Scunnered - means sick or disgusted

This chapter contains references to an incident, but location, time and date has been changed.

Twenty-five minutes and fifty-eight seconds later after an emotional sibling reunion, and after the request for help took an unusual turn, the discussion was taken to Pete's office. In it there was enough room for several sofas, a couple of chairs, a desk and some filing cabinets. The Time Travellers sat down on the seats while Pete sat down at his desk, putting the brown folder down on top of it. He sat back with a sigh and scratched his head with a puzzled frown.

"Mind if I take a look at that?" The Doctor asked about the folder. It looked an inch thick.

"No, go ahead." Pete answered him.

Putting on his brainy specs, The Doctor approached the desk and picked it up. Then he flicked through it all with furrowed brows.

"So let me get this straight," Pete spoke up as he was looking at Jaime. "You're the Manipulator of Minds?"

Jaime nodded her head, not at all surprised by the name he had given her. "Aye!" She muttered bitterly.

"Yet you don't look like what we have in the images we have. Are you like him?" Pete nodded at The Doctor. "A Time Lord?"

This time Jaime shook her head. "No. I was born human to a human parent." She told him.

"So how come you look different?" Pete persisted.

She had to think this one over. Her current body was the result of her absorbing Donna's half of the metacrisis. Before she could give her answer, Jackie came in with a fresh tray of teas all round. She placed it on the coffee table in middle of the room. Then she picked up two cups and gave one to her husband, standing by him. Everyone else else but The Doctor picked up their cups. He was still leafing grimly through the file.

Holding the hot mug in her hands after taking a sip of tea made Jaime feel a tad better about this situation. Jackie Tyler really made good tea. "It was a medical experiment gone wrong," she finally answered Pete's question. "And I'm the only survivor, everyone else died…" Great, now she sounded like The Doctor. "…I was dyin' and in order tae save my own life I took Donna's part of the metacrisis." She heard Jackie gasp. Confusion washed off Pete. "She's fine, she's okay," Jaime quickly added before they could get any ideas. "And tha's why I look like this."

Confusion continued to wash off Pete, a frown of puzzlement on his face. "How did this medical experiment come about?" He asked.

This time it was Alexia and Jenny's turn to explain. Alexia told Pete about the medical trial her daughter's GP had told her about, believing it might fix the issue with Jaime's osteoporosis. But it turned out MI6 were using sick and disabled children as a medical experiment. After a warning, Alexia was able to escape the hospital with Jaime but had to keep moving on as MI6 wanted Jaime for their own purposes.

Both Jackie and Pete had looks of disgust on their faces.

Jenny went on to explain how her ship got pulled into a Dimensional Portal and she ended up in Jaime and Alexia's universe before crash landing into MI6. She and her ship became property of the spies and as a result became part of the medical experiment. Out of all the kids being used, only Jaime was the one to form a sibling bond with her. And so she was able to warn Alexia what had been going on. She was quite pleased to learn that Alexia and Jaime had escaped. But for Jenny it would take her years until she'd finally be rescued.

Jackie was shocked, it washed off her in waves and it showed on her face. This was the first time she had heard this story. "Oh, darling. Come here!" Jackie said as she approached Jenny.

The young Time Lady stood up and allowed Jackie to hug her, returning the hug herself. "Thanks Grandma!" Jenny whispered for Jackie's ears only, making Jackie chuckle and grin.

A grim smile appeared on The Doctor's face when his keen hearing picked up what Jenny said.

Smiling herself, Jaime watched Jenny and Jackie part as she put her now empty cup down. It was good to see her sister and Jackie getting on so well together.

Once everyone was settled again, Pete returned to his interrogation again, despite still feeling shocked. "So far we've established how and why you look different," he said. "We've still yet to understand your actions and why you did what you did."

A shaky sigh left Jaime and she was given some comfort by her bond-mate and sister through their connections.

"If you were travelling with The Doctor then where was he in all this mess?" Pete added.

This caused a few offended squawks around the room and Jaime shook her head. "Och, no! It wasnae The Doctor's fault," she quickly defended her dad. "I did somethin' awful and he lied tae me tae protect me from knowin' wha' I did."

Pete raised his brows in a questioning manner. "And what is it that you did that was so awful?" He questioned.

