Chapter 32
Ladybug had been standing on the outside of a hospital for a while, then her partner Cat Noir came out with a neutral face and looked at Ladybug, which saw his face and got sad understanding that there was going to be a bad message.
„She passed away, Ladybug. They couldn't do much here as well," Cat Noir began, then saw Ladybug covering her face and he placed his hands on her shoulder. „Listen….she wasn't quite the youngest victim we had. Her time might have come and unluckily it was during this situation,"
„We could have prevented it, Cat. If we had all acted earlier this wouldn't happen. If I hadn't stopped Hawk Moth earlier…..if we hadn't break deeper into his house…..it's all my fault, Cat,"
„No Ladybug it's not. It…..just happened. It could have happened with anyone else as well. Heart attacks happen frequently at older people and not only them but even younger ones also have the bad luck in losing their lives this way, "Cat Noir commented, then Ladybug turned her back away to the friend, which sank his ears and looked around them.
A car arrived on the other side, then Nathaniel Kurtzberg ran out along with his mother encountering the superheroes, which were waiting on the outside.
„What happened?" Asked Mrs. Kurtzberg, making Cat Noir sink his head.
„Your mother…...heart attack," Commented making the woman nod.
„I know, but how?" Questioned the woman making the cat-hero shrug, then the three heard the noise of the yo-yo and Ladybug swang away up at the roofs shrieking Cat Noir.
„Where is she going?" Asked Nathaniel making Cat Noir gulp.
„Oh no. I better go behind her before an akuma catches her," Cat Noir commented, then jumped up with his stuff up at the roof. „Ladybug! Wait!" Yelled the superhero following the heroine, which was a couple of buildings away from him.
Rollan stood in the balcony with his arms on the railing looking across the houses with a neutral face. On the ground sat the spirit Coal looking up at the raven-haired boy.
„You know, maybe Cat Noir is right. You should talk with Ladybug about it. If she's the one, who's responsible for all of us. Maybe she knows how to help us out. I really would love to tell you what's wrong, but I don't know it either,"
„I just don't want to leave them alone fighting," Stated Rollan making Coal nod.
„You know they ended the fight without you in the end and fought two times without you or Lady Frost. Technically it's possible to workout without us,"
„Thanks for your comforting words," Commented Rollan unamused making the spirit chuckle.
„I'm not saying this to make you feel bad. I just want to tell you, it's okay to tell what's up. If you have to stay away from the missions for a while until you're ready to fight again with me or without me, then that's how it has to be. Don't fear the possibility of not joining them again,"
„I don't know. I will think about it,"
„You can also talk with Cat Noir about this topic again or better….Lady Frost," Teased the stone creature making Rollan growl.
„Really?" Questioned Rollan unamused about the stone creature's comment.
„Why not? You two get along pretty good," Admitted Coal, then gazed between the grids of the balcony to see the ice-themed superheroine pass by the roofs in front of them. „Hey do you see the same person I see?"
„Yeah…."Answered Rollan looking at the superheroine pass by, which took a look at his house, then waved her hand at him. Rollan smiled a little, then waved back at the girl, which began to create her ice path towards the apartment, where Rollan was. Lady Frost jumped from her path up at the balcony grabbing herself on the railing and the boy helped her climbing up into it.
„What a surprise to see you here, Lady Frost," Announced Rollan making the heroine smile.
„You're still up so late?" Questioned the superheroine making Rollan snicker.
„I couldn't fall asleep," Mentioned Rollan keeping his arms over the railing, then Lady Frost got beside him to listen to him.
„Is something bothering you?" Questioned Lady Frost making Rollan shrug his shoulders.
„I'm just thinking a lot," Commented Rollan. „There's something going on, but I don't feel like it's going to help me to talk about,"
„With who do you want to talk, if I may ask?"
„That's one issue. I don't know, who I should talk to. Who I should trust my issue,"
„Is it a health issue?" Questioned Lady Frost making Rollan shake his head.
„I don't know, it's something else. I want to help them out at all costs. Just...I feel like maybe I'm being selfish. Maybe I should speak to them about it?"
„If you think that's the best thing so far, I would do it. Is there more than one person you want to help?"
