The Equestria Girls and Kerry are now getting ready for their quarterfinal match. They have defeated the lifeguard team as a matter of fact. They have practicing for their next match of course. They can't wait to see who their next opponent will be by the way. They will find out when they get to the stadium. Let's hope that the girls will be having a good game.
"That was a good practice, Sunset." said Rainbow Dash.
"It sure was." said Sunset Shimmer. "In fact, we have defeated the lifeguard team."
"It was nice of them to come over." said Twilight.
"Yes, it was, Twilight." said Pinkie Pie. "Cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye."
"We better go to the stadium, girls." said Sunset Shimmer. "We don't want to be late for our next game."
"Okay, Sunset." said Rainbow Dash.
The girls went to the stadium and saw their opponent coming out of the locker room.
"Who are they, Sunset?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"That is the security guard team." said Sunset Shimmer.
"I have never seen them before." said Pinkie Pie.
"It is the first time that we played against them." said Sunset Shimmer.
"Welcome, everyone." said Flash Sentry. "Today, your team Canterlot will square off against the security guard team."
The crowd are cheering for team Canterlot.
"Please stand up as we are about to do the national anthem." said Flash Sentry.
After the national anthem, the game between team Canterlot and the security guard team is now officially underway.
"Play ball!" shout Fluttershy.
"Here comes the first pitch." said Sunset Shimmer.
She throws the ball, and a security guard player misses a swing.
"Strike one." said Fluttershy.
"I can't believe I missed it." said a security guard player.
Sunset Shimmer throws the ball again and he hits it.
"The ball is coming, girls." said Rainbow Dash.
They saw Kerry caught the ball.
"Great catch, Kerry." said Sunset Shimmer.
"Thanks." said Kerry. "I am good at catching the ball."