And so she told Pete about the incident on planets Fiction and Friction, where a happy day turned into a bad day when she got teleported to the next planet for reasons 'unknown'. Or perhaps they knew who she had been and wanted her off their planet as soon as possible. Worst was to come when she picked up an extremely colourful flower, not realising it was extremely hallucinogenic. After that she could barely remember a thing but her actions had caused two planets to be destroyed and damaged beyond repair. Jackie and Pete stared in shock and horror at a shamefaced Jaime.

"Blimey!" Pete eventually uttered, rubbing the back of his head in disbelief. "If you didn't know you destroyed two planets then who told you?" He asked, looking around the room at her fellow travellers. He saw The Doctor shake his head while the other one now had the file and a look of sadness about him.

"Like I said, they wanted tae protect me," the Scots-girl told him. "And I would have been fine with not knowin'…except…" She shifted in her seat to a more comfortable position and sighed. "Except I was abducted by an Ancient Being called The Trickster and it showed me Wha' happened tae the planets in the aftermath of my actions." She admitted.

"What did it do that for?" Pete asked her.

"'Cause I'm All-Powerful," Jaime answered him. "And it wanted me tae join him and the rest of his Brigade," she growled. "And it didnae matter whether I was damaged or not, it tried tae poison my Mind against The Doctor, maybe it succeeded in a way, but I also fought against The Trickster and escaped. I jus' didnae bother returnin' tae the TARDIS and kept on runnin', having' good days and bad days."

Pete sat forward and placed his elbows on the desk. "Okay, so you were kidnapped yet you managed to escape, but didn't go back? Why not?" He questioned.

Jaime scowled as she thought back to the reason why she ran and what was going through her Mind at the time. "Findin' out wha' really happened took my Mind tae a very dark place. I blamed everyone for not tellin' me wha' I did. Tha' dark place was turnin' me into a darker version of me. And if tha' had remained unchecked I wouldnae be me right now. I've got The Dynacracker tae thank for savin' my life." She could see that Jackie and Pete were impressed because their lives had been touched by the Hybrid Time Lady.

That impression didn't last long when Jackie spoke up. "So what was the reason you wanted to turn the United States into 'The Handmaid's Tale'?" She wondered out loud.

A shocked Jaime shook her head. "I didnae think it would get so out of hand!" She replied. "It started in the 21st Century and it was only supposed tae involve Police Officers who committed a crime against a black person!"

There was a ripple wave of shocked and surprised 'what?' around the room.

"What did you do that for?" J.D asked her, his brows furrowed.

Jaime looked at him with a grim expression on her face. Then she looked at everyone else who still waited for an answer. "It was only ever meant tae be temporary indenturement up tae a year, leased tae the family of the victim killed by the police officer. And if by the end of their sentence they had learned their lesson they would be freed. If not, they'd have five more months added tae their sentence."

There was an uncomfortable silence that followed until Alexia spoke up. "But why involve yourself in something messy like American Politics? I thought you hated slavery?"

Jaime groaned. "I do! I fuckin' despise it!" She said. "But I'll tell ye the reason why…" And she began her explanation to those waiting to understand Jaime's actions.

Stumbling out of a fiery Portal, young Jaime waited for it to melt away before taking stock of her surroundings. She appeared to have landed near a road that had very little traffic on it and very few people were about. She wondered where she had had landed but she could definitely sense it was 2017, March 10th 9:59pm. As she took a short walk along the grass she spotted a sign and sighed. Michigan. Turns out she was in the United States. Again.

Jaime remembered being in New York in 1912 after the sinking of the Titanic and in 1939 during a Dalek invasion. Disappointed, because modern America was basically a boiling pot waiting to explode, young Jaime decided to teleport away, find somewhere else that wasn't full of crazy people. Well, that was until she heard a police siren and looked around to find the cop car pulling over a car.

Danger senses suddenly going sky high, followed by a vision, Jaime activated her Perception Filter and watched what was going on several feet away.

The car that been pulled over was pretty old for 2017, but she could feel four very terrified people inside it. Because of the low light she had trouble seeing the car's occupants. But that soon changed when the car was approached by two cops on either side. While the cop on the left stayed by the rear with his hand near his gun, the cop on the right was doing the same as he began to speak to the driver once the window was down. For some daft reason this police officer had waves of fear washing off him. He was completely on edge. Unlike his partner who was slightly more calm.

