Ok guys here's this chapter again sorry for the long wait but hope you guys enjoy don't forget to comment any opinions or likes and dislikes enjoy.

As soon as Emma walked into the conference room Jefferson tackled her.

"What the hell is wrong with you Em, why would you bring her back this early in her recovery," Jefferson growled.

"Woah calm down I didn't want to at first but I've been working late a lot so she's been home alone, she wanted to come in so she would have something to do but she's not allowed to do anything drastic until she's fully healed meaning she's doing paperwork and checking emails," Emma explained as Jefferson got off of her.

"You are lucky, you were this close to getting killed," Jefferson said before sitting in his seat while Emma stood up dusting her suit off.

--

Regina sat in her office typing away sending emails printing out copies of paperwork and contracts but during her process of clearing away the work her phone rang.

Hello Regina this is doctor Ramirez I was calling to see if you could come in and talk to me today?"

"Uh yeah sure what time would best suite you?"

"1:30 I'm free then,"

"1:30, I'll be there, but I have to ask is it something bad?"

"Um well that depends, I don't think so at least, not in my opinion,"

"Ok good, but yes I'll be there,"

"Alright see you then,"

The line went dead and Regina slumped in her chair exhaustedly.

Regina took a breath looking at the time, it just hit one 1 o'clock she had thirty minutes to get to her appointment without being seen.

She picked up the work phone on her desk dialing 5 which reached the number to Ruby's desk.

"Hey Ruby I'm a bit hungry you mind going to get me a bite to eat from..grannies?" Regina said into her phone playing with one of her expensive pens.

"Really that's like twenty minutes away plus you don't like the greasy food they have there," Ruby sighed, grabbing her things.

"Well as of three months ago granny added a bit of healthier options on my behalf," Regina smirked.

"Fine just don't tell Emma I'm supposed to be making sure you don't leave," Ruby said, fearful of her blond fiancé.

"Don't worry I won't tell plus you're only getting me lunch," Regina reassured.

"Fine alright I'll go get you some lunch," Ruby said before ending the line. Regina sighed before grabbing her purse and phone. She waited 5 minutes before walking quietly out the office seeing Ruby's desk empty.

Instead of going to the elevator she went to the fire escape which was only stairs, by the time she reached the end of them she was out of breath.

She walked down the hallway that led to the back of the building where the employees cars were kept only to bump into John who looked like he just arrived though Regina could've sworn he was still recovering from the accident.

"John?" Regina asked, stopping in front of the middle aged man.

"Regina shouldn't you be home resting?" He questioned making Regina roll her eyes.

"I could say the same for you," Regina scolded.

"Well my injuries weren't as bad as yours," he said.

"Yes well I'm back working on paper work duty but right now that's irrelevant, I need you to take me to a scheduled appointment at the doctors," Regina explained guiding him back outside.

"Shouldn't miss swan be the one taking you she told us-"

"I don't care I 'll explain it to her later but right now we have to go," Regina said, getting into the car while John stood shocked for a few moments before going around to the drivers side and getting in.

He drove to the doctors knowing that later he was going to get yelled at by every member of the Mills family.

Ruby stepped tiredly into the elevator and pressed the button to the top floor with the grannies' take out bag in her hand. Once the elevator dinged signaling she reached her destination she got off and started walking to Reginas office.

Once she reached the large double doors she knocked but there was no answer. "Regina I got your lunch!" Ruby called impatiently. She already had to wait in line for ten minutes for the grilled chicken salad.

When there was no answer once again she opened the door only to find the office empty and Regina's purse gone which usually hung on the coat rack by the door.

"Shit Emma's gonna kill me," Ruby grumbled before rushing to her desk and dialing 1 which was Karens desk.

"Karen did Miss.Mills happen to pass by you leaving?" Ruby asked leaving.

"Oh no I haven't seen her since this morning miss.swan told me to call her if Miss.Mills was on her way to leave, she specifically said that Miss.Mills wasn't to leave without her accompanying her," Karen explained.

