The Coin of Hypnos, an ancient artifact found in the Nacrene City Museum back at the Unova Region by Dark Volt, is known to have the power to change the minds of anyone on what is good or evil. Using this strange device's power, Dark Volt has managed to 'convince' all heroines of every Region to join his cause especially his main enemies, the Poké Defenders, and the Alola Protectors, therefore, making him the Ultimate Ruler of all the Regions of the Pokémon World.

Now that he has achieved his sacred dream, Dark Volt has a very good idea to further spread the power of his ancient artifact to other worlds. Therefore, he called his newest hench girl, Lusamine, also known as Lady Nihilego, founder of the Aether Foundation with Aether Paradise as its headquarters, to bring him inside her main laboratory and use the power of science to create duplicates of his Coin of Hypnos.

Within 24 hours, Lady Nihilego managed to create three duplicates but for the sake of preservation, Dark Volt instructed her to bring only one duplicate as they set off for the Ultra Space Portal Device hidden below the basement of Aether Paradise.

With his new plan set in motion, Dark Volt installed commands to his first duplicate's database that says, "From now on, you have the capability to make your own decisions. No matter how long it takes to finish the mission, you just need to remember three things. One, don't fail on your quest. Two, find someone that you can 'convince' to join your cause, and Three, you must find someone who is capable to be your new master or if possible, your new mistress in the world that you are about to send to."

With the first duplicate's main commands now set, he ordered Lady Nihilego to input in the portal device the destination and the year in which his new creation will be sent. Thus, with trust in her master, Lady Nihilego now input the coordinates; it's Destination: Paparajuku City Prism Stone and its Year: 2018.

With a push of a button, the Ultra Space Portal opens with a powerful sound, meaning that the device is functioning properly with no problems. So Dark Volt, along with Lady Nihilego, launched the first duplicate of his ancient artifact into the portal. As it launched, power surges started to occur, created by the unstable nature of Ultra Space. Even Dark Volt and Lady Nihilego don't know what's going on inside the portal but there's one thing they do know about their duplicated Coin of Hypnos device, it will reach its destination no matter what's happens.

Inside Ultra Space, something strange is happening with the first duplicate as it goes to its destination. The first Coin of Hypnos duplicate is changing from its own physical appearance to its powers in general. It changed from a solid coin-shaped figure to a goo-blob-like substance material. With a big surprise, the power inside Ultra Space somehow gave the duplicate the capabilities of hearing, seeing, and speaking in the language in which it can understand and communicate with the inhabitants of the world that it is going.

Furthermore, as the Coin of Hypnos' first duplicate is now very close to its destination, somehow, with an unexpected twist, the hidden powers inside it suddenly evolved from one to three abilities due to its new appearance. Not only that it has the power of mind control but now, it also has the capability to duplicate itself and possess other beings with its duplicates.

Finally, as it entered Paparajuku City, for some unknown reason, the PriPara World's Powers somehow gave the Coin of Hypnos duplicate all the knowledge that it needed to know about the world it just entered, along with the events that happened before its arrival as well as the characters or rather the beings that are involved that made the PriPara World so alive.

Hence, like a meteor in the sky, the duplicate landed right in front of Paparajuku City Prism Stone.

It's Saturday afternoon and while the first Coin of Hypnos duplicate is about to adjust to the new world's surroundings, two girls just come out of the Prism Stone shop since it's about to be closed for the day since it's almost nighttime in the city.

Using the new intelligence that it acquired from the PriPara World's unexpected assistance, it recognized that the two girls are from Avocado Academy and both of them are friends with its now main target, Yui Yumekawa. It also recognized the two girls' names and its target's fellow students, Suzu and Hana. Both of them are chatting about the events that happened recently.

Suzu said, "Oh, I can't wait for tomorrow! Yui's going to love what's going to happen next. This is going to be fun! Right, Hana?"

And Hana replied to her friend, "Yes! I can't believe that we have loved PriPara since Yui didn't give up on her dreams. She has grown to become a great idol in our beloved city."

Then, along the way, both of them saw the duplicate and found it to be very strange.

So, they said to each other, "What's that thing on the ground? Is that slime?"

Hearing the conversation, the Coin of Hypnos duplicate whispered to itself, "What? I'm slime now? But apparently, my powers just got stronger and now I have three abilities for me to use in my quest."

It continued, "Due to my new appearance in this world, I will call myself 'Slimey' from now on. But right now, I need to do something to Suzu and Hana first through my use of my new abilities, duplication, and possession."

Curious, Suzu asked her friend, "Hey, did you hear something?" Not knowing what to answer, Hana simply stayed silent.