„Five or more maybe?" Answered Rollan a little reculant. „I'm almost acquainted with all of them, except one girl there," Commented Rollan making Lady Frost smile a little abashed.
„Are you and her…..very close friends?"
„I think so," Answered Rollan. „Actually…..I even think I like her more than…...friends,"
„Sweet," Commented Lady Frost. „I believe she will help you out for sure or do her best,"
„I think you're right, Lady Frost," Answered Rollan smiling at the heroine, which mirrored his face. Both reached their face close to each other, but before anything happened they were interrupted by a familiar voice.
„Lady Frost! You shouldn't be bonding with civilians! „ Shouted a voice, shrieking the two, which looked at the other side of the building to see on the roof Ladybug in a black suit with yellow spots.
„Ladybug?" Asked Lady Frost gazing at her in surprise at seeing her different suit.
„I don't think something is right here," Commented Rollan glancing at the blonde heroine, which placed her arm in front of Rollan to shove him back, then place herself in front of him.
„Get down! Immediately!" Ordered Ladybug making Lady Frost shake her head.
„I know you're akumatized. I won't leave him unguarded!" Warned Lady Frost loud, making Ladybug smirk and throw her yo-yo up to let an anvil fall off the sky, afterward she pressed her left index finger on her earring to use telekinesis to throw the object against the teens on the balcony.
„Lady Frost! Watch out!" Shouted Rollan packing Lady Frost from behind, then pulled her down at the ground and watched the anvil break the window of the apartment. „Woah!" Shrieked Rollan, then noticed Lady Frost had ducked down and placed her head beside his neck to hide. Rollan turned red from having his crush lying on top of him, then he heard a voice from the inside of the apartment and placed his hands beside Lady Frost's stomach. „We have to get in there to help," Stated Rollan watching Lady Frost grin embarrassed at the Spaniard, then helped him enter into the room, where they spotted Arthur holding a broom and Georgette had two knives on her hands.
„We're in danger!" Warned Rollan, then Lady Frost looked back to see Ladybug appear on the balcony, then Lady Frost created an ice wall across the hole to prevent Ladybug to get closer.
„Quick! Lead everyone in this house into the basement. I try to hold her back as long as I can," Cautioned the ice-themed superheroine, then the twins approached their mom, which dropped the knives down to embrace her sons.
„Did Ladybug get akumatized?" Asked Jett worried looking at Rollan, which made a sad face, while Lady Frost continued to squint ice from side to side to make a thicker wall.
„I think she left," Mentioned Rollan watching Lady Frost stop to see her shadow had disappeared.
„Okay…..I think the best thing is to get down into the basement to hide from her until we stopped her," Suggested Lady Frost. „Make it quick,"
„I warn our neighbors," Commented Arthur making the heroine nod and watch him leave and knock immediately on the front door, while Georgette heads downstairs with the boys.
„Rollan, you have to stay with the others as well," Commanded Lady Frost making Rollan nod.
„Are you sure it's safe for you to get outside?" Asked Rollan making Lady Frost shrug her shoulders.
„I'll do my best…...what makes me worry more is, that we're going to fight Ladybug. That's…...I don't know…..bad,"
„If I had the chance to help you, I would," Said Rollan. „Technically…..,"
„You spared me from getting hit by that anvil before and I'm grateful for your bravery back there. But this requires people with superpowers and only the superheroes got them," Explained Lady Frost making Rollan nod. „Come and help your family and the others to the basement. This is sufficient enough for me,"
„I will, Lady Frost," Obeyed Rollan with a smile, making Lady Frost's smile larger and she leaned her forehead on Rollan's, then ran downstairs passing beside a family, which was about to leave their apartment. Rollan watched the superheroine move on with an amorous face, then Arthur placed his hand on Rollan's shoulder.
„Follow the families down to the basement and keep an eye on the boys," Ordered Arthur making Rollan nod, then descend the stairs down to catch up with the first family.
Adrien sat on top of the tower of the Notre Dame with Plagg searching through the newspaper site for news, then sighed from seeing the same posts.
„You've been glimpsing at the page every 30 seconds. Don't expect people to know a thing in three seconds," Mentioned Plagg which holds a piece of cheddar on his paws.