"Dammit alright," Ruby cursed before hanging up and rushing down to the conference room. She burst through the doors.

"Ruby?!" Emma growled, turning her attention to her friend glaring at her.

"Reginas gone!" Ruby panted while Jefferson jumped out of his chair walking out the room quickly speed dialing his younger sister.

1:25 she was right on time and she walked into the doctor going to the receptionist filling out her name before sitting down. In the waiting areas

Her phone rings loudly, grabbing the attention of a few people waiting for their names to be called. Regina quickly answered it knowing it was probably her fiancé or family members.

"Hello this is Regina Mills speaking who's this?" Regina said quietly.

"Regina where the fuck are you your supposed to be in your office resting doing paper work!" Jefferson yelled into the phone making the brunette roll her eyes.

"Yeah I know, don't worry I'm not over working myself I promise but I had a meeting to get to," Regina explained.

"Are you serious!? If that's the case why didn't you tell us one of us could've taken you!" He sighed.

"Because it's something I have to handle on my own I promise I won't be long but tell Emma I love her and will see her in a bit," Regina said before hanging up the phone before turning it on silent.

"Regina Mills, dr.ramirez is ready to see you," a nurse called.

Regina got up grabbing her purse before following the nurse into the small room. The door closed leaving her in silence as she sat on the bed that was covered with protective paper.

Dr.Ramirez walked into the room pulling up the rolly chair before sitting in it. "So Regina how has your recovery been you have been doing bed rest correct?" She asked looking up from her clipboard.

"Uh well as of today I would be returning to work, but I've been put on emails and paper work until I've fully healed which is a bit agitating if you ask me," Regina grumbled rolling her eyes at the thought.

"Well in my opinion I think you should still be on bed rest but if you aren't overworking yourself I guess it's alright, I'm surprised Emma even agreed to it," Dr.Ramirez said.

"Yeah it took a bit of explaining, but what was the news you had to tell me?" Regina asked getting a bit anxious.

"Oh yes well when you went to the hospital after your accident they took a bit of blood to see if there was anything wrong that they didn't know about and the test came back earlier today. And well your pregnant," she explained as the brunette sat there in shock.

"I'm pregnant?" Regina repeated, not that it should've come as a surprise he and Emma weren't really taking safety precautions to prevent pregnancy but they haven't really talked about it much either.

"Yes now I understand if you want some time to think about what you wanna do that's totally fine," dr.Ramerize reassured. "Alright then we'll I have your prenatal vitamins here, you are two months along so your morning sickness and cravings should start kicking in very soon," the doctor explained handing the vitamins to the brunette.

"Ok," Regina said.

"We need to do an ultrasound before you go though," Dr.Ramirez said while walking over to the equipment.

Regina laid back nervously before lifting her shirt a bit. Dr.Ramirez put the cool gel on Regina's belly making the brunette flinch before she started rubbing it around with the wand.

"Sorry it is a bit cold," Dr.Ramirez said apologetically while Regina nodded looking at the screen. It took a few minutes but Dr.Ramirez stopped on a certain spot, on the screen it looked like a white glob of who knows what.

"That is your child," she said with a smile while Regina just stared at it.

"Do you mind if I get some pictures?" Regina asked surprising Dr.Ramirez. Most expecting couples or unexpecting couples they usually cried while Regina Mills sat before her completely unemotional. She looked completely unfazed, it kind of scared her. The look showed someone who had been broken yet rebuilt in a way one couldn't imagine.

"Yes of course just give me a second," Dr.Ramirez said leaving Regina alone in the room to get her photos.

Regina sat there and she didn't know how she wanted to feel...happy or devastated. She wanted to have kids with Emma of course but there was the fear of her losing the child just like she did with her and Daniels.

Dr.Ramirez walked back into the room with copies of the ultra sound handing them silently to her. "Now I hope you go home and rest especially since there's a bun in the oven, but your next appointment will be in three weeks," Dr.Ramirez explained.

