Chapter 61. Siege on the Dragon Sanctuary.
EXT. DRAGON MOUNTAIN - MOMENTS LATER
[Valka rushes out to find... DRAGO'S ARMADA in the lagoon below and his forces of thousands now landed upon the beach. They launch catapults and ballistas into the icy spires, gaining entrance into the mountain's tunnels. Hiccup, Stoick, and Gobber catch up to Valka.]
Everyone but most Villains all growled at the sight before them as for Older Hiccup and Chief Hiccup they look Traumatic at the memory.
HICCUP: Oh, no…
"This is very bad!" Grunted F. ( Younger Fishlegs. )
"This is worse than with the flyers and hunters." Throk whispers to the others.
"And here I thought Johann was worse." Gulp Dagur.
"I don't think we would stand a chance if Drago ever Shows up in the Barbaric Archipelago early." Shudder Minden.
"That we can all agree." Atali holds her breath.
"This just makes The Grimborn Brothers, Johann and Krogen, along with their Hunters and Fliers like Child's Play." Shudder Ast.
"Ooh, we definitely wouldn't stand a chance against this large size of men within Drago's Armada of Trappers and the Dragons in his Army." Gulp Hicc.
"This just proves that Drago is no one to mess with." Shivers Snot.
Hearing this from the Chair of Shame Drago smirk.
[Valka tries to hurry off, fuming. Stoick stops her.]
STOICK: Val! It's all right, it's all right. We're a team now.
H, and Stoick smiled at her along with Hicc and Hiccup as for The people in the future they now know what's to come next.
(BEAT)
Now what do you want to do?
[She glances from Hiccup to Stoick.]
VALKA: We have to save the dragons.
STOICK: (DETERMINED) Aye. You got it!
Val was relieved, Stoick was Surprised by this Even though in his Timeline The Raids still goes on they would still be fighting Dragons as the Red Death weren't killed yet but he knows what happened to the previous viewing will happen to his timeline very soon once they've returned.
"Yeah, let's go! It was getting a bit boring here!" Said Hiro as some others laughed.
[He throws an arm around Hiccup.]
STOICK: Come on, son.
Everyone waited with bated breath.
ON THE BATTLEFIELD
[VALKA'S DRAGONS SWOOP down to engage the attackers, picking up soldiers and carrying them off while Drago stands in the line of fire, unflinching. The catapults continue to bring down the icy defences of dragon mountain. Drago's men pour into the tunnels.]
Everyone was clenching their jaws and teeth in anger.
DRAGO: Whatever comes, keep hitting the mountain! We need to draw the alpha out.
[Drago's armoured DRAGON ARMY takes wing, clashing with Valka's dragons in the skies.]
DRAGO: Ready the traps!
[Iron jaws are opened like bear traps, revealing screeching bait' dragons within. Valka's dragons swoop down to rescue them, only to be SNAPPED UP in the fearsome jaws. A second set of traps are cocked open, but instead of dragon cries, ZIPPLEBACK GAS seeps out... followed by an EXPLOSION. The TWINS rocket out of the trap, riding BARF and BELCH.]
TUFFNUT: Surprise! Yeah!
The twins but their Older selves all high-fived. Roars of surprised laughter and cheers erupted through the halls.
DRAGO: WHAT?!
[They're joined by Astrid and the rest of the GANG, bursting out of the traps atop Meatlug and Hookfang.]
"Yeah! Go ME!'"Yelled younger Snotlout through the theater.
"Shut up snot-face!" Hissed Younger Astrid.
"Yeah, We came to watch a movie not your stupid ego!" Remarked Hiro.
"HEY!" Pouted Younger Snotlout while RTTE Snot and HTTYD 2 Lout look offended.
[Eret comes flying out last, WAILING aboard Stormfly. He struggles to hold on, as she rejoins Astrid (riding Meatlug, along with Fishlegs). He gives them a sheepish shrug.]
ASTRID: You really are full of surprises.
Eret was very nervous. And A, Ast and Astrid's opinions all went up again.
[She leaps onto Stormfly, steadying them.]
ASTRID: Let's go!
[Together they rocket across the sky...]
TUFFNUT: Dragon Riders coming through!
"YEAH!" Yelled Tuff, headbutting his Belch.
"Dragon riders, how cool does that sound!
"F, exclaimed while their older selves grinned proudly.
[And DIVE-BOMB the traps, setting them aflame. The yokes and leather bindings restraining the bait dragons are incinerated, freeing them to fly away, unharmed.]
DRAGO: CUT THEM DOWN!
[Projectiles are launched, one of which KNOCKS Ruffnut off her dragon. She PLUMMETS past Eret toward the rocky shore below.]
