Prologue
Monty: So, ever heard of multiverse theory? Well, if you have, then it's clear that our universe may just not be the only universe in this reality. There may be other universes that might be neighboring ours as of this moment.
Oh, my apologies, I haven't introduced myself. Ahem, my name is Dr. Monty. If you haven't heard of Agartha or the Aether, let's say that...before all of that, there was a Great War...a long time ago in the year of 1292 A.D.
I've existed for a very, very long time and I've seen this war in my very eyes when I led an army of my race against the corrupted of my race, the Keepers vs the Apothicons. Long-story-short, we prevailed against evil and then they had one trick left up their sleeve.
Now, we're up against them again and I already have the Ultimis' universe to thank for that, fucking teleporters. But with Primis in the frame of my work, we're close to defeating the Apothicons again.
I- you know what? Let's just get on with this. Let's see what is new...
Remnant
RWBY Volume 2
It was a bright, sunny day in Vale where the birds and the skies were filled with fresh air and a sense of dread somewhere. In Beacon, there were two teams that were special, Team RWBY and Team JNPR.
These two teams are one of Beacon's best huntsmen and huntresses in training under the academy's Headmaster Ozpin, with his assistant Glynda Goodwitch. Then you have Roman Torchwick, Vale's notorious mastermind criminal known for stealing Dust and other types of treasuries, even weapons.
Roman Torchwick's army consists of White Fang members and Junior's men. Junior was a nightclub owner and he had his number one enemy from one of the Team RWBY members, Yang Xiao Long.
On the military side known as Atlas, you have General James Ironwood, Ozpin's closets friend. The man takes action whenever it is necessary and does what he can to stop Roman Torchwick, the White Fang, and this unknown enemy that Ruby Rose has fought before.
On this day, something dreadful happens within the Mountain Glenn territory where the White Fang and Roman Torchwick are currently located...
Mountain Glenn
In the underground tunnel system of Mountain Glenn, White Fang members were moving munitions and explosives to the train cars. Roman Torchwick was sitting down on top of a crate looking at the map to designate the explosive charges to lead the Grimm into Vale.
Upon lighting his cigarette, he heard one of the White Fang members calling his name in urgency," Boss! You better come see this! You're not gonna believe what found!" Torchwick puts down the map and he groaned in annoyance as he picked up his cane and replied," This better good!"
As he made his way towards the other White Fang members, they pulled out something that was glowing blue within the piles of rocks. Torchwick sees the glowing blue rock giving off immense energy and it began to float off of the ground on its own.
Torchwick became immediately interested in the new 'Dust' element they may have found themselves and he chuckled," Well, what do you know? I cannot believe my eyes." He puts his cane away and bends down to pick up the glowing blue rock.
" What do you think it is, Torchwick," one of the White Fang members had asked. Torchwick tilted his head around the rock observing its material and he muttered to himself," Well, this is a new element we have just discovered.
Although, the Black Dust crystals have the antigravity ability but this one is giving off some sort of energy. I can't quite put my tongue on it... How about we give it a test drive, shall we?"
He hands the rock over to one of the White Fang men and they began to crystalize the new element into a Dust size shaped crystals. For hours, they were able to produce only about one hundred new elemental Dust crystals.
They began to load the unknown Dust element into the cartridges of their weapons and Torchwick was feeling more than anticipated to see what new power they have in order to take over the World of Remnant.
As one of the White Fang soldiers grabbed the weapon off of the table for testing, one came up to Torchwick and said with anxiety," Torchwick, s-sir. Based on the readings of this new element we discovered, it seems way more volatile than any Dust crystal has been analyzed-"
Torchwick grabs the man by the shoulder and he yelled," Does it look like I care?! If it is just as powerful as you say, then I'd say; Fire away!" The soldier does not hesitate for a second as he squeezed the trigger and then a blue projectile had fired from the barrel of the gun.
The blue projectile struck the wall creating a massive explosion which light blue electricity crackled within the dust and smoke. Torchwick puts his cigar down and he clasped both of his hands together as he said with joy," Well, wasn't that delightful? It appears that this new element we discovered may just be enough to dominate the streets of Vale-no wait! The world!"
