Unfortunately, this story's coming to an end real soon. I've had a really fun time writing for this story in this show's exciting universe. The fandom is super nice and I'm glad I could be apart of it. This isn't goodbye just yet, though.

This does have an explicit scene but no lemons and it's short lol

Lilly wobbled on Jake's skateboard, unsure. "I don't think I can do this," she said.
"It's easy. Just do the things we told you," Jake reassured.
Spud looked back at Alicia and Rose sitting on a rock and asked, "You sure you don't wanna try?"
They both shook their heads quickly before Lilly fell on her butt. Trixie tried her hardest not to laugh, though she could feel it escaping. Lilly scowled at her and stood, brushing herself off. "I don't know how you do it." She took off Trixie's helmet. "I think I'll call it a day."
"Already?" Jake questioned. "But we just got here."
"Yeah, we came all this way to teach you how to skateboard, don't forget it," Trixie scolded.
"I know, but it's hard," Lilly whined. "But I do feel bad. Fine, I'll go again after a small break."
Spud made a confused expression. "Break? You only tried once."
Trixie scoffed, "You know Miss Girl over here don't wanna get her nails dirty."
Lilly poked her with her acrylics. "I don't mind if my nails get dirty, I can just wash them. I do mind if they break." She sat next to Rose.
"I should teach you exclusively. Mama Trix knows all the moves."
Spud scoffed, "Do you?"
She looked over to him. "You love tryin' me. Name a better female skater than me that you know personally. I'll wait."
Spud shrugged. "Maybe if Jackie were here she'd show you up."
Lilly fixed her hair. "What did ever happen to Jackie anyway?"
Rose groaned at the memory. Jake elbowed Spud. "Jackie is me. Remember?" he whispered to him.
"Ohh yeah. My bad." Spud winked. Trixie facepalmed.
"What about me, can you teach me?" a girl asked.
Everyone shifted their attention to a beautiful girl with long dark purple hair. Her lips were in black lipstick, curling into a friendly smile. Despite her appearance, she radiated positive energy.
She walked up to the group and introduced herself, "Hi, I'm Suni. I'm new to this area."
"We sure are getting a lot of new people," Rose mumbled.
Trixie looked at her grey tank top that revealed her sleeve of tattoos. "Damn girl, that's nice." She pointed to her arm. "How old are you?"
"Seventeen."
Spud's jaw dropped. "Then how'd you get those?"
"Did them myself."
"You gotta be one talented girl to do those tats by yourself." Jake went to get a closer look.
Suni grinned at him. Boldly, she held his face. "Who might you be?"
Jake froze. Rose scowled at her. "That's Jake," she answered.
Suni let go, looking innocent. "I'm so sorry! Is he your boyfriend?"
The two blushed and started rambling at the same time. They both finally quieted down and Rose finished, "No, he's not my boyfriend."
Suni circled the boy like a shark. "So what you're saying is, he's single?"
Rose nodded.
Suni hopped on the skateboard and looked at Jake. "Teach me how to ride."
Trixie checked her phone. "That's the time? I gotta bounce."
"Why?" Lilly asked.
"I got a date with Brian," Trixie said, almost not sounding like herself. She sounded giddy.
"And you didn't tell me?" Alicia huffed.
"It slipped! I'll let you know how it goes." She sprinted home. "Bye, y'all."
Suni asked, "What was that girl's name? She was really nice."
"That's Trixie," Spud said. "Trust me, she's not all that nice."
"I heard that, Spudinski!" Trixie shouted from a distance. The boy flinched as if she could smack him from that far away.
The group (plus Suni, minus Trixie) hung out at the skatepark until sunset. Rose walked back home alone. She kicked a rock while remembering Suni and Jake at the park. Laughing, touching, Jake even catching her whenever she fell. There was a spark, she could feel it. But they were over, so why should she care?
Well, she did. She did care. Rose couldn't help it and that just made her even more frustrated. Jake did her wrong multiple times, which is why she couldn't understand the cause of her jealousy.
The saddest part was, Suni was so nice. Everyone clicked with Suni simultaneously. She was cool with her illegal tattoos and pretty with her long, dyed hair. She looked nothing like Rose. Maybe Jake was into another type of girl now.
She brushed the thoughts away. That shouldn't matter.
