Two months later
For Ricky's trial, he was not found guilty of kidnapping and since Elena dropped the charger on Ricky, Ricky was set free.
Ever since Ricky was set free Riley began to isolate herself, eat even less, and sleep very little and that started to worry Olivia.
Jasmine and Noah were with Lucy so Olivia could talk to Riley.
"So what's going on with you?" Olivia asked as Riley sat down on the couch next to Olivia.
"What?" Riley said
"Ever since Ricky got out of jail you have been getting worse. I've been watching you. I know something is going on." Olivia said
"I'm fine." Riley said as she got up from the couch, She stormed down the hall towards her room and slammed the door shut behind her. Locking it. And punched the wall.
Olivia raced towards her daughter's bedroom and started knocking on the door.
"GO AWAY!" Riley shouted
"Riley, please open the door. I just want to help you." Olivia said. Olivia was worried and scared at Riley's behavior.
What Olivia was not expecting to hear was the door unlocked. Olivia slowly opened the door and saw Riley crying on the bed.
"Baby will you please talk to me." Olivia said
"Fine, they are going to take Jasmine away from me." Riley said
"Who will?" Olivia asked
"Ricky and his dumbass lawyer." Riley said
"Riley, are you saying that Ricky is the father of Jasmine?" Olivia asked
Riley did not say anything, she just nodded her head.
"Baby no one is going to take Jasmine away from you." Olivia said
"How can you be sure?" Riley asked
"Because we will fight this, but sweetheart right now we have to make sure that Ricky goes back to jail." Olivia said
"isn't it too late for that?" Riley said
"Nope, there is evidence." Olivia said
"But I don't want to go through the whole testimony again." Riley said
"I know, baby I know. How about you get some rest and i will call carisi, then we will talk later." Olivia said
"Ok, but can you stay please." Riley said
"Sure, just let me call carisi real quick." Olivia said
Riley just nodded her head and laid her head down on her pillow.
A few hours later
Riley woke up still in Olivia's arms.
Riley sighed as she remembered what she told Olivia a few hours ago.
Riley slowly got up and walked over to the dance side of her room. Riley decided that she would go for a job and clear her mind. She made sure that she left Olivia a note.
When Olivia woke up a few minutes after Riley left. Olivia found that the bed was empty. Then she saw the knock next to the bed.
Once Olivia read the note she grabbed her phone and called Riley.
"Hello." Riley said
"Where are you?" Olivia asked
"Three blocks away I just need to clear my mind. I will be back soon." Riley said
"Okay be careful." Olivia said
"Okay, I will." Riley said as she hung up the phone.
A few minutes later
Olivia was sitting on the couch waiting for Riley to come back when her phone rang.
"Benson." Olivia answered her phone.
"Hey, it's Carisi." Carisi said
"What up?" Olivia asked
"There won't be any trial." Carisi said
"What why?" Olivia asked
"Rikcy was killed in a car crash about an hour ago." Carisi said
"Damn. Thank you for telling me." Olivia said
"Yep, I have to get back to work." Carisi said as he hung up the phone.
10 minutes later Olivia heard Riley come in.
"Hi." Riley said
"Hey, come sit down for a minute." Olivia said
"What is this about?" Riley asked
"It's about Ricky." Olivia said
"What about him?" Riley asked
"He was killed in a car crash an hour ago." Olivia said
"So no trial?" Riley asked
"Yeah, no trial." Olivia said
"That's a good thing right?" Riley asked
"Yeah it means you don't have to worry about Ricky any more." Olivia said
"Yeah. I'm going to take a shower now and go back to bed. I'm super tired." Riley said
"Okay." Olivia said as she watched Riley walk into her room.
