And we're back! This episode was quite hard to write, hence why it took me so long to update it. I'm not proud of this episode either, but I hope you guys will like it!

Episode 4: Lights, Camera, Full of Action!
DAY 04
The camera cuts to the Gaming Lab where Charlize was analyzing the manual of the virtual reality game. She had been reading the manual for quite some time now, unlike in the past days where she would nearly just skim it.
Narrowing her eyes in one of the pages, she blinked twice… thrice… and even four times.
"What?"
Her finger trailed into a certain section of the page, reading that paragraph over and over again, not realizing that Chris entered the room with two burgers and drinks in his hand for them to snack on.
"Chris, please tell me this season is all just a big mistake." Charlize sneered.
The host placed the burgers and drinks on a nearby table. "Mistake? I don't see what harm does this game bring."
"Fool, you do realize that harming the teenagers in that game means that they could get harmed in real life, right? Well what if they… you know!" Charlize raged at him.
Chris didn't show any signs of worry and just sat on the office chair in the room. "That won't happen. Who would die just from a stupid game?"
"Your loss, McLean." Charlize snapped.
Dear Mom and Dad, I'm doing fine
The camera gets a quick close up of the Gaming Lab where 16 pods laid down on the sides with a huge screen in front.
You guys are on my mind
The view goes backwards and we see both Charlize and Chris frantically trying to fix the controls on the lab.
You asked me what I wanted to be
The camera zooms into the television where we can see Theodore filming himself in the virtual world.
And now I think the answer is plain to see
This was interrupted by Arthur who accidentally bumped into him and dropped his shield in the process. The paladin quickly apologized while Theodore gave the camera a sheepish grin.
I wanna be famous
We now get a view of Mollie painting the calm scenery of the ocean. Cory suddenly trips over and Mollie's easel fell down, causing the painter to give him a disapproving frown.
I wanna live close to the sun
Zooming out from the scene, we can now see a battle of magic between Noel and Alice versus Zerine and Ragnar. All four of their magic clashed together until what we now get was an explosion.
Well, pack your bags 'cause I've already won
Once the explosion cleared out, the camera pans to Lester who was cheering happily from the sidelines next to a rather annoyed Jessica, who just resumed fixing her weapons.
Everything to prove, nothing in my way
The view flipped for a bit until we can see Paige trying to shoot a squirrel with her arrow. Blaster comes into the scene, unknown of what the archer was doing and Paige accidentally shoots Blaster's prosthetic leg. Blaster glared at Paige and vice versa, causing conflict between the two.
I'll get there one day
Back in the real world, Candy and Iris were seen just exiting out of their pods sharing a high five with each other. The camera then pans to Zane and Devon having just exited from their pods as well, only to look exhausted and beaten up.
Na-na-na-na-na Na-na-na-na Na-na-na-na!
Various shots of different places and creatures good and evil in the virtual world can be seen.

We now get a clear shot of everyone battling each other in the virtual world.

The camera zooms out from the screen as the cast was now in the real world inside the gaming lab. They all looked back and positioned themselves for a cast picture as the logo of Total Drama: Infinite Zero appears on screen.
The Hatchery Diner
The day started on the restaurant as usual. The Beasts were all seated on their table, waiting to be served.
"Hey, where's Arthur?" Iris noticed the bartender father figure missing from the team. "I'd hate for him to miss breakfast especially since he's usually the earliest one in here."
"He told me and Theodore to go on ahead." Noel answered, watching Chef go onto their table with the food cart. "He couldn't find his favorite green cap."
Paige rolled her eyes. "It's not like he's gonna die without his cap on. Look, we're about to eat and he hasn't even appeared yet."
"He'll be here in no time, guys. Stop worryig so much." Blaster chuckled, her eyes widening in delight as Chef placed some breakfast platters on their table. "Oh wow! We're getting real food for once!"
"Oui, this looks delightful indeed." Mollie agreed with her friend but her smile went away as she saw Theodore standing up. "Where are you going, Theodore?"
"I'm gonna go check up on Arthur, he's been gone for a while." Theodore said before walking away from the restaurant.
The Warlords on the other hand, were unusually quiet as they were eating. Sure they were a bit happy now that they get to eat real breakfast but something about them is pretty unusual as of late.
Cory had a shit-eating grin on his face as he watched his teammates eating quietly. With this, even Alice had to roll her eyes.
"This is your doing, isn't it?" Alice sighed in disappointment.
Cory sighed back, but managed to speak in a low voice as to not let the rest of their team hear them. "You don't know how happy am I to not be able to hear that small egghead whine about everything 24/7. I told him to shut his yap or I will kick his sorry butt later."
"How rude!" Alice nearly raised her voice, nearly enough to get Ragnar's attention.
"Look, can you argue about certain shitheads later and just feast yourselves for now on this bomb ass food?" Ragnar asked in a not so nice manner.
Candy sighed at the sight of her teammates again. "Guys, pretty much you have been fighting since we got here. I don't even know how all of this started."
"I don't know, it's just that all of a sudden Cory hates me!" Lester began to wail, forgetting about his food even though he was almost done with it.
Zane had both of his hands on the table. "Enough, guys. We're not getting anywhere if the only thing we're gonna do all throughout before merge is whine and whine and whine. Just hold off with all your grudges for now and unleash them during merge or something."
Confessional: Zerine
"Honestly, them arguing 24/7 is like music to my soul." she cackled, a sly smirk forming her lips. "It's only about a matter of fact before they get eliminated one by one."