Knowing that this is its chance, Slimey duplicated itself into three duplicates and ordered two of them to possess both Suzu and Hana through their mouths. The two girls don't have time to react; therefore, their resistance is very short to Slimey's duplicates. Inside both Suzu and Hana, the duplicates are spreading their influence throughout their bodies as they take over their minds and access them with their personalities and memories intact.

After the struggle, both girls are at standstill and reply in unison to Slimey, "We are ready for your command, Master Slimey."

Now very happy with its acquisition of new 'friends', Slimey ordered both Suzu and Hana to take their new master to their school to see Yui Yumekawa. Although the PriPara World's power gave Slimey everything that it needs to know about this world, the Coin of Hypnos' duplicate needs someone to be its mistress to continue its quest. Thus, with its new 'friends', Suzu and Hana, Slimey sets off for Avocado Academy.

Meanwhile, in the girls' dormitories of Avocado Academy, Yui Yumekawa is waiting for her friends to tell them the details of her plans tomorrow. However, she didn't know what happened to Suzu and Hana and never realized that Slimey is now going to meet her with great interest. Right now, Yui is using her Idol Watch to call her friends to make sure that they are going back to the academy safe and sound.

Slimey, along with its new 'friends', is just at the gate of Avocado Academy when the call rang on Suzu's Idol Watch.

Knowing that this would happen, Slimey ordered its duplicates inside Suzu and Hana, "Act like your hosts and answer that call." Like a switch, the duplicates used their hosts' minds to act like them. After 10 seconds, the duplicate inside Suzu's body answered the call.

Imitating like the real Suzu, 'she' answered, "Hey, Yui! We are at the gate and just in time for our five-o-clock curfew. Is something wrong?"

Relieved, Yui answered back, "Nothing at all, and thank goodness! Alright, I'll meet you both in my room, okay?"

'Suzu' replied, "Okay, Hana and I will be there. Right, 'Hana'?

With that, 'Hana' said, "Yeah, Yui! We'll meet you there."

Yui replied, "Dreamy-cute!" and 'Suzu' ended the call.

Knowing that its main target didn't suspect a thing, Slimey said to 'Suzu' and 'Hana', "Well done, my new friends. Now, let's go to Yui to inform her that I have chosen her to be my new mistress in this world. I'm sure she will be surprised when I say this to her personally."

Note: "Dreamy-cute!" is Yui's catchphrase in English. ("Yumekawa!"-Japanese)

With no time to waste, Slimey, along with 'Suzu' and 'Hana', reached Yui's dormitory room and entered it with haste. Reluctantly, Yui opened the door and let them in.

When she realized that something strange is with her friends, Yui questioned 'Suzu' and 'Hana', "What's that thing you're holding?"

'Hana' replied, "This is slime and its name is Slimey, Yui. It's now our new Master."

Surprised about what she just heard, Yui exclaimed back, "Dream, your Master?! Is this a dream?!"

Knowing this is the chance to introduce itself, Slimey answered, "This is really happening, Yui. You have been chosen to be my Mistress in this world."

Yui, in shock, answered back, "Slimey can talk?! And what do you mean that I'm your Mistress in this world? So, what you're saying is that you came from the PriPara World?"

With honesty, Slimey replied, "No, I'm not. In fact, I come from a world that is very different from yours."

It continued, "If you're wondering about your friends, don't worry, they're fine. I just used them for me to meet you."

Relived, Yui answered, "Thank you for that. Now, if you're a friendly slime, will you please bring my friends back?"

Slimey said to Yui, "I'm afraid that it wouldn't be that simple. Besides, once my duplicates got their hold on their hosts, it's permanent. All their bodies, personalities, and memories will now forever belong to me."

It continued, "But if you allow yourself to be my Mistress, my powers will be shared with you. In other words, you can use my powers as well as I can use them on my own. These powers will be very helpful if you use them wisely and if you accept this responsibility, all my duplicates, as well as your friends, will be under your command."

Yui, still thought that all that's happening is a dream or not, she pinched her own face and said, "Ouch! This is not a dream!"

Concerned, Slimey said to Yui, "You're still in shock, aren't you?"

Yui replied, "Yes. It's just that I can't believe that Falala's prediction came true on this night."

Using its newly acquired knowledge, Slimey recognized Falala as Yui's friend from the PriPara World and also known as one of the Spirits of Time.

Now curious, it asked Yui, "Falala predicted my arrival in this world? What did she say to you?"

Yui replied in earnest, "She said that someday, a new friend will be coming down from the heavens that shall become the Protector of the PriPara World and its beloved idols. This being is said to have extraordinary powers and could create connections between the PriPara World and the Outside World. Also, this being shall become a great idol and have extraordinary friends along the way. In time, the Protector shall become the PriPara World's next ruler and will bring happiness and joy to every beloved idol in its reign."