The White Fang members clapped their hands together for the success of the new element being tested that would assure their victory. What the unintended effect that left behind in that blast was a blue portal that had formed minutes after the explosion.
Out of that blue portal was a hand coming out that was torn up, had rotting skin, and blood leaking out of it. The entire body of the undead zombie came out of the portal and it made a terrifying roar as more had emerged from the portal behind it.
Meanwhile...
In Vale, it was nighttime already and a series of events had unfolded when Team RWBY were getting some answers to their questions about the White Fang's whereabouts and Torchwick. As soon as Sun and Neptune were left behind, Team RWBY handled the situation where Torchwick was in the stolen Atlestian mech.
Ruby, Weiss, Blake, and Yang grouped up facing the giant metal machine and before Ruby could call out their tactical move, a massive blue orb appeared right in between them making massive winds that blew into them.
As Team RWBY anchored down, the winds had calmed down and blue orb had disappeared in front of them which four men were standing there holding strange weapons in their hands. One of the men turned looked around and he exclaimed in confusion," What the- where the hell are we? Where's that Shadow fuck creep?"
Torchwick looks down at the men from inside the cockpit and he questioned," May I help you, kids? Or are you looking for trouble as well?" The man with the helmet raised his fist in the air and he shouted," Hey! Who are you calling us kids?!"
" Err, Nikolai," the other man had said nervously," You may want to look at ourselves." The Primis crew had looked at each other in confusion and in shock of their younger appearances and then Takeo said with confusion," It appears that we have been transformed...into younghood?"
Dempsey groaned as he brought up his Dingo Light Machine Gun and said," Ugh, this is great! Whatever that Shadowman freak stick did to us while we were fighting him, I'm gonna cook his ass, and chop him up into calamari lunch!"
Nikolai chuckled in humor and said," You sound ridiculous when you say for a teenager!" Dempsey growled," Fucking bite me!" Richtofen sighed with disappointment," If you're done arguing, Dempsey, then shall we focus on what we have in front of us?"
" Oh yeah. Who the fuck are you anyways," Dempsey yelled at Torchwick. Torchwick gasped dramatically and he questioned," Do you kiss your mother with that mouth?" Dempsey chuckled," Of course I do! Ma Dempsey was a mean, tough lady and raised me all on her own! Now, tell us who you are!"
Torchwick scoffed and he replied nonetheless," Well, Mr. Dempsey, my name is Roman Torchwick. You may have heard of me befo-" Dempsey interrupted by shouted," Nope! I got no idea who you are! Say, is this the future? Is it still Earth?"
" What nonsense are you even babbling about," Torchwick questioned in confusion. Richtofen cleared his throat and he said to Dempsey," I'm afraid this is not the future. It may be an alternate reality that is parallel to our Earth but it might be called a different planet in a different universe."
Dempsey shook his head and scoffed," Oh really? It still looks like our-hey! What did I say?" He pointed up towards the sky of the broken moon and Dempsey chuckled," See? It's still our Earth!"
" Not exactly," Richtofen argued," The rockets impacted on the surface of the moon but not in half." Nikolai questioned," Wouldn't it still be the same if the moon was still revolving?" Richtofen nods and agrees to Nikolai's statement," You're right. Nevermind, this is our Earth in the future!"
Torchwick sighed and he facepalmed himself," This day could not just get any worse, can it?" Yang soon spoke up to the Primis crew and she shouted," Hey! Mind telling us who you are?" Dempsey turned his head around to the blonde girl and he chuckled," Hey there, Goldilocks. As a matter of fact, my name is Tank Dempsey, I'm a U.S. Marine~"
Takeo shuddered in disturbance of Dempsey trying to hit on a girl and Yang said in disgust," Ew, gross." Ruby questioned innocently," Umm, what does U.S. stand for?" Dempsey raised his eyebrow in confusion and he said," As in, the United States of America! Duh!"