Since that day, Suni had been always there at the park. Day by day she was getting better and it only had been a week. Jake was noticeably impressed. Sometimes Trixie would bring Brian, but not even those two had as much chemistry as Jake and Suni.
"I can't believe you already landed your first ollie, Su," Jake beamed.
"You keep flattering me, JL. You're way cooler than me."
Rose gripped her pencil, trying to do her homework since she doesn't skate. Those two already had pet names for each other. JL? To her, that was the dumbest thing she's ever heard.
Jake rubbed his hands together. "Alright, let's try one more time then we can grab some sodas on me."
Spud patted his back. "Thanks, man."
"Um, I meant on me for Su."
"I take back that friendly pat on the back." Spud skated back over to Trixie.
Rose gripped her pencil harder. Now he was paying exclusively for her? It was getting harder to pay attention to her math problems.
"Do I have to practice it again?" Suni asked. "What if I fall?"
"If you fall, you get back up. Besides, you did it before you can do it again. I'll be right here and try to catch you."
"You will?"
"For sure."
Rose snapped her pencil, the remaining sides falling to the ground. Lilly looked up from her own homework at her, concerned. "Are you okay?"
"Yeah. Just peachy."
Lilly decided to leave whatever it was alone. The two heard Suni screech. They looked up to see her in Jake's arms. He laughed at how frightened she was. "See? Told you I'd catch you."
"But I didn't make the ollie," she said sadly, not leaving his arms.
"It's fine. You did it once today. I'm proud of you."
Suni stood on her own. "You know what day it is tomorrow?"
Jake thought for a moment. "Sunday?"
"Other than that, silly!"
"The 14th?"
"Yes." She rocked back and forth on the balls of his feet. "And what's special about the 14th of February."
It finally clicked. "Oh shit. It's Valentine's Day."
Rose began packing her things. Suni continued, "You wanna hang out tomorrow? There's this sweets shop I wanna try. Heard their cupcakes are bomb."
Jake blushed hard. "Then let's try it."
Rose stood up and put her bag over her shoulder, storming off. Alicia looked up at her, desperately needing the answers to the homework. "Where are you going?" she asked.
"I have to go. Something at home."
Trixie told Brian to wait a second and sprinted after Rose. The girl was almost out of sight already. What a fast walker.
"Hey, Rose!" She caught up to her.
Rose turned around, blinking back tears. "Hm?"
"You got my pencil?"
"Oh. I kinda . . . broke it."
"Oh?"
"Yeah. You can find it on the ground back at the park where I was sitting. Sorry." Rose started to walk again.
There wasn't something right. Something about her voice. Trixie couldn't just leave her like that. She knew they weren't close but Rose was still a sweet person. "You good?"
Rose couldn't hold it in anymore. She was already ready to cry right before Trixie caught up to her. The floodgates were open wide. "No, I'm not."
Trixie nodded understandingly. She didn't need an explanation. She could already tell by the tears. Tears tell a story. "It's that Suni girl, ain't it?"
"Yes. I hate her." Rose walked into Trixie's arms. Trixie gave into the hug. Alicia got her used to unwanted hugging.
She patted the blonde on the back. "Trix is here," she told her, sort of unsure on how to comfort people.
"I hate her so much. I hate that I hate her because she's so nice. But how she flirts with Jake like that. Now they're gonna spend V Day together."
"V Day? Never heard of that one."
"Trixie!"
"Sorry, sorry. Back on subject."
"I don't know what I'm going to do. She's so cool." Rose finally looked at Trixie face to face. Mascara running down her cheeks. "You can't let them get together, you can't!"
"Uh-uh." Trixie backed up. "Look, you a sweetie and all but I am not getting in between this. That's y'all's business."
"Please! You're his bestest friend! He'll listen to you."
Trixie paused. "'Bestest'?"
"Yeah," she wiped a tear, "he told me about you over the phone all the time. Sometimes I even got jealous of the time you spent with him."
"Oh, wow. That's nice." Trixie thought for a moment. "Okay, I'll talk to him."
Rose hugged her again. "Thank you, thank you!"
"I wasn't finished." She lightly pushed her off. "I'll try my best but that's it. I'm serious."
Later that night, Jake dove through his closet for the first time in ages. Usually he just finds the first few things that looks good and calls it a day. This time was different. He was finding clothes in his drawers that he never saw before. It was like a goldmine.
