On the bridge of the vampire.
"Will some one please give me control of my damn ship." Asked Harrison.
"I'm trying sir, this virus is very cunning. I've managed to isolate propulsion, life support, and internal coms." The ensign reported.
"Geltz to Harrison, I'm seeing a lot of Klingons down here. Mind telling me what's going on up there?" asked Geltz.
"Just a little problem with a Klingon computer virus. What is your location?" asked Harrison.
"Deck 4 section 3 alpha." Answered Geltz.
Tactical reports. "Sir there are at least 25 Klingons down there."
"Yeah, I know, is there a way around them?" asked Geltz.
"let me look." Responded Harrison.
"SIR DETECTING AN EXPLOSION ON DECK 4." Said Tactical.
"WHAT! Geltz come in do you read me!" Yelled Harrison. "GELTZ!"
"Sir, Power drain on that deck. Something is siphoning the power from the main EPS Relay on that deck!"
"Geltz to Harrison, those Klingons are no more now." Geltz stated.
"How did you take them by yourself?" Harrison asked.
"I didn't." came his reply. "Little miss orange hair took care of them."
"HOW?!" Harrison asked shocked.
-a few minutes ago, on deck four—
Geltz is hiding around the corner.
"not this way." he whispered to the eight people standing next to him.
"Why not?" asked Ruby.
"too many Klingons." Answered Geltz.
"How many is too many?" asked Nora.
"I don't know maybe 25." Answered Geltz
"25?" asked all of them at the same time.
"Geltz to Harrison, I'm seeing a lot of Klingons down here. Mind telling me what's going on up there?" asked Geltz.
"Just a little problem with a Klingon computer virus. What is your location?" asked Harrison.
"Deck 4 section 3 alpha." Answered Geltz.

"Yeah, I know, is there a way around them?" asked Geltz.
"let me look." Responded Harrison.
"got it." said geltz.
"wait, where did orange hair go?" asked geltz.
Suddenly Geltz heard multiple explosions followed by Klingon screams of pain.
Geltz looked around the corner.
And what he saw was "shocking."
She had opened an eps conduit and was absorbing the energy.
And using it to dish out massive blows directed at the Klingon forces.
-Back on the bridge-
But Before Geltz could explain all that a new alarm filled the air. One that Harrison never thought he would hear
WARNING! WARP CORE OVERLOAD DETECTED! COOLING SYSTEM OFFLINE! SAFETY SYSTEMS OFFLINE! EJECTION SYSTEM OFFLINE! WARP CORE BREACH IN FIFTEEN MINUTES!
'that's just what I needed' thought Harrison. "Engineering! What's going on down there?"
"Sir, the computer virus shut down the coolant system and the ejection system. I can't stop this!"
"Aw shit. Anyway we can reinitialize the engine control system?" Harrison asked.
"Tried and failed. We cannot do anything. The vampire is going to explode, and we can't stop it."
Harrison hurriedly went to his chair and hit the ships PA system. "This the Captain. General order thirteen has been activated. All hands to escape pods. Abandon Ship. Repeat Abandon Ship. Geltz get our passengers to shuttle bay 2 i'll have the shuttle Eden on standby."
"Communications send out a distress call immediately. Tell them our status and that we are abandoning ship." Harrison ordered.
"Aye Sir." The comms officer reported "Mayday. Mayday. Mayday this the U.S.S. Vampire requesting immediate assistance. Our warp core is about to breach and we can't stop it. Our coordinates are being transmitted now. This message will repeat." He says into the earpiece as he hits the loop button. A few minutes later a reply comes though. "This is the U.S.S. Enterprise responding to your distress call. We are on our way ETA 5 minutes."
Harrison Replied "Acknowledged Enterprise. Be advised we have a Klingon attack force in the vicinity. Crimson Tide and our escorts are engaged."
-meanwhile on deck 4-
"WHAT IS GOING ON?!/WHAT DOES HE MEAN ABANDON SHIP?!/WERE ALL GONNA DIE!" Ruby, yang and jaune yelled at the same time. Nora just screams incoherently while Wiess Blake and Ren all try to remain calm.
"Everyone shut up and follow me to the shuttle bay!" Geltz yelled, losing his temper a little.
Five minutes later
On the bridge of the vampire.
"Sir, Enterprise and her task force are ready to pick up survivors." Said the comms officer.
(FYI: a task force consists of One vesta class, two excelsior class cruisers, five constitution class, the Belfast, and several centaur class.)
"Enterprise to all ships, cover us while we take on the survivors from the vampire." A female voice from the enterprise said.
"Geltz, Have you reached the hangar bay yet?" Asked Harrison.
"Nope, too many in my way, could use some backup." Answered Geltz.
"I'll send the nearest security team to your locati-." Responded Harrison but was cut off briefly by Geltz.
"They are already here… or they were. The Klingons slaughtered them." Said Geltz in a melancholy tone of voice.
"Why did their Aura's not protect them?" Asked Wiess.
"Auras? What are those?" Questioned Geltz.
"Aura is the manifestation of one's soul, it can act as a type of shielding from any harm." Answered phyra.
"So it's like an energy shield?" asked Geltz
"Sort of." Responded Blake
"Well. We do have something like that, only it doesn't protect us from all harm. Doesn't even look like they had time to activate them" said Geltz.
"I'm sorry, we could have helped them." Said Wiess.
"They knew that when they signed on they would give their lives to protect their ship, but there's no time to grieve over their deaths, Harrison is there another route?" Said Geltz.
"There is no other route from there. You're going to have to figure something out in the meantime,I'm on my way down there now." responded Harrison.
"Copy that." responded Geltz.
"Alright you guys just stay behind me we are going to hold here until the good capitan and his… wait where did miss orange hair go again?" said Geltz
A few minutes later Harrison arrives on deck 4 to see Nora already breaking the klingons legs.
"It looks like I got here just in time." Harrison says.
"Yep, she just jumped in there and started breaking the legs of all the klingons!" said Geltz.
"Well damn she did a number on them. if I didn't know any better I'd say she's special ops, crap got off topic, we need to get to the shuttle bay now.`` Harrison stated.
about 20 minutes later enterprise and task force managed to force the klingon armada to retreat with minimal losses to their task force… however the U.S.S Vampire has been destroyed
On the Enterprise.
"I'm Captain Harrison, formerly of the vampire. Requesting permission to come to the bridge." said Harrison.
a female voice responds as a woman with black hair red highlights and silver eyes stood up
"permission granted welcome aboard the enterprise, im Captain Summer Rose." she said
Harrison stands there shocked.
"Captain Rose, You wouldn't know a ruby rose, would you?" Harrison asks, finally managing to form a question.
"Yes, she's my daughter." she replies
"Ma'am, we have a lot to talk about."
