AU. OC. Non canon. Plotless (mostly). One-shot.
Severus owns a tattoo parlor and Daisy comes in for a shoulder tattoo. Severus has over plans... making her his.
She was the poster child of innocence – light blue eyes, blonde curls and a light pink dress. The dress was modest except for the curves of the woman who wore it. Severus was instantly attracted to those hips and those tits… shit, why was she in a place like this? Severus stood from his station, going to the counter.
"The mall is down the block." She blinked at him; her eyes wide. Shit, his cock was hard in his black jeans. "Are you here for some art?"
She nodded, a blush appearing on her peach skin. "Yes. I am." Even her voice sounded innocent. Severus wasn't about to let anyone touch this woman. She was his.
"Do you know what you want done?" She slowly shook her head and he motioned to his art binder. "Why don't you take a look, get an idea and I'll get my station ready for you."
She had to get close to pick up the binder and when she did, shit, he could smell her: pomegranates and lemons.
"You're legal right? Got ID?"
She nodded but didn't move to show her ID. Severus watched her sit on the lobby chair, flipping open his art binder. He felt his cock harden seeing how she ran her finger along his work, taking in each tattoo before moving to the next. In his mind, he was already designing her tattoo – she would love what he gave her. She wasn't going to get a stock tattoo. No, she would get an original that no one else would ever see and he knew exactly where to place it on her body too.
Daisy felt her nerves close to the surface as Severus watched her flip through the binder. His art was beautiful and she could barely keep her heart from pounding. Her friends had thought her insane when she said she was thinking of getting a tattoo. If they had known about Severus, they would have wanted one too. Daisy looked up as he watched her, her thighs trembling. He had to be the most beautiful man she had ever seen in her life.
The shop was empty except for them. Daisy knew that he closed up on Monday nights, so she knew they could be alone. She felt like a silly girl, trying to get the dark and handsome man alone to herself. He had to be taken but a part of her didn't care. She wanted him. She wanted him bad.
"Anything look good?" She nodded. "I got to close up soon, so unless we get started soon, you're going to have to come back."
She felt her nerve waver then. Putting his binder back on the counter, she swallowed, meeting his eyes.
"The butterfly, number seventeen."
He nodded. "Good choice. Where did you want it?"
"My shoulder."
He raised a brow. "That particular tattoo is best on the ribcage."
She felt her mouth go dry. "Really?"
"Yes." His tone was definitive and Daisy felt her panties get damp. She swallowed. "Let me do a quick draw up and you can see what I'm thinking of doing. Have a seat." He motioned to the tattoo chair and she sat on it stiffly. He opened an art book and went to work. He worked quickly but when he showed it to Daisy, it was detailed and beautiful. She shivered.
"It's beautiful."
"How long have you been thinking of getting some art?" He asked, sitting on his stool, pulling on some gloves. Daisy sat back, holding her hands tightly.
"For a while."
"I still need to see some ID."
She opened her purse and withdrew her card. Severus stared at her picture, she looked perfect before looking at her age. His cock harden, seeing she was only ten years younger than him and perfectly legal. He memorized her address without effort before handing her card back. He had already decided that this tattoo would be off the books. He would have her sign the standard waiver but that was it. He planned on making this woman his.
"I don't usually question one's choice in art, but I didn't peg you for the butterfly type."
"Oh? Why not?"
"It's too ordinary. Too sweet." He gave her a look that melted her insides. "You are so much more than that, I can tell just by looking at you. You're a lioness under that pink dress."
Daisy's skin heated and she found herself nodding. "I chose a butterfly because it's tame. My friends would expect it."
He leaned closer. "Why not do the unexpected? Surprise the shit out of them."
She laughed. "I'm not that adventurous."
He tilted his head. "I think you are." He looked at the time. "It's too late to start tonight. How about we set up an appointment for tomorrow night and I can show you what I think your tattoo should be. If you don't like it, I'll give you the butterfly. Deal?"
She found herself nodding. Severus offered her his hand and she let him help her up. They walked to the door.
"I'll see you tomorrow night, Daisy. Same time."