He had his phone perked up on a pillow on his bed with his friends watching him panic from a group FaceTime call: it was Trixie and Spud. It had been awhile since the three of them just talked on their own like old times.
"Look at him go," Trixie teased.
Spud added, "This is more entertaining than a TV."
Jake rolled his eyes and looked back at his phone. "Guys, you're not helping! What do I wear?"
"Boy, you tryin' way too hard." Trixie sipped her drink. "Just don't look like a hobo and you'll be fine. Wear your puffer jacket thingy with a shirt and some jeans."
He held up a green long sleeve that matched the tips of his hair and with his other hand a pair of dark jeans. "This?"
Trixie gave a satisfied grin. "Yup. You learnin'." Her eyes widened once she remembered she was supposed to discourage this whole date. "Are you sure you wanna date this Suni girl?"
Jake blushed. "Whoa, date? We're just hanging out."
Spud laughed, "'Just hanging out' on Valentine's Day? Sure."
Trixie continued, "It's just you know nothin' about this girl! I bet you don't even know her favorite color."
"Velvet."
"You don't know her last name."
He answered, "Lee."
"What school she goes to?"
"She's homeschooled."
Trixie sighed and gave up. She was looking too stupid and suspicious to continue. This one's on you, Rose.
Jake folded his clothes for tomorrow. "It's a harmless thing, Trix. Relax. I can't just let you and Spud be all boo'd up and me do nothing all day." He picked up the phone. "I'm gonna go eat then hit the sack. Lemme know how your days go tomorrow. I wanna hear everything."
"I know mine is gonna be a blast." Spud wiggled his eyebrows.
"On second thought, you can leave out details." Jake hung up.
Trixie left the call as well. She pressed Rose's contact to break the news. Rose answered so enthusiastically, "Hi, Trixie! How'd it go?"
"Like shit."
She could feel the blue-eyed girl frown from the other end. "Oh."
Trixie got straight to the point, "Look, I'm not good at this pity party thing, but I am good at advice. He doesn't think it's a big deal that he's going out tomorrow with Suni, so you should let the boy know it's a big deal."
"You mean I should tell him myself?!"
"Yes, were you not listening?"
Rose buried her face in a couch pillow. Good thing her mom wasn't home because there was no privacy at her new home. "I can't do that!"
"Fine, then let them do their thing. Let them hug and hold hands. They might even kiss. Or worse."
Rose pressed her lips together. "You're so mean!"
"No, I'm revving you up."
"Sorry, Trixie. I can't. If he sees another girl that way so be it. I'd look like such a fucking idiot asking for him back after all he's done."
"You're right. That would be pretty dehumanizing."
"Trixie!"
"Sorry, sorry. Back on subject."
Suni was beautiful that Sunday afternoon. She didn't have to do much. Light makeup, just eyeliner and a purple tinted gloss. Her casual black dress was paired with some fishnets and converse. Jake was amazed at how a beautiful girl could be interested in him so quickly. Still, she wasn't Rose. He figured he'd blew it for real this time. She probably wanted nothing to do with him and he had to move on.
The cupcakes him and Suni tried were delicious. Jake packed some to bring to his family (even Fu Dog). They walked around a bit and talked about skateboarding. The night grew cold. Jake gave Suni his jacket.
"Thanks, but are you sure you don't need it?" she asked.
"I'll be fine. If it gets bad, we can take turns." He played with his own hair. "So, enough about what I like. What about you?"
"Me? Oh, nothing. I'm not all that interesting."
"You definitely are. Let me know."
Suni looked around. "I like . . . hunting? Yeah, hunting."
"For real? Hunting what?"
"Y'know. Stuff. Like, stuff you hunt. Animals."
"What kind of animals?"
Suni pointed ahead out of nowhere. "Look up!"
Jake held her quickly, ready to protect her. "What?"
"There was a shooting star, I swear."
"Really?"
"Yeah, you missed it." She softly pushed him away. "So touchy."
His face flushed. "Sorry, I was just, um . . ." he trailed off.
"It's okay. You were cute. You reminded me of those heroes in a fairytale book. Like some sort of magical protector."
"Uh, thank you."
Suni stopped walking. "We should go to your house!" she exclaimed.
