Re-Destro was preparing, his goal was simple, to change the status quo by liberating the oppressed metas from the oppressing governments.
For this the recovering Meta Liberation Army did preparations, among them was increasing the MLA force's numbers. Which went extremely well for a new player, someone unexpected. This person was ambitious, but cautiously prepared and skilled. Not to mention their charisma and smarts. Actions by them increased the MLA's numbers greatly without anyone's notice minus to Re-Destro's faction.
After the incident of the Shie Hassaikai Raid, their men found the mysterious figure called as the Fallen Hero, in the company of a little child.
The leader of the Meta Liberation Army quickly made a meeting with the upper brass and this person at the Gunga Mountain Villa.
Here the invited Fallen Hero walked in, in their arms was the little girl, she was surprised and shyly eyed the members of the MLA's leadership: Curious, Trumpet, Skeptic, Geten and finally Re-Destro.
"His nose is long." noted the child quietly, although the woman and the leader heard it. Curious could coo on her innocent comment if her boss wouldn't be in earshot. However, surprisingly Destro's son smiled on the little girl's words.
"His smell must be good. Don't mind her. She is my protectorate after the Shie Hassaikai Raid. Eri is her name." told them the kid's protector.
"And you must be Fallen Hero." exclaimed Chitoze Kizuki.
"Fallen Hero. You might know us. But we would like to see you among our ranks as a full-fledged member of the Meta Liberation Army. Your skills raised our warriors' numbers up to six million. Because of this we need more lieutenants like you." praised him Re-Destro.
"I didn't do that much. I just located members, sent intel and analysis to Trumpet and Skeptic and honed my Meta Ability, which is the Quirk with other name." replied the green costumed young man, he wore an oni mask to hide his identity. The latest of the sentence was directed to Eri, who didn't know what the Meta Ability is until now.
"Would you reveal yourself and your Meta Ability kid?" asked him Geten, in turn the green suited teen took off his mask, revealing his face.
"You're Midoriya Izuku from U.A.!" recognized him Curious, she was shocked like the others, although Rikiya Yotsubashi hid his well.
"I was from U.A. until I was expelled and got into a fight with the Pros around there. I saved Eri-chan, yet they tried to separate us, my father is working abroad, helping the local branch of the MLA. He is the reason I got a Quirk like yours Grand Commander. I can use most of my negative emotions to turn into power, mainly through anger to be stronger. However, my Quirk is difficult to control, in a wrong form and I can be a danger to even my allies. There is a reason I am called as the Berserker. Muscular was killed by me, I crippled All For One unintentionally, I took out most of the yakuza, which's raid where I participated and Moonfish. Now as AFO is in prison, the League of Villains can be easily taken down and several former members of the Shie Hassaikai is ready to join the MLA. Rappa, Tengai, Katsukame and Nemoto are joined to me, but they need to be rescued from the prison. However, Himiko Toga, Twice, Magne and Mustard are close to change sides to our favor too." said Izuku to them.
"And your Meta Ability's name?" interrogated Geten, before the teen's skin turned into green.
"My Meta Ability is Hulking Rage. With that I can turn into different forms which have separated pros and cons. And I can kill you ease Geten-san." replied the teen to the man in parka.
"Before you two fight from distrust. We have to neutralize the League of Villains." directed Re-Destro the duo's attention to a more important matter.
"I can handle it." declared Midoriya with determination.

In Mid-December, the League of Villains minus Kurogiri, who is in Tartarus right now. Until they saw the mist Villain show up with a company on his side: The Hulk of U.A.: Izuku Midoriya.
"Hi Izuku!" greeted Himiko Toga the boy.
"Hi Himiko! Good to see you guys. Let's talk before the titan wakes up." greeted back the recently arrived and invited them to talk.
"How did you rescued Kurogiri-san from Tartarus?" asked Shigaraki cautiously from Izuku.
"That wasn't that hard. Considering the fact I am counted as a Villain, so I broke into that prison, a few others and freed some prisoners. Namely Lady Nagant, Stain, the U.S.J. Nomu, the remaining Hosu Nomu, the Chainsaw Nomu, the present Kurogiri and the almighty All For One. Also the old man wants to test my value to him despite the fact my loyalty lies elsewhere." replied the greenette.
"YOU!" woke up Gigantomachia looking at the boy in green.
"Oh crap!" exclaimed Dabi.
"Was he just resting?" yelled Mustard.
"Yes?" replied to him the student also known as Juggernaut.
"LORD ORDERED ME TO KILL CRUSH YOU THEN KILL YOUR SISTER!" declared the titanic challenger, in turn the previously calm boy in the dark gray, sleeveless costume became furious.
"He dared what?" asked himself with tranquil fury as he slowly green and the other League members retreated into a safe distance of a few hundred meters.
"Uh oh. That was a bad idea from the TV guy." commented Toga.
"TV guy?" asked her Shigaraki confusedly.
"You know. The guy who talked through the TV, who could fight with Izuku and All Might as an equal." replied to him the girl.
"That's Sensei! And he isn't TV guy!" snapped at her the Decay Quirked, Mustard and Dabi barely could holding back their laugh.
"DO YOU WANT A FIGHT? DO YOU WANT BLOOD? I MAKE YOURS SPILL!" roared the teen as he started to grow both in size and muscle strength.
"What the?" now Mr. Compress was surprised.
"Which form he is going to use?" asked Spinner worriedly as the furious boy just grew.
"Don't know. Yes I do." replied Twice in his fright.
When Izuku finished growing, became 25 meters tall and he punched Gigantomachia with a force to make shockwaves and powerful winds. Which staggered, no, pushed back the previously thought to be unstoppable juggernaut. He also probably broke the latter's nose.
"WHAT!" now the witnesses were truly shocked.
"Mini lord?" said the golem-like brute as he recognized someone.
"Who?" asked him the giant teen as he earned a pointed finger at him by the other giant.
"YOU'RE MINI LORD! THE OLD LORD'S SON IS THE MIDDLE LORD. THE LATTER'S SON IS YOU! WHEN YOU WERE A VERY LITTLE CHILD, YOU BROKE MY NOSE." exclaimed the titan.
"Pardon?" Izuku quickly recovered from the shock and yelled at Gigantomachia. "DON'T TRY TO HURT MY LITTLE SISTER ERI GIGANTOMACHIA OR I'LL END YOUR LIFE!" in turn the brute which didn't recognize Shigaraki as a successor bowed before the Midoriya.
"ARE YOU KIDDING WITH ME?" yelled Tomura Shigaraki.
"Is that true Kurogiri?" asked Magne from the mist Villain.
"Yes, it is. Gigantomachia was temporally Izuku's bodyguard. I know this from Sensei mentioning once. It's possible he might forget from the punch delivered by All Might at his head." replied to her Kurogiri.
"NOW LEAGUE OF VILLAINS! ARE YOU CONSIDERING JOINING FORCES WITH ME?" asked them Izuku, he was formerly the Unstoppable Hero: Dekiru before he shrink back to his normal size.
"Yes, we do." uttered most of them minus Tomura, who grumbled it.
"And about that, we're going to join forces with the Meta Liberation Army. Funnily enough my father is a member and I joined a while ago. Now we must recruit All For One and his mad doctor Garaki. Then the world will learn the true might of our combined forces as the Paranormal Liberation Front. We will reshape this society." declared Izuku.
At U.A. Bakugo felt oddly sick from something, a feeling made him feel terribly scared. Sure, All Might was in a great health because the blond teen's "rival" ensured that, but his hunch told him a terrible scenario. One, where atleast four Symbol of Peace tier Villain is ready to change the game of Heroes and Villains.