With that, Slimey said to Yui, "Wow! That's a good prediction from one of the Spirits of Time as if her saying becomes a legend in the history of PriPara."

It continued, "So that's why the PriPara World's power granted me all the knowledge that I needed to know about their world."

Shocked, Yui replied with questions, "Dream?! The PriPara World's power gave you knowledge about all of us?!"

With honesty, Slimey replied, "Yes. It seems that the PriPara World recognized me now as its new Protector."

With determination, Yui said, "Slimey! I shall now help you in your quest by accepting my responsibility as your Mistress."

Surprised, Slimey responded, "Wait, what? Are you sure about this?"

Now sure of her decision, Yui replied, "Dreamy-cute! My conscience is clear. Now that my friends are yours to control, I would like to let them know that they are in good hands once I'm now their Mistress."

With that settled, Slimey finally declared Yui as its new Mistress. It then granted her Mistress the abilities of mind control and possession but apparently, Slimey didn't share its power of duplication because it believed that the third power could be too much for Yui to control it. Furthermore, all duplicates that Slimey created will also now follow its Mistress including her friends, 'Suzu' and 'Hana'.

Now, Yui asked Slimey, "How did you manage your powers here in our world? I'm very sure that your powers need the requirements for them to work."

With that, Slimey replied in earnest, "I managed to figure out that Idol Power is needed for my powers to work. Also, I found out that my powers will grow stronger if they are assisted by the PriPara World's power, basically, the power of Songs through PriPara Live Concerts and Likes from the audience."

Surprised, Yui said, "Idol Power? So, I have to improve my performances to make your powers stronger?"

It replied, "Of course!"

Using its new knowledge, Slimey also responded with a saying, "We're idols-pri! We have to priform!" Surprisingly, it imitated Mirei Minami's voice without itself realizing it.

Shocked, Yui said, "That's Divine Idol Mirei's voice! How did you manage to imitate it?"

Not knowing the cause, Slimey replied, "I don't know. I just said a saying from one of this world's famous idols and suddenly, the voice just came out."

Just then, the Coin of Hypnos duplicate felt something familiar. The presence is the same and Slimey realized that it's the PriPara World that is now telling something to it that even Mistress Yui can't figure out anything at all because apparently, only Slimey can understand the words that the PriPara World is saying.

Thus, it said, "Protector, welcome to my world. As you already know, you have extraordinary powers that even I can't imagine but I know that those powers will help you with a loving heart to protect every beloved Idol as well as my world. As part of my gratitude, I have given you additional powers. Your first additional power is the capability of imitating anyone's voice while your second additional power allows you to transform into anyone that you wanted to be. From any Idol, even a Divine Idol in the PriPara World to even your friends in the Outside World, you can use these powers to achieve your dreams. Also, as my personal gift, I will grant you passage to PriPara through Paparajuku's Prism Stone without the use of PriTickets. Remember: protect our world's Prime Songs for these are very powerful songs that could help you on your quest. Farewell, my dear Protector, and good luck on your journey."

With the message to Slimey ended, Yui asked, "What did the PriPara World say to you?"

Slimey replied in return, "Apparently, it granted me additional powers for my own personal use. Furthermore, it granted me access to PriPara through your Prism Stone without the use of PriTickets."

Surprised, Yui exclaimed, "Dream?! You can enter PriPara now without the use of any PriTicket?! Well, that's a bold move even for the PriPara World to decide. You really are its Protector!"

She continued, "Anyway, what about your new powers?"

Slimey replied in earnest, "Now, I can imitate any Idol's voice and transform into anyone I can think of."

Yui then replied, "Okay, those are powerful abilities that are only given to anyone trustworthy. Since you're its Protector, I'm amazed that those powers are given to you."

Just then, Yui's stomach growled as well as her friends. So, she told Slimey, "Apparently, our surprising meeting with each other let me forgot that I'm hungry right now. My friends felt it too. So, can you please let us eat our dinner at the cafeteria?"

In response, Slimey replied, "Sure! Just tell your friends to act like themselves there. Remember, you're a Mistress now and with my powers, you controlled their every move. I'll just wait here in your room until all of you are back. Do you promise to keep our secret for now? By the time we entered PriPara, I'll tell them personally."

Thus, Yui replied with happiness on her face, "Dreamy-cute!" With that settled, Yui, along with 'Suzu' and 'Hana' left the room.

As they left, it's now nighttime in the city and Slimey went to the balcony to see the stars.

