pair. The angomancer known as Ragnar immediately got into a fighting stance.

"Ugh, is there an army now this time!?" He immediately complained.

However, Noel had a completely contrasting look to the angomancer. The glaciologist simply held his staff calmly as if they weren't in danger.

"Aren't you going to get ready!? These enemies could come out any second now!" Ragnar yelled at him.

Noel simply pointed his staff at the blond boy. "I am not sensing any enemies."

As soon as he said that, the other teens from earlier popped out from all the other portals, thus entering the same village the duo were on.

"Whoa, did we just teleported? That's so cool!" Blaster cheered giddily. "Oh, I didn't know you guys are stuck in this virtual world too-"

Mollie giggled next to her as she playfully rolled her eyes. "You're such an airhead." She laughed, only getting a chuckle out of Blaster.

Meanwhile, Cory had enough. One more whine coming out from a certain fellow's mouth whom he had hipe to shut him out earlier, he felt like he was going to kill him. Hell, even his hand was fumbling on his green longsword, getting ready to slice the hell out of him here and there.

Lester on the other hand was already driving him up on the wall, constantly calling out on how scary he looked, somehow flexing his own extremely weird getup, and even distracting him by pointing at things that he thought were creatures but were actually not anyway.

"Ew, there's a spider, go away!" Lester shrieked.

Cory ran up to him and drew his green longsword just by the shorter boy's neck, getting ready to end him in the virtual world, right there, right now. "SAY THAT ONE MORE TIME OR I'M SLICING THIS THING ACROSS THAT CHILDISH SHIRT OF YOURS, YOU LITTLE PIECE OF SHIT!"

Lester gulped and shut his yap up as Cory released him after about a minute later.

"Uh… what is that?" Candy asked everyone as she pointed towards the sky.

Indeed, the fire dragon was coming back.

"Oh shoot, is that what I think it is?" Jessica hissed to herself, even Iris realized what she was talking about.

"What are we going to do?" Iris asked.

"Those who have magic spells that can attack, use them now!" Devon ordered, quickly taking over the lead role regardless of the teams they were all placed in as what's more important is to stay alive, at least virtually. "Those with swords and guns, be at standby! Clerics, get ready to heal if needed!"

"Roger that!" Theodore immediately responded, although it seemed as though he was filming the current scene.

"The lad said now, so put that away young man!" Arthur ordered, almost scolding Theodore in the process.

"Oh shoot, sorry!"

The teens who had magic, namely Mollie, Noel, Alice, Ragnar, and Zerine, all immediately stayed close by together as they began to unleash art magic, ice magic, air magic, angomancy, and light magic all respectively at the same time with all of their strength.

Candy and Iris immeditely went towards behind the group in case if anyone needed healing.

Zane, Blaster, and Cory all got out their swords, with Arthur rushing up to the front of the group in attempt to shield everyone.

And finally, Devon, Theodore, Paige, and Jessica all spread out to cover up the rest of the area.

While meanwhile, Lester was just, watching the whole thing, per se.

"Oh my gosh, everyone get down!" Paige yelled from afar as the fire dragon suddenly let out a fireball on to them. Arthur only managed to shield himself a teensy as everyone got hit by the blast, sending them flying on the air. Even Mollie tried to paint some fluffy clouds as quickly as she can whilst being midair. The clouds went all over the place to catch the contestants but some of them ended up hitting on the hard pavement.

"Ow…" Alice groaned in pain as she could see stars all over her. "Where are you guys…"

"Hold on-" Candy grunted as she stood up and raised her staff in attempt to heal some of the others around her. She did it successfully as some of them got back up.

"Where is it?" Zane dusted himself as soon as he got up from the ground. Although he looked like he was in less pain compared to the others, there were also bruises on his face.

"Over there!" Zerine shouted, pointing at the fire dragon that was heading straight for them once more.

"Alright, get ready everyone! Let's beat up this shit to pieces!" Ragnar yelled obnoxiously as the mages got ready to do their attacks once more, with the others at standby aiming at the dragon as well.

