Will immediately jumped out of bed and with the phone to his ear started preparing to leave. He was stunned and seemed to skid enough as he walked. He really needed a few hours of sleep. But his little brother was more important.

He wore a sweatshirt and sweatpants instead of pajamas and then put on his shoes he went out after taking the keys heading towards his car.

He had to get to Jay as soon as possible.

He raced quickly through the streets of a city still in turmoil. It was still only 9:30 pm and everyone was heading home or maybe out to dinner.

Few were the people already at home at that time and even fewer were those who were already sleeping in their bed.

While driving Will, who had turned on the music so as not to risk falling asleep at the wheel, tried to call his little brother over and over again, but nothing, he got no answer. The detective seemed to have disappeared into thin air.

The doctor was panicking. He was afraid that something serious had happened to him.

- What if he felt even worse? What if they hurt him and he kept it hidden? - A thousand questions crowded his mind.

At that moment his phone rang, distracting him from his thoughts.

Heart pounding as he approached Jay's house, Will picked up his cell phone, hoping the latter would call.

Unfortunately this was not the case.

It was Natalie who had just returned home convinced she would find her boyfriend already in bed.

When they said goodbye, she noticed how tired he was.

As soon as she got home, however, the doctor found herself in front of a completely different scene. The bed was unmade, Will's pajamas and slippers were scattered on the floor in the room.

Something must have happened. Will wasn't the messy type. Even less so when he wasn't at his home. For some time, in fact, Will had moved to the house of his beloved.

- Will hello, where are you? Manning asked with a worried frown in her voice. - I went home and found everything upside down. Did something happen? -

- Hi Nat, I ran out, sorry. I'm on my way to Jay, Hailey called me worried while I was sleeping and told me she can't find him. In fact, I'm trying too, but nothing. - replied the doctor.

- OK, calm down. Do you want me to join you? - she asked

- No, stay with Owen. I see what happened and then I'll call you .- he said.

The two ended the call moments before the doctor parked the car under Jay's house.

A few minutes after getting out of it he was already behind the door of the building which luckily was open.

- Whatever happened, hold on, little brother, I'm on my way. - Will thought.