She nodded, slow to take her hand from his. "Tomorrow. Severus."
Severus was up all night designing her tattoo. It became a henna style tattoo for the sternum and he was able to camouflage a skull, his own tattoo, in the design. He prayed she would love it and accept it. It was the closest to a marriage proposal she would ever get.
Daisy thought for only a moment of not returning to the tattoo parlor. She was nervous to see this adventurous tattoo he was convinced was more her but she also felt the undeniable need to please Severus. She felt like a fool but it didn't stop her from coming back. It was quiet and when she stepped in, Severus flipped the open sign off and locked the door. That should have scared her but it didn't. She should have run when his mouth dropped to hers and they shared a hot kiss. When Severus pulled back, he was breathing hard but it was Daisy holding onto him to stay upright. His eyes flickered down her body, taking in the jeans and button up top. He brushed her curls from her face.
"Let me show you your tattoo."
She sat in the same tattoo chair as last night and Severus handed her his work. Her eyes seemed to light up, her breathing changed and she traced the clean lines. Severus willed his cock to calm down as her scent seemed to invade his senses.
"This is different from any of your other works." She looked up. "It's beautiful, Severus."
He nodded. "It'll look beautiful on you."
"Where?"
"Right here." He pressed a finger on her sternum and she looked at him wide eyed before she nodded.
"It looks Indian?"
"Henna."
"Like the wedding tattoos?"
"Exactly." He sat on his stool. He gave her another moment to change her mind before he had her sign the waiver. Putting on fresh gloves, he motioned her to remove her shirt. Daisy swallowed before she began to unbutton her top. Normally, Severus gave his client a cover up and left them to get themselves ready. Not for his Daisy. She slowly undid her shirt until he could see the black bra. He fought the urge to kiss her as it had a front clasp. Perfect. She undid the clasp, moving it out of the way as she settled on the chair. Her heavy tits naturally separated without the thin bra holding them in place. Severus breathed in a calming breath. He had seen hundreds of bodies on this chair but this was the first one he really looked at and wanted. Shit, there was no way he couldn't want Daisy.
"Relax." Her heart was pounding, he could see how quickly her breathing had changed. As he stared at her eyes, her breathing relaxed until she was no longer a runaway train. He moved closer to adjusted her shirt until it was out of his way. His finger skimmed her soft breast and he internally told his cock to calm down. He prepared her sternum and the space under her breasts for the tattoo. Her skin was perfectly warm and Severus couldn't believe he was about to mark an angel with his skull. "Ready?"
Daisy nodded. "Yes, Severus."
"Then let's get started."
To her credit, Daisy only hissed as Severus started on her tattoo. Sternum tattoos are typically more painful but Severus was proud of his girl. She took the pain like a champ. When he asked if she needed a break halfway through, she said no. Severus was soon lost to his work, marking her perfect skin with his mark. When he pulled back, it was done and it looked perfect. He handed her a mirror and helped her take a look at his work. She blinked.
"It's perfect."
He finished cleaning up and bandaged her tattoo. "It's going to hurt to wear a bra for a week or so, so I recommend you don't wear one." She blinked at him and he smirked. "You might want to call in sick from work, sunshine." He told her how to care for her tattoo and the healing process. With her bra in her purse and her shirt buttoned up, Severus's attention went back to her body and how it was affecting his.
"How much do I owe you?"
"On the house."
She frowned. "I want to pay for the tattoo – it's too perfect for you not to get something."
"Oh, I plan to make you pay over and over again for that tattoo. Just not tonight."
She gave him a look before she sat up in her chair, getting close to him. Severus closed the distance between them and kissed her hard. She responded kiss for kiss until they were both breathless and their hands were exploring each other's bodies. Severus pulled back first, cursing his erection.
"You better head on home. I'll walk you to your car."
Outside, the cold night air caused her tits to harden and Severus changed his mind about walking her to her car. Instead, he took her hand and lead her to the back of the shop and up the stairs to his flat. Daisy didn't say a word as he brought her inside and turned on a light. She glanced around, putting down her purse before turning to him. He kissed her forehead softly.
