The next day, two guards took Ryder to the courtroom with Sweetie and Chase walking with him. They entered the courtroom seeing the rest of the pups. As Sweetie look to her left, she saw the jury coming in, which is mostly the residents of Adventure Bay. Chase look to his right and saw Mayor Humdinger and Harold coming in with a sinister smile. Chase eyes widen open as he quickly ran toward them.

Chase shouted, "Mayor Humdinger!"

Mayor Humdinger looked down and said, "Ah, well if it isn't Chase of the Paw Patrol. I got rumors that Ryder is being put away for a long time."

Chase replied, "Ryder is not gonna get put away for a long time! We will win this case!"

Harold said, "Oh really? Well we have evidence that your so called puppy friends have done many damages to Adventure Bay, including Ryder."

Chase replied, "We'll just see about that.

After their conversation, everybody went to take a seat. Mayor Goodway then walked up to the front of the court.

Mayor Goodway said, "Please rise for the honorable Gustave Goodway."

Everybody got up as Gustave Goodway walked in and sat down. Everybody then got back to their seat.

Gustave Goodway said, "Okay, let get down to business. Harold Humdinger, will you please step forward and tell us what this case is about?"

Harold Humdinger got up and replied, "Yes. Today we will be hearing destructible, bad behavior, horrible influences, and drastic times about Ryder and the whole Paw Patrol. They've been abusing their jobs, they don't take their jobs seriously, they let an underage kid drive, and they even cause other kids in Adventure Bay to go through the same methods. My client Mayor Humdinger here have all evidences of how the pups acts and do their work."

Chase shouted, "HEY, WE ARE NOT HORRIBLE INFLUENCES!"

Gustave Goodway shouted, "Order, order in the court!"

Sweetie whispered, "Chase, keep it down."

Gustave Goodway said, "Gustave Goodway, please call your first witness."

Harold replied, "Yes. My first witness is Mayor Humdinger."

Mayor Humdinger got to the front of the court and sat down next to the judge.

Harold said, "Mayor Humdinger, please tell us in your own words on what the pups did exactly."

Mayor Humdinger replied, "Well, it all started at Mr. Porter's fruit shop..."

*flashback*

Mr. Porter is giving the Zuma and Rocky basket of fruits.

Mr. Porter said, "Here you go Rocky and Zuma, fresh fruits straight from the farm."

Zuma replied, "Thank you Mr. Porter."

Rocky said, "Come on Zuma, let get back to the Lookout."

Zuma and Rocky are heading their way to the Lookout. Mayor Humdinger saw the two pups running with a basket of fruits. As the pups were running, Zuma then had an idea.

Zuma said, "Hey Rocky, I bet you can't juggle five oranges."

Rocky questioned, "Is that a challenge?"

Zuma replied, "Yes, yes it is dude."

Rocky placed the box down and grabbed five oranges. He then started juggling all five of them.

Rocky said, "Hey, I'm doing it. I'm doing it!

Zuma was amazed by Rocky's performance. As Rocky continued to juggle, he started losing balance as all five of the oranges fly all the way to Mayor Humdinger and hit it onto his face.

Mayor Humdinger yelled, "Ahhhh!"

Rocky said, "Whoops, sorry Mayor Humdinger."

*end of flashback*

"And not only that Zuma and Rocky made me get orange juice all over my perfect purple clothes, they didn't even help clean up. They just ran back to the Lookout."

Ryder hesitated, "Oh come on! Rocky and Zuma would never do something like that!"

Zuma said, "Um actually Ryder, we uh kind of forgot to clean up the mess.

Ryder asked, "What?"

Harold said, "Thank you Humdinger, no further question."

Gustave Goodway said, "Chase, call in your first witness."

Chase replied, "Yes. My first witness is Sweetie."

Sweetie whispered, "Chase, what are you doing? Why do I have to vouch for Ryder first?"

Chase replied and whispered, "Relax, I got this.

Sweetie then got to the front of the court and sat down.