"Now!" Noel yelled this time, and the five mages all unleashed their powerful magic once more. Paige began hitting the dragon using her arrows while Theodore, Devon, and Jessica all used their long-distance attacks on it. The fire dragon though, even though he got hit by most of the attacks, still managed to fly towards them.

"MY GOD, JUST DIE ALREADY!" Ragnar painted, the wounds and cuts on his arms going deeper and deeper as his angomancy magic was already fading out.

Mollie tiredly painted a boulder in the air and threw it onto the dragon using her magic brush, causing the fire dragon to stumble a bit. It breathed in, and thus, it let out a long burst of flame onto the group. "Oh no-"

"All of you, get behind me now!" Arthur shouted to everyone who at this point, were barely even standing up due to the fatigue they all had from the battle. They all managed to run behind him just in time and before the fire could catch onto them, Arthur clinked his two shields together causing it to form into an incredibly large shield, enough to cover everyone from the fire dragon's scorching flames.

As soon as the dragon was out of breath, everyone sighed in relief. Lester sneakily stepped behind him and had his foot out. The dragon stumbled forward, only to make it worse for him as he tripped onto the odd boy's foot. Now, they could see the creature collapsing onto the ground, looking just as tired as they were. Some of the contestants with swords as their weapons, namely Zane, Blaster, and Cory, went onto the dragon, getting ready to stab him.

"Now?" Zane asked the other two, getting ready to stab his sword into the dragon's stomach.

"Yes! This ends right now!" Blaster shouted before stabbing her bright pink sword onto the dragon's chest.

"Yeah, whatever." Cory rolled his eyes as he stabbed the dragon right onto the head with his green sword. "Go!" He shouted towards the others.

"Fire! Make sure he's dead!" Jessica yelled.

"Oh he is SO going to die!" Paige shouted in an overreacting manner as she got her bow ready.

This time, Theodore, Devon, and Jessica all began shooting the dragon using their pistols and guns, (or iron staff in Jessica's case as she could use it for melee attacks) as well as Paige hitting said dragon using her remaining arrows.

All the mages however, sighed as they fell on the grass, literally having no strength left as they did their all to weaken the fire dragon earlier than what seemed like forever.

"Ugh, I don't think I can get up anymore…" Alice winced.

"Me neither-" Zerine added.

"Alright everyone, we're gonna heal you all up." Iris declared as she got out her healing staff.

Once they assumed that the fire dragon was done for good, Candy and Iris went in the middle of everyone and healed the contestants using their cleric powers from their own weapons, hoping that they would at least restore everyone to their full health.

"You guys okay?" Candy asked everyone as they all gathered together. "We really went all out back there."

"Thank god... that this is all over now…" Noel sighed tiredly, not even trying to get up from the ground.

"Yeah, you got that right!" Lester cheered enthusiastically as he patted a hand on the now unconscious dragon. "Looks like we don't need to worry about this baggage anymore!"

Cory gritted his teeth at the sight of the boy, but the dragon got his attention quicker than he expected.

It was healing.

"You've gotta be kidding me-" Devon groaned, knowing that he didn't have any ammo on his weapon left.

"Yeah, this is something!" Theodore shouted, filming the whole thing on his camera, somehow forgetting that they were in a sticky situation as of late.

"Lester, what the hell did you do!?" Cory smacked his forehead as everyone looked at the dragon in horror (and in annoyance at Lester).

"What- oh no! Wait! Please don't kill me-" Lester pleaded but Cory grabbed him by the shirt.

"For goodness' sake, why did you heal the dragon!? Did you even know your powers!?"

"No I don't! Please spare me!" he wailed.

"Run!" Arthur shouted towards the rest of the contestants as the dragon, stronger than ever, began to breathe fire on them. But before they all knew it, they were soon enveloped in bright light, and it was so hard to see all of their surroundings at this point.

Until…

The Gaming Lab

The sound of sixteen pods being opened up filled the room as one by one, each of the contestants exited their own pods tired and exhausted. It was also noted that everyone was now in their casual clothes, but they were also covered in a few bruises and cuts… maybe except for Arthur due to his use of shields. But aside from that, he wore a green baseball cap that has the letter A as a symbol, a white T-Shirt under a green jacket, black jeans and green sneakers.

