Survive
POV Gray
-Juvia! Can you hear me?- he tried calling her from his cell but there was no response at all. He wanted to know if she was inbany problem or if she needed his help. They needed to escape as soon as posible, otherwise...
There was no way he could get out of there, they had taken all of their weapons and left them with nothing else but their clothes. If he tried escaping, he would surely end up dead, and god knows what they would do to Juvia, so his only option was to wait.
Some hours later his door opened revealing that black haired guy with piercings. He was smiling as usual, but it wasn't a friendly smile. It was scary and playful at the same time. -Where is Juvia?- Gray asked as soon as he entered.
-The blue-haired girl? Oh, she's dead- Gray opened his eyes in surprise and rapidly ran towards him to grab him by the collar of his shirt.
-What the hell did you just say..?-
Gajeel started laughing and looked at him directly in the eye -I'm just kidding. But she will if you don't let go off my shirt-
Gray slowly let go and stepped back. -Where is she?-
-She is just on her cell. Totomaru will go for her later. Now take of your shirt- Gray looked at him in confusion.
-What? Why?-
-Just do it- Gray followed his orders and took off his shirt.
-Okay. Follow me- Hibiki turned around and started walking down the hall. Gray's hands were still tied up so it was imposible for him to do anything. They arrived to a huge door.
-What is this?-
-Go inside-
-Go to hell. What the hell is behind this door-
-You want me to kill your friend there? Do her a favor and go inside- Hibiki crossed his arms and waited until Gray was inside to lock it from the outside.
It was dark. Not even a ray of light could be seen. What was this place?
Gray tried liberating his hands from the ropes but they were too tight. -Shit...- Suddenly, a door on the opposite side fro. were he got inside started opening, letting rays of light go inside. Gray covered his eyes with his arm and started walking towards the light. The sound of screaming people were becoming louder and louder as he followed the light. -What the..?- there was a path made of iron bars that led to a gigantic cage surrounded by a lot of crazy screaming people. It was a truly sickening sound. He walked through the path with the crazy people shouting and screaming at him from behind the bars, trying to reach for him and sweating due to the enormus crowd.
Once he got to the center of the cage, he started looking around with a serious expresion, and he found the black-haired boy, Gajeel, sitting on a high chair next to the so called "Leader" staring at him with a malefic smile. This wasn't good... Gajeel stood up and walked towards him. He stood from outside the bars and held onto them. -What is all this?-
-How ya feeling, boy?- Gajeel asked excited.
-Tell me what the hell is all of this-
-Come here- Gray did as he said and stood in front of him. Gajeel cutted the ropes and smiled.
-Don't make me bored-
-What--
-Ladies and gentlemen!- Gajeel caught everyone's attention -Today we will have another participant-
-Participant? What are you--
-I'll explain the rules one more time- Gajeel made a brief pause -The participant will fight with a dead one without any weapon, just using his bare hands, and win in order to prove its worth and become free-
-.?!-
-Usually we just have one participant, but since today we brought two people to our camp, we will make it more interesting-
-...- Gray frowned. Gajeel pointed at were their lider was sitting and everyone could saw how Totomaru was bringing Juvia to sit next to him -Juvia!- He made her sat next to the lider against her will and when she saw Gray she screamed his name.
-We will have two shows today. If the first participant dies we will kill the girl as well. In case he survives is the girl's turn. If she dies, we will kill him. Both of them have to win in order for the other one to survive-after hearing this, the crowd started roaring with excitement.
Gray felt how a cold shiver ran down his spine. Hiw was this possible? He was supposed to defeat one of those things with his bare hands, otherwise... He glanzed at Juvia. She had a concerned face, but he knew it wasn't because she could die. She was worried about him. He had to win so that they could at least have an oportunity to survive. He frowned his eyebrows and made an expression to reassure her they would win.
The door were he came from opened and revealed a dead one acting weird due to the crowd's cheering sounds. This was bad. He was acting weird and moving even faster than usual. That thing saw Gray and immediately ran towards him.