"Will do thank you," Regina said softly before leaving the room and going out to the car where John waited patiently.

"I just got a call from Ms.Swan," he said while she stepped into the car.

"Did and why did she say," Regina sighed.

"To get you back home," he explained as they pulled off.

"That's fine I have to start dinner anyway," Regina mumbled looking out the window as flashes of the car crash played behind her eyes.

"She told me to tell you the supplies you need is on the counter," he added.

"Mmhmm," Regina hummed distractedly.

"Ruby I specifically told you not to let her out of your sight," Emma groaned as her, Jefferson and now Cora sat in the now empty conference room.

"I was then asked for lunch from granny's so I had to go get it, but she didn't seem to be up to anything," Ruby explained.

"It's Regina, she's always up to something!" Emma said while throwing her hands up. "Anyway whatever meeting she had to attend John took her but I told him to take her home once she finished up so I will be heading there a bit to help her.

Walked into her empty mansion and went straight to the kitchen seeing the supplies sitting on the counter just like John had told her. Now after the news she just got she wanted to lay in bed and never wake up. I mean she did want kids, but was now the right time? We're they ready for a child?

"Regina seriously what the hell is wrong with you!? I should've known you were up to know good. You had us worried you mind explaining what the fuck happened today?! You said you were going to rest, that you were going to sit at your desk and do paperwork and emails, you didn't say making a grand escape was also on that list!" Emma yelled as she stormed into the house.

"I'm sorry it wasn't meant to happen I swear, I really going to be on my best behavior but I had got a phone call," Regina said quietly turning away from Emma's hard demanding gaze.

"A phone call about what?" Emma growled.

"Nothing, nothing important," Regina sighed, turning towards the supplies on the counter.

"Fine I'll go find out for myself," Emma stated leaving the house. Regina didn't know what Emma was about to do but she didn't really care. She quickly got to work preparing dinner before placing the Pasta in the oven to bake.

U.S cellular pulling Reginas phone record seeing that her last received call was from Dr.Ramirez. Emma quickly pulled out her phone dialing the doctors number while making up a quick lie in her head.

"Hello this is Dr.Ramerize speaking,"

"Hey doc this is Emma Reginas soon to be other wife, Regina told me she had a appointment today but she told me I had to call you to find out what is was about she was being very stubborn," Emma laughed nervously trying to make her lie more believable.

"Wow um well she's pregnant," the doctor stated.

"What?!" Emma yelled slamming on her brakes luckily no one was behind her, but Emma didn't really care.

"Yes she has her vitamins, but she has another appointment in three weeks hopefully you can make it to this one," the doctor said as Emma was at a loss for words.

"I-I um yeah I'll be there," Emma said before hanging up. Emma pressed her foot on the gas pedal and made her way back to Regina's house feeling really guilty about yelling at her. She parked in front of the large house resting her forehead on the steering wheel. How the hell was she going to make this up to the brunette.

As the food cooked Regina stated at the bottle of red wine in the cabinet. She's been having a staring contest with it for the last 20 minutes. With a sigh she pushed off the counter opening the cabinet grabbing the bottle opening it before she started to chug it. After a couple moments she sat on the counter wiping her mouth with the back of her hand.

How was she going to tell Emma, how the hell was she going to tell her father. He's dying would he even be here at the arrival of his grandchild? She hoped so but she knew it was a possibility he wouldn't be. She groaned sinking to the kitchen floor with the wine bottle in her hand once again.

An hour later*

Emma walked in hearing Regina in the kitchen but she quickly went to Change her outfit for dinner.

They still had around three hours till everyone was supposed to arrive, Emma got in the shower quickly knowing Regina would probably want to take one. But she could barely focus on scrubbing her body after the news she received today. Regina was pregnant with her child.

She was happy, the question is. Is regina happy?

As Emma stepped out the en-suite bathroom Regina got up from the king sized. walked into the bathroom and shut the door without a word.