The chat the officer was having with the driver suddenly got heated as he pulled his weapon out and started shouting, scaring the other passengers in the car. Especially the youngest two. Jaime just knew this situation was about to get completely out of hand. And then it happened. The cop shot the driver seven times and Jaime yowled, falling to her knees, hands going to her head with her eyes closed. Being this close had felt like her skin had been seared off.

The driver was dead and she could hear screaming, crying and shouting. Letting out a shuddery breath, Jaime opened her eyes and took in the scene before her. The other cop now had his gun out, scared but also confused. The first cop was now pointing his gun at the passenger, yelling something silly. Anger began to brew in Jaime and her hazel eyes blazed with fury. Just what the hell was wrong with American cops? Why could they never respect the lives of their fellow humans? As she got all the more angrier, a growl emitted from Jaime's mouth. She had to do something!

In one swift move the teen sprang to her feet and within seconds the calm cop had been knocked out and the killer cop had merely been stunned. He lay on the ground, groaning away. Meanwhile, Jaime knelt and took a look inside the car. What she saw was completely heartbreaking. There were four black people in the car. A woman in the front passenger seat, a male child of about six or seven and female child of two or three sat in the back and the driver, a man, sat slumped in his seat, dead and bleeding profusely. All three were crying, shock, horror and confusion washing off them.

"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry!" She muttered sadly. The woman reacted as if she had heard something, looking around with wide eyed confusion.

The cop let out another groan and he was struggling to sit up, though he still held his gun. Fresh new anger boiled away and an idea came to Mind. With a wave of her hand his weapon was disintegrated into atoms, then she grabbed him by the sides of his head and got into his face.

"A life for a life!" She snarled and sneered when his eyes widened in fear.

Not giving him time to react, young Jaime forced her way into his Mind, found his main overall Timeline and began to absorb it all. All the while the cop silently screamed as Jaime glowed white. Once he was empty of all life, the teen let him go where his body fell to the ground with a dull thud.

Looking down at it she was puzzled to find it looked like it had been dead for over a thousand years. Meanwhile she herself was brimming with energy and she felt like she could do anything she wanted. Even the perpetual headache had faded to nothing. But she had a job to do.

Returning to the dead driver she put her hands on his head and chest, not noticing how much his partner and kids were freaking out. She freaked out even further and screamed in fear when she saw the figure at the window glow a bright white and it soon spread to her partner. Their children in the back seats were a different matter. The older child had stopped screaming and was staring in wide eyed fascination and fear. The toddler was screaming in such a distraught way that it broke her heart.

But what ever the hell this was it wasn't natural, not one bit! The brightness completely faded and the figure disappeared out of view of the window with a groan. Seconds after that there was a groan from beside her, which completely startled the young woman.

Beside her, her partner woke up with another groan and opened his eyes. "Oh, man. What happened?" He asked, puzzled.

"Drive!" His partner urgently said, confusing him further.

"What?" He uttered. "But what about…"

"JUST DRIVE!" She screamed, putting her phone down. "JUST FUCKING DRIVE!"

Silently nodding his head he started the car and drove away.

That just left Jaime at the roadside on her hands and knees, energy depleted. "You're welcome!" She groaned out, nose bleeding and head thumping painfully. With the last of her energy, Jaime teleported into some nearby undergrowth and collapsed into unconsciousness.

By the time young Jaime woke up again there was a cacophony of police activity going on. Obviously the dried up husk of the killer police officer had been found by his colleague. Stumbling out of the undergrowth, but keeping herself well hidden, Jaime watched the scene before her. There was a lot more police cars now and there was an Ambulance there too, not that it would do much help anyway. A white CSI tent had been erected around the 'scene of crime' and people in white could be seen milling around.

Up in the sky it was just as noisy. There was one police chopper hovering, the other four were news copters and it was likely all over the news by now. And that made her think. That police officer had just been looking for trouble with that black man and his family. And he wasn't the only one. There were many others like him.

That was the problem with this country. The United States had a terrible problem with racism, xenophobia and bigotry. It had become institutionalised within the police force, to the point all the higher ups were part of some disgusting organisation where they all pretended to look like ghosts.

This country just couldn't get over what it did to all of its minorities over the years. Just thinking about it was making her angry all over again and she felt she had to do something about it. The higher person in power in the United States was the President. Maybe she needed to talk to them.

After taking a pill to calm her painfully thumping head, Jaime teleported away.

Young Jaime reappeared in what looked like a large park before stumbling to her knees next to a large oblong pool. Nobody had noticed her appearing out of nowhere but they did take notice of her appearing to faint and went to help her. Five of them were crowded around her, asking questions, touching her, just being downright annoying.