Chase said, "Sweetie, tell us in your own words with your relationship with Ryder."

Sweetie said, "My relationship with Ryder? Well, Ryder is one of the best leader ever. He always helps us and always helps Adventure Bay. Like that time when we went to save Puplantis from that Sid Swashbuckle and the time we stopped The Copycat from stealing the meter and sending the whole Lookout Tower into space. Ryder also helped me see the light of goodness along with my boyfriend Chase. Without Ryder, I wouldn't have gotten a better life than I once had before."

The jury spoke silently.

Chase said, "Thanks Sweetie. No further question."

Gustave asked said, "Harold Humdinger, do you and Mayor Goodway have evidence on how Ryder was considered a bad leader?"

Harold replied, "Yes your honor. My first evidence is this picture of Marshall."

The jury eyes widen open.

Marshall shocked, "Me?!"

Ryder said, "What?! What does Marshall have to do with anything?!"

Harold Humdinger said, "Marshall here is not a trained firefighter. He's a clumsy pup, always messed thing up, don't take things seriously, tells bad jokes, and always knocked over trash cans everytime he run."

Chase shouted, "Objection! Marshall is not a clumsy pup!"

Harold Humdinger said, "I have a montage video clip of Marshall falling and crashing everytime you pups go on a mission."

Harold play the video as it shows Marshall crashing into the elevator multiple times, falling off the ladder onto his truck, losing his balance while driving, and knocking over some objects. The jury was then shocked to see that.

Marshall whispered, "Why me?"

Harold said, "That is why Marshall shouldn't have been a Paw Patrol member in the first place! He just want to let idiots be in the team so they can go off saving the day."

Marshall gasped.

Sweetie said, "Oh he did not just say that!"

Gustave Goodway asked, "Does the defendant have anything to say in this?"

Chase replied, "Yes your honor and I would like to show you a clip of Marshall being the best Paw Patrol member in history."

Chase play the video as it shows Marshall performing at the play, Marshall being The Cheetah at the race, breaking the world record at the Fire Pup contest, putting out fires on other buildings, and leading the Fire Scout. The jury was then amazed to see that.

Chase said, "Marshall is a good pup. Yes, he does do some crazy thing, but that's how he is."

Gustave Goodway asked, "Does the defendant know where he found such a dalmatian?"

Chase replied, "Yes, and I would like to call Ryder to come over and tell."

Ryder came over to the front of the court and sat down.

Chase said, "Ryder, tell us in your own words on how you and Marshall met."

Ryder said, "Well, Marshall just sort of appeared on my doorstep. I mean, I was walking home when I saw Marshall following me. The next day he was still standing on my porch and barking happily. That is when I knew he wanted to be with me, so I adopted him. Then a few days later, he started talking to me. He wanted to be a fire pup and I welcome him to become the member of the Paw Patrol as a fire safety dog."

Chase asked, "And was Marshall trained well?"

Ryder replied, "Well, yes, but I didn't give him too many orders. I only gave him this motto. "Do your best and forget the rest". That is why Marshall is a good firefighter."

The court was amazed.

Chase said, "No further question. Thank you Ryder.

Ryder and Chase went to take a seat.

Gustave Goodway said, "Okay everybody, we will be taking a break. Come back in an hour and we'll continue this court session.

Everybody nodded as they left the courtroom area. The guards took Ryder to a room to keep him there for a while. The pups went to get a snack after sitting at the court for so long.

Sweetie said, "Wow Chase, we're doing good.

Chase replied, "Yes, but we still gotta win the case. Let just hope we can try.

Sweetie said, "Yeah.

Chase said, "I just can't believe Zuma and Rocky were irresponsible! I mean, juggling oranges. What's up with that?"

Sweetie said, "They were probably just playing.

Chase sighed, "Well, let hope we can try our best."

Chase and Sweetie went with the pups to get a snack. Will Chase and Sweetie help win the case with Ryder against Mayor Humdinger and Harold?