"Help yourself to anything you might need. I'll lock up for the night and we'll go from there." He hurried back to the shop, cleaning his station and turning off the lights. When he came back, he found Daisy in his bed and fast asleep. He moaned seeing she wasn't wearing a top and just panties. Stripping down to his boxers, he brushed his teeth before climbing into bed beside her. Daisy sighed in her sleep, her face turning towards him but remained asleep. He pressed a kiss to her cheek before he allowed himself to sleep too.
Severus couldn't stop touching her hips, stroking her thighs and tracing the dip of her waist. Daisy was still asleep and he was enjoying her skin along his. He wanted to smother her tits with his mouth but knew she would be sore this morning and it was best to let her skin breathe. He licked her shoulder, tasting her skin before rubbing his nose to inhale her scent. Daisy stirred then, turning her face towards his. She smiled when she saw him before she winced.
"Here's some pain relievers and water." He helped her take them before she laid down again beside him. She blushed as he took in her body, still touching her skin whenever he could.
"I've never been naked with a man before."
"Neither have I." He teased and she poked his ribs. He kissed her forehead. "I like seeing in you my bed. Right where you belong."
She didn't argue and they shared a long kiss before Severus pulled back, squeezing her hips. He coaxed her to talk about herself, to tell him about her life and how it had led her to him. Daisy was shy at first but it wasn't long before she was resting her head on his shoulder, stroking the skull tattoo on his chest and telling him her life story. Severus enjoyed listening to her voice, how it felt to hold her and the warmth of her body against his. They were laughing about butterfly tattoos when her purse began to vibrate. She sat up.
"What time is it?" She hurried to her purse, digging out her phone and reading the caller ID. Severus noticed her ignore the call and send it to voicemail.
"Just after nine. Do you want breakfast?" He was liking how she looked, naked with her curls a mess. She blushed, realizing how exposed she was but unsure what to do about it. Severus stood, grabbing his own shirt and put it on her. She laughed as he helped her before he silenced her with a soft kiss. Daisy smoothed the shirt down, her tits stretching the material, accenting her waist. Severus moaned, running his hands along her hips. "Waffles or pancakes?"
"Waffles." He led her to the kitchen, sitting her at the table while he began moving around in the kitchen, preparing their breakfast. Severus liked how she watched him, seeming to not want to miss a second of movement. He quickly fried up some potatoes, tomatoes and eggs. Daisy helped herself to the fridge, pouring them each a glass of orange juice before she set the table. Severus stared at her panty covered ass – as much as he wanted to take care of her, he liked that she wanted to do the same. Severus drowned Daisy's waffles in butter and syrup because he knew she liked them that way. Daisy found fruit perseveres in the fridge, spreading it on Severus's waffles. He moved her chair close to his, so their elbows would brush and bump as they ate. He kissed her halfway through their meal, the taste of maple syrup on her lips a treat.
"You haven't mentioned what kind of work you're in."
Daisy nodded, swallowing her food. "I work in retail. Nothing special."
"Clothes? Make up? Miniature ponies?"
She laughed at his joke, shaking her head.
"Actually, a hardware store. I run the paint department."
Severus tilted his head. "You run the department? That's special."
She shrugged. "Not really but I do enjoy working with my customers. I work the closing shift tonight, so I better head home to change."
Severus took her hand in his, lacing their fingers.
"I thought I told you to call in today?"
"I can't call in…" Severus gave her a look and Daisy looked away, guilty. "I'm sure I can handle the discomfort for a few hours."
"If needs be, I can get you a note saying you need to stay home a few days – they can't argue with that."
"It's such short notice… my boss…" She glanced at her purse and he saw that there was more to the story.
"I have a friend at the clinic, he can write you a note without telling your boss you got a tattoo. A 24-hour flu should do it." He smiled. "Can't have you throwing up on your customers – that's bad for business."