It whispered, "Who would think that my arrival in this world is meant to happen? Hmm, I wonder how Dark Volt is doing. I helped him before using my power of mind control but when he granted me to think and act independently in this world; I never could have imagined that my powers will be added and enhanced from one to five very powerful abilities that I can use to do my quest. Now that I'm here and heard Falala's prediction of my arrival in this world, I will now do my best to be a great Protector and not only that, become a great friend to the Idols I will encounter soon. Hopefully, I could detect a Prime Song along the way and use its power to protect this world. From now on, the Prime Songs of the PriPara World will be my number one priority."

By the time Slimey finished its silent declaration, Yui and her friends returned to the room.

With that, it said, "How's your dinner?"

Yui replied, "It was majestic. I'm glad that I became your Mistress. I just ordered my friends to act like themselves in public and they followed without question."

Then, Slimey replied, "It seems that you're getting the hang of it. But right now, it's time to sleep. We have a big day tomorrow. After all, your friends said before they are completely under my control that you are going to love what's coming next at PriPara. Is that right?"

Yui responded with, "Dreamy-cute! It's because my Divine Idol friend, Laala Manaka, is coming for a visit."

In response, Slimey said, "Alright. This will be a great chance to introduce myself to your Divine Idol friend without myself being so scary as the last time I did with you. About that, I'm sorry for my rudeness."

With a beloved heart, Yui replied, "No worries, my new friend. Dreamy-cute! Let's now go to sleep. Good night, Slimey."

Now very tired, Slimey said to Yui, "Good night, my new Mistress and my beloved friend." As the Coin of Hypnos' duplicate said that, it also ordered 'Suzu' and 'Hana' to go to their dormitory room and sleep as well until morning comes.

The next morning, Slimey woke up earlier than Yui as it prepares itself to go to PriPara along with its Mistress and her friends with great interest.

Yui followed and said, "Good morning, Slimey." With a warm greeting, Slimey replied, "Good morning to you as well. Are you ready to go to PriPara?"

Yui replied with excitement, "Here we go! Are you feeling it? Wake up and smell the Idols! Then, I ended it with Dreamy-cute!"

With its new Mistress now ready to go, Slimey used the connection between itself and its duplicates to wake up both its Mistress' friends, 'Suzu' and 'Hana', and instructed them to wear their casual attire. With no time to waste, Yui put Slimey in her bag, went to the cafeteria along with her friends to eat breakfast, and finally, they set out to Prism Stone to enter PriPara. Along the way, they crossed paths with Nino Nijiiro, one of Yui's friends and also her teammate of her idol team, MYDREAM.

With that, Nino greeted Yui, "Sup, Yui! Let's go to PriPara together."

Yui replied, "Yes! Oh yeah, where's Michiru?"

With honesty, Nino replied, "Michiru has gone ahead to PriPara since Laala is coming for a visit there. Are you excited to see her again?"

With happiness on her face, Yui said, "Dreamy-cute! I'm going to show something to you and Michiru later at PriPara. Would you wait for me at the stage later?"

With trust in her friend, Nino responded with "Cheers!" as they already reached the entrance door of Prism Stone. Nino go ahead and brought out her PriTicket to enter PriPara. Afterward, Yui brought Slimey out of her bag and show it to Meganee.

Surprisingly, Meganee told Slimey, "Welcome to Prism Stone, Protector. The PriPara World has awaited your arrival."

She continued, "As a welcome gift to PriPara, here's your Idol Watch. It's the system here. By the way, Divine Idol Miss Laala is waiting for you on the other side. She's expecting you."

Shocked, Yui said, "Wait for a dream! So, the reason why Laala is here at Paparajuku is because of Slimey?"

And Slimey replied in earnest, "Apparently so. I don't know why but I believe your friend, Laala, wanted to see me in person because something big is now happening in PriPara that even Divine Idols are needed to check on it."

Thus, Yui said, "If Laala needs us, then, let's go and help her."

As she said that, Yui prepared her PriTicket and scan it at the entrance. "PriPara Change!" She exclaimed as she changed to her Idol form so her friends did the same, determined to help their new Mistress. Slimey entered PriPara as well and saw Laala just beside the mirror on the other side.

Seeing Yui and her friends, Laala greeted them with a "Capisce!" and said, "Yui! I'm glad you're here. What's that strange thing with you?"

With honesty, Yui replied, "Laala, I would like to introduce Slimey, a powerful slime, and PriPara's new Protector."

Surprised, Laala asked, "This slime is a Protector?" and Slimey replied, "Not just any slime. In fact, let me show you some of my powers."

With that, Slimey is now using its power of transformation to change into someone that Divine Idol Laala is very close friends with. It's now changing its physical appearance from a goo/blob substance to an Idol with blue eyes and lemon Y hair along with her preferred pop brand, Candy Alamode Dream Cyalume Coord. After a few minutes, Slimey fully transformed into one of the members of SoLaMi SMILE, and Laala's first friend in PriPara, the Divine Idol Mirei Minami.