The Game Store
The camera pans to Theodore who saw Arthur just behind the Game Store. It looks as if he had his ear pressed against the wall.
"Arthur?" Theodore asked. "What are you doing here? You should be over at breakfast with us!"
Arthur placed a hand on the Youtuber's shoulder. "I don't know, youngster. But I've been hearing Chris and Charlize arguing through this wall and I don't think it's something good.
Theodore raised an eyebrow. "Isn't the Gaming Lab underground though? How are you able to hear them through that wall alone?"
"Well, the youngins just can't keep their mouths shut." Arthur responded with a hearty chuckle before frowning as he couldn't hear them anymore. "Oh well… I would tell you what I've heard… but I'd rather keep it a secret. Don't want you youngins to end up being in danger."
"In danger? From what?"
Arthur sighed, but was replaced wth a reassuring smile on his face. "Let's just go onto breakfast, shall we?"
The Gaming Lab
Back in the Gaming Lab, Charlize stared at the game control panel in front of her. "What, do you want to continue this season?"
"It's the only way for me and my ratings to go back up again, so of course I would do it." Chris answered.
"So you don't care if what we're doing is apparently illegal?" Charlize opposed.
"Psh, illegal? How is this illegal?"
Charlize facepalmed. "You know what, I want to eat. Give me that burger." She ordered and Chris tossed her the burger. She opened it up and munched on it.
It didn't took long before the gamers were called back in for a challenge.
"Alright, is everyone here?" Chris looked at the gamers and counted them all. "Good. Okay, for your next challenge, you will film a battle scene. Simple as that. The most appealing action battle scene wins the challenge."
The contestants all looked at each other with worry. What if someone will get hurt?
"That shouldn't be too hard." Chris glanced at Charlize. "Or too dangerous."
"I don't know. Just go on ahead onto the virtual world to start." Charlize ordered.
Everyone did as they were told and entered into their pods to the virtual world.
The Virtual World
The Beasts were all gathered up in a circle trying to plan who does what.
"I'd probably stick to supervising for this one, kiddos." Arthur called out to his team. "It would be weird for me to be in battle with two shields.
"Your shields could be useful though for defense." Iris pointed out. "Like, you don't necessarily need to attack, you could just go full tank. You know, plus points. If anything, I should be supervising for now since for some reason my weapon didn't spawn with me."
Confessional: Iris
Iris had her hands on her head in frustration. "You know, there is something wrong wih my weapon; like, first thing it's here, then the next episode, it's gone. Is this some kind of restriction or something? Because I sure can't rely on my skills for most of the time.
End confessional
Paige had an idea. "Hey Iris, you can help me jot down some plans."
Iris nodded. "Alright, that will do."
Mollie painted some sheets of paper and a pen on the air, to which she then gave them to the two girls. "You two are gonna need these."
"Thanks." Paige smiled and gladly took the writing utensil with some papers from Mollie. She and Iris then began to write some ideas on the papers.
It didn't took long for them to head back to the team.
"So…" Paige cleared her throat. "We decided to have Noel and Blaster be the stars of this scene."
Blaster immediately had stars on her eyes. "Ooh, I like the sound of that!"
"Sounds reasonable." Noel nodded in agreement.
"Yeah," Iris said. "I mean I'm pretty sure the other team is doing magic versus magic. It would be more sense for us if one of the fighters doesn't use magic."
"That will do." Theodore said as he got out his camera. "I have my camera ready. Pretty sure the other team had to borrow one from the hosts but that's not our problem now, I guess."
"Mollie and I will be here at the sides in case something goes wrong." Arthur added, and everyone nodded in agreement with him.
Blaster and Noel both got themselves positioned on each side, with the rest on the sidelines checking everything out.
"Alright, we are filming the battle in 3… 2… 1… start!"
The Warlords on the other hand, weren't really going as smooth as what the others thought.
"You know what?" Cory began as he rubbed his hands vigorously. "Why don't you put me and Lester in a match. That will bring in some entertainment for Chris because that kid has been causing us problems since day one!"
Alice had already enough of Cory picking on people so she slightly waved her staff causing the blue jewel on top to glow and aimed it on Cory. Candy gasped and had her hand out toward Alice's staff to stop her.
"Alice, stop! Fighting him is not gonna help." Candy told her.
Alice sighed, having not being so pure of herself anymore. "I don't know Candy, I'm just really pissed at Cory right now. I'm surprised no one else was trying to defend Lester. Then again, maybe it's because he made way too many mistakes already."
Confessional: Candy
"I feel like I'm getting worried way too often… now I'm worried for Alice. She seems to take in their rivalry way too seriously but I don't think I'd want to blame her. I don't think she's the only one stressing out so much. Which is why I tried my best to stop her from attacking anyone."