Cory wore a black slightly ripped jeans, a red shirt, and a cool blue jacket over it, along with a gold chain necklace.

Devon still wore the same hat and gray coat, with a simple necklace and a fake diamond on it.

Lester also wore the same thing as his weird virtual getup except for the hat and the fake beard.

Noel wore a blue thick fur hooded parka, a white long sleeve dress shirt with a black cashmere sweater vest underneath, black winter jeans and black and brown snow boots.

Ragnar wore a fairly tight and worn t-shirt with bold white words reading a phrase that couldn't be read from afar, a dark leather jacket, ripped dark jeans that have been covered by light gray patches with black skull decals and thick tan platform shoes.

Theodore was wearing an official "#TeddyOnTotalDrama" T-shirt that he made to promote the hashtag that he encouraged his followers to use to get the attention of casting directors. The shirt is a simple black T with white wording. He also wore blue skinny jeans and black sneakers.

And last for the boys, Zane wore a plain white t-shirt with a plain black zip-up hoodie that was unzipped. He also had on dark denim jeans and black and white Vans.

For the girls, Alice wore a white long sleeve shirt, navy blue midi skirt, and black ballet flats.

Blaster wore a pink shirt with a black skull on it, and black knee-length jeans, with grey shoes and white socks.

Candy wore a pink dress with several patterns of flowers and roses on her sleeves, pink gloves and red slippers.

Iris wore a royal blue parka over a white shirt, with black jeans, white socks, and ankle boots.

Jessica wore a grey sweater with blue jeans and yellow sneakers.

Mollie wore a maroon turtleneck sweater tucked into a sleak pair of white pants with a black beret atop her head.

Paige had on a mint green sweater, blue jeans, mint green tennis shoes. She also has a blue ribbon on her hair.

And lastly, Zerine wore a white dress shirt that reached up to her elbows with a grey vest on top of it, a grey checkered skirt that reached to her thighs, white knee high socks and black flats.

Charlize looked at all of the contestants present with a serious look on her face, then towards Chris who only wore a bemused smirk.

"Is anyone hurt?" She asked in a strict manner.

No one seemed to answer as they all looked at each other nervously, though it was pretty evident as most had bruises and marks on them.

"Chris, do you even call this virtual reality?" Charlize questioned. "Then how come most of them are hurt?"

"I don't know, maybe both worlds are connected?"

"Connected, my ass." Charlize spat at him before turning to the contestants. "I'll just get you all to your rooms. No one steps inside the Gaming Lab unless there's a challenge." She ordered.

With that, she and the cast had left the Gaming Lab, leaving Chris by himself. He looked at a screen in the panel, which showed the different teams, via the handkerchief they were all holding earlier.

The Breaking Beasts had consisted of Arthur, Blaster, Devon, Iris, Noel, Mollie, Theodore, and Paige.

While the Wicked Warlords had Cory, Alice, Lester, Candy, Ragnar, Jessica, Zane, and Zerine.

Chris smirked at this before turning off the screen and leaving the Gaming Lab.

The Gamestore

A rather fat, short man with curly brown hair sat by the cash register, looking extremely lazy at this point as the only thing he was doing so far was playing a game on a gaming console.

He felt that someone was in front of the cash register. Assuming that the person was going to buy something, he spoke up, but didn't even dare to look away from his game.

"What do you want, kiddo?" He asked the person. When he heard the person clear his throat, he immediately looked up and saw a police officer, holding up his badge.

"Good evening, sir." The police officer stated. "I am Officer Eric Watson, here to assist in an inspection of your store. I must presume that you are Gordon Albertson. Please correct me if I am wrong."

The chubby man nodded his head. "Yeah, I'm Gordon Albertson. Is there anything you need?"

"Well," Watson began as he fished out a copy of a document he was holding. "Some customers and other citizens of this city have reported to our office that there is an illegally built facility that has no permit whatsoever below this store."

Gordon immediately shook his head and denied it. "You know, there's nothing personal here, kiddo. But I assure you, we got no building below this building. You must have been mistaken."

Officer Watson simply wrote some notes on his folder with a pen he took out from his pocket. As soon as he was done, he placed his pen back. "Very well, Mr. Albertson. We will be doing some more inspections within this area to see if there is a facility underground. Once we do so, we will go back here and begin our full search so please have this store ready by then."

