"So, they have a base in southern India from what I've been told." Trevor explained to Dick and Poison.

"And you want us to investigate, no?" Poison asked.

"Yes, but we need to take the proper precautions. Dick may be able to walk away from anything short of the RYNO V but you are more vulnerable."

"Bitch, I ain't as soft as I look!"

"I know, but we still need to be cautious."

Trevor loaded up a map file on his large tablet which lay on the table in front of the three. The map showed a basic overview of the main enemy base on the coast of India located just underground a local populated town.

"It's not glamorous, but the main way in is through a local sewer." Trevor said.

"Sounds dank." Said Dick.

"Now, due to their ideology, we believe that they may not have grade x level weaponry, although Morrigan insists on their hypocrisy so we cannot be certain. Poison, take the carbonox armour that we procured from universe 13-kappa-acorn, you'll need it."

"But sir, no one will see my beauty under that thing and we can't have that!" She giggled in a playful manner.

"Lives are at stake here, can we please be serious for a moment? Good, we'll send you over later on today."

"Today?" Dick asked, taken aback.

"Sadly yes, we have reason to believe that the promised attack could happen at any time, we need to figure out what it is and why they plan to execute the attack ASAP, understood?"

"Sir, yes sir."

Very soon after that conversation, the two were briefed on the mission and sent to a room in the facility which contained a teleport station, cylindrical and powered by a form of dark matter. Trevor walked up to the power terminal controlling the machine and activated it. A whirling sound bellowed out as the circular door opened with dark purple matter flowing in its pipes.

"What if someone sees us teleporting in?" Dick asked.

"Trust me, no one will." Trevor replied.

Poison put on the carbonox armour, hiding her curves under the power of the nearly indestructible alloy. Dick didn't need armour and so continued to wear his crude t shirt and mustard hoodie.

"I'd complain that these outfits don't match, but mustard seems to suit you." Poison said, her voice muffled under her armour.

Resonant sounds from the teleport station grew louder as Poison walked through it, vanishing in a flash of magenta. Dick followed seconds later, his vision filled with that same magenta light before dissipating along with the noises into the ambient sounds and sights of an Indian village. People chatting both in English and Hindi, hot, stagnant air and scent of spicy foods filled Dick's senses.

"Don't you think you look a little suspicious under that armour?" He asked.

"You're just annoyed that you can't gaze at my alluring form through this." Poison replied, her tone flirtatious.

"I dunno, Samus is still pretty hot when she's in her armour."

"She was nice, I'll admit that, just a little too introverted for my taste."

"If you care about personality, why the fuck are you dating me then?"

As their conversation continued, the two looked around for the sewer pipe needed to enter the children's base. They walked through multiple shop stalls and occasionally getting asked about Poison's armour. In most cases, the locals assumed that they were on set for a big budget Bollywood movie. Soon enough, the two found the drain pipe which matched the image on Trevor's tablet.

"Here we are." Poison said

"Ugh, it stinks." Dick replied.

"Well, what did you expect, it's a fucking sewer pipe!"

"Even still."

Dick reluctantly walked in through the dank tunnel, lit up with small yellow lights and filled with raw sewage.

"This reminds me of that scene in Life of Brian, you know the one." Said Dick.

"I know the one, Biggus Dickus!" Poison replied.

The tunnel was surprisingly linear, with very few alternate pathways. Anytime the two encountered one, they'd follow the map given to them by Trevor.

After several minutes of wading through the pipes, they found themselves directly under an exit to the tunnels.

"I think this is the one." Said Poison

"How can you be sure?" Asked Dick.

Before Poison could answer, a male voice from above the exit spoke.

"Do you not think this is going too far Karan?"

"Nonsense, humanity must return to nature one way or another." A female voice replied.

"But we theoretically could have used any disease to wipe out civilisation, ebola just seems like it'll cause a lot of unneeded suffering!"

"Who said suffering was bad? It's good for the soul, without it, life would have no value."

Their voices were somewhat muffled but easy to understand, Dick and Poison instinctively stayed silent to eavesdrop in. They continued to spill the beans.

"But this just seems, unnecessarily sadistic to me."

"Too bad, we've already infected hundreds of millions, within two weeks, the virus will activate, the depravity and pathetic escapism of the modern world is already dead."

"I guess mankind does deserve retribution."

Was it already too late? Dick hoped not but a pain in his stomach feared otherwise.
