The captain gets sympathy pains
"I must of slept wrong last night" Merrill says as he woke up with a bad back one morning cause he has not been sleeping well cause Vicki has been having cravings and Marisol has not been sleeping either she was going through a growth spurt again
Merrill knew he had to go see Doc if he gets any other symptoms as well cause he was worried he was going to come down with something
"Morning sweetheart did you sleep well?" Merrill asks Marisol as he got her from her crib cause she was standing up and greeting her father that morning
Marisol babbles to him and tells him all about her dream that she had that night
"Is that so huh?" he asks her as he was going to change her diaper that morning and he was going to get her ready for the day as well
Merrill gags on her diaper and he knew something was going on with him right now cause he never gags as he changes Marisol and that was a little worry some
"Well Marisol daddy is coming down with something and he is going to get checked out later by Doc" he says as he was putting her in her outfit that Vicki had picked out for her
Merrill got dressed himself and he was going to see if Vicki was up and the three of them were going to have breakfast that morning together cause it was going to be getting down to the wire where it was going to be the three of them for breakfast before the baby comes and soon it was going to be the four of them going to breakfast in the morning
(Vicki's cabin)
"Vicki you ready?" Merrill asks as he knocks on her door as he holds Marisol who wanted to walk a little bit that morning as she walked with daddy
Vicki was in fact ready for breakfast that morning with her father and her sister
"Dad are you feeling okay you don't look too good?" Vicki asks him as they headed to breakfast
It wasn't long before the captain ran to throw up
"I think dad has sympathy pains" Vicki says as she was going to take him to see Doc before breakfast
(Doc's office)
"Doc can you see my dad he is not feeling that good" she says as she brings him in for the exam
Adam takes Merrill into he office while Vicki and Marisol headed to breakfast that morning
(Deck)
"Vicki should I get you something to eat?" Gopher asks her cause he got Julie and Gretel their food and he was going to feed Vicki and Marisol
"Yes that will be lovely and get Marisol her usual juice" Vicki says as they headed for a table
Vicki put Marisol bib on her and together they waited for their food to arrive as well so Vicki could feed her sister as well as herself right now Marisol fed herself off and on Vicki loved how independent her sister was that morning
(Later)
Vicki and Marisol as well as uncle Marshall and Milo went to the infirmary to check on Merrill and see how he was doing cause he didn't come to breakfast that morning at all and that was worried Vicki
(Infirmary)
"Doc how is our dad?" Vicki asks cause Marisol wanted to walk that morning with her sister
"Vicki your dad has sympathy pains the worst of it's kind I am going to keep him here until he feels better, and I am going to let the deputy captain know he is in charge while Merrill rests up" Doc says as he leaves
"Can we see him?" Vicki asks him
"Of course right this way" Doc says as he was going to show Vicki where Merrill was
(Later)
"He is in here" Doc says as he shows Vicki where her father was right now
Vicki went in slowly to her father who was hooked up to an IV
"Hey sweetheart where's Marisol?" He asks her
"Marisol is out in the waiting room right now I'll bring her in later to see you" Vicki says as she sat on the edge of the bed
Merrill was glad to have both of his girls there to help him feel better cause he felt miserable right now
"Dad before the baby is born you are going to get treated like a king and you are going to get some of the attention as well cause this isn't fair on you" she tells him cause she feels bad that he got left out of the shuffle as well and she wanted to make it up to him for what had happened to him
"Thank you sweetie" he says as he was looking down at his stomach cause he had put on the weight as well from the pregnancy and he was hoping that he could work it off
"I think we will have family dinners once you get out it will be just the three of us" she says as she looks into his eyes cause she wanted to have him feel special as well cause he has been there for her and now it was her turn to be there for him
Merrill was glad he had such a thoughtful daughter and another wonderful daughter as well even though she is a toddler and is always on the move as well, and he wouldn't trade it for anything at all
"Marisol and me are going to let you rest dad we will check on you after lunch today we are going to have a sisters day" Vicki tells him
Merrill was going to get some sleep the sympathy pains were getting to him as well, so rest was welcomed in his eyes right now and he knew he was going to need his energy later when Vicki delivers
"Gopher can you plan a grandpa shower for my dad?" Vicki asks him
"Sure no problem there Vicki I'm sure he will love it" Gopher tells her as he was going to get to work on the shower for the Captain
Vicki was going to decorate his office as well cause he was going to be released in a couple of days and he was going to be back on the bridge again until she has the baby then he was going to have the deputy captain take over while Vicki has the baby once the baby was born