Now using its power of Idol Voice Imitation, Slimey said with Mirei's voice, "How about this-pri? Pop, Step, Get You! Mirei's such a kidder-pri."

Note: "Capisce!" is Laala's catchphrase in English. ("Kashikoma!"-Japanese)

Shocked, Laala reacted, "Ehhh?! What's going on?"

Calming her friend, Yui said to Laala, "It's okay. That's some of the Protector's powers. Dream amazing, don't you agree?"

Then, Mirei/Slimey replied, "I can help you any time since I'm your friend and a Divine Idol now-pri. So, talk to me as you have always been with Mirei-pri. After all, We're All Friends! We're All Idols! Am I right-pri?"

Knowing some of the Protector's powers, Laala responded with "Capisce!" and said, "I will trust you, Slimey, or rather Mirei. Just don't do anything weird with my beloved friend's body, okay?"

And Mirei/Slimey replied, "You can count on me-pri. Alright, what's the situation-pri?"

With that, Laala told Yui and Mirei/Slimey about what's happening right now in PriPara.

She said, "It's happening again. The Dreams' Power, which is the power source of Falala's clock tower is slowly depleting. From what I could tell, believe it or not, even Garara and Pakku aren't responsible for this mess. This strange event seems to have started around the same time that strange portal appeared in the Paparajuku City skies and sent our Protector to our world."

She continued, "Apart from Slimey, there's something else that came from that portal and I believe that something or someone is responsible for this."

Surprised, Mirei/Slimey replied, "Pri?! There's something or someone else here that could stop me from doing my quest-pri?! That's rude-pri!"

With that, Laala continued, "That's why I came here. It's my Divine Idol duty now to support you, Protector Slimey, in your quest to become an Idol Master."

Confused, Yui asked, "Idol Master?"

And Laala replied in honesty, "Since Slimey has extraordinary powers that came with it on its way here through that portal and given that the PriPara World granted it more powers, I believe that being an Idol Master is completely necessary for our new Protector. It means that it must help Idols whatever it can. If some Idols don't cooperate, which I believe that those events might happen due to their fear of the threat that's coming for them, our Protector must use its powers to 'convince' them into joining our cause in defending PriPara."

She continued, "And it seems that Slimey or rather Mirei 'convinced' some Idols all ready to become one with our Protector." Laala pointed to both 'Suzu' and 'Hana' as they stand tall and wait for their unquestioned orders from Slimey and Mistress Yui.

With that, Mirei/Slimey said, "I completely understand-pri. But now, how about a PriPara Live with you, Laala?"

Surprised, Laala said, "Me?"

And Mirei/Slimey replied, "Yes-pri. I'm Mirei now so I believe that's completely necessary for both our sakes-pri. Besides, I need to practice my Idol skills-pri."

With that, Laala said, "But I never sang and danced with you, Protector. I'm not sure if this could boost your powers and confidence to deal with this new challenge that we're facing."

With a sparkling revelation, Mirei/Slimey replied in earnest, "But do you like PriPara-pri?"

Laala answered, "I love it!"

With courage, Mirei/Slimey said to Laala, "Then you'll be fine-pri! Sing it out to everyone-pri! To the whole world-pri! Give it all you've got-pri!"

Shocked, Laala replied, "Those are the exact words that Mirei said to me when I first went to PriPara back at Parajuku! How do you know about this?"

With confidence, Mirei/Slimey said, "Thanks to the PriPara World's power, I managed to know everything that I wanted to know about your world that I'm going to protect-pri. So, don't worry-pri."

Now very confident, Laala said to Mirei/Slimey, "Alright! What song do you want to perform?"

And Mirei/Slimey replied, "Since you remembered your first time in PriPara, how about Make It! because I managed to sense that song as one of the Prime Songs-pri?"

Curious, Yui and Laala asked, "Prime Songs?"

With a loving heart, Mirei/Slimey replied, "It's time for you to know about this-pri. First of all, sorry, Yui, for not telling you this personally because I believe that a Divine Idol's help is needed for my quest to succeed-pri. And, it just so happens that you, Laala, are considered as one of the bearers of the Prime Songs-pri. So, I have to protect you no matter what happens in PriPara-pri. Now to the main topic: what are Prime Songs-pri?"

The Protector continued, "They are very powerful songs that could save anything or anyone from danger no matter what's happening right now in PriPara-pri. Believe it or not, you have experienced this power in many ways-pri. For example, Laala, do you remember your beloved friend Falulu-pri?"