"Yeah, kiddo. Sure thing." Gordon shrugged, grabbing a can of soda before downing it.

"Thank you. Good day." Officer Watson bid him goodbye and left.

Gordon gave off a sigh of relief as he placed his soda can back on the countertop. "God, that was close… McLean, Faulkerson, you two are so damned once that officer finds that gaming lab." He muttered to himself before he went back to his seat and resumed his game.

Little did he know that the teens had just passed by him heading towards the exit (while Theodore was filming everything along the way). They never paid attention to him, well, maybe one of them did.

Later in the evening, Chris was seen in the hosts' dorm room prepping up his own bed for him to sleep, until he heard someone walk in.

"What the-"

"The hell are you doing here?!" Charlize snapped at him, dropping her bags in the process. "I thought you had a different room!"

"Well, the producers told me that I should sleep here!"

"So should I!"

Chris then turned his head over by another bed which was next to his. "You could sleep there."

The dull woman just rolled her eyes at him in annoyance. "Sleep? In a room? With you? Count me out." She immediately said, dismissing herself out of the dorm room, her bags being carried by her.

"Why didn't the producers place us in separate rooms anyway?" Chris muttered to himself as he plopped his tired body onto the bed.

The boys' room was pretty busy at this point. Arthur, Devon, Noel, Ragnar, and Zane were unpacking and fixing their things onto their own beds. Theodore was filming himself talking about his day in the virtual world, ignoring all the bruises he had in his arms in the process. Cory was in the bathroom, washing his face and ranting about how he could have killed Lester in the virtual world while Lester himself already fell fast asleep on his own bed (aka a couch as he whined so much so the other boys gave him that).

Devon sighed as he laid down on his own bed, looking at Theodore. "You know, you really need to stop for the night. You've been filming yourself ever since we got out of the virtual world."

"Gotcha there, I'm just gonna do the outro and I'm done." Theodore looked back at him and gave him a thumbs up with a smirk, which Devon couldn't easily process what that was. Assuming that he will stop a bit, he closed his eyes, attempting to fall asleep.

Arthur simply chuckled at how they interacted, getting himself a glass of water by the fridge. He was the only one who pretty much didn't have a scratch on him throughout the whole battle, maybe because it was due to his dual shields. "Oh, you boys can be so full of yourselves sometimes, you know?"

The other boys seemed to ignore Arthur's rather fatherly remark as Ragnar gave off a light scoff and laid on his back on his bed. "I just wish that that blasted dragon died already. Like what the freaking hell!? Is he even immortal!? Chris and Charlize should have at least know that we almost freaking died back there! Maybe except for Arthur because of his shields and all, but still!"

Noel simply shrugged in response to Ragnar's complaint, having only been sitting in his bed. "We will be fine." He said coldly. "You did your best. We all did our best. It is best if we just rest."

Zane couldn't help but chuckle a bit at how Noel rhymed on accident. "Yeah, but he's right. It's just a video game and all. We won't die in the real world if we die in the virtual world. No need to worry about it so much."

Ragnar rolled his eyes to himself. "We don't need to worry about it, huh. Well, why don't you all look at how bruised up Theodore is, how many cuts I have, how everyone is close to getting, you know, beaten up!"

"Still though. The game seems pretty harmful at first glance, but I don't think we should worry about it that quickly. If anything, it's probably those pods that gave us all these scars, if you get what I mean." Zane said as he quickly explained his own point of view.

Noel could nod in agreement about the pods thing that Zane said earlier and was about to add something to what he said when the bathroom door suddenly slammed open. Cory stepped out of it, his hair all wet as if he just took a full on shower instead of just washing his face.

"That bitch should've died." He huffed as he pointed at the sleeping Lester.

Arthur shook his head, dismissing Cory's complaint. "Well lad, he did helped out a bit on defeating the fire dragon."

"Yeah, UNTIL HE FREAKING HEALED HIM. But still though, he's just so whiny, it just makes me wanna rip his pony shirt off of him and stuff it in his mouth so that he could choke on his own sweat. Like, god, he looks like he hasn't even hit puberty." Cory groaned as he jumped onto his bed.

