"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to ruin your big day." Kyle mutters.
"Maybe if you didn't lie to us in the first place, this wouldn't have happened." Heath says.
"I didn't want to lie but I knew none of you would have been happy about me getting back with Emily. We went through a rough patch, but you and Bianca have gone through worse, so has Casey and Denny, but somehow because it's my relationship I'm being stupid. Well I'm sorry- Actually I'm not. I love Emily and I will not break up with her just because none of you can be happy for us." Kyle rants.
"You know we would have been happier for you if you just told us the truth to start with. You had issues about being lied to, yet you've gone and done the same to us." Lucas says. "I thought we meant more to you than that."
"You do but-"
"There's not but, Kyle. You've gone too far this time." Heath shakes his head.
"Great, well…" Kyle stops. "I know when I'm not welcome, so I'm going to pack some things up and move out. Least Brax won't have to find a new manager with Lucas being a half manager." He mutters, walking out with Emily, who was waiting by the door for him.
"How has it come to this!" Casey groans.
"Well we best be off, the cab is due soon." Heath grins at Bianca.
"Heath, I don't think now is the best time for us to be going away." Bianca says.
"Oh come on Bianca, I'm not delaying our perfect mini honeymoon just because of my stupid brothers. This is our special time away, but if you want to stay, then I'm sure I can find someone else to come with me." Heath mutters, pretending to glance around.
"Alright, as long as things get sorted while we're away." Bianca says, looking at the remaining brothers.
"Trust me, this is going to be sorted one way or another." Tyler says. "Arguments were meant to have stopped after Kyle's accident and we were doing really well as a family."
"Surely it's something more if Kyle felt he couldn't tell us he was back with Emily." Lucas mutters as he thinks to himself.
"Like he said, he knew we wouldn't be happy with him getting back with her. But if he's been with her this long and she hasn't upset him since, surely that's a good thing?" Tyler asks. "Maybe we all need a family meeting with Kyle and Emily so we can all talk about this and understand more why they couldn't be honest with us."
"I don't think that's a bad idea. We're a family, we can't be at odds with each other like this anymore. Just because we didn't see Kyle and Emily together while he was recovering, it doesn't mean she wasn't there for him." Casey says.
"Brax is the one who went to every counselling session, every physio session, all post-discharge appointments, but sure Emily did loads for him while he was recovering!" Heath rolls his eyes. "Face it boys, Brax has been there for Kyle more than Emily ever has. He might be happy with her but he shouldn't have said all that stuff to Brax. Maybe Brax shouldn't have gone off at him either, but I don't blame him for sticking up for himself."
"Maybe this is what needs to be discussed in a family meeting with both Brax and Kyle present." Bianca says.
"Yeah, but we've got a mini honeymoon to get to, so it's going to have to wait." Heath says, taking Bianca's hand.
"Okay, I guess we do have a week before our actual honeymoon to get everything sorted." Bianca smiles before they both say goodbye to everyone before leaving to get changed and say goodbye to Rocco, who was with a babysitter.

"Kyle, you can't move out!" Lucas sighs from where he was standing next to Tyler and Casey. "Just stay so we can sort this out!"
"I can't stay here." Kyle mutters, not seeing Brax and Ricky walking through the door as he had his back to it. "I know I shouldn't have lied, but I didn't want to be told that I shouldn't be with Emily. She was going through some stuff of her own and wanted some space, even if she went the wrong way around it. Shouldn't it be enough that she makes me happy?"
"You know I never would have told you to not be with her, but thanks for the confidence." Brax says, Kyle turning to face him. "And if you actually told us the truth in the beginning, then things would be a lot different now." He says before walking into the flat.
"Kyle, please talk to him." Ricky says, briefly glancing at the boys before looking back at Kyle.
"I need to find somewhere to stay tonight, so can't." Kyle says.
"Well stay at Heath's for the night with us. There's a spare room and I'm sure Heath wouldn't mind, you're family." Lucas says, distracting him from Ricky, who was whispering something in Tyler's ear.
"No, I think I need time away from all of this." Kyle shakes his head.
"Kyle, can I show you something in private?" Tyler asks.
"What?" Kyle frowns.
"Outside." Tyler says, leading Kyle out the door, but instead shoves him into the flat before locking the door.
"That's not a good idea." Casey says. "They'll kill each other!"
"If it means we don't have more arguments, then so be it." Ricky smirks, knowing Brax wasn't planning on hurting Kyle, he just wanted to know what had changed over the past year, although she wasn't sure how Kyle would take being forced into the situation.
"How is that going to help?" Lucas asks. "We were meant to have a family meeting about this when Heath and Bianca get back from their trip to the Blue Mountains."
"I'm sorry, Lucas, but I can't go that long with this family not being united. And by the looks of it, Kyle was leaving, so I'm surprised you're against this from happening." Ricky says.
"I'm not against it, I just think there are better ways to go around this than forcing them in the flat together." Lucas says.
"Well I don't hear any arguing, so something must be going well." Tyler says before moving away from the flat door.
"How come you came up with this idea?" Casey asks.
"I spoke to Brax down on the beach about why he lost his anger like that, and it was some personal things, not just about Kyle. He was just hurt that Kyle lied to him about this after he made a promise to not keep things from Brax. You know how much he cares about family, especially since Henry was born." Ricky says. "It feels like Brax is excluded from things because you've all got each other now."
"He said that?" Casey frowns.
"Not exactly, but I know it's what he was getting at. I've noticed it a lot, just more since Henry was born. Brax is your big brother and it's like he isn't part of this family anymore. Heath wasn't excluded this much after Rocco was born." Ricky says.
"That's not true, we haven't been excluding him." Lucas frowns.
"Well maybe we have without even realising it." Tyler mutters as he thinks to himself. "Whenever we went out whether to Yabbie Creek or just around town, it was just us, and sometimes Heath joined us. I can't think of many times we asked Brax along. If that was me, I'd take it pretty personally and would feel the same as Brax. I mean, I did for a while when things weren't great between us."
"Well now you've made me feel shit." Casey sighs. "But he didn't need us to invite him, he's our brother, he could have just come along."
"This is Brax we're talking about. He had the River Boys and never cared about whether you did things with him or not because he understood you were kids and wanted to live your lives. After Henry was born, the River Boys kind of shut him out, and it was like he was never the gang leader. I just don't get why things have changed so much for Brax when it didn't for Heath. How is it any different?!" Ricky asks.
"It isn't." Lucas frowns, not realising so many things had changed in his big brother's life. "Why weren't we ever told about this?"
"He didn't want me to say anything. I get that he's different to how he used to be way before we got married, but I don't get why people he thought highly of had to stop talking to him because he's got a kid now." Ricky says.
"We never stopped talking to him." Lucas frowns.
"No, that was more about the River Boys." Ricky says. "He knows you've got your own lives, and he still loves you all so much."
"Well from now on things are going to change. We're a family of six, not five, well more including the girls and kids." Casey says, saying the last bit to himself.