She gave in with a nod and he sent a text to his friend who emailed a doctor's note within five minutes. Daisy read it over, seeing it said she came in last night dehydrated and needed a few days to recoup. She couldn't believe Severus had done this for her. She emailed her boss and HR the note and texted her coworker that she wouldn't be at work that day. Her friend told her to take care of herself, while her boss did not reply to her email. Daisy laughed, bumping Severus with her shoulder.
"You're a bad influence! I have never lied to an employer before."
He shrugged. "Got to live sometime?" They kissed before cleaning up the kitchen. Daisy insisted she wash the dishes so Severus took a shower. He pulled on black jeans and a grey tee shirt. Daisy gave him the slow look over of approval. He slapped her ass, sending her to dress while he got the paper and began to read.
Daisy tamed her curls into a bun, donning on her button up shirt and jeans. She couldn't shower because of her tattoo but she did give herself a sponge bath to freshen up. When she came out, Severus was working on the crossword puzzle – nearly done.
"I can never figure those out."
He tossed the paper aside, pulling her to sit on his lap.
"What do you want to do today? You're first day of playing hookie?"
Daisy put her arms around his shoulders. "I need some fresh clothes, so a trip home first."
"I'll take you on my bike."
"Bike?"
Daisy clung to Severus, her face buried in his back as they weaved through the late morning traffic. She had never been on a motorcycle before and preferred quiet streets to the highway. Severus pulled up into her driveway and helped her dismount. She blushed as he removed her helmet and fixed her hair, kissing her forehead.
"This your house?"
"I rent the basement, this way." She led him to the side of the house where there were stairs leading down. He noticed the potted plants on the steps and her bright yellow door. He frowned, seeing that her doorknob and lock set were cheap – easy to break-in. They were going to have to upgrade her security. Inside, it was one large room with a partition separating the bedroom from the living area. While Daisy went to her dresser, Severus noticed how her kitchen was a mini fridge and a hot plate. Her trash was filled with to-go containers. He could see that she had made improvements to the place. Despite its size, it was homey and clean. The furniture was used but well taken care of. Bright accent pillows. Flowers on the window sill. The room smelled just like her. He opened a door, finding her tiny bathroom with its tiny shower.
"It's not much but the rent is perfect." He looked up seeing that Daisy had changed into a white dress with blue edging. She looked beautiful. "My landlords are very nice."
"The front door needs new locks – one kick and that door is toast." She tilted her head and he slipped his arms around her waist, bringing her body against his. "I won't let you sleep here alone until those locks are upgraded."
She blushed. "Severus, is that your way of asking me to spend the night with you?"
"That was a given."
Severus and Daisy feel into a routine as a couple seamlessly. Daisy couldn't believe how Severus treated her, like she was precious, and that he wanted her. Severus couldn't believe that such an amazing woman didn't see her own worth. Daisy still blushed every time Severus came to the hardware store to see her, to take her to lunch or to take her home. Her coworker, Betty, couldn't believe her vanilla friend had such a bad-boy looking boyfriend. Daisy didn't bother to correct her, as Severus was nothing like a bad boy. He was a man in every sense of the word and he made Daisy feel like the only woman in the world. Daisy's boss, Debbie, seemed shocked that she was dating – like she had made it up, even after seeing Severus come every day to see Daisy for lunch. Her work schedule was changed weekly, much to Daisy's frustration as her schedule hadn't changed in years until now. She couldn't help but think Debbie was trying to punish her for something.
Severus was polite to Daisy's coworkers but had ignored Debbie even existed. He knew something was going on with the older woman and that she was taking it out on his Daisy. New rules were posted in the breakroom, banning visitors even though they had allowed visitors for years. Daisy began meeting Severus in the parking lot and soon they weren't allowed to have breaks in their cars – only in the breakroom. Severus took Daisy across the street so they could sit out and enjoy each other's company without her boss checking in on them. Severus wanted to put the woman in her place but didn't, only because Daisy insisted he would only make it worse. That Debbie would move on soon enough if he didn't interfere. Severus still didn't like it.