Cory immediately got pissed. "Oh now you all are gonna side with him now? That's just fantastic." He crossed his arms but suddenly turned to Ragnar with a bit of hope. "Hey, you're in my side, right? Tell them who's being the bitch over here!"
Ragnar shooked his head quickly. "Oh hell no! You know as much as I hate that little fuck, do you even know that you're going way too overboard by this? Hell, I'm not even scared if you decide to disagree with me right now!"
Zane wanted to intervene between them so that they would stop, but at the same time, he had to agree with Ragnar. Sure Lester isn't the nost likeable member of the team, but Cory emphasized it way too much to the point where he became toxic. "You know what, I have a plan. Cory and Lester, you two stay on the side and try to not even talk or make eye contact with each other. The rest of us will figure something out."
Lester decided to oppose Zane's plan. "But I want to help! I can even make a suggestion!"
"Well you can help us by staying put." Zerine joined in but was still reading her book. She then looked over at the Beasts team who was way on the other side then at Zane. "I'll be right back."
"Okay?" Zane half-questioned as Zerine rushed off to a nearby bush.
Confessional: Zane
"That was pretty suspicious of Zerine, not gonna lie."

"We need a win. Because we are definitely losing. So it might be time for me to do a bit of sabotaging…"

The Beasts team were currently in the process of filming their fight scene. Blaster had her weapon in hand while Noel twirled his staff, getting ready to unleash his magic. Theodore was filming them with his camera, while Mollie and Arthur were on the sidelines in case something bad happens. Iris and Paige were also on the other side, holding sheets of paper when something caught their eye.
"THEODORE, DUCK!" Paige shouted from the side as she saw what seemed like a cannonball heading for the Youtuber.
"Wha-" Theodore breathed as he had no time to react. He turned back, and the cannonball hits him square in the face, dropping himself and his camera onto the ground. Everyone in the team rushed up to him as he was not getting up.
"Hey youngin'-" Arthur said as he crouched down and held him gently. "The youngster's been hurt."
"Theodore, wake up!" Iris pleaded.
Paige immediately turned her gaze and stared accusingly towards the Warlord team. "HEY, THAT WAS SO NOT COOL, YOU HEAR ME?"
Mollie grabbed the archer's shoulders and shook them. "No! Accusing the other team isn't going to solve anything! What if it's not them? What's important is that we have to make sure Theodore is okay!"
Noel sighed worryingly. "He's not waking up. We have to tell Chris and Charlize."
Blaster eyed the other team carefully just to see if anyone looked suspicious.
Confessional: Blaster
She had a finger on her chin. "A lot of them in that team are usually up to no good so it's hard to find out who exactly did this."

Confessional: Zerine
She smirked as she looked at the page of her spellbook before closing it. "No one will know."
End confessional
"You guys did this, didn't you?" Blaster asked the other team.
"Hey listen up, here you Breaking Breasts or whatever the hell your team is called! We didn't do shit, okay? We were just trying to work our own way into the challenge!" Cory shouted back.
"You guys were definitely responsible for that cannonball, you guys just don't know it!" Paige raged.
"Oh do you guys need a fight for that?" Ragnar angrily yelled. "Because we're going to prove to you guys that is not us!"
Everyone got into the way as they feel as a real fight was going to happen.
Confessional: Candy
Candy sighed in frustration. "And now this happens…"
End confessional
Chris and Charlize were watching this all unfold from the Gaming Lab.
"You know what, that is it! I'm summoning them all back here whether you like it or not!" Charlize yelled as she began to press some buttons on the control panel.
"Whoa, who's that lying on the ground?" Chris narrowed his eyes and saw Theodore was the one injured on the floor. "Oh crap-"
It didn't took long for them to have everyone back on the pods once more. Pretty much everyone came back unharmed because they were summoned right before a huge fight would happen but then, except for Theodore.
"What happened?" Charlize asked, pointing to the Youtuber.
"He got hit by a cannonball and now he couldn't wake up." Arthur said dejectedly.
"Chris, call an ambulance." Charlize ordered before turning to the contestants. "Warlords, you are disqualified. We watched everything unfold from the screens and it seemed like you guys were responsible for this. Meet me by the backyard. All of you. Immediately."
Confessional: Ragnar
"This is fucking unbelievable. And we didn't even do anything too! Unless someone here trued to sabotage the whole fucking thing."