„We have to see if we can find Ladybug anywhere. After her disappearance, I'm worried she had fallen victim to Hawk Moth or worse,"
„According to her kwami Ma…." Plagg spoke followed by a hiccup and the release of a green saliva-made bubble. „She's a quite positive person. She's certainly unable to fall into Hawk Moth's claws,"
„Sure and when did she say that to you? Before this chaos happened last time with Queen Wasp and Hawk Moth? Before Master Fu lost his memories…...Ladybug isn't quite the same as she was before since Fu gave her the custody of the miraculous box. The pressure on her has been growing a lot and I know there's a point, that soon or later it would break her. I'm certain this was the point,"
„Master Fu was one of her fonts she could go to talk about the situation or Tikki. Then Rena Rouge is at the moment Ladybug's point of inspiration,"
„I know you will think I'm jealous and all, but why does she trust all her problems to Rena and not to me? I've been her partner since the first day and she was like a few months,"
„Adrien in my life as a kwami I have learned one thing about women….Nothing. They're complicated…..unique in their way. Do you even know Rena Rouge in real life?" Asked Plagg making Adrien shake his head. „See? Maybe she knows her way longer than you and has her as a sort of emotional support. You had Master Fu before. If you would feel better you would have Nino…..but from that one time he got turned into Rocketear it's probably a bad idea,"
„I don't know. I have many friends, but I don't know who I should entrust such a secret," Adrien said taking a look at his smartphone, then saw a message coming in from Alix and Myléne.
„I can't believe it. Did Ladybug really get akumatized?" Was Alix's question with a far-away image of Ladybug in a different suit.
„Oh gosh!" Commented Myléne.
„I knew it," Commented Adrien getting up. „Plagg, we have to head to the Louvre. That's where Ladybug passed by recently. She really is akumatized and it's up to us to stop her," Commented Adrien stern. „Gosh in this time we never spoke about, what we should do when this happens to one of us,"
„We will just have to join the fight on our own. I'm sure Ladybug has something for this case. She always had them," Assured Plagg making Adrien nod.
„You're right, let's get behind her," Asked the blonde making Plagg nod. „Plagg, claws out!"
In the meanwhile, Rena Rouge landed on the balcony of her family's apartment holding in her hand the miraculous box, then opened the door to sneak across the living room back into her bedroom, closing the door behind her. Rena dropped the box on the bed, then tapped on the dog symbol to call out the kwami Barkk, then she pressed the tiger option as well to get Roarr out.
„Can I ask you two to guard the miraculous box? Ladybug is now under the influence of Hawk Moth," Warned Rena Rouge making the two kwamis drop their mouth in shock.
„Oh no," The two kwamis replied.
„We're now in my room and I don't know, where I should hide this," Said Rena Rouge analyzing her bedroom, then went to the long box under her desk and opened the lid and removed out a couple of varieties of shoes and utensils and took the miraculous box.
„Okay I want you to make sure no one gets close to this chest down here, where I will hide the miraculous box," Rena asked making the two kwamis nod.
„Shouldn't you take a kwami or two to help you out?" Questioned Roarr, making Rena Rouge think about it, then shook her head.
„I'm not sure if it's a good idea. I messed it up last time,"
„But it won't happen this time. Just think about, what kwamis you think are worth coming with you in this mission," Roarr suggested. „Come, you have been able to help out Ladybug the last times. You will be able to help her out today too! "
„Yeah, don't be a pussy," Added Barkk, making Roarr growl.
„Hey! That's discrimination!" Complained the tiger kwami.
Rena Rouge looked at the various options she had, then pressed the snake miraculous button to have Sass fly out of it.
„Good evening," Greeted Sass making Rena Rouge smile.
„Good evening. I will need you tonight in case we need to go back in time," Rena ordered making the kwami nod, then Rena Rouge looked at the others and picked up the monkey option to see Xuppu appear.
„Xuppu, I hope you're okay to come out today. Your powers could be useful today," Commented Rena Rouge making the monkey salute.
„And Wayzz….." Commented Rena Rouge pressing his button waiting for him to appear.
„Good evening, Rena Rouge," Greeted the turtle kwami. „You watch on my smartphone the state of the fight. If we're getting into more trouble, call Longg and Kaalki for backup,"
„I will," Responded the kwami, then Rena Rouge grabbed the needed miraculouses and opened the window to get out to look for the previous holders.