"Shhhh! Please be quiet…!" Lester began saying in his sleep before snoring again as if he had just heard what Cory said.

"See!?"

"Now, now, just give him a chance, lad." Arthur said, the fatherly figure trying to at least calm him down but Cory just let out scoff in return.

"This is the first time I have seen Cory's face." Devon randomly remarked.

In the girls' room, Blaster, Candy, Iris, Mollie, Paige, and Zerine were getting their stuff fixed. Jessica was presumably fixing some of her stuff in a different area as she was nowhere to be found, and Alice was in the comfort room.

"Dang, that dragon drained the hell out of us today," Blaster sighed tiredly, resting herself on her own chosen bed whilst looking at her prosthetics in the process. "I don't think I can handle another battle anymore."

"Well, that's just the first of many." Candy shrugged, placing her bag on her bed. "What did you guys run into before we had to fight the dragon? Zerine and I had to fight against some crazy dark spirit."

"That is true." Zerine almost whispered to herself as she lay herself down. "If it wasn't for Candy and her healing skills though, I would have officially worn myself out."

"We had to run over some crazy ocean beast, though." Mollie remarked, looking at her own set of painting tools from her bag. She usually brings them along in case she gets bored during her spare time. "It was weird. It almost got Blaster."

"Hey, I gotta owe it to you though, Mollie. You saved me on that one. I don't know how I'm gonna repay that." Blaster grinned.

"Ah, don't worry about that. It's all in the day's work." Mollie smiled back, hopping onto her own bed.

"Well, shame that you had to go through all of that. I was with Jessica throughout the entire time and we were in a pretty safe spot until Jessica decided to shoot some creature in the woods." Iris pointed out.

Paige widened her eyes in realization. "A creature in the woods? Maybe you guys ran into that thing me and Devon saw earlier." She said as she proceeded to remove her makeup.

Candy yawned before getting her blanket. "I don't know about you guys, but I'm heading off to sleep."

"Same." Blaster also nodded, shutting her eyes. "Goodnight, girls!"

"Night!"

...

Later on, still in the girls' room, Blaster, Iris, Mollie, Paige, Candy, and Zerine were pretty much asleep at this point as a few snores can be heard. Alice on the other hand was about to her own bed next to Jessica's when the girl suddenly pulled her and whispered something into her ear.

"An alliance? Already?" Alice raised an eyebrow suspiciously towards the hacker known as Jessica. "Honestly, I barely even know you for like, less than a day. I'm afraid I'm going to have to turn down on your offer." she added politely.

"Oh, sure. No biggie." Jessica nodded in understanding as she walked towards her laptop by the table next to Alice. Picking it up, she went back to her bed and began typing something up.

"Hmm, what are you typing up, exactly?" Alice asked as curiosity hit her like a storm.

"Oh, not much, really. Maybe just hacking the system in the Gaming Lab, getting access to all the files of the staff, especially Chris and Charlize. Hell, even that guy selling in the store above the lab knows that there's something fishy going on in here, he's just too quiet to say something."

"Ah, you mean Mr. Gordon?" Alice asked again, to which Jessica responded this time with a nod. "Well, honestly, if I were you, I wouldn't speculate things way too early. Who knows, maybe your intentions could be wrong?"

"Trust me, Alice. I know what I'm doing." Jessica stated without looking at the brunette as she continued to type. Alice just merely shrugged and took the time for her to get onto her bed and sleep in for the night.

BREAKING BEASTS: Arthur, Blaster, Devon, Iris, Noel, Mollie, Theodore, Paige

WICKED WARLORDS: Cory, Alice, Lester, Candy, Ragnar, Jessica, Zane, Zerine

So it was pretty much a teensy bit longer than part one as I hoped, LOL. Initially, I was going to have them come back to the real world immediately and this part of the episode would be completely interaction-centered but I thought of them fighting the fire dragon at the start once they all met up. XD

Anyway, I hope this chapter was worth the wait… despite its rather short length once more. XD Also I hope I got at least the gist of everyone's characters right, it was so hard to keep all of them in action, including the healers. XD
