First off, I'm sorry it took so long to update this!

It's been about a month and a half since I updated the story, and chapter 13 has been a handful to write. The draft is currently at a little over 2,300 words, receiving scattered updates due to writer's block (specifically regarding writing the scenes post-identity reveal), and planning out the fight between Kid Rot and the Ringworm students.

I really love working on this story/concept for Grossology, but the chapter's been a roadblock and I think I could go back to regular updates if I skipped the chapter. HOWEVER, I don't want to throw the audience into chapter 14 without providing any context for the setting and interactions. To counter this, a mini-summary would be combined with context through dialogue and thoughts, meaning that the events of chapter 13 would be pieced together throughout the chapter.

But because the formatting would be different and rushed, I have two options for how I would do the final chapter (Chapter 14, followed by an epilogue hinting at the second story)

Choice 1. I skip chapter 13 by either renaming chapter 14, or adding it in at a later point. The events of the skipped chapter would be told in both context clues of the story, and a complete summary, which would be published in a separate chapter for those who want to figure out chapter 13 using context clues.

Or

Choice 2. I finish up a somewhat rushed chapter 13, which gives a complete insight to the events. Then I would publish chapter 14, which would be a normal chapter.

I'm going to let the readers/reviews decide on which choice they prefer. If you want to participate, feel free to write a '1' or '2' in the story's reviews, or you can pm me the numbers instead. I'll count the votes on September 22nd (10 days from now).

If there's a lack of or no votes, I'll proceed with the first choice and then move on to the second book.

Again, I apologize for not giving any context on the story's status or updating the book. Thanks for reading!
