Chapter 13- The Beifong's Destiny

Hei PoV

After that wonderful sleepover I have with Aang and Toph, I decide to tell Toph about her destiny. I can sense Pan around this area, but Toph needs to be the one to capture it. I also need to help Aang to communicate with the Avatar State because it can't be activated by strong emotions like rage anymore because he has some piece from Ozai, Aang needs to master this state to fight off natural disasters and save the entire environment from pollution.

"So Hei, you claimed that Aang needs to master his state right, then what my big destiny? Become a nomad? Travel the Spirit World? Saving the earth?". Toph said sarcastically.

"You guess correctly, wow you took the words right out of my mouth," I said cheerfully

"Wait for real, I have a huge destiny. I'm honored but overwhelm, I just want to fix up my nonexistent relationship with parents and figure something I could do with my bending." Toph said anxiously.

"Well Long Feng have your parents in captive, and you are not strong enough to face him yet. Toph, there are some things you need to learn about Gaia and how you got your talents. You will also need to learn from powerful benders like the Fire Nation Princess and the vigilante who doesn't know how to control himself." I said urgently.

"Oh, come on I invented metal-bending, what other techniques do I need to learn and what do you by how I got my talents. I manage to learn earth bending because the badger mole taught me. Besides whom is this Gaea anyway, you never go into many details about her. You did say earlier that I have gone on a trip with Azula and other people, but I thought you were just busting my chops. I guess you don't joke around these matters." Toph said in frustration as she laughs humor-less tone.

"Well, Gaia was that badgermole who taught you, she is the spirit of the Earth. You will meet her in your journey, and you will thank her for teaching you about earth bending. Right now, I don't want to overwhelm you, but it looks like I did a good job of that." I said in a burst of nervous laughter. I guess I need to be careful about not making people anxious with the whole destiny stuff.

"Oh no I'm not overwhelmed; I'm just surprised by all of this. I guess twinkletoes you not the only one with a huge destiny. Looks like I better learn these new earth bending techniques if I have to beat up that pathetic worm Long Feng, I'm going to make him pay for kidnapping my parents." Toph said excitedly

"Aang, we need to talk to the spirit of the Avatar. You need to communicate with the spirit if you want to fight off natural disasters and rebuild the Air temples. Toph, you probably need to pay intention because pretty soon you have to deal with spirits too." I said to Toph and Aang.

"Oh, right I'm ready to control the Avatar Spirit if it means bringing my people back and freeing myself from Ozai's influence," Aang said in a determined tone.

Long Feng PoV

It seems that the senile old fool Bumi. I can't wait to dispose of him and conquer Omashu, the first step of reuniting the Earth Kingdom and bringing it back to its former glory.

"Where are you Earth King Kuei, I have a special treat for Bosco." That crazy old man Bumi said in a sing-song voice, how is he the king? I have no idea. The old man appears before me in my throne room in green robes and a ridiculous horn in his head.

"Wait you're not Kuei, You're the infamous Long Feng who got beat by the princess, and where are your agents?" Bumi said in a surprised tone.

" I don't need them to kill you, prepare to die you worthless fool," As I shot a huge boulder from my fist at him. He manages to raise earth walls from the ground to block the attack.

"Wow, someone is a bit too eager to kill me. However, your eagerness will lead to your downfall. I guess you do have Pan's power inside of you, but that power isn't enough to realize your dream. You will lean that you condemn your soul to Gehenna for nothing." Bumi said

"Be silent you fool, I have to sacrifice everything to get to this point. You never have to struggle in filth as I have." I said angrily. I must silence him permanently I thought when I sent another boulder to his body.

"I to struggle with poverty myself, but I become the strongest in my city to become the King of Omashu, and I didn't take the easy way. I'm afraid that power will lead you to laziness and arrogance." As the mad king shot his boulder against my boulder for collision.