His face turned red. "Whoa- Huh?"
"Not like that." She poked his side. "We could watch a movie or something."
"We could do that. My little sister has a Valentine's Day Ballet right now so my parents aren't home."
"I know."
Jake looked at her. "You know?"
"No, I mean like, my sister has the same ballet thing."
"You have a sister?"
"Mhmm."
Jake looked at the ground before him. Maybe Trixie was right. There is still a ton that he doesn't know about this girl.
Suni took off her shoes at his door, Jake took off his as well. "This is the place," he said.
"Nice home."
"Thanks." He looked behind him at where she was standing. She was gone. He turned back and saw her face in his face.
"Boo!" she said.
Jake exhaled. "Woo, you got me."
He watched her run to the bottom of the stairs. "What's up here?"
He put the cupcakes in the fridge. "Bedrooms and a bathroom."
Suni held the railing as she bounced up and down. "Ooh, can I see your room real quick?"
He raised an eyebrow. "I thought we were here to just see a movie."
"Yeah, yeah, after you show me your room. I've never seen a boy's room before," she said excitedly.
He walked up to her. "Really? That's surprising."
She hit his arm. "Hey! What is that supposed to mean?"
"Not like that," he held the spot she hit, "I meant, you might have brothers or male cousins. Do you have any brothers I should be worried about killing me if they found out about this?"
Suni giggled. "You're funny, JL." She skipped up the steps while he followed behind.
Jake opened his bedroom door. The light from the hallway spilled into his room, showing the clothes that were still on the floor from yesterday. "Sorry about the mess." She stood behind him as he closed the door. "I wasn't expecting a guest."
He turned back to see Suni zipping down the back of her dress. Before Jake could even react, the dress dropped to the floor, showing her black lace set. He could see all her tattoos of dragons and bats along her stomach and arms. She guided the boy to sit on the bed of the dimly lit room, kissing his chest, making her way up to his neck.
Jake didn't know what to do. For years he always imagined losing his virginity to the girl he loved: Rose. Not a girl he just met a week ago. She was great, but it didn't feel right. "Wait." Jake pulled away before she could bite his neck.
"What?" She looked like she was holding back her annoyance. Jake thought she was probably frustrated or got the wrong message. He was flirting back after all. He did have a bit of feelings for her, if he was being honest. But it definitely hadn't been enough time to develop.
Jake's rational side wanted to stop, but his other side was a teenage boy after all. Maybe she just wanted to make out. That's all. He figured he could do that. So he took off his shirt, bringing back Suni's smile. Her lips went back for his neck but he brought her face to his. He kissed her passionately for a few seconds before she sat on his lap and pinned him to the bed.
"Let's make this quick," she murmured.
Jake was overthinking everything as her lips slowly came for his neck like a magnet. He closed his eyes and gave into defeat. He was either doing this or not. "Fine," he whispered, touching her head before she could make it to his neck.
He pushed her head down elsewhere before she smacked his hand. "Let me get to your neck," she told him sternly. That was oddly demanding. She noticed the confusion on his face. She corrected herself, "I meant that I'm in charge."
"Oh, okay." He put his arms to his side. She kissed his neck twice before chomping down on it, drawing blood.
Jake bit his tongue as a reaction to the pain. The blood traveled from her mouth to her veins instantly. Her veins pulsing, actively turning green along with her glowing eyes. Big ears popped on the top of her head, her nails sharpened along with her teeth, and wings sprouted from her shoulder blades .
The terrifying transformation caused Jake to back up, holding his neck wound. He was speechless, seeing the bat-like creature stand before him. Suni barely looked like Suni anymore. She stretched her veiny arms. "I've missed this form so much. Thank you for giving me your blood. Though, your kissing could use some work."
"Who are you?" he asked with a trembling voice.
"I told you: Suni. Just not the Suni you thought you knew. I took the last name from an Olympic gymnastics girl. Suni Lee." She flew to his window, laughing hysterically. "Got to tell the boss I got what I needed. Have a nice evening, JL. Or should I say, AD for American Dragon." Suni flew out.
"How'd she know?" Jake inhaled. More blood was pooling in his hand. "I have to tell G."
Ahh one more chapter after this!
Sorry for the mixup of names. I keep writing these while half asleep. Bad idea.
