Hello everybody!

One more Monday comes with a new update. With each chapter, Percy is more used to his life as God and his new family. And every day we see an advance in Percy's feelings for Apollo.

I hope you are enjoying the story as much as I am enjoying writing it. If I can I will try to upload chapter 9 this week, if it is not possible we will see each other next Monday like every week.

Chapter 8

"I'm sorry honey. But I must go, Zeus wants to meet me "My father says as he gets up from the table. "Kids, see you later. Apollo, you can stay here as long as you want "

"Well, you try not to make him angry, we don't need another war," Amphitrite says smiling.

My father smiles at us and disappears.

"Mom, you know he's going to piss him off, right?" Rhode says looking at Amphitrite.

Pegasus rests his head in his hands and looks at Rhode. "And would that be a bad thing? The only thing I regret is not being there to see it "

Why would you believe that war is a good thing? Are you serious, Pegasus? " Rhode says looking at him seriously. I look at Amphitrite who shakes her head as she watches my brothers argue.

"I'm not saying it's a good thing, but I'm saying it's Zeus and our father, which means it wouldn't be a bad thing either"

"Your logic doesn't make sense"

"Triton, tell her that what I'm saying makes sense."

Triton raises his hands and shakes his head.

"Don't get me into your discussions"

"Kids!" Amphitrite looks at them seriously. "Stop arguing, we have a guest."

Rhode bows his head in shame and Pegasus looks at Apollo with a wide smile. I followed Pegasus's gaze and saw Apollo look at them amusedly.

"I don't think Apollo would be angry to hear our arguments" says Pegasus looking at Amphitrite.

"That doesn't mean you guys have to argue," Amphitrite says with a frown. "What did I tell you? I want to have lunch without problems "

Pegasus lowers his head and mutters "Sorry, Mom"

"What did you say, Pegasus?"

He raises his head and looks at Amphitrite. "Sorry, mom."

Amphitrite smiles at him and nods, then turns his head and looks at Apollo.

"I'm so sorry, Apollo. My children do not know how to behave "

Apollo shakes his head as he smiles. "Nothing happens. You don't have to worry about me. "

"And what do you have planned for the rest of the day?" Rhode asks looking at us.

"I should go any minute. But I promise to come back tomorrow, mom "Kym says getting up from the table. Amphitrite also gets up and hugs her.

"OK honey. Take care of yourself and see you tomorrow "

"Goodbye, guys. See you later, "she says as she walks out the door.

"I have a meeting later, but I have some free time. I may go to train "Triton says as he looks at Pegasus and me. "In case someone wants to join"

Pegasus leaps up. "Me! Come on, quick, "he says as he walks up to Triton and lifts him from his chair.

"Okay, okay. Let's go, "Triton says as he smiles. "See you later, whatever happens, you know where to look for us."

"Percy, Apollo, what are you going to do?"

"I had planned to show him the palace," I say as I look at Apollo.

Amphitrite smiles at us widely. "So go, Rhode and I have a meeting to plan Kym's birthday."

I nodded and got up from the table, looked at Apollo. "Go?"

Apollo looks at me and gets up from the table. "Go"

"See you!" I say as I walk out the door. Once in the hallway, I look at Apollo. "Sorry about that"

Apollo looks at me and smiles broadly. "Don't worry, I love it. You are a family "

I can not help smiling. "Yes, we are a family." I look at Apollo from the corner of my eye. "And if you want, you are more than welcome to join the family"

"I'd love to!" He says as we start to walk. "I didn't know that Pegasus and Kym spent time around here"

"They come often. Although Kym can go a long time without showing up at home, since she likes to cause chaos for the world "I say smiling. "And Pegasus comes whenever he can." We were silent for a while as we walked side by side. "Is there something you would like to see?"

"The garden"

I look at him and smile. "Then let's go to the garden"

As we walk, I point to the different doors, we go through the kitchen, Triton's office, my office, and many other rooms. We keep walking until I stop at the end of the hall.

When we enter the garden I see that Apollo stands at the door and observes everything.

"Wow"

I smile and nod. "Yes, we are. And if you look closely, Pegasus is twice and in both forms. " I continue as I point to the two statues.

"Is there any chance that one day I may have my statue here?" He asks me smiling.

"You should ask my dad that. He and Amphitrite are the ones who decide everything "

"Is there any chance that one day I may have my statue here?" He asks me smiling.