RUFFNUT: Eret, son of Eret!
"Save me Eret, son of Eret!" R, Ruf and Ruff all yelped, not in the least bit concerned about their on screen self's potential fall to her death, more with making eyes at Eret, who had shrunk back into the shadows slightly.
As for Ruffnut and Mrs. Jorgenson they both rolled their eyes because they didn't even see what they saw in Eret. ( Pre Hidden World and Homecoming Ruffnut. )
[She suddenly grabbed both arms before hitting the rocks.]
[RUFFNUT'S POV: of Snotlout on one side... and Fishlegs on the other. SOFT and ROMANTICISED as her epiphany dawns. Above them, more catapults fire, bringing down massive spires of ice, directly over Astrid and Eret.]
"MAKE UP YOUR MIND!" Yelled A, annoyed.
"Yeah this just keeps creeping us out!" Shudder Ast.
"Seriously, can't you just choose already!" Grunted Astrid.
"And for crying out loud Fishlegs, why are you even trying to woo her?!" Sniffed Heather and Legs, Pre THW Fishlegs both raise their hands in surrender.
"I'm sorry, okay I'm not even sure why I'm trying it!" Legs Proclaimed tried to cheer her up.
"If I remember correctly, It was Heather's claim to the Chiefdom of Berserker Island that time." Fishlegs pointed out.
"Oh yeah, with Dagur Being Engaged and was about to turn King, it's most logical choice that Heather would be Busy and will have to stay on Berserker Island to train as Chieftess." Fish now analyse the situation.
"And seeing How Astrid engaged to the next chief of Berk, it's also logical for us to go after the only girl our age." Snot explained.
"That actually explains it." Nodded F.
"But, that doesn't explain why we would be trying to woo Ruffnut in the first place, is beyond me!" Whine S.
"And what's that supposed to mean?!" R, Ruf and Ruff all glared at their Snotlouts and Fishlegs.
"Nothing!" They Raise their hands immediately.
"Thought so!" Was said.
"Whipped!" Snickers Jack quietly but Elsa hearing that Elbow him on the ribs.
Everyone quieted down as they all went back to watching.
ASTRID: Up, girl! To the left, Eret! That's it! Look out!
[It's about to crush them when... it's BLOWN TO PIECES by Toothless' fireball. Hiccup, Stoick, and Gobber come bursting through the flames on their dragons. Hiccup and Toothless arc across the sky triumphantly and set their sights on a downed dragon surrounded by soldiers. Toothless BLASTS one of Drago's net launchers, knocking it onto its side. Stoick then CHOPS the trigger line, FIRING the catapult and NETTING the throng of soldiers, freeing the dragon. Drago's ARCHERS target Stoick with their arrows.]
ARCHER: Take em down!
GOBBER: Heads up!
[Gobber flies up from behind, KNOCKING the archers out with Grump's tail. Gobber chuckles.]
Several people high-fived Gobber, and everyone was laughing or cheering- or both.
[DRAGO hears Toothless' tell-tale BANSHEE scream and turns to see him streaking across the sky.]
DRAGO: Dragon Master.
Gen Hofferson and Chieftess Astrid both were beating themselves up over their choice in wording.
There had always been a part of either of them that put the blame of Stoick's death on their shoulders. If they hadn't drawn Drago's attention to Hiccup and Toothless, maybe the catastrophic event wouldn't have occurred in the first place.
Chief and Older Hiccup, seeing their Astrids in distress, wrapped each of their arms around their waist and whispered reassurances in their ear.
Hiccup seeing his Astrid had a similar state which causes him to do the same while Hicc and H, both Squeeze the hands of A, and Ast in also Reassurance.
The Two Toothless of course, also look very distressed because they're also both the cause of Stoick's Death.
And the two Older versions of Hiccup both sensed their Dragons distress went to them and reassured them it was not their fault and it was Drago to blame.
[Hiccup catches up to Astrid and Eret on Stormfly.]
HICCUP: Welcome aboard, dragon rider!
ERET: Thanks. I think.
Everyone chuckled a bit. Drago was still angry about that.
"Who would of thought eh, A Dragon Trapper ended up being a Dragon Rider." Muse Jack.
"I don't but, I think Eret fits as a Dragon Rider." Approved Kristoff.
"I'm still surprised that he had changed rather than quickly." Said Hiro.
"Seeing how he was badly treated by his fellow Trappers including Drago, I'm not surprised if he was willing to switch sides." Added Tadashi.
"Huh, come to think of it. I think Stormfly saving him from getting executed had encourage him in joining the gang." wasabi stated.