Emma stood there for a moment before returning to her task of getting ready. It didn't take long before Regina was walking out the bathroom wrapped in a towel.

"Are you alright?" Emma asked as she put on her shoes.

"Yeah I'm fine," Regina smiled. Emma knew she was lying. The doorbell rang signaling that the first person had arrived. "Can you get that, I need like 5 minutes max," regina explained.

"Yeah," Emma said before leaving Regina alone to go let in they're family. Emma rushed downstairs opening the front door revealing her parents along with a annoyed looking Zelena.

"Um Hi mom, dad, and Zelena," Emma greeted stepping aside letting them inside the house.

"Hey Em wheres Regina?" Zelena asked looking around the fouer peaking inside the other rooms trying to find her younger sister.

"She's upstairs in her room," Emma said as her parents went to sit in the living room.

"Thanks," Zelena said before going up the stairs ignoring Emma's protest.

Zelena burst through Reginas door making the brunette jump with fear. "Zelena what the!" Regina yelled looking at her sister through her vanity mirror.

"What the! You know you really have some nerve, you had us worried you dumbass! Is it so hard for you to sit down and take a break!" Zelena yelled scolding her sister.

"Yes actually it's very hard," Regina gritted before putting on a coat of her red lipstick. "Is that all you came up here to do scold me?" Regina questioned coldly.

Zelena could hear the lack of emotion in Reginas tone, something was wrong.

"Are you ok?" Zelena worried.

"I'm fine actually better than fine ok," Regina sighed slipping into her heels knowing Emma would probably say something but she didn't really care at the moment.

"You were the only one so far?" Regina asked as they walked out the room, Regina pulling down her red dress that stopped just above her knees.

"No Mary and David arrived the same time I did," Zelena explained as they walked back down stairs. Regina just nodded in acknowledgment before going into the kitchen.

Zelena walked into the living room with a worried looked at the blonde seeing the same concern across her face and decided to address it.

"Is it just me or does Regina seem off?" Zelena asked.

"Yeah she's been like this since I got home, she said she was fine," Emma explained.

"And you believed her?!" Zelena yelled.

"No! She's my fiancé Zelena I know when something is up I'm not dumb!" Emma yelled.

"You could've fooled me," Zelena sighed with a roll of her eyes.

The door bell rang again this time Regina yelled she would get it from the kitchen. They all heard her heels echo through the house as she made her way to the door.

Regina opened the door revealing the rest of the family her mother and father and her brother along with Ruby. "Hi everyone," Regina greeted plastering a fake smile as her father hugged her.

She could feel how weak he was getting, and it made her stomach turn. Why was she so helpless? she should be able to help him so why couldn't she, why couldn't she just take all his pain and sickness away.

"Finally you all made it, Mary exclaimed, glaring at Cora.

"Yes we were running a bit behind schedule Mary no need to get your panties in a bunch," Cora gritted glaring back at the brunette.

"You're just made you lost that bet," Mary boasted. Cora grumbled ignoring the brunette greeting her two daughters and Emma before joining everyone else in the living room.

Regina went back into the kitchen to hide downing another glass of wine before taking the pasta out of the oven with the oven mittens before taking it into the dining room. The table was set and ready to go.

"Dinner is ready!" Regina called, everyone quickly started to make their way into the dining room taking their seats at the table. Regina poured her, Mary, and her mother red wine while she poured Emma, Jefferson and her father along with Emma's father a glass of scotch. Well Ruby just settled for water.

She sat at the head as Emma sat on the other end, everyone engaging in their own conversations while Regina avoided them as much as she could. She caught Emma staring at her when she took a sip of her wine. She didn't know why Emma was looking at her like that but she had a feeling she didn't want to find out.

Ignoring her fiancé's worried looks she downed the glass of wine excusing herself to pour another one. Only to down that one and pour another.

she was in the process of pouring her third glass in a row when Emma walked in taking the bottle of wine from her along with the glass.

