Chapter 54. A Mother Never forgets.

EXT. ARCTIC SKY/ARCHIPELAGO - NIGHT (MIDNIGHT SUN)

[Hiccup shivers in the claws of the dragon, surrounded by the strange flock full of breeds he's never seen. He looks back for Toothless, now long gone.]

HICCUP: HEY! YOU LEFT MY DRAGON BACK THERE! HE CAN'T FLY ON HIS OWN! HE'LL DROWN!

[The warrior offers no response, seemingly immune to the cold as he leads the dragon flock across the polar night - an alien landscape, harsh and foreboding. Out of the fog looms an EPIC ICE FORMATION - jagged, spiked, and similar to the icy aftermath of Eret's fort, but many times its size. The DRAGON ESCORT dives into its jagged folds.]

"The ice spitter?" Muttered Eret. Drago glared at the screen.

"Wow, look at how thick those ice were." Awe Jack and Elsa wondered if she could do something like that once she managed to create something like those if she can manage to completely control her powers but then remember she managed to create an Ice Palace after she ran away when she accidentally exposed of her powers during the Coronation which cause to stiffen at the Memory.

INT. DRAGON MOUNTAIN - CONTINUOUS

[The WILD RIDE suddenly gives way to a MULTILEVEL, CAVERNOUS CHAMBER made of ice and columns of basalt rock. It's heavily populated with dragons of all kinds, looming in the shadows. Hiccup is dropped in the centre. He scrambles to his feet, calling out into the darkness.]

HICCUP: We have to head back for my dragon!

[A HISSING dragon CLOSES IN, sniffing, leering, aggressive. Hiccup extends and lights his telescoping dragon blade, waving a swirl of fire around himself. The dragon pauses, intrigued, and then watches hypnotically as Hiccup pacifies him with calculated sweeps of the fiery blade. The warrior watches keenly from the shadows. Several aggressive dragons close in behind Hiccup.]

Valka also watched in interest finding out on how this meeting goes with this Timeline Of her son and her future self. While Younger Toothless hissed at the warrior on the screen a bit but then remembered that this was Valka from this Timeline well the future of this Timeline so he calm down a little after Valka gave him an apologetic look on her face on which he nodded in understanding.

[Hearing their hisses, he quickly stows the blade, replaces a cartridge in its hilt, then flips it around and sprays a perimeter of Zippleback gas around himself. He clicks the lighter, igniting a flash ring. The testy dragons recoil. He then reaches through the smoke, offering his open hand. The dragons re-approach, sniffing him with calmed curiosity.]

"Wow." Said Hiro. "That's pretty awesome."

"Definitely, I wonder what's the mechanics this Hiccup uses." Awe Tadashi which causes Hiccup, Chief and Older Hiccups look at the screen in pride.

"What I wanted to know is what kind of Chemical formula he manages to use for the Gas!" Gape Honey Lemon in awe.

ON THE WARRIOR

[... tilting his masked head, curious. He dismounts his dragon and approaches Hiccup.]

HICCUP: Who are you? The Dragon Thief? Drago Bludvist?

Drago snorted. Valka gritted her teeth noticing this Stoick And H Comfort her.

[The warrior circles Hiccup in silence, taking in his gear, his dragon blade, his face.]

HICCUP: Do you even understand what I'm saying?

[The warrior whirls and HAMMERS his staff. In response, a large dragon ASCENDS from the depths, carrying...]

HICCUP: Toothless!

[Toothless is dumped on the ground next to Hiccup, sopping wet. Hiccup rushes to him, petting him reassuringly. Toothless coos in relief.]

H, Hicc and Hiccup along with their Toothless all both sighed in relief.

HICCUP: It's okay. I'm glad to see you, too, bud. You really had me worried there.

[The warrior rattles his staff at a nearby dragon. In response, it and the surrounding dragons produce firelight from their throats, spotlighting Hiccup and Toothless. The warrior sets down his staff and shield, then approaches Hiccup, cautiously and animal-like. Toothless SNARLS and circles Hiccup defensively, but then instantly yields to the stranger's outstretched hand.]

"Wow, that dragon does seem pretty protective over you lad." Awe Someone in The PreHTTYD Timeline.

"Yeah, Dragons are pretty protective creatures, you know." Moon Responded. ( @Hiccstrid-Smp2 )

"She's not wrong there, even other animals are protective of their charge." Beta ( Boulder now in his Viking Human Form. ) Stated. ( @Dynasty0612. )

"There are a tons of Animals like them, such as Dogs to their Masters." Added Delta. ( Minero586 )

[With a quick, disarming gesture, the warrior lays Toothless down in a state of bliss.]

T, Tooth, and Toothless all stared in disbelief while H, Hicc and Hiccup's eyes widened in shock while their two Older selves grin at the Trick their Mom from their own Timeline had Taught them.

[Hiccup is astounded. The warrior's hand continues toward Hiccup's face. He recoils, but the warrior persists, finding the faint scar on Hiccup's chin, glinting in the firelight. The warrior GASPS and retreats a few steps.]

WARRIOR: (whispered, shaken) Hiccup?

"And here's the Big reveal." I grinned.

"The moment of Truth." Said Chief Hiccup with a smile.

"This will be a total shock for me is it?" Hiccup ask.

"Yes." A chorus of Yes was the reply.

VALKA: (BEAT) Could it be? After all these years? How is this possible?

[The voice is surprisingly female.]

Stoick's breath froze, hoping for his future self that he and this Valka of this current Timeline reunited happily as He thought he would never hear that voice again.

Seeing this Valka and Stoick held hands squeezing it as H, Hicc and Hiccup had tears building up in their eyes.

HICCUP: Uh, should I... should I know you?

WARRIOR: No. You were only a babe...

[The warrior slowly removes the strange mask, revealing VALKA, 40, beneath. Her eyes meet his, equally wide-eyed and aghast.]

VALKA: ... but a mother never forgets.

[Hiccup stammers, tongue-tied, aghast.]

The Haddocks all cried at finally seeing that they will be reunited in the future while Chief Hiccup and Older Hiccup along with The Others from the Pre Hidden World Timeline flinch knowing what will happen next and felt pity for the Haddocks.

VALKA: Come…