Laala replied, "Yes. She's a Vocal Doll who has awakened from her sleep after our Live with Dressing Pafé and my team, SoLaMi SMILE, making our combined team's name as SoLaMi Dressing back at Parajuku. That was a miracle and wonderful event for PriPara Idols to realize that anyone can have a Prism Voice as long as you wish for it to happen. Wait a minute, do you mean that's one of the Prime Songs at work?"

With that, Mirei/Slimey said, "Exactly-pri! Your chosen song, Make It! is now considered by the PriPara World as part of a Legendary Song Group which is now known as The Prime Songs which I needed now to protect-pri."

Now interested, Yui asked Mirei/Slimey, "You mean that any song created by PriPara Idols can be considered as a Prime Song?"

Mirei/Slimey replied, "Not all songs can be considered as Prime Songs for they are chosen by the PriPara World itself-pri. Even I don't know which of them is a Prime Song until I felt it myself since I'm now its Protector-pri."

Then, Laala asked, "If what you said is true, how am I considered as a Prime Song bearer?"

With a loving heart, Mirei/Slimey replied, "It's because you would do everything for PriPara-pri. My calculations were always perfect-pri. After all, you showed everyone through your Making Drama that PriPara is the most fun place in the world-pri! Just by passing through the gates, you get filled with excitement and wonder-pri! So that's why PriPara must be protected at all costs so that anyone can be an Idol whenever they wished-pri! Now, without any further delay for my debut, let's priform, Laala!"

With confidence, Laala said, "Yes! Let's do it!"

With a surprise, the real Mirei arrived in PriPara and saw everyone, including Slimey, to which she said, "What's going on-pri?! Why there are two of me here-pri?! That's impossible-pri!"

At the same time, Sophie has also entered PriPara and asked the question, "Why there are two Mireis here? Laala, did you do this?!"

Shocked, Laala replied to her beloved teammates, "Wait a minute! This is just a misunderstanding. I know you're both shocked right now to see this but please let me explain everything."

With that, Laala told her friends about everything that is happening right now in PriPara.

After the explanation, the real Mirei replied, "Laala, you've always been my friend no matter what, especially now that you told me and Sophie every single detail that I wanted to hear-pri. But please, don't do it again with our Protector next time. Is that clear-pri?"

She continued, "Oh, and Slimey, next time you want to transform into me or anyone else for that matter, just ask permission from me or anyone that you wanted to become. Okay-pri?"

With that, Laala and Slimey both said, "Yes. You can count on us."

Also, Yui said to both Mirei and Sophie, "You can dream of us. Dreamy-cute!"

With a loving heart, Slimey said to Mirei using its own voice, "Now that our introductions are over, may Laala and I perform live using your form?"

Knowing that this is a chance to see what Slimey can do, Mirei agreed with sincerity and Sophie nodded with her friend's decision.

Also, Slimey said, "Along with our Live with Laala, would you let me borrow your PriTicket bag? I would need to change my coord. Although I can change my appearance, it doesn't mean that I have the capability to change my coord without PriTickets. I promise that I would give it back to you when we are done with our performance."

With kindness, Mirei replied, "Of course, Slimey-pri. Besides, I want to see what our PriPara World's Protector can do in a Live-pri."

With that, Slimey replied, "I'll do my best! Let's go, my Divine Idol friend!" Laala responded with "Capisce!" As she said that, the Idol Watches of both Laala and Slimey reached their maximum Idol Time power and can now perform a three-minute live performance together.

With haste, both Laala and Slimey in Mirei's form rushed to the stage entrance.

Just like any Idol who wanted to perform a Live, Meganee said, "Please scan the appropriate number of My Tickets for your coord. You can also scan each other's Friend Tickets."

Then, both Laala and Mirei/Slimey said in unison, "Idol Time Countdown!"

As the coord change started, Meganee described the coords used for the Live on this fateful day.

She said, "Befitting a Divine Idol: Decked out in an array of colored stripes, it's a coord fashioned with great skill!"

And Laala declared with a loud voice, "Happy Emblem Cherry Coord! Capisce!"

Using the PriPara World's Power to recognize Slimey's form, Meganee continued, "And Miss Mirei is resplendent in blue! The multitude of pin badges gives it a funky feeling!"

Likewise, Slimey declared using its power to imitate Mirei's voice, "Happy Emblem Aqua Coord!"

As the coord change ended, Laala and Slimey said, "Start!"

Many people, including fellow Idols, are part of the audience and the real Mirei has to cover herself knowing that if she is spotted by anyone, it will cause a panic. Yui, Suzu, Hana, Miichiru, Nino, and Sophie are also watching closely to see what their Protector can do in a PriPara Live. Most people in the audience are cheering like crazy because Divine Idols are performing live right now. With that, the Duet Live of Laala and Slimey in Mirei's form started with a bang.