"Leave me alone!" She snarled, voice echoing.

They all took a step back at the same time, blinking before they all turned and walked away. Jaime watched them all leave, her eyes narrowed suspiciously. She didn't need their help. She didn't need anyone's help. She was in no mood for niceties as she had spent a couple of hours teleporting from city to city, State to State, to get here because she had been so low on energy to teleport straight here. Sometimes she even walked to her destination. All she had to do now was to get to the Whitehouse and find her way into the Oval Office.

Once she felt she was fine, young Jaime clambered back to her feet and took a look around the area she had landed. At the top of the long pool was an ancient Grecian-looking building with its columns. Obviously that was the place that housed the statue of Lincoln. Turning her back on the building she took a a short walk along the poolside and observed the tall structure surrounded by flags. What did they call that thing anyway?

Teleporting straight to its base, Jaime stared up at it. Turns out it was extremely tall and extremely wide and the way the clouds moved by made it look as if it was falling. Jaime found herself stumbling backwards until she regained her balance. Shaking her head of the dizzy feeling, she realised she needed to get on with what she came here to do.

Sensing that she wasn't being watched, even though it was late night and a bit more darker, Jaime Aeroported away. She materialised just short of the top and slid off the edge. "Shit!" She swore as she went tumbling down. How could she have misjudged that?

Jaime managed to generate a large gust of wind and used that to stay in flight until she reached the very top where she clung on to the blinking light. Which was then shorted out seconds later by a short range EMP burst. Now she could see a lot better without the damn thing restricting her vision. There was quite a view from up here and she could see for miles and miles. Once she'd perched herself on top of the light, Jaime looked around, the wind sending her hair flying around.

Behind her, across the Potomac River was the vast expanse of Arlington Cemetery with its gleaming white headstones. Straight ahead was the place she needed to go. The White House. And it wasn't that far to go either. Keeping herself invisible, young Jaime teleported off the top of the Monument and landed in the grounds of the Whitehouse. Next, she had to get into it and visualised the Oval Office in her Mind, before finally teleporting into The Whitehouse.

The teen didn't expect to see anyone else to be in the room, considering it was now early morning, sometime after 4am. But she was wrong and it surprised her.

Sat on the sofa was a woman Jaime recognised to be Hillary Clinton and she was watching the TV in stunned disbelief. Sat with her was another woman and stood close to the TV was a man. There were two Agents in the room in the room with them.

Back in the Universe she came from, Jaime remembered that Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State, but her being here gave Jaime a feeling that she was important. Meanwhile an untouched breakfast tray lay on the messy desk, and because Jaime was hungry, and needed energy, she sat down in the comfy chair and started munching quietly on the food while they were distracted. And their reason for being distracted soon came apparent.

"Madam President, whatever that thing was it's clearly a present danger and currently on American soil. We've got soldiers searching the State of Michigan at this minute."

Jaime gulped. The TV was showing mobile footage of the incident, of her sucking the life out of the cop and giving life back to the shot black man. There was even police dash-cam footage, followed by body cam footage before it completely fizzled out, drained of its battery.

She hadn't even noticed that the fella's partner had her mobile out. Next time she'd make sure to destroy potential mobile footage.

"I don't know. It doesn't seem to be entirely hostile," Hillary Clinton spoke making Jaime smirk. So she was the President. First her husband and now her.

"It killed a police officer." The man argued.

"Yes, I can see that!" Clinton replied. "But whatever they are you can't deny that it brought that man back to life…"

"it's alien, it's illegal and it killed that cop." The man growled, actually interrupting the President.

A tense silence followed as President Clinton stood up and glared at the man, anger washing off her. "I hear you, I do," she snapped back at him. "But my priorities right now is that there has been yet another police shooting of a person of colour, and this one was clearly unjustified. Luckily the victim is still alive. As for you…" she took a step towards the man. "Wasting taxpayer money on some fruitless search for an alien Being that's hardly going to stick around once they see all the hostility. Not to mention you've locked down an entire State and frightened everyone in it!"

Oohh, she was good. Jaime felt that the Madam President was a good listener. So she disabled her perception filter that made her invisible to everyone. "Nope, I'm still here!" Jaime spoke up and watched as everyone gasped or jumped in surprise.