"What are you doing Emma?" Regina sighed not having the patience for Emma's overprotectiveness.

"What's going on with you I'm worried," Emma murmured.

"I'm fine Emma ok just leave it alone," regina said dismissively grabbing the bottle of wine and her glass before heading back into the dining room refilling her mother and Mary's glass before sitting the bottle in the middle of the table.

"So Zelena how's that Boy Scout of yours?" Jefferson laughed while Zelena just rolled her eyes at her brother.

"He's doing fine actually thanks for asking," Zelena shot back.

"Yeah I bet he is while he's in his ex wife's pants," Jefferson laughed while Ruby slapped him on his arm telling him that was enough while everyone at the table quieted at the comment. They all knew Robin was using her, but recently Jefferson found out he was cheating on Zelena with his ex wife and well it seems he was choosing now of all times to give her the news.

"What?" Zelena growled.

"Yup ask him yourself, I bet he's at her house right now-"

"Jefferson that is enough-"

"No dad let him finish," Zelena said, interrupting her father while glaring at her brother.

"As I was saying I bet he's at her house ducking her brains out," Jefferson grinned as his sister turned bright red with anger.

"You know what Jefferson, why do you always have to be such an asshole huh?!" Zelena yelled while everyone watched the bickering well except Regina who was lost in her own little world.

Regina sighed loudly catching everyone's attention as she downed her wine. "Are all of you done?" Regina said dully grabbing the wine and pouring another glass.

"Are you drunk?" Her mother asked.

"Do you want me to really answer that?" Regina asked sarcastically. Jefferson laughed at that statement taking a swig from his scotch.

"Yeah mother she is," Jefferson confirmed as Emma grabbed the now empty wine bottle and took it in the kitchen. "Oh c'mon Emma it's only a little wine," Jefferson said as his younger sister

took a sip of her win unamused by Emma taking the empty bottle away. She was going to have to get up and get a new one anyway.

"She doesn't need anymore, she's drunk enough," Emma commented while going back to her seat.

"Is that so because to me I don't think I've drunk close to enough so I think I'm going to get another glass," Regina said, her words slightly slurring before she got up making her way back into the kitchen.

Emma followed behind her watching her get a new bottle of wine taking the top off and refilling her glass.

"What are you doing Regina? Why are you doing this?" Emma asked.

"Because I am simply dehydrated," Regina said, bringing the glass to her lips only to have Emma take it away.

"I know about the appointment today, about the baby. Is this what all of this is about, is this about our child?" Emma asked. While Regina stood shocked.

"Are you pregnant?" Henry asked, coming from behind Emma startling them both. Regina stood there pale, what was she supposed to say? how would he react if she said yes.

"I'm happy for you Mija, oh my I'm going to be a grandfather Henry grinned while Regina looked at the ground, tears gathering in her eyes.

"What's going on?" He asked worriedly.

"I was afraid, that this wouldn't be something you would be happy about, I was scared that something like last time was gonna happen or-"

Her father cut her off by pulling her into a strong hug, not as strong as they used to but she got the point.

"I could never be angry at such a precious thing. Having children is one of me and your mothers proudest achievements. And we only want the three of you to experience the same joy we had with you with your own children," he explained, pulling away, wiping her tears away.

"Now I'll keep quiet cause lord knows Your mother and sister would probably throw a fiesta at with this news," her father said before giving her and Emma some privacy.

"Why didn't you tell me?" Emma asked quietly, pulling Regina into a hug, making the brunette sigh in contentment.

"Because I was scared, scared that it would be like last time," Regina murmured her voice cracking as tears filled her eyes.

"Hey, I'm here through it all ok. I love you and I will marry you no matter what, I'm glad we're having a child. I'm ecstatic because I'm having a child with the person that makes my heart feel full," Emma murmured, making Regina smile through her tears.

"I love you," Regina sighed resting her head on Emma's chest.