Alfida and Kai were overnighting at a kid's playground on a toy house. Kai lied inside a tower, which had a slide attached to it, and behind him was a bridge made of ropes like a hammock leading to another tower. Alfida lied on top of the hammock sleeping with the weasel Luta lying over her lap.
A siren rang around their area, then began to get louder making Alfida open her eyes and move her head up to see a police car on the road head to an alley, which led to the Place de la Concorde.
„What is going on?" Questioned Alfida looking above the ropes to see the reflection of the light on the roof of townhouses.
Luta climbed up onto Alfida's arms to look forward, then Alfida squinted her eyes to see Rena Rouge run on top of a building along with Monkey King following the police car.
„They're not done with the fighting?" Questioned Alfida making Luta shrug her shoulders. Alfida walked over the bridge, then walked down on the vertical climbing wall and crossed the park to get close to a water fountain, which she began to drink from.
Luta hoped at the side of the fountain to drink from it as well, then she lifted up her head to see an ice-made locomotive come along and Luta widened her eyes remebering to having it seen before. Luta jumped up pointing at the locomotive, then Alfida looked at the weasel and rolled her eyes at the vehicle. The pirate girl squinted her eyes to recognize the silver-blonde girl, which looked quite similar to Gerda, and beside her stood a taller superhero in a cyan-colored suit.
„Kai! Kai!" Shouted Alfida running up the climbing wall to cross the bridge, then she got stuck with her boot in the next and flew across Kai landing with her face on his chin.
„Ouch!" Cried Kai, then Alfida packed Kai on the collar and pointed out of the tower.
„I think I saw Gerda," Warned Alfida, then watched Kai get up to look at the locomotive arriving at the end of the road.
„That's Gerda! Yes!" Kai confirmed stepping on the slide, then fell down on his butt sliding down on the ground. Alfida slid down while balancing herself with the arms and grabbed the friend by the shoulders.
„Should we go behind her?" Questioned Alfida. „I don't think we will catch up with her,"
„It's worth trying," Kai commented as he got up from the slide. „Or at least we try to find something, that helps us catch up with her. I can't draw a locomotive to follow her. Or anything fast,"
„Okay, we will find something, that will help us out…..hopefully,"
„Don't let your hopes down. We saw her already, we're not as far as we were the past days," Kai commented making Alfida nod, then Kai ran further and Alfida followed the boy along with Luta.
Cat Noir arrived at the Louvre to see the pyramid was holes all around it and several fire spurts on the road.
„This is a nightmare," Commented Cat Noir holding his hand in front of his mouth at the sight of it. Cat Noir spotted the bushes at the park across the museum on fire and a few people were there using extinguishers to take the fire down. „Mi'lady….."Cat Noir commented sad, then looked at the top of the museum to encounter Ladybug standing at the round roof watching the mayhem she had caused there. Cat Noir ran towards the side of the building to jump up with help of his staff at the building, then got on top of the highest place on the left side of the museum and catapulted himself against the sphere, where Ladybug was standing. Ladybug watched the superhero land in front of her and smirked.
„Good evening, Cat Noir," Greeted the supervillain.
„Ladybug, I'm here to help you. Don't let Hawk Moth control you, what happened back there has nothing to do with you. It just happened," Explained Cat Noir watching Ladybug move towards him, which held up his staff to prepare himself to attack Ladybug, but she placed her hands beside his on the staff looking romantically into his eyes. Cat Noir widened his eyes in fear, trying to resist her look.
„No, no, no. She just trying to trick you, Cat. Don't fall for it," Cat Noir whispered stepping back at the edge of the roof, then tried to stand balanced on it. Ladybug puffed at the superhero, shrieking him and he lost his balance landing on a roof beside.
„For real?" Asked Cat Noir annoyed at her trick, then watched Ladybug laugh.
„I knew you would try to fight off your want in kissing me. I might still look like Ladybug to you, but this is not me anymore. I'm Miss Fortune now. Causing unluck and mayhem all over the place," Extolled Miss Fortune leaping down at the superhero, then got down on her knees to grab Cat Noir's hands. „May I take your ring?" Asked Miss Fortune making Cat Noir drop his mouth in shock, then he kicked Ladybug's alter ego on her stomach to crash her against the wall and jumped up, holding his staff ready to fight.