The two Secret Service Agent had their guns on her in seconds and were screaming at the President to get to safety. With just a flick of her wrist the noisy Agents we're sent elsewhere. Waves of fear washed off the man and the younger woman. But not from Hillary Clinton. There was curiousness coming from her.

"It sounds like you want the same thing I want." Jaime told her and stood up, munching on the last strip of bacon. Then she stepped around the desk and approached the President.

"Stop! Don't let it get anywhere near you," the man shouted, trying to pull the President behind him. "It wants to suck your brains out."

Jaime stopped and raised her brows at the man. He'd obviously read far too many sci-fi comic books as a child and now his perception towards aliens were flawed. And he was very likely going to be trouble. "Go to sleep!" She commanded him and the fella dropped to the floor like a sack of potatoes.

A wave of hostility came from the younger woman. "What the hell did you do?" She shouted.

"Sleeping," Jaime replied. "The same goes to you too!" And the younger woman also dropped to the floor into a deep sleep.

Hillary looked down at the two sleeping people on the floor before looking back up at Jaime. "What do you want?" She asked rather calmly.

Jaime grinned at Hillary's question. At least she was completely open Minded and willing to listen. "Madam President. I want what you want!" She replied. "To have the police face the consequences of their actions. And I think I have an idea that might just work." She moved even closer and began to discuss her idea with President Hillary Clinton.

Xxx

"…Because she was scunnered with police gettin' away with literal murder, it was easy tae convince her wha' she thought was the best solution," Jaime told everyone in the office that were listening. "And tha' was tae create an emergency Executive Order detailin' wha' was tae happen."

There was 29 seconds of silence before a bemused Jackie spoke up. "Wouldn't there have been backlash from concerned citizens and the opposition?" She asked.

"The Republicans?" Jaime answered her. "Och, aye. They were all up in arms 'bout it tae the point there was unrest. Tha's why I stayed throughout the entire process, makin' sure everythin' stayed on track. When the new law passed the fella I brought back tae life was the first tae initiate case proceedings. He had all the evidence he needed, but 'cause the officer tha' killed him was dead he got tae have his partner instead." A giggle escape her mouth before she could even stop it. "He wasnae pleased 'bout tha' one bit. But it serves him right for jus' standin' there like a right lemon."

There was another bout of silence followed by a sigh from The Doctor. "Do you think what you did was okay?" He questioned.

Looking over at The Doctor, Jaime found his stare to be penetrating. "Aye. It was a solution tae a problem." She uttered, not thinking about what he really meant. She had a bad feeling it was about to be brought up anyway.

"No," he said with a shake of his head. "I wasn't talking about that, but it is part of the current problem,"

Jaime grimaced and slumped in her seat with an inaudible groan. He was about to give her another 'Serious Dad Talk'.

"I meant the police officer you…took revenge on." He strayed away from calling her an outright killer because he didn't want to see her that way. "Do you understand at all why you felt such an energy high when you absorbed his life from him?" He questioned, watching as Jaime gave a tiny hint of a nod.

There was a sense of regret from her via his parental bond with her. And maybe that was a good thing. "Human bodies, especially brains, are full of electrical energy and that's how nerves send messages around the body. Because of your Electrokinesis you basically drained him of his electrical energy. Like how a vampire drains its victim of their blood." He saw her flinch before looking away. A sense of guilt came from her via his parental link. Good, he had to make her see what she did was wrong,

"I know tha'," Jaime mumbled. "And I wish I could say tha' was the only time, but…"

"Hold on," Pete interrupted her and started searching for something on his desk. "That sounds familiar to an active case going on in the States right now." He soon found what he was looking for. An autopsy report of one of the victims. "Normally with blood suckers the pattern is always every couple of days. They get greedy and get caught out. But this is a different pattern. Every Seven days, an entire week. Victims are normally found in or around the Lincoln Memorial and the Washington Monument in D.C. They look like they've been dead for thousands of years, except all organs, apart from the brain, remains fresh. They still have fresh blood within their bodies." He put the autopsy report down. "It's a headache for the local police department. They've asked for the Archive's help."

Through his parental connection with Jaime, The Doctor could sense her heightened state of guilt and regret. Even his brother could sense it as J.D now had his arm around her shoulders.

Jaime had her hand over her eyes and she'd gone paler than normal.

Somehow Alexia picked up on it. "What have you done now, Jaime?" She asked her daughter, sounding completely disappointed.

