During the trip Jay looked out the window and shortly after closed his eyes. He felt dizzy. His throat was on fire, it was painful to just swallow. He rested his forehead against the window and shivered from the cold of the glass.

His cough was getting worse, he really coughed a lot and that often exhausted him not making him breathe.

- Jay ... Are you okay?

- Everything's okay,- he replied and then blew his nose. - I think I caught a cold.-

His eyes were watering.

- Have you caught cold these days? - said the detective Upton.

- I think so, I think I caught cold a couple of days ago. - replied the detective without adding anything else.

He knew very well when he was cold but his partner didn't know much about when they found her. He was unaware of his partner's off-season bathroom.

She was aware of the moment she saw him enter, then she let go. She was once again fully aware of what had happened since she recovered in the hospital and the temperature had risen.

She still hadn't asked how they found her.

Arriving at the restaurant they got out of the car and entered they asked to be able to speak with the owner.

He was a portly man with an olive complexion.

- Are you the owner? Hailey said, playing ahead of Jay

- Yes I am. - he replied.

- We're investigating Raya's death,- she continued

- Oh yes, he had been working for me for several years now. Very good and in great demand.- replied the man

- What can you tell me about that day? - asked the detective Upton

- We met in the afternoon, we talked about business.- explained the owner

- What kind of business? - Jay asked that until that moment he had remained on the sidelines due to his discomfort. He seemed to have run a marathon, his breathing was tired and in addition there was the cough that did not leave him alone for long and was painful.

Hailey was questioning the suspect but in the meantime she was keeping an eye on her colleague. He was worried. Even when Jay was sick he didn't show it, he went out of his way to prove he was okay. But this time he was different.

Meanwhile, the exchange of information between the detectives and the owner of the club continued.

- Economical, she asked me if a small advance on salary was possible. - the man said, answering Jay.

- And you accepted? - Upton asked

- Yes, of course. I couldn't lose her. She was the best dancer in the place, very popular with customers. And then she had been working for me for a long time and I knew that if she asked me for a raise there was a more than valid reason.- said Mr. Foreman, the owner

- Ok. Can you tell me that she is now gone from here? - Halstead asked

- They'll be staying about six o'clock I think. - answers the man.

- Was she alone? Hailey asked

- I can't tell. Sometimes she goes away with Delphine, another of our girls, this is a picture of them together. She is Delphine.- the man took the girls' vote pointing to Raya's friend - Sometimes she was with her boyfriend.-

- Did she have a boyfriend? What's her name? - Halstead asked

- Erik something ... I didn't know him. They had been dating for a few months. But her friend can tell you more for sure. Those two were inseparable .- Foreman replied.

- Does this Delphine have a surname?" Jay asked hoarsely and exhausted by yet another fit of cough.

- Yes Evans. Her name is Delphine Evans.- answered the man.

- And where can we find it? - the detective continued in a faint voice.

- I don't know where you live, but for sure you will find her here around 22:00.

Thanking the man for his availability, the two colleagues left.