Daisy came into the shop after her shifts, waiting for Severus to finish his work. His team welcomed her with open arms. They were from all walks of life, art connecting them all. Daisy quickly became friends with Charlie the only female artist on payroll. The woman was covered head to toe in gritty tattoos and piercing. Severus thought Daisy might be afraid of Charlie but somehow his woman had saw instantly that Charlie had a heart of gold. The two began hanging out outside of the shop. Severus got some crap from the guys for being so pussy whipped but they were always respectful to Daisy. He would tear them a new one if they weren't.
His angel stood out among his friends but she also seemed most at ease with them. When Charlie started in on wanting to tattoo Daisy, Severus had to shut that down. The entire shop had stared, as he declared no one was touching his Daisy. Only he could tattoo her skin. Daisy had blushed in pleasure while the guys gave him crap for being so possessive. Charlie had winked at Daisy, each knowing Severus was a softy at heart.
They had been dating for a month and still hadn't had sex. They enjoyed making out, exploring each other's body and finding their pleasure points. They slept in their underwear, skin to skin, at night. Daisy's tattoo was healed with no complications and Severus enjoyed tracing the clean lines while she slept. He knew Daisy was a virgin and didn't want to rush or pressure her. Daisy was more than interested in taking the next steps but wasn't sure how. She enjoyed everything Severus did with her body, making her feel so good and so beautiful and cherished.
Daisy stretched out on the bed, snuggling into Severus. He was reading in bed, leaning against the bedframe, book resting on his bent knee, his free hand buried in her curls. Daisy hugged his waist and he kissed her hair.
"Read to me?"
He didn't hesitate, reading aloud to her. Daisy let his words stroke her body, letting her mind slip away. It was a collection of short stories, all involving Greek gods and goddesses. Severus seemed to read any book he could get his hands on but he did favor history and culture.
Severus walked down the street, headed for the hardware store. He nodded to the cashier before he heard the raised voices. He looked for the source, finding it was a closed office door in the back. Betty was at the base of the stairs, crumbling her vest.
"Hey Betty, what's going on?"
She jumped at his voice. "Severus, thank goodness it's you – Debbie has finally gone over the deep end. She's yelling at Daisy for –"
Severus didn't wait to hear why his woman was being yelled out, taking the stairs two at a time and throwing the door open. Daisy was sitting on a small chair while Debbie stood over her, literally foaming at the mouth. Both women jumped and looked up at him.
"What the hell are you doing? Get out of my office!"
"Daisy," his voice was calm. "Please come here."
She stood and Debbie turned on her, finger raised.
"You take one step out of this office and you are fired! Do you hear me? Fired!"
"Daisy." She didn't hesitate to take his hand. Severus searched her eyes, not seeing hurt or fear – only pent up anger. "Get your things, we're leaving."
Daisy didn't even look back, going to the breakroom and her locker. Severus straightened to his full height, Debbie taking a step back from him.
"I don't know why you were yelling at Daisy but mark my words – I know it was baseless and unlawful. You can expect a lawsuit on your desk and your boss's desk by morning. Daisy was the best employee you had and you tried everything to hide that fact. I'll make sure your boss understands fully that they have lost a great asset because of your bad leadership and jealousy." He moved his hand to his back pocket, the woman flinching like he was pulling out a gun. He pulled out his wallet, pulling out a postage stamp and setting it on her desk. "You will mail Daisy her last check and you will not deduct a single cent for postage. Good day."
He turned and walked down the steps, a wide-eyed Betty staring at him.
"I can't believe you did that. She's literally speechless, isn't she?" she whispered. Severus shrugged.
"She's a bully who can't take it." Daisy left the breakroom then, her purse filled with the contents of her locker. Severus took her paint vest and dropped it on the floor before he took her full bag. Daisy hugged Betty before she followed Severus out of the store. In the parking lot, her shoulders relaxed and she lifted her head up. Severus offered her his hand and she laced their fingers together, smiling.
By the time they got to her place, there were three messages on her answering machine. Debbie literally begging her to come back, with a dollar pay raise. Daisy deleted each without hearing them all the way through. The last message was HR requesting a meeting to discuss Debbie.