Team RWBY looked at each other and they shook their heads as Weiss said," There is no such thing called 'the United States of America'. You must be crazy." Dempsey turned to Richtofen and he said angrily holding back most of it," Alright, genius, explain."
Richtofen takes out the Summoning Key from his pocket and he muttered to Dempsey," According to the Summoning Key, this is not the Earth we know at all. We're in a universe that is separate from our multiverse."
" Fan-fucking-tastic," Dempsey commented," So, where the hell are we?" Weiss turned to Blake and she questioned," Blake, do you have an idea of what those crazy weirdos are talking about?" Blake shook her head and she replied confusedly," How should I know?"
Torchwick soon fired rockets at the Primis crew which caught them by surprise but Richtofen stops the missile from exploding by using the Summoning Key's power to freeze it in place. Torchwick exclaimed in surprise," What?!"
Richtofen chuckled as he waved his finger left and right as he said," Tsk, tsk, tsk. You have no idea how bad you screwed yourself over, Mr. Torchwick! What you're dealing with here is the most powerful artifact in this, or any other reality! I think these belongs to you!"
He manipulated the direction of the missiles back to the mech with the artifact and they exploded on impact which brought down the mech my a large margin until Nikolai brought out his XM-53 Pack-a-Punched rocket launcher and completely destroyed the entire mech.
Torchwick emerged from the metal scraps as he groaned and he growled in anger," I just got this new coat! You kids ruined everything!" Dempsey aimed his gun at Torchwick and he scoffed," As if! Now, you want to explain why you tried to kill us?"
" Mwhahaha," Torchwick chuckled evilly," It's simple, I just wanted you to get out of my way so you can never interfere with my plans, but unfortunately, that 'artifact' just may have saved your lives, but then again it won't save you next time!"
Then came Neo out of nowhere after Yang fired her Ember Celica at Torchwick only for her shot to be blocked by Neo's umbrella. Neo hands over the new elemental Dust crystal to Torchwick and he took out his cane in an instant as he loaded an the new Dust crystal inside of it.
Richtofen took immediate notice of the crystal's properties and he muttered," Wait a second, he has an Element 115 fragment with him? This can't be good."
Before Richtofen could say anything else, Torchwick fired the elemental round at Team RWBY and Primis but Yang fired her Ember Celica straight at the 115 round with accuracy causing a huge volatile explosion between the both groups.
The both groups were blown away by the collision of the Element 115 round and Yang's shotgun round. Dempsey gets up from the ground after a few seconds the explosion went off as he saw both Torchwick and Neo had escaped in an airship and escaped from the scene.
Soon the others got up from the ground as they groaned and Blake said," Well, looks like he's got a new henchman. Now, care to tell us who you are?" Richtofen took his MR6 out and aimed at the girls as he questioned them sternly," How did he get his hands on Element 115?"
Weiss exclaimed," Hey! We're not gonna tell you anything unless you tell us what is going on! Also, Element 115? What is that? A new Dust crystal?" Richtofen sighed in response to Weiss," Look, Snow White. That element is the most dangerous substance in the entire universe, und to reality. You have no idea what its capable of. Also, what is a Dust crystal? A new element?"
" Are you mocking me," Weiss questioned angrily. Dempsey gets in between Richtofen and Weiss as he said," Alright! Ladies, ladies, you're both beautiful! Cool down and don't get your panties in a bunch!"
Richtofen and Weiss exclaimed simultaneously," Hey!" Takeo groaned in embarrassment," Oh my goodness. Dempsey, quit being dishonorable." Dempsey scoffed," Dishonorable? The one thing that is dishonorable, Tak, is Richtofen!"
Yang snickered beneath her breath and said," Get a load of this guy." Ruby puts her Crescent Rose away and she questioned," Hey, um, what was it? Mr. Dempsey, right?" Dempsey turned around to Ruby and he sighed," Yeah, that's me. Tank Dempsey. Don't forget it. Ahem, what do you want? An autograph?"
