Chapter 77 Final Fruit Mascot
Ash: So Carol is the Fairy-type leader. Fairy Type Pokemon are not that many, but we can expect a few of them...
Lillie: I know. And she, along with Isabelle and Gina, are the Supernatural Trio. Gina has been licking our faces, while Isabelle is talking about something that we don't understand while we battle...I wonder how would she battle?
Carol: If you want to ask me about her, let me say that she is also a good pastry maker.
Ash: Pastry maker.? You mean like baking cake or bread, that Baker? Sounds like a place where Delicia likes to go.
Crolea: Of course, she likes to go. If it is about food, she will always rush in. If I remember, Fairy Type is the newest type to be found, as some of the Pokemon, like Clefairy, and Granbull, are Normal Type before it is discovered as Fairy Type.
Lillie: I know what you mean...Fighting Type was super effective against Normal Types, but it won't be making sense as to why Clefairy isn't taking that much damage as it should be. I think Mawile is the same.
Ash: Not to mention how Dragon-Type Pokemon do not affect them as well. I learned that when I go to Kalos. So Crolea, are you sure you're not going inside?
Crolea: I feel like I should have stayed outside, I don't know why though.
Lillie: Okay, see you soon.
Inside the Candy Land, both Ash and Lillie are surprised to see the rainbow-colored maze, along with a lot of Fairy Type Pokemon inside.
Ash: I think this is the gym mission...look at that maze...I mean, it sure is big...
They walk past a garden full of Flabebe and Florges, and then Swirlix and Slurpuff with a candy machine, and they find a starry path with Cleffa, Clefairy, and Clefable, and then a lot of flower pots with Cottonee and Whimsicott. Some Spritzees are blocking the way, but they flew off after they walk the right path.
They finally arrive at where Emily, Gladion, Delicia, and Felicia are, as they are watching the news on the screen.

Emily: (Notices Ash and Lillie) What makes you so long to come in?
Lillie: Well, let's say we met Barker outside and he battled Ash again. He just came to warn us how strong Carol is.
Felicia: That sounds like what Barker will do.
Delicia: (Rushes to Ash and Lillie) Seven.
Felicia: Delicia wants to battle you again, seeing how we still have time.
Lillie: Sure, I'll battle her, if that's fine for you, Ash?
Ash: Not at all, I mean, it will be exciting to battle Delicia again.
She goes with Ice Cream the Vanilluxe first, Lillie goes for Hariyama to battle. Ice Beam and Mirror Shot don't take that much damage to Vanilluxe, and Hariyama manages to defeat Vanilluxe with the Arm Thrust and Body Press.
The second Pokemon is Ampharos named Cotton Candy, and Lillie switches into Rillaboom to battle. It uses Cotton Guard to raise defenses, and it uses Dragon Pulse and Power Gem to deal much damage, but it is still defeated by Rillaboom's Drum Beating and Knock Off the Leftovers, but it still manages to use Static on Rillaboom.
The third Pokemon is Gumball the Swalot, which defeats Rillaboom with Sludge Bomb, and Rillaboom's paralysis prevents it to dodge the attack. So Lillie goes for Gallade for this battle. The Psycho Cut manages to defeat Swalot even though it uses Amnesia to raise the Special Defenses.
The fourth Pokemon is Apple Pie the Appletun, and Lillie goes for Drakloak to battle. Drakloak evolves into Dragapult during the battle, and it uses Dragon Darts to finish Appletun with ease.
The fifth Pokemon is Guzzlord named Lemonade, it goes for Crunch to defeat Dragapult, so Lillie goes back to Gallade, hoping to land Close Combat, but after landing the attack, Guzzlord uses Belch with the Sitrus Berry to defeat Gallade.
Ash: As expected from an Ultra Beast...Lillie lost two Pokemon to it...
Gladion: Guzzlord is not that easy to beat, considering the one we faced back in the Alola League.
And Lillie goes back to Froslass, landing Sheer Cold to knock it out.