"Are you two coming to finish dinner?" Ruby asked, peeking her head into the kitchen.

"Yeah we'll be out there in a sec," Emma said with a smile before Ruby made her way back out.

"C'mon let's go finish dinner," Emma said leading them back into the dining room.

Next day*

"Are you still mad at me for the way I acted?" Regina questioned her voice rough from sleep.

"I'm not mad at you Regina, I just-I think we need to rebuild our relationship," Emma sighed.

"Rebuild how?" Regina asked.

"Wanna go on a date with me tonight? It's been a couple months since our last one," Emma smiled.

"Yeah that sounds nice," Regina grinned, Emma smiled, placing a kiss on Regina's temple. Regina brought her face down to her lips kissing her on the lips.

Emma cleared their schedule for today so neither of them would be working meaning today would just be the two of them.

"I wanna talk about last night," Emma murmured.

"What exactly did you want to talk about?" Regina asked though she knew full well what Emma was talking about.

"About the baby Regina, you're pregnant we're going to have a baby. I know that's why you snuck out of the office," Emma explained sitting up in bed while Regina laid there staring up at the ceiling.

"She called me saying there was something important she needed to discuss, I thought maybe it was about my wound from the accident but when I got there she explained to me that I was pregnant. I didn't know what to do I was overwhelmed, I thought maybe you would and dad would be angry at me and that you would leave me. And that it would only be a repeat of what happened with Daniel at some length anyway," Regina explained, looking away ashamed.

Emma sighed she could see why Regina was afraid and she could see why she was pushing her away, she was trying to prepare herself for the pain she thought was to come.

"Regina I love you more than anything and I would do anything for you, I'm not angry at you I'm just sorry that you didn't feel comfortable coming to me and telling how you felt. And I know I've been kinda hard on you since the accident. But I was scared I was terrified that I was about to lose you.

The thought made me want to rip my heart out cause I can't see a future without you, I love you Regina Mills," Emma finished locking they're hands together making Regina smile as silent tears traveled down her cheeks.

Regina climbed into her lap hugging her tightly as she continued to silently cry her emotions breaking free from the brick wall so perfectly put up around her heart.

"I love you too," Regina croaked. Looking into Emma's green eyes as she smiled happily.

Emma chuckled as she wiped Regina's tears away. "You're beautiful, you know that?" Emma murmured, placing a kiss onto Regina's lips.

Regina kissed back pouring all her love into it, Emma pulled back and could see that dark look casting in Regina's eyes. The look of lust with a slight hint of darkness.

Emma smirked, no words needed to be said because they both knew and Emma also felt the same. "Someone's feeling a bit naughty today aren't they?" Emma hummed while Regina nodded, whimpering as she grinded her covered core against Emma's boxers trying to get some friction. Emma immediately became hard just at the sight of Regina being so dirty.

Her usually put together a fiancé who didn't falter or back down from any challenge whimpering at the need for her to be inside her. This was the perfect picture of one could say is the best dream to ever be lived.

"You know you have to speak to get what you want Regina," Emma growled gripping Regina's hips roughly knowing that's what she wanted and in return she got a loud moan.

"Please daddy it's been so long," Regina begged her now ruined panties rubbing hotly against her dick making her incredibly hard underneath the fabric that was keeping her from fucking Regina so barbarically.

"I won't make it easy Regina, you better buckle up because we have a long morning ahead of us," Emma grinned.

"So Emma cleared both her and Regina's schedule today she said they needed some alone time," Cora said, going into her husband's office where he was sitting behind his desk drinking a glass of whiskey while going through some paperwork.

"Yes she called and let me know I told her I would handle everything since you know how Jefferson is, and Ruby is already rescheduling they're meetings so I thought I could knock away the paper work." Henry explained.

"Your doctor called," Cora said and he only nodded, waiting for her to continue.

"They said they had some news so they scheduled an appointment for tomorrow afternoon," she explained.

"More bad news, great," he murmured.