[Astrid glares, both relieved and annoyed to see Hiccup.]
ASTRID: Where have you been?
HICCUP: Oh, y'know. Catching up with Mom.
"Okay, I'm done." A, Ast and Astrid all said in exasperation, throwing their hands up.
As for H, Hicc and Hiccup they couldn't help but laugh to themselves about how nonchalantly they brought up their reconciliation with their mum up to their Astrids.
As for their Older selves they grinned at least this part of the memory.
[Astrid shoots him a confused glare. He nods skyward. Astrid and Eret look up to see... VALKA, in full warrior garb, rising from the towering ice spikes, atop Cloudjumper.]
ERET: Whoa...
[An earth-trembling roar follows as the Bewilderbeast rises behind Valka.]
Stock looked on in a balanced mixture of pride and worry for his wife.
"Hiccup's mum is a badass!" T, Tuf and Tuff. All Exclaimed in awe as Valka allowed herself a small grin.
ASTRID: That's your mother?!
HICCUP: Well, now you know where I get my dramatic flair.
Everyone roared with laughter.
As Younger Astrid couldn't help but nod along with This version of Hiccup. No matter how much younger Hiccup messed up, he always managed to do so in the most dramatic way possible, however intentional that may be.
[ON DRAGO, gawking in awe as the great BEWILDERBEAST BLASTS an epic explosion of ice upon the attackers.]
DRAGO: The alpha! Now we have a fight!
This now worries others especially Valka who ask herself if Drago has a Bewilderbeast or not the thought terrified her.
The Guests from the future of this timeline couldn't help but flinch or felt Anxiety.
[Valka blasts overhead on Cloudjumper, commanding swarms of dragons to swoop down and attack Drago's army. A swarm of Zipplebacks set themselves aflame and roll like fiery waggon wheels through the battlefield, scattering soldiers and destroying war machines.]
"Whoaaa! Cool! I hope that our future dragon Belch and Barf can do that too!" Said Tuf darkly grinning.
"Oh yeah we are so, gonna try that!" Grinned equally Ruf and Pre Teen Twins and HTTYD 2 Ruff and Tuff grinned and nodded in agreement.
While Their older selves all grin knowing they already achieve that trick all thanks to Valka's training.
And with those comments from the twins they all received some strange and worried looks from others.
[One of them gets CAUGHT under a Dragon Swatter, but Hiccup and Toothless double-back for a rescue.]
HICCUP: There! Come on, Toothless! Show them what you got, bud.
[Toothless dive-bombs the swatter and DESTROYS it with a plasma bolt, freeing the dragon.]
HICCUP: Thatta boy!
The Toothlesses all looked proud
[However the scene somehow changes in the Corner of the Sanctuary while the battle is happening.]
Everyone raises an eyebrow on confusion while as Hosts and Hostess held our breath sensing something.
Before anyone could even ask why the scene changes point of View.
[A swirling of the cold wind happens as well as Sparks surrounding the source of where the wind blows before something breaks through the image like a portal or breach just happens as two armoured beings appear.]
"What the….." Everyone gape at the scene before them, even the ones from the Future.
"Is that a…." Gape Tadashi.
"A portal." Breath in Hiro.
"Wait, who the hell are these guys?!" Tuf pointed at the two anonymous beings that came out of the portal but they didn't receive Answers from because of our shock at suddenly seeing the two Beings that were responsible for the crisis that might happen in the future.
And so the guests all shrugged, guessing us too were shocked at the scene as they went back to watching.
[These guys were both Mar Novu A.K.A. The Monitor and on his right was his apprentice The Omnium.]
Everyone look on at these two anonymous Beings that appear in the battle asking who were these guys or are they friends or foes to both sides or neither.
[As the Portal behind the two Closes the one on the right who has a similar armour as the taller who has no helmet stared at the battlefield, while the shorter one held some kind of Book.]
As for us, Pack soon recognized what the Book was but didn't say anything as the nerds in the audience took notes on what that book was.
[The shorter one is ready to flip open the Weird Book but then the Taller one, who doesn't have a helmet puts a hand on his shoulder to stop him, which causes the green armour being who were holding the Book look at the taller one in confusion.]
???: What is it?
[The Green mask helmet Being asked.]
???: Is it Time?
[The shorter one asked as the Taller being look over the dived bombing Night Fury.]
????: No it's not yet time at least for this Timeline.
Everyone in the room raised an Eyebrow at what the other guy was talking about and why was this one interested in this Timeline's Hiccup.
"Ooooh great another person who wanted me dead!" Groan Hicc, Hiccup, Chief, and Older Hiccup sarcastically.