And the final Pokemon is Pumpkin Pie: Lickilicky, using Knock Off, it defeats Froslass, but Lillie goes for Zweilous, which evolves into Hydreigon to defeat the Pokemon in the end.
Delicia: Tier (Recalls Lickilicky) Cake.
Ash: You did it, Lillie.
Lillie: (Sighs) Yeah, it sure is tiring.
?: Ash! Lillie! You've already made it here!
Ash and Lillie see a girl rushing towards them, they know that the girl is not Carol, but the design of the clothes means that she is the final member of the fruit mascots.
Strawberry: My name's Strawberry! It's nice to finally meet you! ^_^ At Delicia's request, we've been secretly working on a birthday cake for Crolea! It's almost done! Her empath abilities told her not to come inside here, which means the surprise won't be spoiled! The others are in the Bakery. Before we add the finishing touches, why don't we have a battle? If you win, you'll be the first to defeat all seven of us! I'll heal your Pokemon, and then you can speak to me when you're ready!
Ash and Lillie nod, they decide to look around the place and they find a Marble hiding in a flower pot and another speaker.
Mysterious Voice: The tea here is the best!
Lillie: Ash, how about I battle the final member of Smoothie? I mean, you have a gym battle to go after that, so it will be fair that I have a battle.
Ash: Okay. I know you can win this.
As they walk towards the battlefield where Strawberry is waiting, and Strawberry is very excited to battle Lillie.
Strawberry: I'm so excited about this! Go MyMelody!
The first Pokemon is a Wigglytuff, Lillie sends out Toxtricity to battle. Wigglytuff uses Wish to continuously heal itself after Toxtricity deals a lot of damage to it, and its attacks are Play Rough and Facade, and in the end, it is defeated by Boomburst from Toxtricity.
Strawberry: My second Pokemon is Pinki Lili!
The second Pokemon is a Bewear, and it goes with Brutal Swing to knock Toxtricity out.
Lillie: I know very well of how a Bewear's strength is...let's go! Gothitelle!
Lillie goes for Gothitelle, as she sets up a Future Sight, and then even though Brutal Swing is dealing a lot of damage, it defeats Bewear with the Future Sight and sets up Light Screen and Barrier.
Strawberry: Here is my third Pokemon: Mellow!
The third Pokemon is Lurantis, and it uses X Scissor to knock Gothitelle out, so Lillie goes for Emboar, and with Lurantis going for Sunny Day, it boosts Emboar's Fire powers. Lurantis is using Solar Blade and Synthesis to deal and recover damage, but Emboar goes with the Heat Crash and it eventually gets knocked out.
Strawberry: You really are strong, but my fourth Pokemon is going to beat you! Lucy
The fourth Pokemon is the Pa'u Style Oricorio, and it is a Psychic Type, it goes with the Feather Dance to lower Emboar's Attack stat, and then it goes with Agility to raise the Speed, and then it defeats Emboar with the super effective Revelation Dance and Hurricane. Lillie goes for Rotom next, by using Shadow Ball and Discharge, it manages to paralyze Oricorio and eventually knock it out.
Ash: I still don't get the nicknames...
Emily: They are the characters from Sanrio. I was wondering when there will be Hello Kitty...
Gladion: For some reason I shouldn't ask for more about the information...
Strawberry: Jivexpress! You're next!
The fifth Pokemon is Alomomola, and Lillie decides to switch to Trevenant after the Water Pulse makes Rotom confused. Trevenant uses Horn Leech to continuously leech its health, and Alomomola is using Aqua Ring to heal itself as well, eventually, Alomomola is defeated, giving Lillie the fifth win.
Gladion: Lillie is becoming stronger as well...that's a good thing to know.
Strawberry: My final Pokemon is this, go! Fangora!
And the final Pokemon for Strawberry is Slowbro, and it uses Rain Dance to boost its Water attacks, and with the Slack Off healing its health, eventually, Trevenant is defeated by Psychic. Lillie sends out her final Pokemon, Sableye, and it uses Shadow Claw and Dark Pulse to knock Slowbro out.