"It's obvious that Zerine was behind all this. But I'm not sure if I'm able to convince everyone that it's her because she seems like she's pretending to be a good person…"

Backyard
Though the Warlords were present because they were the team assigned to do the vote off, the Beasts were also seated in tree stumps. And as much as they hated it, they were there for an announcement.
"So everyone, as you can see, the Warlords have already casted their votes. However, we're also going to announce that Theodore has been pulled out from the competition." Charlize announced with a worried look on her face, one that said that this situation got worse than they thought it would.
"Yeah." Chris also nodded. "So from next challenge onward, we're gonna have to try to be extra careful and that no one will get hurt during the game because apparently, players also get hurt in real life."
"How you do not notice it after the second half of the first episode is a mystery." Charlize quietly snarled.
The Beasts weren't surprised by the announcement though they were equally disappointed amongst themselves.
Confessional: Arthur
He looked extremely disappointed in himself. "I told him earlier that I wouldn't tell him or anyone else about their argument earlier. Now I realized… that that was a huge mistake on my part. And look what happened, the poor youngster got injured. I must protect my team at all costs."
End confessional
"Warlords…" Charlize cleared her throat. "You've now casted your votes so let me read to you those who are safe: Cory, Candy, Ragnar, and Zane."
Alice and Zerine were both surprised but Lester wasn't even shocked at this point as he was angry at the fact Cory was safe when he should've been in the bottom as well.
"Wait, what did I do?" Alice shot up, shocked that she was in the bottom three.
Zerine turned to her. "You know Alice, sometimes trying to be the peacemaker of the team is not gonna work."
"Well at least I try to keep my team together unlike you who pretty much did nothing today but run off to the side doing what on earth! You know, maybe you're responsible for injuring Theodore!" Alice opposed, though she tried her best to keep herself calm but it was not working.
"And with that though, Zerine and Lester are both safe with only two votes while Alice has three." Chris chuckled. "I know, shocking."
Alice's eyes were widened out, but soon just sighed in disappointment. "Oh well, I guess you guys are right."
Candy rushed up to her and gave her a hug. "It sucks that after losing Jessica, we had to lose you."
"Hey, it's okay. I'll manage just fine." Alice patted her back. "Thanks for standing up for me back there, I appreciate it."
Candy had a small smile on her face. "You're welcome."
Some of the other members of the team waved at Alice as she was being escorted towards the parking lot of the store. Once she left, everyone was signaled by the two hosts to go back into their dorms to rest.
The scene later cuts to Chris and Charlize who were still not on good terms but tried their best to do the outro anyway.
"Well, there we have it. We just lost two people. Great." Charlize snarked. "And it's partially your fault."
Chris rolled his eyes. "Ugh I swear, you really look for someone to blame. But anyway, this has been an episode. Just look forward to the next episode of… Total Drama: Infinite Zero!"
It was night time. No one was around the Game Store at this hour.
Except for Gordon.
He cleared his throat as he had the store keys on his hand. The burly man began to whistle to himself as he locked the front door, switching the store sign to closed for the day.
He looked back behind him as soon as he was done locking up the door. However, he felt like he was going to jump up in surprise as he saw who was behind him.
"Officer Watson!?"
The officer chuckled to himself as he saw Gordon's reaction. "Please, just call me Eric. I am currently not on duty. However, I would like a word from you tomorrow when you open up shop, Mr. Albertson."
"Ah, I see. About what exactly?"
"Oh it's not that much." Eric chuckled once more to himself. "Just a quick interrogation about the facility below the store."
Gordon felt like his brain was about to explode at that moment as soon as he heard those last three words.
The whole season… was controlled in an illegal game inside an illegally built facility.
He felt like he was to be blamed at if Charlize and Chris don't have a word with him.

Author's notes: And there we have it! I am not exactly proud of this chapter for several reasons. One being this episode being the weakest out of all the other episodes, and two, some of the scenes seemed like fillers in my opinion.
Eliminating both Theodore and Alice was super hard for me especially since I love these two so much, but out of everyone remaining… they are a bit underwhelmed with plot. It's hard to decide who goes in which episode.
Anyway, I hope you guys liked this episode either way! Next episode may be a bit wacky but in a good way! See you all!
