Chapter 8
Enjoying family.
Just then a meido showed up behind Kagome. Everyone turned their attention to the meido. It started sucking Kagome into it. Inuyasha went to reach for Kagome. But it was to late she was sucked into the meido and it was gone. Everyone is chocked but then Tessaiga turned black. Inuyasha swung his sword and yelled "Meido Zangetsuha!" A meido appeared and Inuyasha went into it. Hoping that Inuyasha knows what he's doing. The group returned to Kaede's village. At the village Toga met Rin, Jaken, Shippo, and Kohaku. Three day s later the bone eaters well re appeared. And Inuyasha jumped out of the well without Kagome.
Later that day when Inuyasha was up to it. He and Sesshomaru sat down with Toga. Toga explained everything to Inuyasha and Sesshomaru. Two weeks have passed and no one has see Inuyasha. Sango, Miroku, Shippo, Toga, and Kohaku got together and split up looking for Inuyasha. Two hours later Toga is walking through the forest of Inuyasha. He has picked up Inuyasha's scent and is following it. The scent lead him to the bone eaters well. There sitting next to the well looking like hell is Inuyasha. Toga walked up to Inuyasha and took a good look at him. It looks like he hasn't moved from he is for two weeks. Toga took his hand and felt Inuyasha's forehead. He can feel and tell that Inuyasha is sick.
"Son I can understand you don't like being separated from Kagome. But you need to take care of yourself. I don't think Kagome would want you to wither away like this." suggested Toga
Toga reached out his hand and Inuyasha took a hold of Toga's hand. The male demon helped his son to his feet. Then he walked with him to Kaede's house. He helped Inuyasha lay down. Then sat down to let Kaede take care of Inuyasha. After Kaede was done taking care of Inuyasha. She told him that Inuyasha is sick, a bit under weight, and dehydrated. Toga nodded and left to find Inuyasha's friends. Once he found them he told them what is is going on. Four days later Inuyasha is doing better and is back on his feet. Three years have passed and Sango and Miroku are married and have three kids.
With the help of Inuyasha and Sesshomaru. Tog finally got rid of Sounga. Right now Sango and Miroku are going laundry. Their two year old tins Kinu and Gyokuto are playing with Inuyasha's ears. Suddenly Inuyasha can smell a familiar scent. He stood up, put the girls down, and took off running. Inuyasha followed the scent to the well. He leaned over and reached into the well. Kagome grabbed his hand and Inuyasha pulled her out. The couple hugged and kissed each other. Inuyasha took Kagome back to the village. Kagome reunited with all of their friends. Then Inuyasha introduced Kagome to Toga.
A few months later Toga watch happily. As Inuyasha and Kagome got married. He has a feeling that Sesshomaru. Was going to wait until Rin is of age. To take her as his wife. Four years have passed and Toga is sitting outside of Kaede's house. Standing in front of him staring at Kaede's house is Sesshomaru. Soon both demons can hear the cry of a new born. Toga smiled and said "Congrats Sesshomaru you're a father."
"Thank you Father." thanked Sesshomaru
"I can't believe that I've lived long enough to become a grandfather." chuckled Toga
Just then they heard the cry of another newborn. Now Toga is on his feet he can't believe what he hears. Sesshomaru is a father of twins. Kagome who is also pregnant and is due in a few months. Came out of Kaede's house and saw Sesshomaru and Toga.
"Congratulations Sesshomaru Rin just gave birth to twin girls." beamed Kagome
Sesshomaru went into the house and Toga followed. The two men saw Rin laying on a bed. Next to her are two infants wrapped in blankets. Sesshomaru walked over knelt down and picked up the twins. He stood and is holding them in his arms. Toga who is standing next to Sesshomaru. Looked at then and smiled. One twin had white hair with two strands of red. The other twin has black hair with streaks of red hair.
"I was thinking of Two for the one with white hair. And Setsuna for the one with black hair." suggested Rin.
"Those are wonderful names Rin." assured Sesshomaru
The next day Inuyasha went to Kaede's house. He got to see Towa and Setsuna. A few months have passed. And Inuyasha and Toga are sitting outside Inuyasha and Kagome's house. Inside is Kaede is with Kagome who is in labor. Kagome has been labor for hours. Outside Inuyasha is getting twitchy.