„I don't care, what you say or what you try to do. I know deep down inside you, you're still the Ladybug I know. With every fist and every kick you hit me, it breaks her heart. Just as much it does me fighting against you now,"
„Oh my poor kitty," Miss Fortune faked, making Cat Noir frown beginning to get annoyed at the villain's rude comments. Cat Noir hissed like a cat jumping against the supervillain, which jumped aside and grabbed Cat Noir from behind, which fought off the villain from trying to get down at her arms. Cat Noir looked down at the ground, then smiled and spun around with her to fall along with her on the hard ground.
„One good thing about us cats, is that we always land on our feet," Commented Cat Noir, which lied with his back on Miss Fortune and got up. „Unless we take someone else to slow down our fall," Joked Cat Noir watching Miss Fortune summon her akumatized lucky charm to receive a large boxing glove, which she used with her telekinesis to push Cat Noir away from her, making Cat Noir crash on the wall of the museum. The glove fell down along with Cat Noir, which lied on the ground unconscious. Miss Fortune removed the glove with her second power to watch Cat Noir trying to get up and extend his staff to prepare for the next blow.
„Your objects may hurt, but I'm already immune against pain," Quoted Cat Noir making the villain chuckle.
„Aww how sweet," Commented the supervillain summoning another object, which was a truck tire, and threw it against Cat Noir, which managed to deflect it against the wall next to him, dropping it on the ground. The blonde kicked it a few meters away, expecting another attack from the superheroine.
The next object was a large closet, making Cat Noir wide his eyes, and the antihero threw it against Cat Noir, which extended his staff against the ground landing with his foot on top of it, then flew above the supervillain, which saw Cat Noir had escaped her trap. Cat Noir winked, then booped her on the forehead with the staff and landed behind her. Miss Fortune growled, then Cat Noir heard a honk and saw Lady Frost's train show up, making him smile, which then ran towards the vehicle. Miss Fortune used her telekineses again, then threw the closet against Cat Noir crashing him down.
At the locomotive Viperion shrieked, then jumped out of the vehicle making his way towards the friend, afterward Lady Frost stopped the vehicle to follow the snake-themed hero. Luka's alter ego threw his lyre against Ladybug's alter ego as she picked up the closet with her telekinesis and the lyre hit her on her hands. Lady Frost in the meanwhile created over Cat Noir a small slide for the closet to slide on it, but it broke the slide instead of falling on Cat Noir again.
„Crap," Commented Lady Frost watching Miss Fortune lift up the closet again, then Lady Frost threw one of her ice rays down at the villain's legs, causing her to slip down on her back and Viperion jumped at Cat Noir to catch the closet by the frozen side and it slid his hands down, crashing on the ground beside the superhero.
„Thanks, Viperion," Answered Cat Noir getting up to high-five the friend.
„Okay, what's our plan besides fighting Ladybug…...Miss Fortune I mean," Asked Lady Frost making Viperion shrug his shoulders.
„Rena Rouge told me to make sure to avoid our identities from getting revealed," Mentioned Viperion. „You know, use our powers to fight and protect,"
„Looks like you're going to be my Ladybug tonight," Commented Cat Noir looking at Lady Frost, which shrugged her shoulders.
„By the way, what happened to Fire King?" Questioned Lady Frost. „I haven't seen him since he had fallen down crying in pain,"
„I think he told me his miraculous had a problem and…..,"
„Watch out!" Shouted Viperion, then the duo saw a microcar fly towards them and Cat Noir pulled Lady Frost with him while Viperion dodged to the other side and the car crashed into the entrance of the locomotive.
„She's throwing cars now? What's next? A flying saucer?" Questioned Cat Noir, while Lady Frost continued to look at Miss Fortune summoning another object, which was a washing machine that she directed against Cat Noir and Lady Frost, which again dodged it by running towards Viperion.
„Lady Frost, Cat Noir, get closer to her" Ordered Viperion, then the two moved further seeing Miss Fortune walk backward releasing another object, which was a canalization cover and Cat Noir blocked it with his staff, shrieking Miss Fortune, which groaned and moved it against Lady Frost, which tried to block it with her ice powers. Unluckily the cover fell on top of the feet of Lady Frost making her cry.