"Eh, I don't think so guys." Dagur said, eying the mysterious person on screen.
"What do you mean Dagur?" Mala asked.
"From what I can see he, whoever this guy is, seems more interested in Hiccup's Potential rather than taking him down." Dagur said as he observed the guy.
"He's right, he's one of those people who are more interested in knowing someone's potential for something." Hiro stated.
"Potential?" The HTTYD Universe all asked.
"Just think of this, it's obvious that he's merely observing Hiccy here rather than planning to take him out." Pointed out Jack.
"That's another logical explanation for that one, though I wonder what's with that Book?" Wondered Kristoff and the other shrugged.
"I Don't care what it is but... I would rather like to know about the knowledge it hold." F proclaimed as all his other older selves agreed.
( Foreshadowing Book 6 Crisis Infinite Earths/Multiverses.)
[The one in green similar armour looks at the one who wasn't wearing a helmet.]
???: What do you mean?
[The shorter one asked as the other one said that even though it was there job to watch whether this one has potential of being ready to know about the existence of the Multiverse or rather the crisis that was coming to threaten its very existence.]

???: While I do admire the task of us choosing a universe with a potential champion of saving the Multiverse or accepting its very existence. This one is fresh and not yet ready, meaning this one still needs to learn or rather understand of letting something go that they held dearly if this person is capable of that he is ready to learn about the existence of the Multiverse and is one of the champions that is fit for the Elseworld.
Everyone gasps at that knowing that the Multiverse does exist and the nerds and geniuses are beginning to analysing Theories about this as an Evidence that the Multiverse Theory is very much true.
"Odin's beard!" The Vikings gasp.
"The Multiverse?" Awe Hiro.
"Wait, what does he mean by a Potential Champion of Saving the Multiverse?" Asked Hicc.
"This is rather unexpected." Awe Chief Hiccup.
"This is very magnificent, I know at some point we will Break through the possible existence of the Multiverse!" Squeals Honey Lemon.
"That's interesting." Muse Jack.
"Although I still wonder what is this "Crisis" he's talking about that threatens the Multiverse." Frown Rapunzel.
"And more importantly, what's it got to do with Hiccup." Said Ast.
"Nevertheless, this is an amazing discovery!" Squeals Fish.
"I KNOW RIGHT?!" Exclaimed Legs.
[The shorter one then asked what they should do now if they don't need yet to make the Elseworld in effect in this reality or rather timeline.]
???: So….. what should we do now Monitor?
[The being called monitor still watched Hiccup and Toothless took down A couple of Traps.]
THE MONITOR: Observe for now Omnium.
[He told the shorter being who is now named Omnium.]
OMNIUM: So, does that mean I couldn't use the Book of Destiny just yet?
[He asked as he gestures to the Book his holding.]
"The Book of Destiny?" Asked the Guests as they all looked at us.
"We'll tell you guys after this Movie." I said.
"But what does this mean?" Hiro asked.
"Like Alpha said We'll explain after all the other movies has been shown." Answered Omnicron. ( @Infern0Volt. )
[The Monitor then nodded as he said they'll come back as soon as Everything in this Timeline Happens.]
THE MONITOR: In time my friend in due time.
[The Monitor then swirls around his right left hand and soon a cloud of sorts covers them and they disappear.]
Some were creep out, some were Amazed at the fact that the Multiverse are real.
But then a nobel in the Seat Within the Casts from the Frozen Universe frowns in disgust as he keeps saying that this is another Sorcery made by demons.
"Sorcery, I tell yah. It's Sorcery!" Hissed The Duke of Weselton but he shut up at our glared and promise pain and he gulp nervously as he saw our Smirks.
[BACK TO VALKA, on Cloudjumper as they pry Drago's armoured dragons off of the flailing wild ones. A net suddenly envelops Cloudjumper. They CRASH heavily, but Valka cuts herself free, sliding to a stop just paces away from Drago.]
DRAGO: I've waited a long time for this!
[Drago cocks his bullhook, ready to strike, but Valka deflects Drago's hit and attacks him.]
Cheers.
"Yeah, Go get him!" Hiro cheered for Hiccup's Mom.
"Go get that Bastard!" Exclaimed Eugene.
"Hit him more!" Added Jack.
Though Stoick on the other hand winced overtime Drago went in for a hit. Nevertheless, his wife held her own, and he couldn't be prouder.
VALKA: You cannot take our dragons! They are controlled by the alpha!
DRAGO: (SMUG) Then it's a good thing I brought a challenger.
The Cheering stops as Drago Cackle evilly.
As Murmurs of confusion passed in waves over the crowd of vikings and guests.
