In this AU Oswald didn't kill Tabby, and the reason is: I Love Her. I also like to pretend that Butch stayed dead because I don't care for him at all.

Tabitha Galavan had done some pretty awful things in her life, but lately she had been trying to do better. She even took a kid in as a show of her resolve in being a better person. She tried to raise Selina well enough, she didn't want to let her down like she had let Silver. Yet, the universe didn't think it was penitence enough. Of course Barbara had to fuck her ex – a man Tabitha wasn't exactly fond of – and get knocked up in the middle of the apocalypse. And the kid? The kid almost got herself killed because of her boyfriend – which Tabitha liked even less than the father of their future collective baby – and was hardly ever home these days.

Honestly, Tabitha liked dick as much as anyone, but for fuck's sake! Was it really worth the trouble? Barbara was crazy, Tabitha knew that when she fell, it was even attractive back then, but Selina supposed to know better. These days she even wondered if the kid had moved out and forgotten to announce to them – her mothers? Guardians? Business partners? –. And every time she brought the issue with Barbara – her partner? Girlfriend? Wife? Baby mama? – Barbara said Selina was smart enough to take care of herself. She also argues that Selina was young and in love and had better things to do now than running the Sirens. Tabitha wasn't happy with the situation, but she also was aware that Selina was too used to not having no one to answer to, and knew her way back if she ever needed anything.

And it was in obscenely early in the morning, not two hours after the bar was finally closed and Tabitha was able to start falling asleep next to a very fussy and very pregnant woman; when she was rudely startled awake by the sound of shouting and someone hitting the backdoor of the bar.

Barbara tried to get up from the bed too, but Tabitha silently gestured for her to stay, and the blond woman held her baby bump protectively as she watched Tabitha get her bedside gun and leave to investigate.

Carefully, Tabitha followed the sound down the stairs. She was worried, why the guards was allowing that situation?

"Go away!"

"We need to talk, Selina!"

"No! There's nothing to talk! You are completely out of your goddamn mind and I just can't stand it now! Leave me alone!"

Oh god. Really? Really?

"What the hell is happening here?" Tabitha asked, one hand on her hip and the other pointing the gun to the floor, she wouldn't need the weapon after all, it was just Selina having a row with her little boyfriend five in the fucking morning at her door.

"Nothing," Selina answered fast, "he's leaving." And she pushed Bruce Wayne's chest forcing him outside, but the door was still half opened although Selina was also blocking it with her foot while the boy tried to hold it open.

Tabitha studied Selina's face, she was pale, and looking scared, this was more than a silly lover's quarrel, there was something wrong. Her head snapped to the boy and she rose her armed hard to him.

"Did you hurt her, Wayne?"

"What?" and the best part was that it was obvious he really meant the confusion in his face.

"No," Selina answered for him, putting her own body in front of the gun, "this is none of your business, Tabitha. Turn this thing away!"

"You made it my business when you brought it to my home," but Tabitha unlocked the gun and put it on the closest surface that happened to be a freezer were they kept some of the food served at the bar.

"Tabby?" it was Barbara's voice, "is everything okay? I think I heard Selina."

"Go back to bed, Barbara," Tabitha said to the pregnant woman as she entered the backstage where Selina was still trying to close the door on Bruce Wayne's face.

"Oh," Barbara said smiling in a way that was equal parts sweet and menacing, she had been having trouble finding a position to sleep lately and was not happy at all to be awakened, "Mr. Wayne is here too, what is the occasion?"

"He's leaving," answered Selina fast.

"No, I'm not!"

Tabitha sucked air through her teeth and covered her eyes with the heels of her hands. "Oh my god, can someone please just explain why you decided to have this stupid fight here?"

And the answer was something she wouldn't have guessed in her wildest dreams.

"She's pregnant."

As soon as his voice dissipated through the still morning air, the atmosphere changed completely and everyone started talking at the same time.

"What?!" Tabitha exclaimed, now full awake.

"Bruce, shut up!" she picked Selina's voice in the middle of the cacophony, Bruce answered back but as they argued fast and talking over each other she couldn't understand much of it.

"You're pregnant?" that was Barbara, and she sounded almost amused.

"I'm not!"

"Yes, she is!"

"Selina how could you be so stupid?!" Tabitha questioned.

"I. Am. Not. Pregnant." The girl insisted.

"SHUT UP YOU ALL!" Everybody closed their mouths and turned scared eyes to Barbara, and now Tabitha was certain that the pregnant woman didn't look amused at all. "Let him in, Selina, and close the door, it's cold." Selina obeyed despite her obvious unwillingness, the boy rose grateful eyes to Barbara who ignored him. "Let's sit upstairs and talk like people."

"I can't believe this," muttered Selina as they all followed Barbara upstairs.

"What I can believe is that you just ran away like this," Tabitha heard Wayne mutter back.

"Can you blame me? One moment you are giving me head and the other you are talking crazy shit."

Tabitha wanted to clean her brain with bleach.

"Shut up the both of you!" she shouted over her shoulder and the couple of teenagers looked away ashamed, but didn't talk again.

I know you all are wondering about Alfred and we'll have his moment too, but for once I wanted to have Bruce in the hard spot against Selina's moms hahahaha