In the meanwhile, Cat Noir jumped with his staff against the supervillain, which retrieved her object back making Cat Noir wide his eyes looking behind him to see the canalization cover come towards him, touching him on his legs, messing up his route. Miss Fortune stood on his hand, thereafter got down to remove his miraculous.
„No!" Shouted Lady Frost shooting an ice ray against the duo, followed by Viperion using his miraculous to go back in time.
„Second chance!"
„Lady Frost, Cat Noir, get closer to her" Ordered Viperion, then the two moved further seeing Miss Fortune walk backward releasing another object, which was a canalization cover and Cat Noir blocked it with his staff, shrieking Miss Fortune, which groaned and moved it against Lady Frost, which tried to block it with her ice powers. Unluckily the cover fell on top of the feet of Lady Frost making her cry.
Cat Noir was about to attack the villain, then got pulled back on the tail by Viperion, which shook his index finger.
„Not now," Warned Viperion, then Cat Noir moved down to Lady Frost to help her up while keeping an eye on Ladybug's alter ego, which smirked and placed her finger again on her earring. Cat Noir immediately threw his staff against Miss Fortune, which managed to send it back in time before it hit her and it smacked Cat Noir on his shoulder, falling down beside the duo.
„Watch it, you two!" Warned Viperion throwing his lyre against Miss Fortune, which had spawned a night table, and get it on top of her feet, as Viperion's lyre hit the furniture.
„Well done," Complimented Cat Noir as he helped up Lady Frost, who just used her power to freeze the table around Miss Fortune's feet.
„You think this will just stop me, huh?" Asked the akuma villain, which summoned a retro-timed television, which she guided against Lady Frost that created a slide in front of her, adding a thicker layer on it, but even that wasn't good enough to defend herself and the object broke Lady Frost's shield.
„Not again," Complained Lady Frost getting pulled back by Viperion.
„I don't think your ice has a chance against Miss Fortune's lucky charms at the moment," Mentioned the snake-themed hero.
„Can't you create a weapon on your own as you created that locomotive there?" Asked Cat Noir, then watched Miss Fortune move the same TV screen against the trio, and Cat Noir blocked the object with his staff while Viperion jumped back with Lady Frost in her arms.
„Okay stay there and make yourself a sword or a staff, something, that can help us," Asked Viperion, then moved forward to see Cat Noir jump on top of his staff to kick away an upcoming training ball against the superheroine kicking her away. „Wow! Finally an object worth for us,"
„Oh boy, what could I build to fight her?" Questioned Lady Frost herself. „She destroys everything I've done yet,"
Lady Frost watched Cat Noir throw the large ball back to Viperion, which observed Miss Fortune step backward from the duo.
„I'm glad this wasn't a cannonball to hit us," Commented Cat Noir making Lady Frost smile as she had an idea, then she jumped on top of the ladder of the locomotive to create on the nose a medium-sized canon.
Lady Frost moved the canon at the supervillain, then shove her hands into the back hole of the canon, then used her magic, which shot at the slink end of it icicles out against the trio.
„Boys!" Shouted Lady Frost, then Viperion pulled Cat Noir after he kicked the ball against the supervillain, which failed catching the ball and landed on the ground.
„Cool idea!" Complimented Cat Noir looking at the ice cracking the training ball in front of the villain, which threw the broken ball with her legs aside and got up to see Cat Noir race towards the girl. Miss Fortune placed her finger on her earring to use it on Cat Noir's staff to throw him against the Louvre's pyramid.
Lady Frost removed her hands to move the canon towards Miss Fortune, then saw her throw her yo-yo up at a chimney of the museum to swung up at the roof, then observed Lady Frost adjusting her canon up at the supervillain.
„Stay here with her. I'm going up to her," Ordered Cat Noir making Viperion nod.
„I keep an eye on my miraculous," Mentioned Viperion seeing Miss Fortune activate her lucky charm again to drop along the building a wooden log, then Cat Noir jumped away from the wall nearly missing the wood and fell down on the ground with the log beside him. „Get up!" Shot Viperion watching Cat Noir get up and look up at the superheroine with a painful expression on his face.