"Take it easy son these things take time." coaxed Toga
"I can't help it Father I'm becoming a Father." stated Inuyasha
"And becoming a father is a wonderful thing. And it can be very rewarding." assured Toga
Just then they heard Kagome scream. Not long after Kagome screamed they heard the cry of a new born. Soon they heard Kaede say "Come on in Inuyasha." The hanyou stood and went into his house. Once in the house he saw Kagome laying on the bed. He sat next to her and asked "Are you ok Kagome?"
"Yeah I'm ok." replied Kagome
Just then Kaede gave Inuyasha an infant wrapped in a blanket. She smiled and said "It's a girl." Inuyasha looked at the infant. And saw that she has black hair and human ears. He smiled and looked at Kagome.
"She's beautiful Kagome. How about we name her Moroha?" asked Inuyasha
"I love it Inuyasha." replied Kagome
Kaede cleaned up and left the house. Once outside she saw Toga.
"You have another granddaughter Toga." informed Kaede
"Wow another granddaughter. I am truly blessed." beamed Toga
"Father come in and meet your granddaughter." coaxed Inuyasha
Toga stood and went into the house. He sat next to Inuyasha. The hanyou carefully gave Moroha to Toga. Toga smiled as he held his new born granddaughter.
"Inuyasha I know that I wasn't a Father to you. So thank you for allowing me to be apart of your family." thanked Toga
"You're welcome Father an her name is Moroha." informed Inuyasha
Five years have passed and Towa, Setsuna, and Moroha are five years old. Miroku and Inuyasha are at another village exorcising demons. Kagome who is five months pregnant and Kaede gathering herbs. Which leaves Rin with the three girls. The three energetic girls are becoming a bit much for Rin. Just then Toga came into Rin's house. Rin looked up, saw Toga, and smiled.
"Lord Toga can you take the girls to go play? I am busy and I'm not getting much done." asked Rin
Sure I can girls let's go play. In the field with grandpa." assured Toga
The three girls cheered and followed their grandfather outside. Hours later it's afternoon and Miroku and Inuyasha have returned to Kaede's village. Kagome and Kaede are done gathering herbs. And Sesshomaru has arrived to visit Rin and his daughters. Inuyasha, Kagome, and Sesshomaru went to Rin's house. Sesshomaru and Inuyasha went into Rin's house. They looked around and only saw Rin and not the girls.
"Hey Rin where are the girls?" asked Inuyasha
"I asked Lord Toga to take them. He took them to the field." replied Rin
Inuyasha and Sesshomaru left the house. Then they and Kagome headed to the field. Once in the field the looked around. But they don't see Toga nor the girls. Inuyasha and Sesshomaru sniffed the air and picked up their scents. Kagome followed the two dog demons as they walked across the field. Soon they found Toga asleep in the grass. Kagome walked around then stopped. She smiled and pointed down. Inuyasha and Sesshomaru walked over to Kagome and looked down. There curled up in Toga's mokomoko is Towa, Setsuna, and Moroha. They too are asleep. Inuyasha and Sesshomaru couldn't help but smile themselves. Just then they heard Toga yawn and saw him stretch.
The old demon opened his eyes and sat up.
"Oh hello I bet you're looking for your daughters." greeted Toga
"Yes we are looking for them." replied Inuyasha
"We had fun playing until we got tired." smiled Toga
Toga looked over at his mokomoko and woke the girls. They yawned and woke up and saw their parents. The girls ran up to their parents.
"Thank you for watching them Toga." thanked Kagome
"It was my pleasure I love my granddaughters. And I look forward to becoming a grandfather again." assured Toga
Toga watched as his family walked back to the village. Four months later Kagome gave birth a baby boy. He has Inuyasha's ears and eyes and has grey hair. Kagome named him Zoltan and everyone loves the new born.
Note: The next chapter is the last chapter. I will type and post it as soon as I can. I'm having trouble with my neck. And I have a lot of hours coming up at work.