"You should ask my dad that. He and Amphitrite are the ones who decide everything "I said while I couldn't help but think how beautiful an Apollo statue would be in this garden.

He nods and walks over to a bench.

"Can we stay here for a while?"

I smile "As long as you want"

I sit next to her and I can feel my skin boiling where it makes contact with Apollo's body.

"Besides me, who else is going to train you?" He asks me while he looks at the garden.

"Hestia, Dionisio, you and Ares" I tell him, Apollo looks at me and raises an eyebrow. "I know, I thought the same thing when my father told me, but I am hopeful that we will get along well."

Apollo smiled and looked straight ahead again. "I think everything will turn out better than you expect"

"Hopefully you are right"

"I'm always right" I laugh and hit him on the arm. "Oh! Percy didn't know you were violent "

He turns to me and looks me in the eye. Something in his eyes changes but I can't describe what it is. We look at each other in silence and I realize how beautiful Apollo's eyes are, it's like looking at a clear sky on a summer day. When I stop getting lost in the color of his eyes I realize that we are getting closer and closer, Apollo does not say anything but he keeps looking at me, now that we are so close I can not help looking at his lips, I never had so much desire to kiss someone like I want to kiss Apollo right now.

"Percy!"

Apollo and I widened our eyes in surprise and leaped away. I get up quickly from the bench. Apollo clears his throat but he remains seated where he was. I see someone enter the Garden.

"Hermes?" I look at him confused, I hear Apollo stand behind me.

"Hey, Percy, Apollo!" Hermes says as he approaches us. "I did not know that you are here, brother"

"I am trained to Percy and today I was going to stay in the palace"

Hermes squints at us looking from Apollo to me.

"Everything is alright? Percy, are you blushing? " As Hermes speaks I can feel the heat rise to my cheeks.

"N-no! Hey, I got sunburned. "I saw Hermes raise an eyebrow and I could feel myself blushing more and more. "And by the sun I mean the ball of fire in the sky, not the sun behind me, I mean Apollo"

I hear Apollo laugh and turn to look at him while scowling at him.

"Percy, take it easy. I think Hermes knows you were talking about that sun, although I'm glad you think I'm so hot. "I hit him on the arm again. "Oh! Really, Percy? Again?"

Hermes laughs and walks over to us. "I see that you are getting along very well."

"Shut up, Hermes"

"Apollo, but I didn't say anything"

"Shut up"

"Well"

"Emm, Hermes?" I say looking at him as he raised an eyebrow.

"Yes?"

"It's not that I'm not happy for you to come to visit us, but what are you doing here?"

"It's true! I almost forgot and I don't think any of us want me to forget a message from Uncle H, you know what he's like. "I smile at him and nod. "Uncle Hades asked me to tell you that he wants to talk to you as soon as possible. He says he can come to Atlantis or you can go to his palace, whichever you prefer "

I turn to look at Apollo and look at him asking for help on what to say.

"Could you tell him to come here and I'm at the meeting with you?"

I turn to look at Hermes and smile. "That, that he comes to Atlantis to talk, maybe if he is lucky he can stay for dinner"

"Dinner? Can I come too? " Hermes asks smiling.

"If you want to come you can, I can't promise you can stay" I tell him smiling and knowing that if he comes to dinner he will be more than welcome.

"Well, I'm going to go talk to Uncle H, see you tonight." And before we can say goodbye, Hermes disappears.

I turn to look at Apollo, who looks at me smiling.

"What happens?"

"Nothing"

"Apollo" I look at him with a frown.

"Stop frowning, you're going to get wrinkles and we don't want that"

"We don't want it?"

"No, we don't want it"

"Apollo"

"What"

"Why are you looking at me like that?"

"Nothing" Before he can finish the word I hit him on the arm. "Oh! Man, I didn't have you like that "

"Only with people that I don't like"

"Oh, now you don't like me?"

"Yes, I don't like you"

"Do you like me even if I think of me as the sun?"

"You're insufferable, you know what I meant." I turn to look at him and see that he has a smirk on his face.

"Mm, yeah. I know what you meant "He says as he smiles at me and I feel my face start to blush. Apollo looks at me and winks at me. Looked at him.

"You are insufferable." Apollo looks at me and smiles wider. And for the first time I realize that Apollo knows I have feelings for him. And this can go very well or very badly.