As the song continued, Laala thought to herself in her head, "What is this feeling? Although I know that my partner is our Protector, Slimey, in my beloved friend Mirei's form, why do I feel like I'm always been performing with my long-time friend and fellow teammate? I know this is Slimey's first performance but its singing and dancing are perfect and in sync like a Divine Idol. This is awesome!"

When her thoughts about Slimey are very intriguing indeed, both Laala and Slimey continued their performance with the chorus of Make It!

Make Up! We've already decided on a brilliant future

Dreams are no longer just dreams

Lady! Ready to go! Paradise!

As the chorus ends, both Laala and Slimey walked to the runway as the music continued and declared, "Making Drama Switch On!"

With that, the scenery changed to an amusement park filled with sweets and both of them are riding their chosen rides.

As they ride the slide to a place full of delicious sweets, they declared, "Fresh Sweets Park!"

Make It! Because there's a dream you don't want to give up on

Make Up! Since you'd hate to have them stay aspirations

As the final chorus began to emerge, both Laala and Slimey declared, "Cyalume Time!"

And using their Cyalume Mics, they change to their Super Cyalume Coords, filling them with beautiful lights.

PriPara Pri Paradise!

As the Live ended, the audience, including Yui, Mirei in disguise, Sophie, Miichiru, Nino, Suzu, and Hana, cheered and clapped their hands in applause knowing that both of them did a wonderful Live together. With that, the crowd dispersed and Mirei, along with her beloved friends, all went to the PriPara Café to discuss everything that happened in Protector Slimey's first PriPara Live with Laala as its duet partner.

As they went there, Slimey returned to its normal form for Mirei, Sophie, Miichiru, and Nino to recognize their Protector's true form and identity. Fortunately, no one except them saw the physical change happened knowing that if that happens, every Idol will be in great danger especially themselves instantly.

First of all, Mirei said, "I don't know what to say after what I have seen in the performance just now-pri. It looks like that Slimey is meant to be an Idol, just like Laala back in the day-pri."

Sophie added, "Also, Slimey's singing and dancing skills are in par with Laala herself. If our Protector is our rival in any Idol Grand Prix, we would have a hard time defeating it so it's a good thing that Slimey is on our side when it comes to stopping the dangers that are about to come in PriPara."

Then, Nino reacted with praise, "For a slime, you do make a very good teammate with Laala and Divine Idols as your allies and friends are definitely on your to-do list. Bring it on!"

Likewise, Miichiru replied in earnest, "Of course! Our Protector is meant to be a disciple of Pu. After all, I'm its priestess and princess. So, I can do it! I can do it! I can do it! I can do it!"

With that, Slimey replied, "Thank you, my friends. You're too kind for someone or rather something that came from a different world."

Just then, Punicorn, Chuppe, and Pitsuji arrived at the Café.

Yui noticed this and said, "Punicorn? What's up?" and Yui's manager said, "Punicorn. Puni-Puni, corn-corn!"

Knowing that something is going on, Yui replied, "If you're here, then that means…"

With a graceful entrance, Falala appeared in front of Slimey to give respect.

She said, "Protector, that was a wonderful performance with Laala. I congratulate you on your debut."

Surprised, Slimey replied, "You recognized me even I'm disguised as Divine Idol Mirei earlier?"

As such, Falala replied, "Of course! After all, the PriPara World told me of your arrival and all of us already know what the consequences are if PriPara no longer exists in Paparajuku."

As she said that, everyone, including Yui, began to remember the incident.

It started at the time when Pakku was on a rampage and ate the PriPara clock tower due to a change in history which she can't accept, thus, PriPara and its beloved Idols worked together to save Garara's friend with the power of Songs from Lives. MYDREAM, with their use of the Morning, Noon, and Night Coords, performed so well that all dreams in the clock tower began to wake up. Therefore, together with SoLaMi Dressing, all of them managed to save Pakku through the combination of two songs, Memorial and Believe My DREAM. After that, PriPara became a beloved place where everyone's happy.

Concerned, Slimey asked everyone, "My new friends, what's wrong?"

Yui answered, "Nothing at all. It's just that we're remembering Pakku's sadness when we got the Time Jewel from the Ancient PriPara Temple at the lake so Falala and Garara can both stay awake. As a result, Garara promised to return all the jewels to girls who got their dreams eaten by her friend."

She continued, "But Pakku heard this and refused to accept the decision made by Garara, thus, in response, she ate the clock tower and almost destroyed PriPara along with Laala inside her. If we didn't rescue her first at that time, Laala would have forgotten everything about us."

With gratitude, Laala said, "Thank you, Yui, for rescuing me at that time along with my beloved friends. Your courage is so commendable that I was inspired to do more beloved things for PriPara's future. After all, We're All Friends! We're All Idols!"