"A Challenger?" Frown Kristoff.
"W'at Z'e bleedin' 'ell does 'e mean by Z'at?!"
"Som'ins no' rig't 'ere."
"Definitely something is about to happen, I just know it!" Scoff Hicc.
As everyone from the future of this timeline all held their breath.
[He turns to the flagship and YELLS savagely, whirling his bullhook overhead. The heavy chains are released. The underwater creature, now freed, breaks the surface in an epic cascade of seawater. It rises toward the shoreline, revealing itself to be... A SECOND BEWILDERBEAST - bigger, meaner, and covered in scars that indicate years of training and abuse. The chains fall away from iron cuffs fastened to its massive tusks. Valka GASPS.]
HICCUP: Another one?
The mood died down. That one was bigger than Valka's, and looked wayyyy angrier.
FISHLEGS: I WAS WAY OFF! THAT IS A CLASS TEN! CLASS TEN!
F, Fish, Legs all were biting their nails in anxiousness. The great white bewilderbeast hadn't seemed quite so scary when laying docility in the nest. But this one…
As for Fishlegs and Mr. Ingerman flinch at the sight.
[Drago's challenger lumbers onto the beach, focused on Valka's Bewilderbeast.]
VALKA: No.
DRAGO: Come on! Take down the alpha!
VALKA: No.
[Valka attacks Drago with her bullhook, trying to stop his commands, but Drago strikes back, knocking her forcefully onto her back. He pins her as she struggles, removing her mask and staff. He's about to finish her off, when WHAM! He's knocked to the ground. He looks up, fuming, to see Stoick helping Valka to her feet.]
VALKA: Thank you.
STOICK: For you, my dear... anything.
Cass grinned at the cuddling couple.
As for Stock let out a breath he hadn't known he'd been holding. As long as H, and Valka are safe, was all he could hear running through his mind.
Hicc and Hiccup along with their Gang of Friends where all Cheering while Chief and Older Hiccups look on anxiety at what's gonna happen next.
[As Drago gathers his weapon and drops his heavy cloak, circling Stoick, Drago's Bewilderbeast confronts Valka's in a threat display.]
STOICK: Val, do you think you can stop them?
VALKA: I'll do my best! Come on, Cloudjumper!
[Valka cuts the nets away and hops onto Cloudjumper, flying off toward the Bewilderbeasts as they charge each other, CLASHING TUSKS. Drago LUNGES at Stoick, SWIPING his bullhook.]
DRAGO: You... I watched you burn!
Stoick shivered, as he recalled that horrendous day.
[The two imposing warriors CLASH WEAPONS, SLASHING and LANDING PUNCHES.]
STOICK: It takes more than a little fire to kill me!
Drago and Stoick snarled at each other.
[Valka flies between the Bewilderbeasts, waving her staff commandingly, but to no effect.]
BACK TO STOICK AND DRAGO
[As Drago hooks and yanks the axe out of Stoick's hands. Gobber flies by and HURLS his mace attachment.]
GOBBER: Stoick!
[Stoick catches it and lands a direct hit on Drago. But, with a devastating SWIPE, DRAGO's Bewilderbeast takes down Valka's, plunging in its tusks and burying its opponent's lifeless body under an avalanche.]
"NO!" Screamed everyone. Drago laughed maniacally.
Delta ( @Minero586 ) aimed his remote at the ceiling, and a bunch of sand bags fell on him which he dodged them all but then a whistling noise sailed through the air and an arrow embedded itself into the wood post next to his nose.
Everyone followed the path of the arrow to see a smirking GV, sitting down. ( @Hiccstrid-Smp2 )
VALKA: No!
[Hiccup and the others watch in horror as dragons everywhere land and bow their heads in acknowledgement of the new alpha - - DRAGO'S ALPHA.]
DRAGO: We've won.
[Drago points his bullhook toward Valka and Cloudjumper.]
DRAGO: Now finish her!
"NO!" Yelled everyone again. For Hiccup to finally have a complete family and then lose a parent again.. that was too much.
[Stoick whirls around, spotting Valka and Cloudjumper in the alpha's sights.]
STOICK: No!
[Drago's Bewilderbeast INHALES... and BLASTS! Valka steers Cloudjumper out of the way, but ice HITS his tail, causing them to SPIRAL out of control toward the icy spires.]
STOICK: Hold on!
[He LEAPS onto Skullcrusher, spurring him into the air.]
STOICK: Skullcrusher, go! Come on, Gobber!
[Stoick tosses the mace back to Gobber in passing, who follows brazenly, waving it aloft.]
Several people chuckled lightly.
GOBBER: Right behind ya, Stoick!