Ruby shook her head and she replied," No, but maybe you guys can come to Beacon with us. I'm pretty sure we could use all the help we can get since you guys seem to know what's going on here."
" Okay," Dempsey said," First off, no thank you. Second, I hate to break it to you all but we got something to fry and it is that calamari squid guy we have to stop from conquering multiple worlds."
Weiss leaned to Ruby's ear slowly and whispered," Yep, these guys are crazy." Richtofen hollered at her," I heard that!" Yang puts her hands on her hips and she said," Look, we don't fully trust strangers like you. So how about you go back where you came from?"
Richtofen shook his head and replied," Oh ja, I really wish we could but we will not leave until we find out if this world is linked to the Element 115 fracturing this universe, and the primary example of that was the ginger man who shot the damn fragment at us!"
Team RWBY were silent for a few seconds not knowing what to add to the argument until Dempsey said with regret," Alright, ladies. I'm gonna hate with what I'm gonna say but-ugh. We got something in common. A. The Roman guy we're after now, B. The Element 115 he has with him, and C. We both have to help each other."
Richtofen cleared his throat and he said annoyingly," I'm sorry, Dempsey, but who made you the leader here? I'm in charge!" Nikolai scoffed," You led us into oblivion, Richtofen. What plan do you have now? I'm sure as hell the Shadowman probably succeeded of getting rid us."
" Dr. Monty hasn't spoke to us yet," Takeo said with confusion," Why, must I ask?" Richtofen groaned and he replied to Takeo," He isn't familiar with this universe at all or never heard of it. Other universes that are beyond from each other are literally googol light years away unless you can connect two distant universe with a bridge that can connect with the same property of something. Like that Torchwick fellow that had an ammunition round of 115."
Blake whispered to her team members," This guy reminds me of Professor Oobleck in many ways." They all nodded at each in reply and then Richtofen turned around to Team RWBY thinking about the decision they have and then he replied," Okay, I've made up my mind... We're not going to help you. My multiverse is in a lot more peril than yours. Okay, goodbye!"
Ruby exclaimed," But-" Yang pulls Ruby back by grabbing her shoulder and she said to Ruby with contempt," Ruby, don't. They made their choice." Richtofen takes out the Summoning Key from his belt as he said to his comrades," Alright, my fellow friends. Who's ready to try and kill Shadowman this time?"
Dempsey, Nikolai, and Takeo took out their weapons as they groaned in despair and Richtofen replied cheerfully," Ah yes, that's the sprit! Now, let us go!" He pressed on the Summoning Key and the glowing blue symbols had dimmed down completely after failing to open a portal.
Richtofen looked down at the Summoning Key and he whimpered," Nein, nein, nein. This can't be happening! We can't be stuck here! I-I-I- If you all could excuse me for one moment..." He ran and hid behind the broken mech pieces of the Atlestian machine and then he let out a mentally, painful cry which Team RWBY and the rest of the Primis crew were left confused as he screamed," OH MEIN GOTT! THIS UNIVERSE IS OUR PRISON NOW! WE ARE SO GOING TO DIE! ALL ON OUR OWN! NO HELP WHATSOEVER! WAHAHAHAHAHAAAA!"
Meanwhile somewhere on Remnant...
It was daytime in the Anima region of Remnant, the skies were gray with a sense of dread in the air and then in an abandoned village, a blue portal opened up from the air and four men came out screaming from above.
A massive metal cage came out along with them but it was broken to pieces when it laid beside the men. These men were none other than the Ultimis crew who were just taken away by a random event.
Ultimis Dempsey gets up from the floor and he turned around to his teammates and he groaned," Oh this is fucking great! Hey Richtofen! Guess what?! You're not gonna believe this! We're in a crossover story!"
" I still have no idea what you're talking about, Dempsey. You must be more crazy than I am," Ultimis Richtofen groaned in pain from Ultimis Nikolai laying on top of him. Ultimis Dempsey turns around to the other direction and talks to the audience," Well, here we are, folks. If you want to see more shit like this, then wait patiently for uploads! Also, expect some changes in this version of the original story!"
End of Prologue