„Mi'lady, you can't do this to us. We're your friends," Commented Cat Noir watching the akuma villain smirk and summon a new object, which was a car trailer and Cat Noir crawled backward, then got up and was caged in inside the transporter. „Viperion!" Shouted Cat Noir making the older hero growl, then Lady Frost began to shot more icicles and noticed she couldn't go higher with them and groaned annoyed.
„Curse this!" Complained Lady Frost dropping the canon down, then tried to take out her hands, which she now had stuck in it in a bad place.
„How did you get stuck?" Asked Viperion surprised making the heroine shrug her shoulders.
„I don't know. I shove them differently in it," Answered Lady Frost, then heard a loud voice, and together they looked up to see Purple Tiger show up running from under the bridge beside the building Miss Fortune was standing on.
„Juleka?" Questioned Viperion surprised to see his sister, who had been recruted for the mission.
„Is she in our team?" Questioned Lady Frost, which managed to remove one of her hands, and Viperion nodded. „Cool,"
„But where's Rena Rouge?" Questioned Viperion looking behind to see behind the walls a light-brown creature hidding, afterward, it sneaked across to the other side of the road and Viperion recognized it as the superhero Monkey King. Viperion smiled, then looked at Cat Noir, which tried to lift up the trailer from his back.
„Cat Noir! If I were you I would stop that monkey business," Warned Viperion making Cat Noir tilt his head, then understand what the superhero meant.
„It's in-purr-sible to get out of here Viperion. I could really use some help," Said Cat Noir, then he heard a loud bang on the trailer as Miss Fortune landed on the trailer looking down at the superhero inside the cage.
„Aww is the poor kitty inside the cage?" Asked Miss Fortune, then she heard a whistle and saw Purple Tiger come along, stopping several meters away from the two.
„Meow, if that isn't my fur-tastic older sister," Commented Cat Noir making Miss Fortune chuckle, then press her earring to grab Cat Noir's trailer to throw it against Purple Tiger, which vanished suddenly shrieking Miss Fortune as she figured out it was an illusion.
„What?!" Questioned Miss Fortune loud. The villain looked around to see if she could spot Rena Rouge anywhere and saw her on the roof waving with her flute. „I will get you for that!" Shouted Miss Fortune picking up the trailer with her telekinesis to throw it up at the roof.
From behind Cat Noir tried to catch Ladybug, which managed to defend herself from the superhero and both shove each other away from each other while growling at each other.
„We almost have you Ladybug, I promise…." Commented Cat Noir, then Ladybug used her knee to knock the boy between his legs, making him yowl.
„Who even does this?!" Complained Cat Noir placing his hands under his private area, then someone whistled and Ladybug looked up to see a flying action figure of herself bop her on the forehead.
Miss Fortune looked up to see Monkey King wave at the supervillain, suddenly she began to see the superhero multiply itself into ten copies, making her rib her eyes, then look down to see Cat Noir getting up and suddenly his head grew bigger and bigger making Miss Fortune jump back and use her yo-yo to call a lucky charm. She received a rock, then she used her telekinesis to push it away, but it stopped and it fell on top of her feet, making her cry and try to remove it with her hands away from it.
Lady Frost and Viperion raced towards the supervillain, then Viperion grabbed the villain by her arms and looked up at Cat Noir and Lady Frost.
„Lady Frost, take off her earrings, Cat takes the yo-yo," Commanded Viperion watching Lady Frost place her hands on Miss Fortune's earrings watching Cat Noir activate his cataclysm.
„You will use your cataclysm?" Asked Lady Frost making Cat Noir wide his eyes, then he kept his hand up and Lady Frost picked up the yo-yo to open-break it to see the akuma fly out.
„Good notice," Complimented Viperion. „I think if we had cataclysmed her yo-yo we would be doomed,"
Cat Noir watched the akuma fly away, then he jumped up to cataclysm it making Lady Frost drop her chin.
„You killed it?" Questioned the girl in shock.