With no hesitation, Yui came closer to Laala and gave her a big hug.

Then, Slimey commented, "From what I know, you were crying like a baby when Laala is about to leave to do her duties as a Divine Idol elsewhere. Let me imitate what could have happened."

With that, Slimey imitated its Mistress' voice, pretended to cry, and exclaimed, "No! I don't want to dream goodbye!"

It continued, "If Laala's going away, I'm going too!" Everyone laughed at Slimey's imitation of the scene.

Yui, now very embarrassed, said to Slimey, "Dream stop! Enough of that. Let's focus on the present and let Falala know more about you."

Everyone else agreed and moved on to Falala, whose eyes are now focused on PriPara's new Protector.

Without further notice, Falala started with two questions, "Protector, what's your name? In addition to that, where did you come from?"

With no doubt, Slimey told the Spirit of Time with the same answer that it said to its new Mistress, Yui, and continued with its objective in this world. Then, Falala asked about Slimey's powers and it answered with honesty and determination to do what is right for all Idols in PriPara.

After the conversation, Falala said, "Thank you, Slimey, for your honesty. Now I have a surprise for you. There's someone here who wanted to see you. Apparently, she came here through the same portal that you used to get here and informed me that she's a messenger from your world who wanted to tell you about something."

She continued, "Now, let's call her now, shall we?"

With that, she said, "Messenger, would you please come out here and see everyone?"

Just like that, the messenger came forward and Slimey saw her outfit, an attire that it knew to have existed in the world that it came from. She's wearing her performance outfit alongside her beloved partner, Braxien, who also wearing an outfit in comparison with her trainer's style. With no doubt, Slimey knew who the messenger is. She is Dark Volt's second in command and leader of the Poké Defenders, the one it knew as Foxfire, but now identified as its master's beloved hench girl back in the Pokémon World as Serena.

Shocked to see a familiar face, Slimey said, "Serena?! What are you doing here?"

Serena replied with a smile, "Hello, Slimey. Dark Volt sent me here to help you since my skills as a performer will be useful on your quest."

She continued, "As I have served my master back in our world, I will now do my best to serve you as my new master here in this world. Besides, Dark Volt has granted my wish to choose freely and I decided that I will serve your Coin of Hypnos duplicate in the world that you sent it."

Confused, Slimey asked Serena, "How did you know my name in this world?"

Serena replied, "That's easy. I just managed to hear it while you're talking with your new friends."

The Coin of Hypnos duplicate is embarrassed to not notice a simple yet very probable way to know things.

Now curious, Slimey asked Serena again, "Why did Dark Volt let you go just like that? Usually, he doesn't let anyone go now that you are controlled by the original Coin of Hypnos, which I came from as its duplicate."

And Serena replied, "That's a good question. But for now, I will not answer that since we have more pressing concerns back in this world called PriPara. Falala told me earlier about her prediction that you will be coming here as this world's Protector. So, I will support you in any way I can since it involved performances that are very similar back in our world."

With that, Slimey declared, "Thus, I say to you, Serena, that I'm glad that you're here to help us. Now, we need a place to serve as our headquarters in this world. Any ideas?"

With no hesitation, Falala suggested, "How about my clock tower? You can observe everything, including the Dream's Power, which is slowly depleting and it can serve as your home in PriPara as I have done with Garara after Pakku became our beloved friend. If you want, I will introduce her to you personally."

And Slimey said with kindness, "Serena and I will be honored to be at your clock tower. We'll never forget your generosity." Falala's face blushed with Slimey's words of kindness.

With that, everyone, including Laala and Yui, respected Falala's decision and set out for Paparajuku PriPara's clock tower. Along the way, they met Garara, Shuuka, and Jigoku and asked them to follow inside the clock tower. Just like that, everyone entered the clock tower and both Slimey and Serena were surprised to see the neatness and how well-established Falala's clock tower is.

For their new guests to stay comfortable in their new home, Falala and Garara used their Idol Time Powers to create a room dedicated to Slimey and Serena. Surprisingly, it appeared to be just like Garuru's room when she first lived here on the tower. The only differences are the pictures that are posted on the wall are PriPara Divine Idols Laala, Mirei, and Sophie and the color used in Serena's and Slimey's bed is red instead of Garuru's preferred color, purple.

With that, both of them said thank you to the Spirits of Night and Day, Garara and Falala respectively. At the same time, Yui, Nino, and Miichiru told Shuuka, Garara, and Jigoku everything that has happened and all of them believed their story knowing that the time has come to keep PriPara safe forever from any danger. Like a real hero, Slimey, along with Serena and its new friends, is now preparing so that its quest and journey to become an Idol Master can finally begin.