There was a flash of anger from Jaime, his connection with her buzzed with it. "I was dyin', alright!" She snapped, putting her hand down and glaring at her mother. "I was runnin' out of pills I'd stolen from the younger first me on Gemini. Not tae mention I'd been poisoned by one of those sentient trees on tha' planet. 'Cause I remembered wha' it felt like after I took tha' officer's energy I decided tae see wha' it would be like if I kept it. It felt good and there was no pain, but it barely lasted. So I kept takin' more and more energy. I'm not proud of wha' I did, it was jus' survival." She turned her attention to Pete. "And if they want help tae sort it all out, then ye can send us along!"

Pete stared at her before letting out a laugh of disbelief. "Why the hell should I do that?" He asked.

"'Cause it's a Paradox, a Causal Loop!" Was Jaime's answer and heard a groan come from The Doctor. J.D was feeling curious along with Rose and Jenny. Alexia was feeling hopeful while Jackie and the Ponds were puzzled.

"What do you mean it's a Paradox?" Pete asked her, only for The Doctor to answer him.

"A paradox, specifically a paradox loop is something where…"

"I know what paradoxes are, Doctor," Pete interrupted him. There was some light heated chuckles which eased Jaime's nerves a bit. "Rose explained to me what a paradox was."

Surprised and more than a little bit proud, The Doctor grinned in an adoring way at Rose, who blushed at the attention.

"I mean exactly tha'," Jaime began to explain. "This is the day when my younger self leaves in a wee bit of a hurry, maybe there was some panic too." She looked around at her fellow Time Travellers. "And only 'cause ye all turned up. It's us tha' has tae force her tae move on, or she won't turn up in Amesbury."

There were waves of understanding from The Doctor, J.D and Rose.

"The Pandorica!" J.D muttered and Jaime nodded.

"But before all tha' she was expectin' trouble and lots of it."

The Doctor frowned. "What do you mean, 'trouble'?" He questioned. He frowned even further when he noticed a pink tinge of embarrassment appear on her cheeks.

"I cannae give much away, but all I can tell ye is tha' she calls the authorities on ye, claimin' a threat against the President." Waves of shock could be felt from The Doctor, J.D, Rose and even her mum. "I know, I know, and I'm sorry her hatred towards ye all went as far as tha'. So we've all got tae be careful once we get there."

The Half-Time Lord, sensing how guilty his bond-mate felt, pulled her towards him and gathered her into a protective hug. "It's okay, Jaime. There's no need to apologise. It's not your fault your Mind was poisoned against us." He felt her return the hug with a hard squeeze.

There was a contemplative silence in the room before The Doctor spoke up. "If it's not too much trouble we'd like to pick this 'case' up considering we know who it is." He requested.

A frowny faced Pete looked from The Doctor to Jaime and back again. He didn't need to think twice about this. He knew all about causality and paradoxes from Rose and how the universe could be in danger if they were ignored. "Okay, you've got it, he replied. "I'll let the Archive know."

Curiosity got the better of J.D. "What's the Archive?" He asked, expecting Pete to give him an answer, only for Rose to give it instead.

"It's what Torchwood is known to the public as. Everyone who worked there still called it Torchwood."

Pete nodded his head. "It's basically a rebrand," he explained. "Back in the other universe there was a public distrust towards that version of Torchwood, so it was given a name change to ease public fears. The same issues faced this universe's Torchwood as well, even after several Centuries have gone by. So we changed its name and now we work National and International. Well, apart from Wales, Scotland and Northumbria. They all have their own localised Torchwoods."

Rose smiled, knowing that Jack was still likely working at the Torchwood in Cardiff. "And who's the current President?" The Doctor queried.

"A man called Barron Trump," Pete replied, frowning at the reaction from the Time Travellers, apart from Jaime, who continued to be embraced in a hug from her partner. "I believe he's Donald Trump's Grandson."

The Time Lord groaned. "That's all we need. Another Trump as President."

Amy sat forward in her seat, interested in the conversation. "Another?" She asked.. "who else in that family became President?"

"Yeah, I'd like to know that too," a confused Pete said. "Because I researched all the Presidents when I came here and not one of them were a Trump until now."

The Doctor sighed and began to explain how a different member of the Trump family became President in another Universe.

Expecting it to be yet another long story, Jackie gathered up all the empty mugs in order to make more tea. Rose decided to help her mum take them to the kitchen.