„Just in case her yo-yo won't help us restore or catch the akuma, we'll be at least save from the guy there multiplying itself and create more than one Miss Fortune. That would be the real deal,"
„I'm not sure, what was worse. The situation here you all had with Ladybug or the day Hawk Moth managed to akumatized Chloé and brainwash us all,"
„I don't really want to know to be honest," Commented Cat Noir watching the heroine stand behind the villain, then she noticed one of the earrings colored in red and the other one in grey. „Uh one of the earrings has a different color,"
„And now? What shall we do?" Questioned Viperion look at Cat Noir, which pondered for a moment.
„It must be the red one," Stated Cat Noir watching Lady Frost place her finger on the said earring.
„Are you sure?" Questioned the silver-blonde girl, making Cat Noir nod.
„I'm certain. I've noticed her placing her finger there every time she used her mental power to doom us," Explained Cat Noir making Lady Frost nod and break the earring with her finger to seen an amok get out of it.
Miss Fortune exchanged back into Ladybug, which slowly tried to come up to herself and noticed her destranformation beginning to fade slowly.
„What happened?" Asked Ladybug looking up at the group, followed by Monkey King join the friends.
„Long story Bugaboo, we need you to use your yo-yo and help us all…..if it works," Commented Cat Noir, then Ladybug's secret identity was nearly revealing her entire face and Viperion exchanged looks with Cat Noir, which was as shocked as him and before Ladybug transformed back into her alter ego the two had turned their backs against the superheroine, while Lady Frost closed her eyes as well along with Monkey King.
Marinette sighed as her identity got revealed and looked around herself to see her yo-yo gone, then behind her, she found her broken earring and grabbed it.
„Tikki…..." Commented Marinette sad, then looked up at the guys and noticed they all had covered their eyes to respect Marinette's privacy. „I can't believe it….I have let myself get akumatized…..I'm…..so sorry. I shouldn't have run away when I needed support,"
„You had a shocking experience, Ladybug. But this time your negative feelings took over you and…..you didn't stand a chance against it," Cat Noir commented. „Don't feel bad for it. It happened to many of us. The good part is, we made it to get you out of it," Said Cat Noir.
„If it wasn't for Rena's and Monkey's distraction," Added Viperion. „But each of us gave our best to bring you back and we made it,"
„Thank you so much, I….I really wish I could have avoided all this, but….I couldn't…..," Commented Marinette neutral. „Now I'll get to see if I find the great guardian…...somehow. He never mentioned, where he would be, except he would stay back in Paris to make sure, everything would be okay,"
„Maybe he heard about what happened, Bugaboo," Commented Cat Noir.
„I assume it," Commented Marinette.
Rena Rouge appeared, then placed her hand on Marinette's shoulder.
„We have to go, my transformation won't last as long anymore," Warned Rena Rouge making Marinette nod.
„I will have to go and see if I find a clue to get to Su-Han. Maybe the kwamis in the miraculous box have a clue for me. Otherwise I will Rena Rouge let you know or Cat Noir. The rest of you will know from the two,"
„Sure," Responded the crew, then Marinette approached the two male superheroes Viperion and Cat Noir and pecked each of the boys on the cheek, then she ran away with Rena Rouge disappearing under the bridge. Cat Noir opened his eyes placing his hand on the cheek and looked around to see if he could see any specific person, but they were gone. Cat Noir clapped with his hands to wake up the group, which opened their eyes to see Ladybug was gone.
„Alright, I don't know what we should do at the moment. Ladybug won't be able to restore the place here so we…..should really check the surroundings to see, what was messed up,"
„We can repair stuff?" Asked Monkey King curious making Cat Noir shake his head.
„No I meant to say we should warn the authorities what's up and the best thing, for now, is to dodge journalists and all that when they question us about Ladybug,"
„Alright," Commented Monkey King.
„Shall I take us all there?" Questioned Lady Frost making Cat Noir nod.
„If you don't mind," Commented Cat Noir turning around with the group towards the locomotive. „Wait, what's with your transformation phase? Don't you have a time limit?"
„Not that I know," Responded Lady Frost. „Does everyone else have?"
„The ones I know do or well I'm not sure about Fire King. His miraculous might be messed up….oh maybe I should have told that Ladybug before,"
„I think at the moment after what happened I would wait for a little," Suggested Viperion. „Let's give her after what happened a break,"
„Maybe you're right," Agreed Cat Noir entering into the locomotive along with the team, then watched Lady Frost start the vehicle and drive past the bridge of the opposite side.
